00:28I'll see you next time.
01:24Hello, and welcome to the All-American Girls Cheerleading video.
01:28Here, you're going to learn how to get the most out of your practice because we're going
01:32to run this video like a condensed version of how a two-hour practice should be run.
01:37Of course, if your practice is longer or shorter, you can modify it accordingly.
01:40Other skills you will learn how to develop will be synchronizing and choreographing your
01:44own material.
01:45We will also show you how to incorporate stunts, jumps, dance, and creative transitions into
01:51your routines.
01:52I'm Maria Cook, general manager and choreographer for the All-American Girls, former captain
01:57of ESPN National Championship Squad, Memphis State University.
02:00I have also taught cheerleading and dance to many high school and college squads across
02:05the country.
02:06Everyone on the All-American Girls Squad is highly trained and very well-educated in cheerleading,
02:12dance, and gymnastics.
02:14So let me introduce a few of our instructors that we have today.
02:17First, we have Lisa Bear, former gymnast with the NCAA Championship Team, the University of
02:23Utah, and former member of the nationally ranked Utah Cheer Squad.
02:28Laura Dietrich, former coach of Modern Day and ESPN National Champion, former Long Beach
02:34State Cheerleader and LA Rams Stunt Squad.
02:37Chris Shaver, Laker Girl, and four-time ESPN National Champion with the MSU Pom Pom Squad.
02:43Laquita Garth, former USC song girl and professional dancer.
02:49One of the most important parts of a practice is the warm-up.
02:52Ninety times out of a hundred, this section is usually replaced with everyone sitting around
02:56talking about their boyfriends or shopping.
02:59So we have created the motion aerobic warm-up that everyone should do together.
03:03This should consist of at least ten minutes of your practice time.
03:07And Lisa will lead us through hours today.
03:15Hi.
03:16The warm-up is the first physical activity that should be done before each and every practice.
03:20The warm-up increases strength, flexibility, endurance, warming the muscles to help prevent
03:25injury.
03:26We're going to show you the All-American Girls Motion of Warm-up.
03:29We've included motions to our warm-up so that we can work on our sharpness and technique every
03:33practice.
03:34This is a condensed version of our warm-up, so be sure to do at least eight to 16 counts
03:39of each exercise.
03:41Feel free to rewind and use our warm-up and incorporate your own exercises and motions into
03:46your practice.

08:02Good.
08:03Back to your half T.
08:04And half.
08:10Good.
08:11That's the end of our motion aerobic warm up.
08:16We're out of here.
08:24Remember, all practices should begin with the warm up.
08:27More injuries occur because someone has not stretched and warmed their muscles properly.
08:31The next five minutes of your practice should include jumps and kicks.
08:35And Lakita will show you how to improve on yours.
08:38Thanks, Maria.
08:40Now we're going to show you some of the most dynamic aspects of cheerleading, jumps and kicks.
08:44Always remember that proper stretching is the fundamental part of all jumps and kicks.
08:49Because the more limber you are, the better your jumps and kicks will be.
08:53Now, with respect to jumps, there are three important keys to great jumps.
08:57The first is to spot up with your head and shoulders, the second is to lift with your arms as
09:03well as your legs, and the third is to point your toes.
09:06Okay, the first jump we're going to show you is the side hurdler, and you can use any prep you
09:11choose.
09:12Using the whip approach, this is a side hurdler.
09:18With this jump, what you want to achieve is a hurdle stretch position in the air.
09:24Notice that the bent knee is pointing forward, and arms are hitting a strong T position.
09:29Now, Chris is going to demonstrate the second jump, and it's called the toe touch.
09:34She's going to use the whip approach.
09:38Thank you, Chris.
09:39Notice that Chris used spot, lift, and point, the three keys to great jumps.
09:45But she also let her feet pass her hands instead of actually touching her toes.
09:50This gives the jump more height and allows the legs to hyperextend.
09:55Now, the third and the last jump that we're going to show you is the front hurdler.
09:59And with this jump, I've chosen to use a longer prep.
10:02This is what the jump should be.
10:09This jump should be done either diagonally or to the side with the kicking leg facing the crowd.
10:15Unlike the side hurdler, the bent knee faces down while the front leg whips into a front kick position.
10:22Remember to always have a clean landing because it's just as important for you to land with your legs together
10:28and knees slightly bent as it is for your legs to hit their maximum peak.
10:33Moving on to the second kick, to the two kicks we're going to show you.
10:37I'd like to point out that there are also three important keys to great kicks.
10:42The first is a good prep.
10:44The second is that you keep your back straight.
10:47And the third is pointed toes.
10:49Remember that the fundamental basis for jumps as well as kicks is proper stretching.
10:54Now, the front kick is the first kick that Shanna is going to show you.
10:59Shanna.
11:02Thank you, Shanna.
11:04Her kick was great because her strong prep allowed her greater spring and height, which is the first key to
11:10great kicks.
11:12One more time, Shanna, from the side.
11:16All right.
11:17Also notice that her back was straight and her toes were, above all else, pointed.
11:22Now, the hitch kick is the next kick, which is excellent to incorporate into cheers as well as dance routines.
11:33Not only did Shanna use all three keys, but her arms remain strong and tight throughout the entire kick.
11:40The only thing which separates the hitch kick from the front kick is the prep.
11:44And you do this by stepping onto your kicking leg while bringing your other leg into a tuck position and
11:50spring into your kick.
11:54Kicks and jumps can be one of the most dynamic aspects of cheerleading.
11:58The more practice and use of the three keys to jumps and kicks, the more exciting your cheers, routines, and
12:05crowd involvement will be.
12:07Right, guys?
12:08All right.
12:09All right.
12:09Go, go.
12:17Remember, to improve on jumps and kicks, they should be done every day.
12:21A cheerleader's job first is to support the team.
12:24A cheer was designed to get the crowd involved and to help get that touchdown or make that basket.
12:30Next, we have Laura to teach us a quick sideline.
12:33This section of your practice should be at least 20 minutes in length.
12:37Thanks, Maria.
12:39All right, everybody.
12:40Are you ready to wake up your neighbors?
12:42Well, you will with the sideline cheer you're about to learn.
12:45But first, let me give you a few pointers on how to yell.
12:49When you're trying to get a crowd involved in your cheer, you have to make sure they understand and hear
12:55what you want them to yell along with you.
12:57So, it's very important that everyone on the squad knows how to yell.
13:03Everybody try this with me.
13:04Put your hands on your stomach and repeat after me.
13:08Go.
13:09Go.
13:10Fight.
13:11Fight.
13:12All right.
13:13All right.
13:14Do you feel your stomach contracting?
13:16If it is, you're using your diaphragm to yell.
13:19If it's not, you may be screaming from your throat.
13:22And that can be detrimental to your valuable yelling voice.
13:25Let's try again.
13:27Go.
13:28Go.
13:29Fight.
13:30Fight.
13:31Laura's the best.
13:32Laura's the best.
13:33Gotcha.
13:34Gotcha.
13:35Hey.
13:36Hey.
13:37Stop it.
13:38Stop it.
13:41Anyway, remember, yelling from the diaphragm will save your valuable voice and make the words to your cheer understandable and
13:49easily heard by your crowd.
13:51Let's go ahead and learn the words and motions to the sideline cheer.
13:55And don't forget the rewind button on your VCR.
13:58The words go like this.
14:00Fight.
14:01Fight.
14:03Defense.
14:04Hold tight.
14:04You try it.
14:05Fight.
14:07Fight.
14:08Defense.
14:09Hold tight.
14:10Last time.
14:11Fight.
14:12Fight.
14:14Defense.
14:15Hold tight.
14:16Good job.
14:17Okay.
14:17Since this is a sideline cheer, your head cheerleader will start it.
14:21And when you hear it, you catch on and clap it through the first time.
14:24Like this.
14:25You're cheering to the crowd in the back.
14:27And the head cheerleader starts it.
14:29Fight.
14:30Fight.
14:32Defense.
14:33Hold tight.
14:33Then you clap.
14:35Make sure when your squad turns to face the crowd, everyone turns the same way.
14:39It looks good that way.
14:41Okay.
14:42After the clasp, hit your first motion out on fight.
14:45And right away, bring it back in and clap, not clasp, twice.
14:49So it goes like this.
14:51Five, six, seven, clasp, eight, hit, fight, clap twice.
14:56Then, after that motion, you're going to punch it out to a side lunge on the second fight.
15:03And on the next pause, you're going to bring it back into the inverted T position.
15:07And so it goes like this from the beginning.
15:10It goes five, six, seven, clasp, eight, hit, fight, clap twice, fight, pull.
15:17Okay.
15:18Let's try that again from the beginning.
15:19Here we go.
15:20And five, six, seven, clasp, eight, hit, fight, clap twice, fight, then pull.
15:27Then from here, lunge forward with your right foot and hit a T on defense.
15:31Then on the pause, clasp it down with your knees slightly bent.
15:36And to finish it off, pull your right arm up as you straighten up on hold tight.
15:41So from the inverted T position, you step forward to a T, clasp it down, then straighten up.
15:49With the words, it's, from the inverted T, it's defense, clasp, hold tight.
15:55Let's put it all together slowly.
15:57Here we go.
15:59And five, six, seven, clasp, eight, hit, fight, clap twice, fight, then pull, hit, defense, clasp, hold tight.
16:10Now, to start again, pull straight down to a clasp, slightly bent so you can pop right back out for
16:16the fight.
16:17Okay?
16:18Okay, we're turning around to the back, yelling to the crowd, and your head cheerleader starts it.
16:23Fight, fight, defense, hold tight.
16:28And clasp, fight, fight, pull, defense, hold tight.
16:33Two more now, fight, fight, defense, hold tight.
16:38Last time, let's hear it.
16:40Fight, defense, hold tight.
16:44And hold your ending.
16:45Notice, the crowd control with the key last time, the crowd encouragement, such as, let's hear it, and the voice
16:52inflection at the end to finish it strong.
16:55Also, remember to hold the ending.
16:57Go through it a couple of times with the tape on pause.
17:00I'm tired.
17:08Okay, you've learned someone else's material, but what happens when you want to clean up your own routine or clean
17:16up material given to you?
17:18Well, this section will help you out with that.
17:21First, let's talk motions.
17:23When putting motions to a chair or cleaning it up, it's important to remember this equation.
17:29Precise positioning plus sharpness plus rhythm times lots and lots of practice equals synchronization, and not to mention a hot
17:39-looking squad.
17:39If you don't like math, let me explain further.
17:43All arm angles and leg and body positions should be precise.
17:47Don't settle for anything less.
17:49If an arm is supposed to be bent, make sure you define exactly how bent it should be.
17:54Notice, Maria's at a 90-degree angle.
17:57Everyone else should be at a 90-degree angle also.
18:00Lisa should be that way, and you should be that way.
18:04Doesn't that look much better?
18:05They all look synchronized.
18:07Okay?
18:07If it's supposed to be straight, boom, it's straight.
18:11Not one bent, one straight.
18:13Okay?
18:14Same thing with the body and leg position.
18:17Okay, they're going to get into a lunge.
18:19You want to make sure that if everyone's supposed to be turning forward, they're forward.
18:23Okay?
18:24If your knee's supposed to be turned out, it should be out.
18:27Okay?
18:27Everyone should be going the same direction also.
18:31There.
18:32See the difference when the body position is exact?
18:35Okay.
18:36Precise positioning must be practiced every day until it becomes automatic.
18:41So take the time to break up each part of the routine.
18:44I suggest standing in front of a mirror to practice, or better yet, if the squad has access to a
18:51mirror dance room, use it.
18:53When you start cheering, coaches are usually going to say, be sharp.
18:57Well, what's that?
18:59Sharpness comes from quickness.
19:01The quicker your arms and legs move from one position to another, the more clean and visual the routine will
19:07be.
19:07This doesn't mean the arms should move at 100 miles an hour nonstop.
19:12It means each motion is an explosion that keeps to a certain beat, fast or slow.
19:19This brings us to the third part, rhythm.
19:22Music is usually counted in sets of eight, and so can words to a cheer.
19:26Here, like this, fight, fight, defense, hold tight, boom.
19:33After you've given each word and pause a beat or a count, you can add a movement to each beat.
19:39You don't necessarily have to hit each beat or stay with single counts.
19:43You can hold a count or add a movement on what we call a half count.
19:48Let me explain.
19:50Notice, when I assign the words a numbered beat, one beat didn't have a number.
19:54Well, that's because it's a half count, the beat between two counts.
19:59We call it and, so it's fight, boom, boom, fight, hit, defense, pause, hold tight, pause.
20:07When it comes to rhythm, let the creative juices flow, but make sure you stay with the beat.
20:14So, precise positioning plus sharpness plus staying with rhythm practiced every day
20:19will result in perfect synchronization and a routine that both you and the crowd can enjoy.
20:26Just as a reminder, be creative.
20:28I can't stress that enough, but after those creative juices flow, don't forget to apply that equation.
20:41We're working towards teaching all of you how to choreograph, as well as giving you new, great material to use
20:47at games or for your tryouts.
20:49The next section of your practice should be devoted to developing your climbing technique.
20:54I cannot stress enough the importance of safety when you are stunning.
20:57You should always, when you're beginning, use a mat.
21:00You should always have a spotter, and in some cases, two, and you should always have a coach or a
21:06sponsor at your practice while doing these.
21:09Devote at least 20 minutes to this portion of your practice.
21:13Okay, we're going to teach you three basic stunts today that should be learned and perfected before you move on.
21:19These are the foundations for all the more difficult stunts and pyramids.
21:23Key notes, remember, step lock out.
21:26Keep your body tight at all times, and for a prep, it's a one, two, down, up.
21:32Next is safety.
21:34The first point is communication.
21:35Always communicate with your partners.
21:38If you feel unsure or shaky about a stunt, make sure you don't attempt it until you're ready.
21:44Number two, always be aware.
21:46Your mind should only be on the stunt.
21:48The third one is a downward.
21:50It's the simplest and most efficient way to communicate with your partners.
21:54Top person, if you feel like you just can't stay up there any longer, just say down.
21:59Base and spot, immediately prepare for the dismount.
22:02Also, base, if you're feeling shaky and you just can't hold that stunt any longer, stay down.
22:08Top person and spot, get down as quickly as possible.
22:11However, base, you must gut it up until the top person is safely on the ground.
22:16She should never hit the ground.
22:18Base and spot, you are responsible for that top person at all times.
22:22Okay, we're going to show you the L stand, and Kathy is going to teach it for us.
22:27To begin the L stand, Laura, who is the base, will start in a nice lunge position with her shoulders
22:32and hips facing forward.
22:34Also notice that her knee is directly above her ankle.
22:37Now that Laura is tight, she is ready to go.
22:40From here, Tony, who is the climber, begins by placing her hands on Laura's shoulders and her foot as high
22:45as possible into the pocket.
22:47On the counts one, two, down, up, Tony will push straight down on the shoulders, step up, and immediately lock
22:55out her leg.
22:56Pay close attention that as Tony is stepping up, Laura supports her leg firmly above the knee.
23:03Ready?
23:04One, two, down, up.
23:06Once Tony is sturdy and balanced, she then lifts her leg straight above Laura's head.
23:11Laura then looks for her leg, grabs and holds it, making sure that her arms are tight and locked out.
23:17In order to dismount, Laura begins by guiding the leg forward and down.
23:22Tony then hits a goal post position with her arms, steps off forward while Laura spots around the waist.
23:27And there you have it, the L stand.
23:29All right, now we're going to show you the spot.
23:32The spot holds around the waist.
23:34Lift if necessary.
23:36One, two, down, up.
23:38Keep hands on at all times.
23:41For the dismount, you're going to walk to the side and assist with the landing.
23:44Hi, my name's Tony, and I'll be taking you through the shoulder sit, step by step.
23:49To begin the shoulder sit, we'll have Kathy, the base, step into a tight lunge position.
23:55Notice that Kathy's back leg is straight and locked out.
23:58Her front knee is directly over her ankle, and her shoulders and hips are facing forward.
24:04Maria, the climber, will then place her hands on Kathy's shoulders.
24:08Her foot high into the pocket, and on the count of one, two, down, up,
24:12will push straight down on Kathy's shoulders and immediately step and lock out.
24:17Ready?
24:18One, two, down, up.
24:20Once balanced, Maria will then take her other leg and place it over Kathy's shoulder
24:25to end up in a straight, sitting position.
24:28Kathy then steps in with her feet, shoulder-width apart,
24:31pulling down firmly on the top of Maria's knees.
24:35Notice how Maria's feet are locked in the small of Kathy's back.
24:38And there you have it, a shoulder sit that is balanced and tight.
24:43In order to dismount, Maria will extend one leg at a time,
24:47grabbing as if she was shaking hands with Kathy.
24:50Kathy then bends with her legs, pushes, and extends her arms straight into the air.
24:55At the same time that Kathy is doing her part,
24:58Maria will place her weight on top of her locked arms,
25:01ride the pop, and land.
25:03Ready?
25:04One, two, down, up.
25:06Good job, Maria and Kathy.
25:08And there you have it, the shoulder sit.
25:11Okay, once again, the spot.
25:13The spotter holds onto the waist firmly.
25:15One, two, down, up.
25:19Everything okay out there?
25:21Okay, and for the dismount, again, just holding at the waist.
25:25One, two, down, up.
25:27Assist with the landing.
25:30Next, we will show you a double base stunt called the elevator.
25:34First, the bases face in towards each other,
25:36legs slightly further than shoulder-width apart.
25:39They then bend at the knees, keeping their body in a straight line
25:42and their seats tucked under.
25:44They then take their hands, put them together like a book, and then open them.
25:48The top person then grabs bases' shoulders.
25:51She spots their hands, takes a prep, and as she will ride up,
25:55she keeps her stomach in tight and locks out her knees.
25:58Bases dip with the top person as she lands into their hands
26:01and rotate their hands to cut the ball and the heel of the top person's foot,
26:06at the same time bringing the foot straight close to their body
26:10and resting it on their chest.
26:12On the count of one, two, down, up, they will perform their stunt.
26:15Ready?
26:16One, two, down, up.
26:20Good.
26:21Okay, to dismount this stunt, the bases re-grab hands with the top person.
26:26She then swings off the front,
26:28and then the bases grab underneath, supporting the arm.
26:31Good.
26:32That is the elevator.
26:33Now, Lisa will explain the spot.
26:37Okay, spotter again.
26:38You grab at the waist.
26:39For this stunt, you might need a little muscle throwing Tony up.
26:42On a one, two, down, up.
26:46Ride up with her.
26:48Hold at the back of the legs.
26:49Do not let go of the back of the legs at any time.
26:52For the dismount, wait until they have re-grasped pants.
26:56Walk around the front, still holding the back of the leg.
26:59Grab as high up on the arm and catch underneath the pit for the landing.
27:11These stunts may seem easy,
27:13but it is extremely important to know the basics thoroughly
27:16to progress into the more difficult stunts.
27:19Also, knowing the techniques and building a strong foundation
27:22allows you to develop your own innovative ideas and stunts.
27:26Okay, so you've gone through your warm-up,
27:29you've improved on your jumps,
27:30and you've learned a new sideline.
27:32So now, let's incorporate those stunts we've just learned into our sideline.
27:38Okay, this next section is how to climb to counts
27:41in order to incorporate stunts into cheers.
27:43It's very simple.
27:45First, give each position a count or a beat and climb accordingly.
27:49Then, if you have to put it to a cheer,
27:51stay with that beat and put it to the words.
27:54Very similar to putting motions to counts or words.
27:57But, the most important thing to remember when incorporating stunts is
28:01keep it slow enough so that it's not rushed so much
28:04that the climbing loses technique
28:06or just plain and simple, it looks sloppy
28:09because these things can result in a big bobble or a fall
28:12and we don't want that to happen.
28:15So, when incorporating stunts, take your time.
28:18Don't lose technique just because you haven't allowed enough time
28:20in your music or cheer for the stunts.
28:23Make time.
28:23Okay, Lakita and Kathy are going to go ahead and show you
28:28how they're going to incorporate a shoulder sit into the sideline cheer.
28:32Okay, here we go.
28:34And they're facing the back and fight, fight, defense, hold tight.
28:41Here we go.
28:42Fight, fight, defense, hold tight.
28:46Climb, fight.
28:47And she locks, defense, hold tight.
28:52Good job.
28:53Okay, notice.
28:54Go ahead and dismount, girls.
28:57And a nice good dismount.
28:59Thanks.
28:59Okay.
29:00Notice that when she climbed, she allowed herself enough time
29:03to lock up and to wrap and to be sturdy before she hit her motion.
29:14Another important element in cheerleading is the dance and palms segment.
29:18Choreography is the basis for a good routine,
29:20but with the incorporation of sharpness and synchronization,
29:23you're on your way to a great performance.
29:26This effect can be achieved either with or without the use of palms
29:29or other visual aids.
29:30However, today, we will be doing mostly funky moves,
29:33so we won't need these.
29:36Okay, once again, my name is Chris.
29:37This is Shanna and Kathleen,
29:39and we're going to show you the routine.
29:40Here we go.
30:19Okay, for your convenience, Shanna and Kathleen will be facing the back
30:23so that it's easier for you to learn the routine at home
30:26since that's the way that you'll be facing the TV.
30:29I'll be facing the front so that you can see what the moves look like
30:31from a front angle.
30:32When teaching moves, it's easier if you can break it down
30:36and teach the feet movement first
30:37and then teach the upper body movement.
30:39So that's how we're going to do it.
30:41Also, we will be teaching at a rather fast pace,
30:43so feel free to stop and rewind your tape at any time.
30:46Okay?
30:49Now breathe.
30:51Okay.
30:51First move that we're going to be teaching
30:53is what we call a transition move,
30:55and that's getting from one shape to another shape
30:57or getting from a pyramid to another formation.
30:59Okay, we're going to start with your feet first.
31:01You're going to walk on one with your right foot.
31:04Walk one, two, three, four, shuffle five, six, seven, together, eight.
31:10Okay, your first four, just a normal heel-toe walk.
31:14The last four are a shuffle, okay?
31:16Let's go ahead and do that one more time.
31:18Six, seven, walk, heel, two, three, now shuffle five, six, seven, together, eight.
31:24Okay, the arms that go along with your feet, one, they cross,
31:29right hand comes to the left shoulder, left hand around the waist on one.
31:32You pull on two, you switch on three, you cross over on the and,
31:38and you pull again to the right shoulder on the four.
31:41Ready?
31:41Six, seven, arms, one, two, three, and four.
31:46You have to remember that as you keep walking normal paces,
31:49one, two, three, four, there's hands stuck in there,
31:52so keep your arms and your legs separate.
31:54On five, six, seven, eight, your arms are going to come at your waist,
31:56and you're going to roll back, five, back, six, head stays here
32:00as you roll your arms forward, seven, down, eight.
32:04Arms come down and head forward all together on eight.
32:06Let's try the one, six, seven, walk, one, two, three, and four, roll, six, seven, eight.
32:15Okay, the next move from here is called the running man.
32:19It's going to pick up your right foot forward on one, boom, two, boom.
32:25You just bring it up, push into a lunge, up and push into a lunge.
32:29And to show your variation of arm movements that you can do,
32:32instead of doing the normal down, you're going to grab, pull, and run.
32:36Six, seven, eight, one, two, out on three.
32:42Make sure that your body stays forward.
32:44Your arm and your leg are doing all movement here, here, five, stays forward.
32:49On six, six, you're going to do the RoboCop to your right.
32:53Five, step again on six.
32:55You're going to do a body wave, break it back.
32:58Seven, hand your shoulders across.
33:01That's an and.
33:02I'm going to do it on eight.
33:04Okay, so we're going to do this with the next.
33:06It's going to be a fast body roll.
33:09Seven and eight.
33:10Count one more time.
33:11And then Marie, step in and step down and clean it up.
33:15Sorry.
33:16Here we go.
33:16Five, six, nine, now.
33:19One, two, three, four, RoboCop.
33:24Seven, eight.
33:25Okay, Marie, you've got to break this.
33:27You're going to do it on your squad.
33:29Just remember that some of the moves that are the most,
33:32are probably not the most visual.
33:34Break down each.
33:37Synchronizing a routine is very important.
33:39Remember that body positions.
33:41Arm, legs, legs are exactly the same.
33:44For example, notice that his count is fast, seven.
33:51Okay, Shannon should be a little bit more back.
33:54Half leans on up.
33:57Everyone is back with.
34:00Remember, an end position line.
34:03An eight is often considered count as out.
34:06People ask where's the end.
34:09Okay, are they touching the knee right or left?
34:14Exactly the same.
34:17Okay, eight.
34:20Are they straight?
34:22Are they straight?
34:23Think what we're doing.
34:25Think so.
34:26Sure.
34:27Everyone.
34:28Doing just that.
34:30Okay, let's do it.
34:33Five, seven.
34:36That was a little time.
34:38Five, six.
34:40Good.
34:42Now, continue.
34:44Okay.
34:44Going on.
34:45Go ahead and do it.
34:47First, you're going to cross.
34:50Right over the.
34:53Over your left.
34:54Back.
34:55Go to your left.
34:58Two.

35:31Out into a wide stance.
35:33Wide stance.
35:34And when they're.
35:36Okay.
35:37So you're going to make sure that you do.
35:39It's really easy.
35:40Do a lot of them to really.
35:42Train.
35:43Once again, you want to remember.
35:46It's doing the same.
