00:00That as members of the Special Commission that carry forward the whole process to approve the Amnesty Law for National
00:11Reconciliation, for Democratic Co-existence and for Peace, they arrive here to the Miraflores Palace carrying not a sum of
00:21papers, I have to say this, we are carrying today hope for Venezuela.
00:29Greetings to deputies of the Venezuelan opposition, as well as deputies of Chavism, of Bolivarism, these are not new faces,
00:41there are many political actors of these last 25 years and there are also faces of the youth for whom
00:50we are acting and guaranteeing their future, a future of peace, a future of coexistence, of encountering
00:57for our youth, our children. It's been an act of greatness, I have to say it like this, of letting
01:07go everyone that have had a political action in these last 25 years, we are letting go, we are letting
01:17go intolerance.
01:20We are opening new roads for politics in Venezuela. I know that we come from dramatic moments for our republic.
01:32We come from January 3rd, 2026 that will enshrine the history of our homeland as an unprecedented aggression by a
01:46nuclear power through unmilitary aggression.
01:52I think that touch our soul, our conscience as Venezuelans. And that's, honestly, I say that I'm very glad to
02:05have all of you here today, political actors of the last decades in Venezuela, because it reflects a process.
02:14Thanks.
