A physical altercation between two female Booth Level Officers (BLOs) was caught on camera on Monday, February 16, 2026, during a Special Intensive Revision (SIR) meeting in Ballia, Uttar Pradesh.

The incident took place at Composite School Bhrigu Ashram, where BLOs had gathered to sign notices and coordinate voter list revision work.

Dispute Over Work Allocation

The two BLOs involved have been identified as Suman Devi and Neelam Singh. According to Suman Devi, an argument broke out over the distribution of work notices. She alleged that she had been assigned 240 notices, while Neelam Singh had received over 400, leading to tension between them.
