00:00Welcome to Hannity. We start tonight with the Fox News alert. It is 9 p.m. on the East Coast,
00:047 p.m. in Arizona, where Nancy Guthrie now has been missing for 16 days.
00:09But investigators now poised to solve this case using the same cutting edge methodology that led police to the Idaho
00:18killer, Brian Koberger, if you recall.
00:20Now, coming up, we'll have the very latest details. Harvey Levin, Nancy Grace. Also tonight, Democratic leader, name only, Chuckie
00:28Schumer, has a message about the importance of using a driver's license and other ID so we can prevent fraud
00:35in this country. Really. Take a look.
00:40Let's admit the truth. Everywhere people go, they're asked for a Social Security card. In fact, one way to prove
00:46you're a bona fide person who can have a job is to ask for a driver's license and a Social
00:51Security card.
00:52I know that was 1996. Now, that was before the Democratic Party went clinically insane. Now, of course, now Chucky
01:00is calling voter ID Jim Crow 2.0.
01:03Does that mean he now supports back then supported Jim Crow 2.0? His party is filled to the brim
01:11with actual communists who think that America is evil and he's got to serve them and he's got to obey
01:17them.
01:17If he wants to stay in power, they want to fundamentally transform our country by any means necessary, including open
01:24borders.
01:28Unfettered illegal immigration and poor Chuck Schumer is just desperate to fit in. Coming up, I'm going to play a
01:34lot more Chuck in 1996, then demonstrate this radical transition with the new Democratic mayor of New York, who is
01:42now pushing hard for a massive, massive tax increase on housing.
01:46So much for affordability and freezing those rents. Also tonight, saber rattling from Iran. Are we closer to a conflict?
01:55They're also firing missiles in the Straits of Hormuz. We'll have a full report, the very latest shooting carried out
02:01by a man identifying as a woman.
02:03We'll break that news tonight. But we begin back in Arizona with news surrounding DNA collected at the crime scene.
02:10Now, according to law enforcement, that DNA does not match any records in the FBI's criminal tracking system.
02:17And now investigators, they are turning to its genetic genealogy mapping.
02:22And here from Tucson tonight with a live report, our own Jonathan Hunt.
02:26By the way, this has been very effective. It caught notorious killers in the past.
02:32Sounds like a good idea to me.
02:36Yeah, it did, Sean. It caught there in the in the Idaho case.
02:40Koberger, of course, it helped to catch him. But it is a long shot.
02:43It would require the person, somebody in the family of the person who carried out the Nancy Guthrie kidnapping to
02:51have filed their DNA with a service like 23andMe or Ancestry.com at some point in the past.
02:57And then you go from there. So in a sense, it's a Hail Mary.
03:01But they need a Hail Mary, given that we got no good news from the sheriff during our extensive interview
03:06with him today.
03:08The DNA on the glove they tested, no match in the FBI's CODIS national database for that.
03:14And then I asked the sheriff about the DNA they also found in the house. Here he is.
03:18So let me ask you, is there is there a match on the DNA in the glove to the DNA,
03:27the unknown DNA that you found in there?
03:29There's no match to the DNA at the house.
03:31So entirely separate DNA.
03:33Correct.
03:34OK, so that would mean if there's no is there a CODIS match from the DNA in the house?
03:39No.
03:41Now, there might be other co-mingled DNA in that house, apparently, according to the sheriff's department, that they also
03:49need to look at.
03:49I also asked the sheriff about whether they are getting any closer in terms of ruling out half of Tucson,
03:56for instance.
03:56Are they narrowing it down?
03:58Here he is on that.
03:59Tell me this if you can, Sheriff.
04:01Is everybody in Tucson still a suspect or have you narrowed it down to, say, a few dozen people?
04:07We've heard, for instance, the FBI is asking about 40 people at gun stores.
04:12That's not true.
04:13OK, so have you narrowed it down to a few dozen or are we still?
04:17We haven't narrowed it down to anything other than we have certain pieces of evidence that we're looking at to
04:23try to find this individual,
04:25whether it be DNA, whether it be that ring camera video, whether it be evidence at a Walmart that might
04:31lead us to somebody.
04:34So the sheriff also told me he does not believe this was a burglary gone wrong.
04:40He believes it is a kidnapping.
04:43So I asked him in that case, what about the theory that she might have been taken 60 miles south
04:48of Tucson to the border with Mexico?
04:50Here he is on that.
04:53Any suggestion at all that Nancy Guthrie might have been taken across the border into Mexico?
04:59Are you looking at that at all?
05:01Well, you know, I'm sure the FBI has looked into that as well.
05:04But but no, I mean, we check all the leads we have.
05:08We're like everybody else.
05:10We know where Mexico is in relationship to this.
05:12And certainly it's a possibility.
05:13But no, we have nothing to indicate that.
05:18Bottom line, my takeaway from this wide ranging interview, Sean, is that it might be harsh to say this investigation
05:26is back at square one.
05:28But I would certainly say in terms of the number of squares moved forward, we're in the low single digits,
05:34Sean.
05:35All right, Jonathan Hunt.
05:36Thank you for that report.
05:37Joining us now, TMZ founder Harvey Levin is with us.
05:40You've been with us almost every night, Harvey.
05:43I know you well enough.
05:44I've known you for a long time.
05:46I'm sure we're a lot alike.
05:47Do you find yourself waking up in the night, turning on the TV, expecting, hoping we get the break in
05:54the case?
05:55Nancy Guthrie has been found.
05:56She will soon be reunited with her family.
05:58And I just can never give up hope.
06:01It's not in my DNA.
06:05Yeah, for sure.
06:06We hope that.
06:08And we're cooperating with the FBI with some of the information we've received.
06:13But I will tell you, I talked to somebody who was right in the middle of this today who said
06:18we are gumshoe detectives at this point.
06:21We are just looking everywhere at every possible lead.
06:25But they don't have anything that they can pinpoint.
06:28They just don't have it yet.
06:31But it is not for lack of trying.
06:33When we go back to the four letters that you received at TMZ, and we got new details every time,
06:42but they all have the same Bitcoin address.
06:44Do you have any updates on those letters and your guarantee to the person writing them that you would pass
06:50on the information to the FBI and guarantee that they get the reward money?
06:54Now up to $200,000.
06:56A couple of things.
07:00It's not just the letters that we received from the person demanding money in return for information.
07:05It's also the ransom note we got.
07:07I will tell you, the FBI is very interested in both the ransom letter and these demand letters, in particular
07:19today.
07:20I mean, there was a lot of communication between us and the FBI.
07:27So they are really interested in this.
07:30That does not mean they've cracked it, because frankly, I don't think they have.
07:33But they are certainly trying.
07:36As for the person who wrote the note, Sean, we decided that we're not going to say if he sent
07:42us any more letters.
07:43Because if we say we got a letter today and tomorrow you ask.
08:17I mean, I say we got a letter tomorrow and then the next day we say we're not going to
08:21talk about it.
08:22It tips off the kidnapper.
08:23We're essentially saying, well, that's the day he gave us the information.
08:26We're just not going to say anything.
08:28He can, if he wishes, give us the information.
08:31And as we promised, we will pass it on to the FBI.
08:34Then there's a record that he supplied that information.
08:37Let's talk about the names that they brought to the gun ranges in the area.
08:44So here's what we know.
08:48There were reports that there were around 40.
08:51I talked to a gun store owner today who said he felt it was more like 30 names that he
08:58was shown last week by an FBI agent.
09:00She showed him these names.
09:02Wanted to find out if anybody had purchased a gun.
09:05One of these people had purchased a gun in the last year.
09:08What we found out from law enforcement sources is those names came from a list they compiled of people who
09:16purchased that polyester holster that this man was wearing.
09:20And so they went to Walmart and possibly other stores.
09:24And what they did was they compiled the list of people.
09:28And now they're trying to find out, did anybody also buy a semi-automatic handgun?
09:34Because that would be a hot lead for them if they can find somebody who bought both the holster and
09:39a similar weapon.
09:41The person we spoke to, the gun store owner we spoke to, said he didn't see any matches.
09:46But they have been to other stores as well.
09:50You know, as a gun owner, somebody who's had a pistol carry permit his entire adult life, I don't know
09:55a single gun owner that would use that type of holster.
09:58Let me ask you about the FBI and their database.
10:03The single sample from the house, the sample from the glove, were not the same person.
10:09Other DNA found in the home was from multiple people.
10:12Will need to be separated before it can be tested.
10:15No match in the FBI's DNA database.
10:19And now they're going to use this genetic genealogy that caught other killers in the past.
10:24I want to go through that because you know a lot about it.
10:27Well, let's start with the testing of the glove.
10:31First of all, we found out it's not the glove that the New York Post photographer took a picture of.
10:36It's a different glove that they took for testing.
10:41You know, I know you've been talking about this, whether there's some kind of a squabble between the FBI and
10:46the sheriff.
10:46Here's what I found interesting.
10:48The sheriff today said that we sent the glove to Florida and it went into the CODIS system and there
10:55was no match.
10:56What we found out is that the FBI cannot put that DNA in the CODIS system without testing it in
11:06an FBI approved lab.
11:19In the state in which the item was found, namely Arizona.
11:23So we found out that the FBI did its own testing at a lab in Arizona, and that's what went
11:31into the CODIS system.
11:33And the person I spoke to could not understand why it would also go to Florida, because it can only
11:42go in the CODIS system if it emanated from a lab in Arizona.
11:47That said, it's not a match.
11:51So this genealogy testing is the genetic testing is really important because, you know, there are ways that if it's
11:59a close match, but not identical, then, you know, you can start looking at is there a relative who shows
12:08up?
12:09And it turns out that they have an uncle who is 5'10", you know, who lives in the Tucson
12:16area.
12:17And then suddenly you can kind of figure it out that way.
12:20Ancestry.com and 23andMe do not work with the FBI because of privacy rules.
12:26The FBI is using smaller companies, but it has worked in the past.
12:32All right. Harvey Levin, thanks for all those updates.
12:34Appreciate all the hard work you're doing on this.
12:36Thank you. All right. Joining us now, the host of Crime Stories on Fox One, Nancy Grace.
12:42I'll start with the same question that I did ask Harvey 16 days in.
12:46I never give up hope. I know you never give up hope, but you nearly you broke my heart on
12:50radio.
12:51You broke my heart on this show last night, Nancy.
12:54You live this and you could see the stress and you know what the human toll is on Savannah and
13:00her family.
13:01And I just don't give up hope. And, you know, I find myself turning on the TV at night hoping
13:06that I'm going to see that Nancy's been found and reunited will soon be reunited with her family.
13:12I'm just hoping for that headline. I know you are, too.
13:16Let me ask you something, Sean. Do you think did you ever think that this was going to be easy
13:24because it's not and it's not going to be easy to solve this case?
13:30There are going to be many, many more setbacks than there will be advances in this case.
13:38The fact that that glove around two miles away from her home did not get a CODIS hit.
13:44OK, fine. Next. Now we take that DNA and we compare it in the Arizona data bank.
13:53The Arizona data bank is much more lenient and what it allows, for instance, mixtures of DNA, degraded DNA, co
14:04-defendant, suspect DNA on crime scenes that haven't been solved.
14:08The national data bank has a very, very high bar as to what can be allowed into the CODIS data
14:16bank.
14:17See what I'm saying? So we may have a good chance at the Arizona data bank,
14:22which has over a half a million DNA profiles.
14:27So, hey, I don't want to smell the stench of defeat tonight.
14:32This is just starting.
14:35This is one setback.
14:37And let me talk to you some more about DNA.
14:40And I have tried many DNA cases.
14:44The DNA in the home has yet to be mined.
14:48Think about it, Sean.
14:50Sean, you and I, frame for frame, we looked at the porch guy.
14:55Remember? Do you remember?
14:57Yes, he had on gloves, but he kept touching the holster of his gun.
15:02And more important, he kept touching the bite light, which was drenched in his saliva.
15:09Now, let's follow that through to its logical conclusion, Sean.
15:14He touches that glove.
15:15Then he takes that glove and he touches the doorknob.
15:19Remember at the get-go, the lights were on in the front of her home, which is unusual.
15:24He turned on the light switch.
15:26He opened her doorknob after drenching his hand with saliva.
15:32That is how touch DNA works.
15:35Just because we didn't hit a home run the first time we went up at bat on that glove found
15:41out by the side of the road,
15:43I am not dissuaded this case will be solved.
15:46As we go to air tonight, right now, Google is being mined for the rest of the cameras in her
15:54home.
15:55It's happening.
15:57That DNA is going to be mined tonight for genetic testing.
16:02And you go way, way back.
16:04You go to people coming over on the Mayflower, for Pete's sake, to get the genealogy down.
16:10And I want to point to the first time it was used, Joseph D'Angelo, the Golden State Killer, a
16:17cop.
16:18You think he had DNA in the databank?
16:20No, he didn't.
16:22But he was caught.
16:23A rapist and a killer was caught through genetic genealogy.
16:28It's real.
16:29It's happening.
16:30And all I need is one person, one person in some of those databanks, and it will be solved.
16:37And remember, also, in Brian Koberger, they did dip into private genetic testing.
16:45You know, like when you do 23andMe or Ancestry.com, that was a big problem at trial.
16:51Now, regarding this array, this photo array that's being shown to gun store owners,
16:56that tells me that they have an idea of who they're looking for.
17:00Somebody that has bought a gun, and I don't know that they would buy at a traditional gun store,
17:06so that may be a fail.
17:08But I see what they're looking for, who they're looking for.
17:12Somebody that bought a gun, somebody with a holster like that, somebody that shops at Walmart.
17:16We're narrowing it down.
17:18It's going to happen, Sean.
17:21We are going to find this guy.
17:23One more thing.
17:25I want to talk about, regarding DNA, how they find it.
17:29Remember when that tent was erected around the front of Nancy Guthrie's porch?
17:34Well, you have to have darkness or semi-darkness to find DNA.
17:38With a UV light source, for instance, it's not hard to do.
17:42That's how they find the touch DNA in the home and around that porch.
17:46And I think that's where they got a lot of the touch DNA.
17:49What do you think of the four letters, because they got more specific and they all had the same Bitcoin
17:55account
17:57and gave more details, including as close to proof of life as we've gotten in the entire case
18:04in that last letter yesterday to Harvey Levin?
18:09One thing I find encouraging about those letters is the fact that they never offered inconsistent details.
18:16They added details, but they were never inconsistent.
18:19There is no way authorities can ignore the letters being sent to TMZ.
18:25But now, for Pete's sake, the reward is up to $200,000.
18:31A private lawyer, last name I think is Hoopie, or Hoopie, is putting up, a PI lawyer, is putting up
18:39$100,000.
18:41So, to hay with the Bitcoin, you know something, go get the $200,000 reward.
18:47There's no way they can ignore those, it's a rat ratting out a rat.
18:52They cannot ignore that.
18:54They must chase it down.
18:55And you're right.
18:56It is a gumshoe at this point.
18:58What's wrong with that?
18:59I've walked through many a housing project at 10 o'clock at night looking for witnesses and more.
19:04What is wrong with that?
19:06That's the way cases are solved.
19:07And that's how this is going to get solved.
19:10You know, your wealth of knowledge and hope, and your hope springs out of real life experience and real trauma.
19:18We really appreciate you.
19:19Nancy Grace, thank you.
19:21All right, and up next tonight, right here on Hannity.
19:24Let's admit the truth.
19:26Everywhere people go, they're asked for a Social Security card.
19:29In fact, one way to prove you're a bona fide person who can have a job is to ask for
19:33a driver's license and a Social Security card.
19:36Oh, Chuck Schumer.
19:38Jim Crow 2.0.
19:40Before his party was taken over by the radical mob that now controls his destiny.
19:44We're going to tell you why Chuck and other Democrats are now fighting tooth and nail to make voting less
19:50secure.
19:50Oh, and Marxist Mamdani's first cash grab is in the works.
19:55We've got details when we continue.
19:57Also, we have an announcement straight ahead.
20:03And tonight, more saber rattling from a floundering Iranian regime after they signaled more nuclear progress in Geneva despite President
20:12Trump's calls for total dismantlement.
20:15Now, Senate Majority Leader John Thune is now guaranteeing that the legislation requiring, well, proof of citizenship, voter ID, will
20:23now reach the Senate floor despite pushback from Schumer and other Democrats.
20:28Here now with the very latest, our very own Kevin Cork.
20:30Kevin, good news for conservatives.
20:33Good news for Americans that want integrity in elections and confidence of results.
20:38You know what?
20:38You're right, Sean.
20:39And ultimately, you've got to get the job done.
20:41No excuses on this.
20:42This is so important, especially given what we now know about past elections, not just nationally, but also in many
20:48of these states.
20:49Main time, the president's envoys met with Iranian officials in Oman today for talks about the nuclear program over there.
20:55And while both sides tonight are reporting progress, it is clear hurdles to a deal still remain tonight.
21:02The president has set some red lines that the Iranians are not yet willing to actually acknowledge and work through.
21:10So the U.S. military buildup in the region continues, even as Iran continues to make provocative gestures on their
21:17side, you know, closing the Strait of Hormuz for live fire exercises, all while the Ayatollah is sitting there saying,
21:24you know, all bold statements about what the regime will do if attacked.
21:28You get it.
21:29Trying to have it both ways.
21:30That's par for the course from Tehran.
21:33Meantime, back on Capitol Hill, the majority leader, as you point out, John Thune, says the Senate will take up
21:38the SAVE Act when lawmakers come back to D.C. next week.
21:41That sets the stage for a high-profile debate over election integrity ahead of the midterms.
21:47As for the latest Democrat shutdown, yep, it rolls on.
21:50No off-ramp in sight.
21:51But critics, Sean, point out that while they're hoping to hamper agencies like ICE and the Border Patrol, this shutdown
21:59does very little to hurt them.
22:00But what it does do is it really hurts agencies like FEMA, the Secret Service, the Coast Guard, and others
22:06for no good reason at all.
22:09Sean.
22:10All right.
22:11Kevin Cork in Washington.
22:12Thank you for that report.
22:13Democrats, once again, being exposed as complete hypocrites as they repeatedly claim that voter ID for an election is Jim
22:21Crow 2.0.
22:23But let's take a trip down memory lane.
22:25Let's look at Chuck Schumer himself, supporting ID checks.
22:29This is back in 1996.
22:31Maybe he's supporting Jim Crow 2.0 before anyone else.
22:36Take a look.
22:37Let's admit the truth.
22:39Everywhere people go, they're asked for a Social Security card.
22:42In fact, one way to prove you're a bona fide person who can have a job is to ask for
22:47a driver's license and a Social Security card.
22:50This is an anti-fraud amendment.
22:53All over where we go, people say, well, why can't you stop illegal immigrants or others from coming here?
23:01And the number one answer we give our constituents is when they come here, they can get jobs, get benefits
23:07against the law because of fraud.
23:10All right, here with Reaction, Outkick founder Clay Travis and Fox News contributor Ari Fleischer.
23:15Ari, did I just hear Chuck Schumer supporting Jim Crow 2.0?
23:19Did I hear that right?
23:20I'm just wondering.
23:22Yeah, you sure did.
23:23I guess these golden oldies just don't count anymore.
23:26He's changed his tune.
23:28But, Sean, you have to ask yourself, why are the Democrats working so hard to oppose something that so many
23:34Democrats are for, voter ID?
23:35And the reason is very clear.
23:37If you're a Democratic leader, you know that your position in power is created largely because if you count people
23:45in America who are here illegally as part of the census, you get more congressional seats.
23:50You get more dollars flowing into your districts, often whichever urban districts.
23:54This is why the Democrats are fighting so hard against this.
23:57They know if you remove a lot of these people who should never have been allowed in here because they
24:02came here illegally, if they are removed from the country, either through self-deportation or because of ICE, it will
24:08hurt the Democrats in the census.
24:10And it's about power to them.
24:11It's about structural power, keeping the number of seats that they have.
24:16That's why they're fighting so hard for something that's so common sense that even most Democrats support it in the
24:21rank and file.
24:21Yeah, it's amazing.
24:23I mean, simple things like voter ID, Democrats used to support those things.
24:30They used to support, you know, enforcement of immigration laws like Obama did and all the other Democrats did until
24:37they were quiet or complicit when Joe Biden was letting millions in.
24:42Clay Travis, I think it all comes down to Chuck Schumer is leader in name only, wants to retain power.
24:48The only way to do it is capitulate to the radicalized base in his party and compromise any principles he
24:55may have had.
24:56Am I wrong?
24:57You're 100 percent right.
24:59And I would build on Chuck Schumer's argument there and say, remember, they sent Joe Biden in his awful term
25:06in office down to Georgia.
25:08And he said this wasn't even Jim Crow.
25:11This was Jim Eagle in Georgia.
25:14You remember?
25:14And then he said, this is the modern day equivalent of Jefferson Davis.
25:19And you know what happened in the 2022 election?
25:22There were records set.
25:24Everybody showed up.
25:25It was the most secure election that's ever happened to that date in Georgia.
25:29And mostly Democrats got their asses kicked.
25:33And all of the lies that they told.
25:35Remember, Sean, and I know Ari remembers this, too.
25:38They pulled the all-star game out of Atlanta over these lies that all the Democrats told.
25:45And then they're bringing it right back and doing it in 2026.
25:49Here's the big takeaway.
25:50I think the Senate Republicans have to have a breakdown of the existing filibuster.
25:57Pass this law.
25:5880 percent of people are in favor of it.
26:00White, black, Asian, Hispanic.
26:01It is not, as Ari pointed out, Democrats are in favor of it overwhelmingly.
26:06And even Chuck Schumer himself was in favor of it back when he had a little bit more hair.
26:10Although, that's a bad angle on the bald spot, I have to say, Sean.
26:14I bet Chuck doesn't like that one too much.
26:16Ouch.
26:17Ouch.
26:17All right.
26:17So, can a party that wants open borders, amnesty, no voter ID, to defund ICE, defund the police,
26:26no bail laws, they voted for the largest tax increase in history, they want higher gas prices
26:33because they don't believe in open, you know, drilling and fracking, et cetera.
26:37Can that party win if it's a choice election, Ari?
26:41Yeah, I hate to say it, but they can, especially in the House of Representatives.
26:44You're breaking up on me.
26:45I didn't hear that.
26:46I said, I hate to say it, Sean, but they can.
26:51Yeah, in an off-year midterm election, people vote to throw out the party in power.
26:56The best thing the Democrats have going for them is they're in the minority, so they don't
26:59have to deliver on any of these crazy promises.
27:01But as long as they are just anti-Trump, anti-Trump, anti-Trump, their base turns out.
27:06It's a question of whether the Republican base is going to turn out in equal numbers this
27:10fall.
27:10Sorry to say it, but that is the reality.
27:13It's a reality, but we've never had a Democratic Party this crazy and this radicalized.
27:18I'm going to give the last word to Clay Travis, who finally won a bet with me.
27:24That's what I'm going to tell you, Sean.
27:26Last week, I suddenly couldn't come on after I won a big bet for you.
27:30I know.
27:30I need a time to recover.
27:32I appreciate the money you're going to pay me.
27:33We got 4.4% GDP.
27:37President Trump, all the money Sean's going to pay me.
27:40It's going right into the economy.
27:41We're taking it to 5%.
27:42Wait a minute.
27:43Wait a minute.
27:43You owe me millions.
27:45The fact that I gave you the easy bet and didn't even take any odds, I was kind of throwing
27:53you.
27:53It was a blowout.
27:56Okay.
27:57Next time, I'm going to stick by my guns because I kind of thought Seattle would win,
28:01although I was hoping upon hope that Robert Kraft's team would win.
28:06Thank you both.
28:07All right.
28:07When we come back, another horrific shooting carried out by a deranged psychopath who
28:12identifies as a, quote, woman.
28:14And we're going to show you the grim warning the suspect shared on social media.
28:18A big welcome, by the way, to New York City voters on the warm embrace of socialism.
28:25Marxist Kami Mamdani just unveiled one of the biggest tax increases in history.
28:31Congratulations, New York City.
28:33Details coming up.
28:39All right.
28:39A harrowing scene at a youth hockey game in Rhode Island yesterday.
28:43A man dressed as a woman opening fire in the stands, killing his ex-wife, his son, and
28:48eventually himself.
28:49Now, several other people remain hospitalized.
28:51They have serious injuries.
28:53Here with a full report, our very own Alexis McAdams.
28:56Alexis, what a tragedy.
28:57Yeah, Sean, it just keeps getting worse and worse every time you get these new details
29:01in.
29:01And investigators tell us that he showed up dressed as a woman, which I guess he had done
29:06to other hockey games in the past, pulled out a gun and opened fire.
29:09I want to show you what it looked and sounded like.
29:11Watch.
29:21Some of the gunshots there, and you can hear them echoing inside because it's an indoor
29:25ice rink.
29:25They had all these high school hockey players that were trying to get off the ice, including
29:28one of his sons, who, Sean, was out there skating when this all went down.
29:32People ducked and ran for cover.
29:34So investigators say this is who the shooter is.
29:36You're looking at him there.
29:37Robert Dorgan.
29:38He went by the name of Roberta Esposito.
29:41Police say he was dressed as a woman and was armed with at least two guns.
29:45During this targeted attack, he took out his ex-wife, Rhonda, and one of his sons, Aiden.
29:51Dorgan also shot his in-laws, who were sitting in the stands at the game.
30:00Both are in critical condition, fighting for their lives.
30:03So the 56-year-old had a history of family disputes.
30:06These are some of his social media pictures.
30:08He just had to look at his Facebook page to find these.
30:10He had them all over the place.
30:11He had problems because of his gender identity.
30:14Back in 2020, he reportedly had gender reassignment surgery.
30:19So he went through these procedures, took some medications, and now his social media profiles
30:23are at the center of this case.
30:25And I'll show you why.
30:26One day before the shooting, one day, he's defending Congress member Sarah McBride, who's
30:31trans, writing in part on X, don't be so hurt over somebody different than you,
30:35and then wonder why trans people go effing berserk.
30:39So police are looking at those profiles.
30:41And back out here in the newsroom, Sean, the investigators believe more people could
30:45have been hurt and killed, but somebody in the stands took this guy down.
30:48And now there's questions.
30:49What other red flags might have been missed, Sean?
30:52All right, Alexis McAdams, our prayers for the family and those that lost their lives here.
30:57Blue states now are notorious for having major budget woes, but now that dysfunction is now
31:04working its way down to the local level.
31:06New York City Mayor Zoran Kami, Marxist Momdani is finding out the hard way that his city is
31:12spending way beyond their means, because he wants to spend a whopping $127 billion, which,
31:19by the way, is more than the entire budget for this free state of Florida that I live in.
31:24And he's staring down a massive budget deficit.
31:28And he has a brilliant solution to fix it, raise taxes, of course.
31:33Now, Zoran wants to see property tax rates in the city increase by almost 10%,
31:38which, of course, will almost certainly lead to similar rent increases and probably more mass
31:44migration. But that is only a Band-Aid. Zoran really wants a major tax hike on the wealthy.
31:51But Governor Hochul so far is not super keen on driving more tax revenue out of the state.
31:57So she's throwing Zoran a bone, an extra $1.6 billion to hold him over for now, for now, key
32:05words.
32:05But what does he need more money for anyway? Well, just a few small things. $33 billion
32:11for pensions, debt service, plus an extra billion for illegals, another $30 billion for social services.
32:18New Yorkers, you are getting exactly what you voted for. Congratulations.
32:23Here with reaction. He is a lifelong New Yorker. Fox Business host, David Asman.
32:28I would tell you I'm sorry. However, you do have options. You do have choices.
32:34New Jersey, not that much better. So that wouldn't really be at the top of my list. But
32:40this is so predictable, all of it. Can you imagine New York City has a he wants more money than
32:46the
32:47entire budget in the entire state of Florida with better infrastructure, better schools.
32:53And and we have budget surpluses here. We don't have deficits.
32:58Yeah. And you have zero taxes.
33:02I mean, taxes is the is always the thing that they go to in a knee jerk fashion.
33:06This and this is something that's that's going to hurt the middle class.
33:10Now, when you when you think of the middle class, think of the expenses in New York.
33:13It's an expensive city. But this tax raise that he's he's proposing.
33:18And again, it's on it's on your property. It will affect three million property units in New York.
33:25Most of them are apartments. And the the median income of those property owners is about one hundred
33:30and twenty thousand dollars a year. Sounds like a lot of money.
33:33But in New York that believe me, that's middle class. So it's it's hurting the middle class.
33:37Plus, if those apartments are rented out, it means that the way that they're going to pay for those
33:42higher taxes is by increasing rents. Now, he claims he's going to have a rent freeze.
33:47You can't have everything, Mom, Donnie. I mean, he wants a 15 billion dollar increase in the budget,
33:5415 billion dollars. And the money just ain't there. He wanted to get it through this wealth tax.
34:00He can't do that by himself, but he can do the property tax by himself.
34:04And again, that will hit the middle class. Exactly those people who he claims voted for him.
34:10Many of them probably did. But what a wake up call it's going to be for them.
34:14It really is. Now, they have this ballot measure in California that would be retroactive to January
34:21and it's coming up in November and it would be a five percent wealth tax for billionaires in that
34:27state. You have two of the co-founders of Google. They moved to Florida. Larry Ellison,
34:32he's moved to Florida. I think Elon Musk is now out of California. I think he's in Austin.
34:39And all of these people are packing up and leaving because, you know, I've met a lot of people that
34:45are wealthy in their life. I have not met anybody that is a trust fund brat. And all these people
34:52worked hard for their money and all of them, without exception, are smart people. And I don't
34:57think they're going to give up their wealth to politicians that are going to waste their money
35:01so they can retain power.
35:04No. And yet he's blind to this. He had an interview with Katie Cork a while back,
35:09Mom Donnie did, in which he said, no, New Yorkers, we could raise our taxes. New York is such a
35:14great
35:14place to live. They'll be happy to stay here. Well, from 2012 until 2022, that 10 year period,
35:21the basic tax rate, the highest tax rate that we have went up 20 percent. He's proposing a 51 percent
35:29wealth tax. He doesn't think that there are going to be people leaving. 1.7 million New Yorkers left
35:36because of that 20 percent increase. What do you think they do with an immediate 51 percent tax
35:42increase? I think we'd see another 1.7 million, if not a lot more than that, leave New York. And
35:48of
35:48course, that would drain the tax revenue. This city is going to go bankrupt.
35:53What's the temper where you are in New York City right now?
35:58Right now, it's not so bad. The big freeze is over. It's about 40 degrees. But I know you're
36:04going to talk about Florida. Please don't. No, I'm not. Please don't. No, I'm not. I am not
36:08going to mention right now that it's 70 degrees with a nice, cool ocean breeze. I'm not going to
36:12mention that at all. I knew it. I knew it. Thank you for not mentioning that. You're welcome.
36:18All right. Coming up straight ahead. Well, you know, it's interesting, Chris. I was recently home
36:23for two weeks and I did not really tell anyone. I just went to see my family. I wanted to
36:29see how
36:29hard it would be for me to get in and out of the country. Oh, good grief. The drama. Rosie
36:36back on
36:37American turf. She can't stay away. And Governor Wannabe, Fang Fang, Eric Swalwell writing erotic
36:43poetry. Not even sure your kids should listen to this. Sadly, neither of these are a joke.
36:49Tommy Lahren is fearless. She's next. All right. Time tonight for other news. Now,
36:55we start with a viewer warning. What I'm about to share with you, it may make you sick to your
37:01stomach. Far left congressman, aspiring California gubernatorial candidate, Mr. Fang Fang, apparently
37:07a big fan of, um, how do you say it? Erotic poetry. In fact, Swalwell's own erotic creations have now
37:15been revealed to the world and you're going to want to hear this or maybe not. In college, Swalwell wrote
37:21for a school's literary magazine and published a poem, Hungover from Burgundy, which describes two
37:29people meeting at a hotel before having, quote, formless and magnificent sex, to which Swalwell describes
37:36an incredibly graphic detail. Now, he responded to the reports on X saying, quote, you think my poetry
37:43at 19 was bad? Wait till you see my 12-year-old diary. Here was reaction. The big weekend show
37:48co-host and, of course, always fearless, Tommy Lahren. I don't even want to bring this up with
37:52you except to say probably this ingratiates himself to the lunatics out in your former state of
38:00California. Sean, I read a little bit more of that poetry. I didn't want to, but in research for the
38:07segment, I was forced to. So thank you for that. Um, what you read was, I guess, the cleaner parts
38:13of it. It actually is much worse, but we should have known that before Fang Fang came something like
38:19this, the erotic poetry. It really just gives you a window into the soul of Eric Swalwell, who really
38:25kind of seems like a teenage girl to me in many ways. But I will tell you this, Sean, you
38:29mentioned
38:29California. Look at all the weirdos that come out of California. You've got Gavin Newsom, who spends
38:34more time doing podcasts than governing. You've got Kamala Harris, Maxine Waters, Karen Bass. I mean,
38:41I guess you got Nancy Pelosi, who is an excellent stock trader. But other than that, the state of
38:45California, well, it's not sending us our, it's best. That's for sure. Okay. Good luck to Fang Fang.
38:52Uh, all right. Now the latest theatrics from Rosie O'Donnell in a recent interview with Chris,
38:57Chris Cuomo, Rosie revealing she made a secret return to the U S to see how hard it would be
39:04for
39:04her to get in and out of the country. She was very afraid. Take a listen. Well, you know, it's
39:10interesting, Chris, I was recently home for two weeks and I did not really tell anyone. I just went to
39:15see my family. I wanted to see how hard it would be for me to get in and out of
39:20the country.
39:21I wanted to feel what it felt like. I wanted to hold my children again. And, um, I hadn't been
39:27home
39:27in over a year. I also wanted to make sure that it was safe for me before I brought my
39:32daughter
39:33this summer, where we plan to spend the summertime off from her schooling here with my family. My son is
39:40having his first child. So we're very excited to be home. So I was in New York for the last
39:48two weeks
39:48and I have to tell you, it feels like a very different country, a very different place to me.
39:54So let me get this straight. That's kind of revealing to me. She was so triggered by Donald
39:59Trump that she left her children behind and felt the need to flee to Ireland.
40:07I don't know. I'm having a hard time with that. Can you explain it?
40:11Yeah. Sean, well, I'll tell you this, the United States of America, a country so great,
40:15even those who say they hate it, they just can't stay away. Uh, this country was just pulling her
40:20back in maybe because it's the greatest country on the face of the earth. But I find it interesting
40:25that she went to New York city and said she doesn't recognize her country anymore. Well,
40:29I spend a lot of time in New York city due to the big weekend show. And I can tell
40:33you,
40:33I don't recognize that part of my country either, but that's because it's being run
40:37almost exclusively by Democrats, including the communist Zoran Mamdani. There's snow
40:42everywhere with feces all over it. So you're right, Rosie. I don't recognize it either,
40:46but that's not president Trump's fault. Gee, um, I miss New York by your description. You're,
40:54you know, it sounds interesting. All right. Major environmental nightmare for our nation's
40:58capital continues to unfold after an aging sewer pipe in Montgomery County in Maryland collapsed
41:04in January, hundreds of millions of gallons of raw sewage and pouring in to the Potomac river,
41:11leading to really serious health concerns. This is believed to be the largest wastewater spill in
41:17American history. Most Democrats in Maryland, DC downstream in Virginia, don't really seem to care.
41:23Now in truth, social president Trump blasted the Maryland governor, Wes Moore arguing this disaster
41:29reflects years of infrastructure neglect, adding that the federal government will step in to protect
41:33the Potomac. Okay. He's blaming Trump for their colossal failure, infrastructure failure. That is
41:41not a president's job. No, but it looks like president Trump once again is going to have to step in
41:48and fix it. I think it's now the Potomac. And I also haven't seen a lot of those climate change
41:53alarmists, right? I don't know what that much sewage does to the wildlife population. The fish
41:58population. We're told we're supposed to care about all of those things. The climate change alarmists tell
42:03us so, but they don't seem too alarmed by this, Sean. Tommy, I'm not a scientist. I would imagine
42:09the fish near the raw sewage are dead. Just guessing. Yeah, I would imagine that. You know,
42:17Gavin Newsom, he wants to make sure he saves the Delta smelt. Doesn't want to dam up the water there
42:22to save the little fishes. But I haven't heard a lot of the Democrats crying out about this
42:27in the Potomac. Once again, though, president Trump is going to have to step in. He's going to
42:32have to clean up Democrat messes as he always does. Thank you, president Trump.
