00:12clubhouse at its Gypsy Lane ground in Beeston. The club, founded in 1869, says the development
00:19would replace outdated temporary buildings and combine a clubroom, bar, kitchen and changing
00:25rooms within one structure. A planning report says the scheme would support nine teams and community
00:32groups, alongside improved parking. Leeds City Council is currently considering the application
00:38and if approved, the club says the project would secure its long-term future in the area.
