00:11According to a press conference held on Friday, the National Center for the Arts of Mexico

00:16and the Delegation of the European Union presented the program, which will begin on March 1st

00:21with performances by the bands Candel, Light Focus, Clocker and will continue with other

00:27prominent artists.

00:28The aim of this festival is to promote musical dialogue, strengthen cultural ties and highlight

00:34traditions and genders shared by South America and the continent.
