00:00I'm not going to dwell too much into 2025, but I do know this.
00:03There are things that I know I have to improve on.
00:07There's mistakes that I made that I won't replicate going through this season.
00:11And I feel really good about that.
00:14I feel really good about my growth process going to my second year as a head coach.
00:21That's something I really thought about for a long time.
00:24And I will be the play caller when it comes to the defense.
00:28And, man, the guys that I chose to be on the staff defensively, they really complement me.
00:34And more than anything, they really complement each other.
00:37And knowing I'm going to be the play caller on the defense, it really took me to make the decision
00:41as far as the offensive coordinator.
00:44And I really wanted to make sure that I had someone on that side that was highly experienced,
00:48and I was just fortunate enough to be able to hire Frank Wright.
00:51To me, play caller is my superpower, really.
00:53I've been doing it for four years in Detroit.
00:57And, man, just look at the maturation of those four years of how we improved every year
01:01and how I improved as a play caller.
01:04I really miss doing that.
01:06And I think it's a huge part of helping us become the team that I see us become,
01:12the team that I know Moose see us become, the team that Woody sees us becoming.
01:16Yeah, the tags are an option.
01:18Ideally, we'd find a way to get a deal done and keep Reese around.
01:21I think I've said that for the last year since I've got here.
01:24Reese is a good player.
01:25I want to find a way to keep him around.
01:26We've been going through that process and are still doing so.
01:30And, you know, we have a week to find out, you know, if we can't get to an agreement, which
01:34way we'll go with that tag.
01:35Starting in free agency, feel really good about the cap space we have.
01:39I believe we'll be able to add some good players during this free agency process to the team that will
01:45help us.
01:45With really a focus, you know, if you look at our roster right now,
01:48we've got one of the younger rosters in the NFL, if you exclude all the free agents and RFAs,
01:53an opportunity to add some veteran players, some veteran leadership at certain positions.
