00:00You know, I'm a big fan of leadership, and I'm a big guy who looks at it all falls down.
00:07And what I mean by that is if you have great ownership in anything, not just a football team, but great ownership like the New England Patriots do with Robert Kraft.
00:18I'm going to give you guys some numbers here, which are remarkable, and where this franchise has been under the direction of Robert Kraft.
00:26As of right now, this will be their 12th Super Bowl.
00:30Tomorrow, that day, we'll participate in.
00:32One of them, obviously, was with the Sullivan family.
00:34It wasn't with Robert Kraft, but Robert Kraft has now been to 11 Super Bowls.
00:39He took ownership of the football team in 1994.
00:44And let me put this in proper perspective.
00:47He has been, and his football organization has been to 37.5% of the Super Bowls played since 1994.
00:56Think about that.
00:58Every three years that the Super Bowl is played, the New England Patriots are in that game.
01:08And go here, because people will initially start and say, well, Seals, they had Brady, and they had Belichick.
01:13Well, they initially, in the first Super Bowl, they went with Parcells, and they went with Bledsoe.
01:19Then they went with the great, iconic run of the Brady-Belichick run.
01:26Now, here we are again at the threshold of this football team winning another Super Bowl with Vrabel and Drake May.
01:35What does this tell you?
01:36So, ownership, leadership, hiring the right people, empowering people.
01:42One of the most important things, and one of the things that I think people miss out on when it comes to ownership in the NFL.
01:49Take a look at Woody Johnson, the owner of the New York Jets.
01:53This guy is all over the place when it comes to ownership.
01:57He can't get the quarterback right, he can't get the coach right, he can barely get the general manager right.
02:05This guy has owned a team for 25 years.
02:08They're in the same division as Robert Kraft, and you could make the comment that the Jets are a laughingstock because of the Band-Aid guy, Woody Johnson.
02:19You look right here at Bob Kraft, how in God's name is that man right there, the owner of six Super Bowls, 11 appearances now, come up on Sunday, not in Pro Football's Hall of Fame.
02:35You've got so much pettiness when it comes to jealousy, pettiness.
02:41When it comes to the NFL and it comes to that selection, I really hope that the Pro Football Hall of Fame changes their direction and how they put people into the Hall of Fame.
02:52If Robert Kraft is not a Hall of Fame owner, folks, who is?
02:59Jerry Jones?
03:01Put Jerry Jones' resume next to Robert Kraft, okay?
03:06Put it next to Robert Kraft.
03:09He's won three titles.
03:10What's the one thing that Jerry Jones has not been able to do?
03:14He's not been able to duplicate anything that Jimmy Johnson did in any way, shape, or form.
03:22It was Jimmy who made that dynasty.
03:26It was Jimmy who selected the coaches.
03:28Hell, I had the same coaches at the University of Miami that Jimmy brought to Dallas for them to go on and win those three Super Bowls.
03:36It was all him.
03:38It wasn't Jerry.
03:39Jerry is the P.T. Barnum, no doubt, of the NFL, promoting the league, promoting the Cowboys, making the league one of the most financial and most profitable entities in all of American sports.
03:51No doubt about it.
03:52But Robert Kraft is the best owner of all Super Bowls played.
04:06And you have the most iconic people that have ever played.
04:12Folks, Tom Brady, Bill Belichick.
04:17Think of some of those teams.
04:19Rob Gronkowski, who will go into the Pro Football Hall of Fame next year.
04:24Think about how they built those teams.
04:26Name me one guy that was a first-round pick that they won Super Bowls with during the Brady era that was a skilled player.
04:37Name me one.
04:39Gronkowski was a second-rounder.
04:41Edelman.
04:42Amidola.
04:43All of those players were not first-round, and the quarterback was a sixth-rounder.
04:49Why?
04:50Scott Pioli.
04:51Robert Kraft hired him.
04:53You go into all the great people that they brought into the building.
04:58Nick Casario, who's now down in Houston, building the Houston Texans.
05:05That all starts at the top with Robert Kraft.
05:09Empowering and identifying talent, not only on the field, but also identifying coaching talent.
05:17Sure, they had the Jared Mayo.
05:18I get it.
05:19But there's no doubt that Robert Kraft empowers his people, and this is clearly why the Patriots are back.
05:29And God forbid, folks, you're talking potentially about another dynasty.
05:34If they win the Super Bowl on Super Bowl Sunday, that would be Robert Kraft's seventh title.
05:41I won't do it.
05:42I won.
05:43I won't do it.
05:44I won't do it.
05:44I won't do it.
05:45I'll do it.
05:45I won't do it.
05:46But the Patriots are back.
05:48ThatiÅŸe person.
05:49I won't do it.
05:49That you won't.
05:50That you'll do it.
05:50You're listening to the Patriots, and I can see someone there's not a name.
05:52The Patriots are my man.
05:53You're not going to do it.
05:54And that's right.
05:55That's right.
05:55lisolå…¸ie.
