00:00Welcome to Hannity and tonight a warning from President Trump to the terror group Hamas honor the deal or face certain death. Take a look. They agreed that they'd be very good, very, very straight. They wouldn't be killing people and they have killed people. That wasn't the deal we made. But if we if they don't honor the deal, they'll be taken care of very quickly.
00:25Now Hamas obviously skating on very thin ice coming up. The great one Mark Levin will weigh in. Also tonight House Oversight Committee Chairman Jim Jordan. He will be here with more on this brand new criminal referral released earlier today against former CIA director John Brennan. Also our own Brett Baer will join us with an update on the Schumer shutdown and Karine Jean-Pierre's book tour. Not going well at all. If Amazon is any indication.
00:55Take a look. I don't think it was necessarily a betrayal of Joe Biden as other people saying we don't think we were shown Joe Biden that you saw.
01:04I saw every day a really ugly assault on someone who had 50 plus years of experience.
01:12No, I'm not buying it. We'll have more from this train wreck straight ahead. But we begin with the latest source of hysteria on the left tonight. A nightmare so serious it is causing panic and anger and feelings of helplessness among Democrats and their friends and the legacy media mob.
01:32In fact, it is so dire that I'm calling on all of our loyal viewers to offer support to their far left loved ones and friends and neighbors and coworkers.
01:41And if you are a Democrat watching tonight, you might want to sit down for what I am about to show you. Take a look.
01:48You probably hear the beautiful sound of construction to the back. You hear that sound? Oh, that's music to my ears. I love that sound. Other people don't like it. I love it, Josh. I think when I hear that sound, it reminds me of money.
02:02In this case, it reminds me of lack of money because I'm paying for it. So it's the opposite. But it's going to be one of the most beautiful ballrooms anywhere in the world.
02:12Oh, the horror. President Trump is now remodeling the East Wing of the White House and building one big, beautiful new ballroom, all paid for by himself and private donations, which is apparently a mortal sin in the eyes of the crazy left in this country. Take a look at this.
02:29You don't own that building. That is the people's building. You don't own it.
02:35It is corruption at its core. And I heard someone say this when I was backstage. It could not be. There's no greater metaphor right now than what's happening right now in this country than watching Donald Trump take a wrecking ball to the White House.
02:53Yeah. It's hard to believe that any president could destroy the White House and take a wrecking ball to an existing structure so historic.
03:03Aimful. I mean, this is historic structure. It's history being torn to shreds.
03:09Surprise. Donald Trump is literally destroying the people's house because apparently he thinks it's his house and not ours.
03:18And I'm guessing he has no intention of moving out of it ever.
03:23Ah, the vapors. He's never going to leave.
03:25We got more hysteria on his hysteria, rather, on X from Gavin Newsom.
03:30He posted the following quote, ripping apart the White House just like he's ripping apart the Constitution.
03:36Pretty rich coming from a guy who signed off on a massive $1.1 billion expansion of the state's historic capitol building.
03:46Maybe out in California, maybe fix your fire hydrants, make sure they have water, fill your reservoirs, make sure they have water, lower taxes,
03:54and stop spending billions of taxpayer dollars on illegal immigrants.
03:59Just an idea. That $1.1 billion is roughly the same amount as a new NFL stadium, and it's being funded entirely by California taxpayers.
04:10Meanwhile, Hillary Clinton also chiming in. She just can't help herself on X.
04:15The 2016 loser declared, it's not his house. It's your house. He's destroying it.
04:22Actually, Hillary, he's adding a ballroom to a wing of the White House that was constructed in the 1900s.
04:30But just as a reminder, this is how Bill and Hillary honored the White House.
04:35Remember, you know, putting aside Bill's little incident with that White House intern off the Oval Office.
04:43Let's not forget, they essentially auctioned off nights to sleep in the Lincoln bedroom to top dollar donors.
04:50These same donors were still writing checks to Hillary in 2015.
04:54And when Bill and Hillary departed the White House for good, yeah, they took furniture that they had to return because it didn't belong to them.
05:03So, Hillary, spare us the lectures on the sanctity of the White House.
05:08And maybe next time you might want to think before you go on X.
05:11And to everyone on the left now weeping about White House renovations, okay, time for a Hannity history lesson.
05:17Since 1902, there have been at least 14 major renovations or additions completed by various presidents.
05:26Let's run through them, shall we?
05:28Teddy Roosevelt built the West Wing at the turn of the 20th century while tearing down Thomas Jefferson's greenhouses.
05:35In 1909, President William Howard Taft, he added the first Oval Office to the West Wing.
05:40It was 1927, Calvin Coolidge, he conducted a major renovation of the upper floors of the White House.
05:471929, Hoover completely remodeled the West Wing.
05:50And just five years later, FDR remodeled the West Wing yet again, even adding a second floor and a swimming pool indoors.
05:59And, by the way, FDR in 1942, he built out the East Wing, which is now being remodeled by President Trump.
06:09In 1948, Truman stripped the interior of the White House, preserving only exterior walls.
06:151970, Richard Nixon converted the swimming pool into a modern-day press briefing room.
06:21Take a look.
06:22This is, as you see over here, the Presidential Walk of Fame.
06:26And we had this long wall with half windows, because there used to be a swimming pool on the other side of the wall.
06:32That was the swimming pool where Jackie would say,
06:36I hear women inside.
06:38Are women inside?
06:40Quite a famous, I'm not saying anything, this was a part of a movie.
06:44And the Secret Service said, no, ma'am, there's no women inside, ma'am.
06:48I'm sorry, ma'am, you're going to have to move along.
06:50But I hear women inside.
06:52No, ma'am, you'll have to move along, ma'am.
06:54So that was the famous swimming pool.
06:57Now it's even worse.
06:58It's for the media.
07:00They covered the pool up.
07:02All right.
07:03You would think the press pool would actually realize that president after president,
07:07they have renovated, they have changed, they have upgraded the White House.
07:11This includes major changes under both Clinton and Obama.
07:15Now, the Trump-induced anger and rage on the left is beyond idiotic.
07:20And whether Democrats like it or not, one big, beautiful new ballroom paid for by the president himself
07:26and private donations will soon host major historic events for decades to come
07:31without spending one taxpayer penny.
07:34Here with reaction, the executive vice president at the Trump organization.
07:38Donald Trump Jr. is with us.
07:39I don't know what to say.
07:41I mean, your dad's paying a lot of it out of his own pocket.
07:45He has other people donating for the...
07:46He's going to spend $200 million to create a grand ballroom,
07:50and you would think this never happened before.
07:55Sean, it's absolutely nuts.
07:57The reality is the White House needs to be more functional.
08:00It needs to be able to be used by the people.
08:02It needs to be able to host major functions for a lot of people.
08:06And I've spent a lot of time in the White House.
08:08It's an incredible building.
08:09It has a lot of historic significance.
08:10But it's also very small, much smaller than most people would realize.
08:14And if there's one person in America qualified to build something like this,
08:19it's actually Donald Trump, someone who's done hospitality and entertainment
08:24for his entire career before becoming a politician.
08:27This is something that's not going to make the White House worse.
08:30It's something that's going to enhance the White House greatly
08:33and make it more functional.
08:34And because of the time of construction,
08:36the great irony, despite what these idiots are saying,
08:39is that Donald Trump is the president that will actually get to use it the least.
08:43But he's the only one actually competent enough to do this,
08:46to do it right,
08:47and do it with a quality and historical significance that it deserves.
08:51All right.
08:52Whoopi, you don't own it.
08:53Karine Jean-Pierre.
08:56This project is corruption at its core.
08:58How is it corruption when he's paying for it?
09:00I don't get it.
09:02Scarborough, Liberal Joe, slamming it.
09:04Disgusting demolition.
09:05You know, all it takes is one little minor Google search,
09:11or you can ask, you know, Grok or Chat GPT,
09:15and you'll get an answer within seconds.
09:17And you get the whole history of renovations at the White House.
09:21Well, the Democrats aren't exactly the brightest people, Sean.
09:24We've seen that this whole week.
09:25Everything they say is sort of meaningless, right?
09:28They're talking about having a no-Kings protest.
09:30And, you know, congratulations, guys, you won.
09:32We don't have kings.
09:33We have a president that was elected
09:35in a landslide electoral college win.
09:38Someone who won the popular vote.
09:40Someone who won all seven swing states
09:42in a landslide fashion.
09:44Someone, by the way, who, if he was a king,
09:47probably would just reopen the government,
09:49but it hasn't worked that way.
09:50If he was a king,
09:51he probably would have never left the office the first time.
09:54If he was a king,
09:55he wouldn't allow his government
09:56to prosecute and persecute him.
09:59And he certainly wouldn't allow people
10:00to assassinate him or try to at least twice.
10:03So this is just the usual Democrat nonsense.
10:07They throw out the talking points.
10:09You heard each one of these people say wrecking ball.
10:11You know, the DNC wrote the talking points.
10:13They have to say that.
10:15And none of it ever means anything.
10:16None of it's for the good of the people.
10:18You understand this.
10:19This is privately funded by him and others.
10:22It's not costing the American taxpayer a dime.
10:25And yet they're going to be the beneficiaries of that
10:27and the successes and the incredible meetings
10:29and get-togethers that we'll be able to have
10:31in the White House to celebrate America
10:33and its dominance across the world.
10:35By the way, it beats putting a 10 up in the backyard.
10:39Let's be honest.
10:39And you don't know what the weather's going to be.
10:41Did you spend any time watching the radicalism on display
10:45at this No Kings protest weekend
10:47that took place around the country,
10:49including calls to kill your father
10:51and kill ICE agents and shoot them?
10:54Disgusting comments about Charlie Kirk.
10:57And I don't really see any purpose
10:59besides some people wanting to play dress-up
11:02as mascots and furry animals.
11:05What impact, if any, do you take out of that?
11:08Because Ted Cruz is on after you.
11:09He thinks we should pay a little more attention
11:11to it than others.
11:12Well, I think we do have to watch out for the radical left.
11:17They've shown that they're violent.
11:18We understand that their ideas don't work.
11:20They're getting desperate.
11:21And so they're resorting to violence.
11:23They're doing this.
11:24When they say in those same talking points
11:26I was talking about earlier
11:27that it's violence on both sides.
11:29And no, it's not, Sean.
11:30There is no violence from the right.
11:32It is not both sides.
11:34It is from one side, and it was from the left alone.
11:37When I watched the protest this weekend, though,
11:39it was sort of funny
11:40because they're clearly not sending their best
11:43or their brightest.
11:44And maybe that's because they don't have anyone
11:45that's bright or good at anything that they do.
11:48It was laughable.
11:49The best, the most fun I frankly had
11:51was watching my father on True Social
11:53respond to these people.
11:54And they're commenting back,
11:56we're protesting him.
11:58We're protesting him.
11:59And he's laughing at us in our faces.
12:01I mean, it's pretty funny.
12:03You know, watching these people dress up like clowns
12:05and they expect to be taken seriously.
12:08It's truly laughable.
12:09But that is the state of the Democrat Party.
12:12They're radical, terrorist, violence-preaching lunatics.
12:18And you can see it right on the screen right now, Sean.
12:22It doesn't, you know.
12:24I didn't exactly see a real agenda on display this weekend.
12:28I see a big difference.
12:29Why do you think people should take it seriously?
12:33Well, listen, there is no agenda in the Democrat Party today
12:37other than hatred for Donald Trump.
12:39And they are obsessed.
12:41They hate Donald Trump.
12:42I agree with you that these protests,
12:45they were not organic.
12:46They were paid for.
12:46They were bought and paid for.
12:48You and I talked about before how George Soros,
12:51there's real evidence that George Soros is paying for it.
12:54I talked about it on my podcast, Verdict with Ted Cruz.
12:57I laid out the receipts,
12:58how Soros' foundation has given over $3 million
13:01to Indivisible, one of the key organizers of these protests.
13:05I think in many ways, they're astroturf.
13:08However, the warning that I'm announcing, listen, on the left,
13:12hatred is a powerful motivator.
13:14And there is an energized based on the left who hates Donald Trump.
13:20And people who are energized can show up to vote on election day.
13:25And I fear sometimes that on the right, people are a little too relaxed, a little too complacent.
13:31They feel like, okay, we're winning.
13:32Things are great.
13:33And that can be a dangerous combination.
13:35Right now, you look at small donors.
13:38Democrats are outraising Republicans online three to one or more
13:42because their side is filled with rage.
13:45I think there are a lot more Americans who believe in common sense,
13:49who like a secure border, like our families being safe,
13:51like the economy coming back.
13:53Like, there is an incredible record of success to campaign on.
13:56But the warning that I'm putting out is we've got to make sure that we turn people out
14:01because if we're complacent and sit on our laurels,
14:04that's how you lose the House or even potentially lose the Senate.
14:07We can't let that happen because the stakes are too high.
14:10And that means we've got to make sure we turn people out.
14:13I think it's a fair admonition.
14:15You can lose any election and you can't take anything for granted.
14:18Is the government going to open anytime soon?
14:22Who the heck knows, Sean?
14:24The amazing thing is the Democrats, for this shutdown,
14:27look, on one level, they forced a shutdown
14:29to have free taxpayer-provided health care for illegal aliens.
14:33But at another level, that's not even the heart of their ass.
14:37They know they're never going to get that.
14:39This shutdown is happening simply because Chuck Schumer
14:42is afraid of being primaried from the left.
14:44And the Democrats are all trying to show their crazy base.
14:50They hate Trump as much as the base does.
14:54And look, Schumer's afraid AOC is going to primary him.
14:57But it's not just Schumer, just about every Democrat.
15:00We voted 11 times to reopen the government.
15:03And the Democrats are all voting to keep the government closed.
15:06And not just the crazy left.
15:09You look at John Ossoff, who's running for re-election in Georgia.
15:12He's the most vulnerable Democrat on the ballot next year.
15:14He's voted 11 times to keep the government shut down.
15:17Because I guess Ossoff's calculus is he only cares about the crazy radicals on the left.
15:24And all across the country, the federal workers who are going to work and not getting paid,
15:29he doesn't care about them.
15:30The American citizens who are not getting the government that the national parks and the
15:37Smithsonian and the museums.
15:39And look, on Friday, Sean, I went to Javi Airport in Houston.
15:42I did a press conference.
15:43I pointed out 50,000 TSA agents are going to work right now and not being paid.
15:4914,000 air traffic controllers are going to work and not being paid.
15:53And we're seeing delays.
15:54We're seeing stoppages.
15:56And the Democrats do not care.
15:58And the American people are paying the price.
16:02Senator Cruz, appreciate you being with us.
16:03We'll wait and see what happens.
16:05And up next tonight here on Hannity.
16:07I saw every day a really ugly assault on someone who had 50-plus years of experience.
16:17Green Jean-Pierre's book tour, it's a disaster.
16:21We'll explain.
16:22Plus, President Trump is issuing a major warning to Hamas.
16:26We'll get reaction from the great one, Mark Levin, straight ahead.
16:29As President Trump continues to work tirelessly for peace in the Middle East,
16:33he has a stern warning for the terror group Hamas.
16:36Let's take a look.
16:37Hamas has been very violent.
16:40But they don't have the backing of Iran anymore.
16:43They don't have the backing of really anybody anymore.
16:45They have to be good.
16:46And if they're not good, they'll be eradicated.
16:49They agreed that they'd be very good, very straight.
16:55They wouldn't be killing people.
16:56And they have killed people.
16:58That wasn't the deal we made.
16:59But if they don't honor the deal, they'll be taken care of very quickly.
17:05But I'd rather not have to do that.
17:07The killings now of the Palestinian people he's referring to there, that is Hamas.
17:13They are slaughtering people.
17:14He's worked tirelessly for peace in the Middle East.
17:17He has a stern warning for the terror group Hamas.
17:20Take a look.
17:20Hamas has been very violent.
17:23But they don't have the backing of Iran anymore.
17:26They don't have the backing of really anybody anymore.
17:29They have to be good.
17:29And if they're not good, they'll be eradicated.
17:32They agreed that they'd be very good, very straight.
17:39They wouldn't be killing people.
17:40And they have killed people.
17:41That wasn't the deal we made.
17:42But if they don't honor the deal, they'll be taken care of very quickly.
17:48But I'd rather not have to do that.
17:49The killings now of the Palestinian people he's referring to there, that is Hamas.
17:56They are slaughtering Palestinians that they perceive as being supportive of the peace deal.
18:01They have been lining people up and forcing them to their knees and shooting them in the back of the head.
18:07No word from the free Palestine crowd on the left when it comes to these atrocities.
18:13And while the president continues to coordinate the peace process from the Oval Office,
18:17the vice president, he is on the ground in Israel, helping ensure the momentum continues.
18:23And Israel also received the bodies of two October 7th hostages back from Hamas earlier today,
18:29leaving 13 remaining in custody here with reaction.
18:33He is the host of Life, Liberty, Levin, nationally syndicated radio host.
18:37I call him the great one, Mark Levin.
18:40They're a terror organization.
18:42Their charter calls for the destruction of Israel.
18:45Now they're mad at people that want peace in their own region, and they're assassinating them.
18:52And, you know, you heard the president eradicates a pretty strong word.
18:56It is, and I've listed here in front of me, true social.
19:01The president knows exactly what Hamas is.
19:04October 21, October 16, October 14, October 4, October 3, and I go back.
19:10He's making it clear Hamas is a terrorist group.
19:13They better follow the rules so they're going to be obliterated.
19:16This is a very complex peace plan, this phase two.
19:19What happens to Hamas?
19:20They're to be disarmed.
19:21They're surrendered.
19:22They're not to have any power whatsoever.
19:23But they've already renounced it.
19:26They've already said, we're not going anywhere.
19:28We're not disarming.
19:29They tell the mediators one thing.
19:31They are centralizing power now.
19:33They're destroying, killing, torturing, interrogating anybody who they think is a challenge to them.
19:39In other words, in their little orbit, they're becoming more powerful, not less powerful.
19:43And this is a problem.
19:44This is a very complex peace plan.
19:46The president's right.
19:47You've got scores of countries involved, scores of governments involved, scores of personalities involved,
19:52different faiths involved, different, all kinds of things involved.
19:56We've never seen anything like this.
19:58He deserves great credit for this.
20:01As to Jared Kushner, a friend of mine, Steve Whitcoff, who I'm becoming friendly with,
20:06the prime minister who's a friend of mine, his man, Ron Dermer, who's a friend of mine.
20:10You've got the smartest people working on this.
20:12But the fact of the matter is, you're going to have to destroy Hamas, because Hamas is not a partner.
20:19They're not a country.
20:20They're not a team player.
20:22They don't believe in diplomacy.
20:23Here's the 1988 Hamas original charter.
20:27The complete destruction of Israel.
20:29Obliteration of Israel through jihad.
20:31Holy war.
20:32Establishment of an Islamic state to replace the state of Israel and to impose Sharia law.
20:38Rejection of negotiations, that is, dismisses any negotiated settlement or peace initiatives with Israel.
20:44I would suggest people read this.
20:46Anti-Semitic rhetoric and conspiracies, language directed at the Jewish people, not just the state of Israel.
20:53That is Hamas.
20:55Hamas is slaughtering Palestinian Muslims, other Palestinians, other Muslims.
21:03And the world is silent.
21:04The UN is silent.
21:05The Security Council is silent.
21:07The river-to-the-sea crowd, our universities, are silent.
21:12The Hamas supporting front groups in our country, tearing the rest, silent.
21:17So, apparently, it's okay to slaughter Palestinians if it's Palestinians slaughtering Palestinians.
21:23I don't believe that.
21:24But that's exactly what Hamas is doing.
21:27And the emir of Qatar, dare I mention, he put out a speech today, one of the biggest speeches of the year.
21:33Here's what he said.
21:34What has taken place in the Gaza Strip over the past two years amounts to genocide, a term that encapsulates all atrocities.
21:42It is regrettable that international legitimacy remains incapable of enforcing its respect when it comes to the tragedy of our brotherly Palestinian people.
21:52We hereby reaffirm our condemnation of all Israeli violations and practices in Palestine, particularly the transformation of the Gaza Strip into an area unfit for human life, the continued breaches of the ceasefire, the expansion of settlements in the West Bank, Judea, and Samaria, the ongoing attempts to Judaize al-Sharam al-Sharif.
22:13That is the Dome of the Rock, al-Aqsa Mas, the holiest place for the Jews.
22:19We also reaffirm that the Gaza Strip is an integral part of the Palestinian territories in the United State of Palestine.
22:27So, that's where our top mediator's head is.
22:30They poured $1.8 billion into Hamas.
22:33They haven't renounced Hamas.
22:34They didn't denounce Hamas theirs.
22:36Hamas is slaughtering fellow Palestinians.
22:39They didn't say a word about it.
22:40And then we're relying on Turkey.
22:42Here's Erdogan.
22:43You know, the Prime Minister of Israel was invited by the President of Egypt to join all the other countries.
22:51And the Prime Minister of Israel said yes, and then he had to say no.
22:55Why?
22:56Because Erdogan, who hates Israel, who's an Islamist, who threatens them with military extinction and economic distinction,
23:03who's a genocidal maniac who's taken over his country,
23:06he opposed Netanyahu's attendance, and it was confirmed by his chief of staff.
23:12They called Sisi, the president of Egypt, and said,
23:15if Netanyahu's there, I'm not coming.
23:17Now, these are the two leading countries.
23:19So, where am I going with this?
23:20It's simple.
23:22Hamas was surrounded.
23:24It is the only army on the face of the earth in modern military history
23:28while Israel surrounds its enemy, is about to destroy it, and pulls back for the sake of peace,
23:34for the sake of international harmony, and because they're pressured.
23:38They surrounded Hamas.
23:39They were going to destroy Hamas, and they pulled back.
23:42Okay, great.
23:43Who's going to take out Israel now?
23:46Nations hesitant to send troops to Gaza, fearing clashes with Hamas.
23:51Apparently, most of the Arab and Muslim world wants nothing to do with the Palestinians.
23:55They wouldn't take any.
23:57They want less to do with Hamas.
23:59It's going to require Israel and the IDF once again.
24:03That's how you're going to get peace once and for all.
24:06I'm done.
24:07That's it.
24:08I'll add one thing, Mark.
24:10Imagine if America would hit with tens of thousands of rockets over decades,
24:15tens and tens of thousands.
24:16Imagine the equivalent, based on their population size versus ours,
24:2040,000 dead Americans in a day.
24:23Murder, kidnapping, torture, beheading.
24:27Would you want to be lectured by anybody in the world on how we should fight that war?
24:31I wouldn't.
24:32Mark Levin, great one.
24:34All right.
24:34Up next, tonight on Hannity.
24:37Chuck Schumer and the Senate Democrats need to vote for the clean, bipartisan CR
24:42and reopen our government.
24:43It's got to be reopened right now.
24:45President Trump telling Democrats to end the shutdown immediately.
24:50Our friend Brett Baier will react.
24:52And breaking today, House Judiciary Committee Chairman Jim Jordan referred former CIA Director
24:57John Brennan to the Justice Department for prosecution.
25:01He will explain why.
25:02Straight ahead.
25:02And tonight, consequences for bad faith, deep state actors continue earlier today.
25:12The House Judiciary Committee Chairman Jim Jordan referred former CIA Director John Brennan
25:18to the DOJ for prosecution over allegations that he made false statements to Congress
25:23about his role in the Russia collusion hoax.
25:27In his letter, Jordan said, in part, quote, making false statements before Congress is a crime
25:32that undermines the integrity of the committee's constitutional duty to conduct oversight.
25:38Anyway, House Judiciary Committee Chairman Jim Jordan is with us with more.
25:41I've read your letter to Pam Bondi.
25:44It is a, wow, powerful prima facie case.
25:48He directly lied to Congress numerous times.
25:50And you believe you have the evidence.
25:52Yeah, you're not supposed to lie, Sean, but you're definitely not supposed to lie when you're
25:56under oath talking to Congress.
25:58And that's exactly what it looks like John Brennan did.
26:01He said he wasn't involved with the dossier at all.
26:03He said that to us under oath.
26:05He said he didn't want it included in the intelligence community assessment, the report
26:09that's put together.
26:11But then ODNI Director Tulsi Gabbard declassified a report that said just the opposite.
26:17In fact, John Brennan put in writing that he felt the dossier should be included in the
26:21report.
26:22And more importantly, when he was confronted by someone who, an individual who works at the
26:27CIA, and the individual said, Mr. Brennan, this dossier just doesn't.
26:31There's not the underlying intelligence to support it.
26:35And Brennan's response was, yeah, but doesn't it ring true?
26:39Showing his true call, showing that he was out to get President Trump.
26:43So we think he lied.
26:44We think it's clear.
26:46And I'll be, Sean, I don't do a lot of these.
26:49I've done very few referrals.
26:51You got to have the evidence to do this.
26:53We think it's there.
26:54We think it is clear.
26:55We appreciate what Tulsi released and declassified that report.
26:59And that's why we sent it to the Justice Department.
27:02And we'll see what the Attorney General Bondi and Deputy Attorney General Blanche do with
27:06it now.
27:07They rejected the first intel assessment.
27:09Senior career intel officials at the CIA concluded there was no Trump-Russia collusion
27:15after the 2016 election.
27:16The declassified documents say Obama himself ordered it.
27:20And didn't they include and didn't Brennan know?
27:24And wasn't he a part of the meeting that took place about a new intelligence assessment in
27:29this case?
27:29Yeah.
27:30They changed the report between Election Day 2016, Inauguration Day in January 2017.
27:35They changed it in December.
27:37And they changed it to say something that wasn't supported by the intelligence.
27:41And then, to make matters worse, they go up to Trump Tower on January 6, 2017, and brief
27:46the president on the dossier that they know is garbage.
27:50That someone in the CIA who's familiar with the underlying intelligence told Director Brennan,
27:55you shouldn't use this.
27:56It doesn't hold up.
27:57But his response again was, doesn't it ring true?
28:00We're going to go up, set up President Trump, and create the predicate for Mueller and all
28:04the other garbage they did in his first term.
28:06And I always point out, this is when it all began.
28:08And remember, Sean, with John Brennan, there's a pattern.
28:11We include this in our letter.
28:13I think he lied to Congressman Gowdy back in 2017 about this very subject.
28:18We include that.
28:19And the irony, of course, is he lied under oath to us when we were questioning him about
28:24a different issue.
28:25The 51 former intel officials who signed that garbage letter saying the Hunter Biden laptop
28:31was a Russian information operation, which was pure garbage.
28:34So there's a pattern with Mr. Brennan.
28:36We illustrate that.
28:38But the clear evidence where he violated 18 U.S.C.
28:401001, we believe, is when he made those statements.
28:43And then Director Gabbard, God bless her, released the declassified report that said something
28:48entirely different.
28:50All right, Jim Jordan, we'll follow this closely.
28:53And now, as the Schumer shutdown continues with the Democrats refusing to cave on their outrageous
28:59spending demands while President Trump hosted Republican senators at the White House today,
29:05urging Democrats to stop the madness.
29:07Here's what he said.
29:08From the beginning, our message has been very simple.
29:11We will not be extorted on this crazy plot of this.
29:16They've never done this before.
29:17Nobody has.
29:18You always vote for an extension.
29:20Chuck Schumer and the Senate Democrats need to vote for the clean bipartisan CR and reopen our
29:26government.
29:26It's got to be reopened right now.
29:30We're not doing that.
29:32They are the obstructionists.
29:34Today, I'm calling on every Senate Democrat to stop the madness, to let our country get
29:39back.
29:40In the greatest moment in the history of our country, in terms of wealth, in terms of job
29:45creation, and in terms of investment coming in, these guys go on strike.
29:51It's really a shame.
29:54All right.
29:54Here with Moore, author of a brand new book out today, Amazon.com, bookstores around the
29:59country to rescue the American spirit, Teddy Roosevelt and the birth of a superpower, the
30:06host of Special Report right here on the Fox News Channel, our very own Brett Baer.
30:09Great, Brett.
30:10Great to have you.
30:11We've seen a shutdown or two in our careers.
30:14Yes.
30:14It doesn't surprise me.
30:16Do you see an end in sight now that the rally's passed this weekend?
30:20You know, you would think there would be, but I really don't see either side moving.
30:24The president, through Senator Thune, has said, we're ready to negotiate on Obamacare subsidies.
30:30We think that there are things to work out on that issue, but we're not going to negotiate
30:36until you open the government.
30:37The House passed the continuing resolution that funds the government.
30:41There have been multiple votes in the Senate that have failed because of the Democrats blocking
30:47it.
30:48Now, I'm told in the next two days, there'll be a Senate bill from Senator Ron Johnson and
30:55others that just funds the paychecks for the military and government employees, specifically
31:01pairs down the continuing resolution, and they're going to try to pass that.
31:07They're going to try a number of different things, but it's going to take some negotiation
31:11or some moderate Democrats to come across to reopen the government, because I think the
31:16president is saying we're not going to be held hostage.
31:19I mean, Schumer spent his entire career, we've played him over the years.
31:23He's always been against a government shutdown of any kind.
31:27Things have changed dramatically.
31:29Has the party really been taken over by the far left, in your view?
31:34I know you don't give commentary often, but just analysis.
31:37Why would he change that career-long position?
31:41I do think, Sean, that politics plays a big role in this, and that the power in the Democratic
31:46Party is on the left.
31:48Here in New York City, you have the Mumdani campaign that is sucking up a lot of oxygen.
31:54It's not just the coverage of it, it is where the party is.
31:58And so there is a hat tip to that fight the president at all costs.
32:04I'm not sure if it's going to pay off here, because these checks come to an end at the
32:10end of this week.
32:10And I think that there's going to be increasing pain that somebody's going to have to give.
32:15The emerging superpower, Teddy Roosevelt.
32:20History is a...
32:22I know you personally.
32:23I know it's a passion of yours.
32:24Yeah.
32:25Congratulations.
32:28There really was a moment, and there really was a transformation, or it was transformational
32:34with him as president.
32:36Give me a quick synopsis.
32:37Yeah, sure.
32:37It was energetic, passionate.
32:39He was called the human cyclone because he did a million things.
32:43Does that sound like anybody?
32:44Nobody I can think of.
32:47Right.
32:47He also had this thought that he wanted America to be forward-leaning, a leader in the world.
32:54And he solved the Russian-Japanese territorial dispute that was devolving into war.
33:01He made a peace agreement in Portsmouth, New Hampshire, that eventually wins him the Nobel
33:05Peace Prize.
33:06He sends the U.S. Navy.
33:07He paints all the ships from gray to white around the world to show the force of the
33:13Armada that we had.
33:15And the world said, America is a great power.
33:19It changed after Teddy Roosevelt.
33:21All right.
33:22Brett Baer, Amazon.com, bookstores now all around the country.
33:26Brett, we appreciate your time.
33:27And up next, tonight, here on Hannity.
33:29Best equipment taken away in the world by far.
33:33And you've got to watch that.
33:35Watch that.
33:36You're not allowed to break that.
33:38That mirror is 400 years old.
33:40All right.
33:41President Trump has yet another historical moment in the Oval Office.
33:45Also, Barack Obama getting ready to hit the campaign trail.
33:49Does anyone care?
33:50We'll get reaction.
33:51Joe Contra, straight ahead.
33:52Joe Contra, straight ahead.
