00:14The hearing dates are set for October 23rd and October 24th during a case management on Tuesday.
00:21Rosmah, who is the wife of former Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Razak,
00:26filed the appeal petition in October 2022.
00:30She claimed that the decision of the High Court judge was biased and not based on proper consideration,
00:36citing 127 grounds on why the High Court erred in the judgment.
00:41The court found Rosmah guilty of three charges of corruption in September 2022.
00:47The court fined her 970 million ringgit and sentenced her to 10 years in jail
00:53each of the charges with all three prison terms to run concurrently.
00:57Rosmah is out on bail and has been granted a stay of execution pending her appeal.
