00:14Today we're out in Anthony Rolf Street by the intersection with Ewa West and we're out here
00:20investigating crashes that have happened along this intersection. As you can see there are
00:25generally very low-level gates over here throughout the entire street apart from
00:32one house and the one house they needed to put up higher gates because they kept
00:37experiencing crashes on their front lawn where cars would often go over the
00:42nature strips into their property and this is one of the measures that they
00:48have taken in order to try and mitigate that somehow
