00:16The court said Rosma was entitled to general and aggravated damages,

00:20but not exemplary damages due to lack of evidence.

00:24The court also ordered 5% annual interest on the sum from the date of judgment until full payment.

00:31In September 2023, Rosma filed the defamation suit over a TikTok video posted in March

00:38which she claimed contained remarks implying she committed a sin,

00:42was linked to BOMO practices and Satan, and she practiced polytheism and needed to repent.

00:49Rosma said the post harmed her reputation as the wife of former Prime Minister

00:53Datuk Seri Najib Razak and a charity patron leading to public criticism.
