00:00all right it's 9 p.m. on the east coast 6 o'clock on the west coast welcome to this special edition
00:09of Hannity tonight a massive new record after a huge rally on Wall Street for the first time
00:14in history the Dow hit 50,000 points as the stock market now continues its epic run under
00:21the Trump administration this is the 28th record high for the Dow since Trump became president a
00:27little over a year ago and if you include the S&P the Nasdaq there have been over 100 record highs
00:34in just one year also tonight in just a few moments we will hear from the FBI director cash Patel and
00:40U.S. attorney Janine Pirro who led a successful effort to apprehend and extradite the suspected
00:47terrorist now charged for his role in the Benghazi attacks a story most Americans cared an awful lot
00:53about unless I guess if you were Hillary Clinton who infamously said uh what difference does it
01:00make that's coming up but first stay tuned for the one and only Nancy Grace Harvey Levin of TMZ will
01:06join us because tonight we begin with a major Fox News alert out of Pima County in Arizona now breaking
01:13tonight investigators are back once again at the home of Nancy Guthrie now five days after she has
01:19been abducted for yet another extensive search this time media outlets were told to leave the street
01:26a perimeter was set up spanning a very large section of Guthrie Street this comes after authorities became
01:33aware of a brand new message possibly from Guthrie's kidnapper and at this hour we are learning
01:39additional details about that message and the latest search for at Nancy Guthrie's home here with the full
01:46report he's in Tucson again with us tonight in Arizona Jonathan Hunt Jonathan good evening to you
01:54once again Sean and this search at Nancy Guthrie's house uh has been going on for hours the uh FBI
02:02agents arrived there in numbers supported by sheriff's deputies uh in the daylight hours this afternoon
02:09late afternoon uh and they have been working through the night uh it seems to be a pretty
02:15meticulous search they're going through uh right now Sean and it's very interesting that it came
02:22just hours after they announced the existence the sheriff's department of this second message they said
02:30they told us in an announcement on x that they were checking the authenticity of that message now we
02:36are being led to believe that it does in fact come from the same person or persons who sent those three
02:44original ransom notes now one of the local stations here in Tucson got this second note they were one
02:51of the stations that got the first notes too uh they have said tonight that that this new message
02:57does not contain proof of life that the Guthrie family was asking for neither does it contain a way
03:04for the Guthrie family to have ongoing communication with the kidnappers beyond that we don't know what it
03:11contained but as you look at some of these pictures now it's been very interesting to us the focus that
03:18the FBI agents have had on the rooftop of Nancy Guthrie's house there are a couple of buildings
03:24there as you look at it the main house and off to the right hand side of that uh it's the left as
03:31you're looking at it here sorry we're looking at the rear here the left hand side you can see another
03:35building they were on top of that building at one point and appeared to take disconnect some sort
03:42of device now whether that was another camera uh that they found up there or whether it was some sort
03:48of lighting fixture we're not clear on that at this point but they were also on the roof of the main
03:53house you can see them there in the daylight hours uh and they had a ladder up from the garage now the
03:58garage they were paying particular attention to once again Sean and that is significant because you'll
04:04remember on the timeline we were told that when Nancy Guthrie was dropped off by either Annie Guthrie
04:12her daughter or Tommaso Annie's husband uh they they were dropped off at 9 48 and that is the point at
04:19which the garage door opened and they told us the garage door closed two minutes later well they were
04:24paying very close attention uh to that garage tonight during this search so uh very interesting that in the
04:31hours after they got this new message they went back to the house did something in that new message
04:38make them think okay we need to go back and check these things again to check that whoever's sending
04:43this message maybe they gave a clue uh maybe this message contained more information about what the
04:49kidnapper or kidnappers said they saw in the house or left in the house and they wanted to go check that
04:54we don't know at this point Sean but two major developments a new message tonight from the alleged
05:00kidnapper and a new and very intense search of Nancy Guthrie's property Sean all right Jonathan Hunt
05:08stay there we'll get back to you throughout the evening now also tonight the question remains where
05:12is this 84 year old grandmother now TMZ's Harvey Levin uh whose coverage has been outstanding
05:19attempted to triangulate a location here is what he found take a look the person who took Nancy if this
05:28is the person who wrote this ransom letter um they're demanding money and if they get the money
05:33they're saying they will return her that's obvious right well in the letter it says they would return
05:38her back to Tucson so they also give a time frame of how long it would take after they received the money
05:47to return her to Tucson this is Tucson right here if you look at this red circle that is the radius
05:56of the maximum amount of time it would take to get her back to Tucson all around this circle if the
06:04letter is legitimate then it would seem based on the amount of time maximum it would take to bring her
06:10back to Tucson it's this area that i would think authorities are most interested in
06:18all right here with more of the founder of TMZ our friend Harvey Levin is back with us Harvey by the
06:22way your coverage has been phenomenal um these are new details for a lot of people in the letter that
06:28they would bring Nancy back to Tucson they gave a time frame uh you were able to map out that that
06:35circle and this is what you meant last night you were a little more cryptic that you believed it was in
06:41the local area um you felt more at liberty today to go into more detail tell us what why you were able
06:47to well um i read that letter 20 times last night and when i started connecting the time frame that they
06:56gave in terms of how long it would take to return her to Tucson it just became obvious to me that that
07:02would be the circle where authorities would focus but based on everything that's happening i am
07:13increasingly believing that uh you know if this letter is legit um Nancy is not that far away from
07:23Tucson the way it's written it says bring her back to Tucson so it doesn't sound like she's in Tucson
07:29proper but there is some connection this person has with the Tucson community and KOLD the um the outlet
07:40that got the second letter today um they are a local station they've been covering this a lot and
07:48what i'm wondering is you know they're sending it to a local station that is really involved in this um
07:55is it somebody who's watching that local station and if they're watching the local station they're
08:01probably in some radius where that station broadcasts so that red line that i drew on our board this
08:09morning my guess is that circles a lot smaller i i think your instincts are probably right as usual
08:17so we have a new message we have investigators back at the house we have no proof of life in the
08:23second message and no path to any ongoing communications for savannah and her family
08:30with the people that likely have her mother so it makes it that much tougher yeah it does make it
08:37tougher um but i the one of the uh one of the reporters at kold um in describing the letter and
08:46describing it very cryptically um made it sound like there's something alarming in there there was no
08:52ransom demand or anything like that but there was something in there that was somewhat alarming
08:59and i have no idea it could have to do with nancy's health i don't know but um when we got our first
09:06letter the first thing out of the box was she's okay but scared so that was you know days ago so we
09:13don't know how she is now remember she didn't have her medication uh when she was abducted nearly uh going
09:19on a week ago so we don't know if the reference was to that i will say sean we got our letter which
09:26is the same letter that kold has the first one we got it 12 hours after kold got its so i don't know
09:35if we are going to end up getting this but what i'm going to be looking for is if they are describing
09:41in any way the condition of nancy guthrie because if they're not making an additional ransom demand
09:48um you know other than the fact that they the reporter said they are trying to prove they are
09:53the real deal and it seems like these two letters are written by the same person um you would think
09:59they would have some reference in there to how nancy is doing well let's go back to the original
10:04letter harvey that you received and the fact that it mentioned not just the one deadline of yesterday but
10:10but the second deadline that is monday i would assume 5 p.m uh tucson time and that would be monday
10:18and with consequence that you said the consequence it would be far more consequential meaning it sounded
10:25somewhat dire more threatening uh for her and her safety and her life um that has not changed from all
10:33we know about this new letter that came in today i i can't tell you that uh what what the reporter said
10:41was the deadlines haven't changed so this sounds more like again i don't know because i have not seen
10:49this second letter um but i think one of the things everybody is thinking about right now is how is nancy
10:56doing uh assuming she's unharmed uh how is she doing she doesn't have her medication um there are
11:03definitely health issues so i don't know if they have referenced that um but it seems to me that if
11:11they are trying to squeeze the family to hit the button on that bitcoin link um that's one of the things
11:19that they would do that would be a pressure point again i don't know what it says but from the way
11:26the reporter described it it sounded like there was something somewhat alarming in it you know i i can
11:33certainly understand there's been now two pleas from the family one from savannah directly one from her
11:38brother uh for proof of life that that you are who you say you are and it seems consistent this letter
11:46if it's real again if all the letters are real that it would be coming from the same person although
11:50a different ip address uh in in this particular case one has to imagine as we get closer to monday at
11:575 p.m tucson time you know whether or not they just hit send on that bitcoin letter and i would not blame
12:04them whatever decision they made uh i'm sure they're in total agony over it yeah i mean i think you're
12:11right um it is a really tough decision they have not sent proof of lights of life so far um you know
12:18one of the things i i want to see the k um kold when you send a letter to their tip line it does it does
12:27not allow for an attachment i believe that our tip line does so i don't know if we end up getting that
12:34letter whether there's going to be an attachment i have no idea um but the family has been asking for
12:40approval i i don't know again what is in that letter but um based on what the reporter said
12:46it is constructed this in a very similar way to the way the first letter was and i can tell you that
12:53first letter is written by someone who is articulate who who knows grammar who knows structure and it
13:02sounds like the two were written by the same person based on the way the uh reporter kold described
13:09their second letter harvey you know you can tell in your coverage how much you care um your coverage
13:15has been phenomenal we appreciate you spending time with us tonight uh we we thank you thank you very
13:20much all right here with more analysis is nancy grace is back with us all right nancy there's a lot
13:26again to unpack that's new tonight a new message now they're back at the home investigators are back at
13:32the home a new investigation uh now the media has been pushed out again no proof of life and you know
13:40the deadline is getting near and there's no path to communication with this individual you know you
13:47have you covered crime your entire adult life what do you make of all this
13:52a lot from the get-go i have believed that the author of these ransom notes is local he has it's a he
14:06statistically he has an attachment dk old did he grow up there um when i was writing my first fiction book
14:14i had to refer to a radio station a tv station i went to the one of my childhood wmaz
14:20a sentimental attachment did he grow up there does he watch it i guarantee you he's watching right
14:29now now while there was no proof of life in this next missive we are told that there was sensitive
14:37information what does that mean that could mean anything that can mean uh her favorite carl color
14:42is purple she likes oatmeal in the morning her first pet as a little girl was cinnamon cat i mean it
14:48could mean anything it could be anything in there that only she would know and only the family would
14:55recognize now why is he choosing to communicate with a media outlet probably because you know trying
15:05to communicate with law enforcement is like walking danga walking into the lion's den no he feels comfortable
15:11writing kold he didn't put another deadline in and most important while everyone is looking at the
15:20negative aspects of this last missive i'm looking at the positive this guy wants to deal he wants to talk
15:28i'm sure there's a number of reasons he's not communicating directly with savannah or a sibling or law
15:34enforcement he feels at home better with more protected with kold and i guarantee you something
15:42else there was something in that letter that just came down today that put them up on the top of that
15:49roof and they were they are now scouring the foothills in the area the homeowner association in that
15:55neighborhood has contacted everyone living there saying they're coming they're searching please open up your
16:03properties interesting that they are searching the properties of people in that very area home to
16:11home uh curtilage to curtilage that's garage uh shed dollhouse you name it why i'm curious that tells me
16:20something but i'm very intrigued with them going up on the roof what was in that note that put them up on
16:26the roof okay look they went back to the house law enforcement has gone back by the way they
16:33have over 100 local people with uh adjoining counties participating and the fbi so there are a lot of
16:41resources now on the ground here back at the house media removed that's interesting to me they don't want
16:48this guy knowing what they are up to although you can see the shot from the roof now one other piece of
16:53the puzzle there was a circle k that confirmed that law enforcement did go to one of their stores
17:00receiving a tip regarding a vehicle of interest and their team provided them access to the store's
17:06surveillance video now this is an issue that we discussed in detail last night and that is okay
17:13there's one way in there's one way out is some at some point there has to be some camera some place
17:20picking up license plates vehicles type of vehicles that are in the surrounding area were in the
17:26surrounding area at the time of this abduction it's very simple from the stream to the river from
17:37the river to the ocean there's an outlet just as you're saying there's an outlet even though there
17:43may not be cameras that are helping us in that neighborhood there's got to be a stop sign or a red light
17:49and another thing about this quick trip uh where they got the surveillance same thing happened in brian
17:55coberger uh same thing happened in alex murdoch you follow the road you follow it to its natural end
18:03it's turning point it's dead end you have to go one way or the other and this quick trip is also telling
18:08me the direction the perp went see what i mean you get to the red light that way or that way he's going
18:15that way okay what is that way what where is that leading me it's slim true but it's something i would
18:23be on those red lights on every lpr license plate reader along that way there are about 200 in the tucson
18:31area knuckle down also i just wanted to tell you i spoke with one of the founding members of cast
18:38cellular analysis survey team and they are all over it tonight they have people there in dc working
18:47with people locally the locals are trying to download what they can from the towers and those
18:55elsewhere remote are analyzing it remember there's only three really big servers and that would be
19:00at&t t-mobile and vcw all the other mom and pops use those lines they are now identifying cars in that
19:10area that were there between that time that critical time frame between 1 a.m and 6 a.m and they're
19:18finding cars that went in and out not like an uber driver but stayed for a certain period of time and
19:24left and remember it's 2 30 in the morning who's driving around at that time of the morning on an
19:32early sunday morning i have great faith now here's the problem with that sean burner phones because
19:39when you prepay you can put hey my name is bugs bunny you don't have to put your name or your real
19:45address your real phone number none of that because if it's a burner phone turning up in that area they
19:52then have to find out where was it purchased try to get video the works then they'll have to see who
19:58did that person who did bugs bunny call is he calling his girlfriend is he calling his dope dealer
20:03it's very hard when you got a burner phone but i know that cast cellular analysis survey team
20:10is about three inches up that tailpipe tonight let's go back to what harvey just revealed to us in
20:17the initial letter that he got at tmz the the letter said that nancy would be returned back to tucson
20:26within a specific time frame that's very telling he actually gave us a really good perimeter great
20:32analysis of of the distance it would take to drive back to tucson that's part one number two neighbors
20:39say a suspicious white van was spotted on their street only days before guthrie went missing you know
20:46one particular neighbor said he informed police about the unmarked van when he was questioned by
20:50authorities okay if this doesn't look like the type of neighborhood nancy where you just happen to stop
20:57and let me sit here for a few hours and eat my lunch um and most workers are in a van that is marked
21:04with their company logo so that seems odd to me that seems like surveillance to me
21:09yes it does and the fact that this was noticed by more than one person gives it the indicia of
21:21credibility it's not just one gladys kravitz next door going hey i saw a white van no it's more than
21:28one person and they seem to be credible so that needs to be chased down and now that they have the
21:34i the general description of the van and they've got a date they're going to be able to go back to
21:39that red light i keep talking about and get a description and maybe even a license and track it
21:46down that is big yes it's a needle in a haystack but it's something sean time time is going by and
21:56apparently she's not in the best of health she needs her medication and time is really of the essence and
22:01that that second deadline warning that harvey mentioned that that should that's chilling
22:08that's why i think law enforcement is all in right now uh nancy you've been phenomenal we appreciate
22:13you as always thank you here now with more analysis former fbi special agent nicole parker retired fbi
22:20supervisory special agent james gagliano fox news legal analyst greg jarrett uh nicole let's start with
22:27you with all these new pieces of evidence all right we have another letter that's new to the new to what
22:34we have tonight we have the white van on the street that's new to what we that's new to us today we have
22:39investigators back at the house what does that tell us we have no proof of life no means of communicating
22:45directly what does the fbi do next and here i'm going to ask a tough question that i don't want to
22:51really bring up a lot but do you hit the send button and send the bitcoin
22:59all right that's a slew of questions and i'll start at the top um when light of what has just
23:04recently been received in the last several hours it was a second ransom email that was sent at least to
23:10one of the same local media agencies um and that's very very important because based on our understanding
23:18of what it says it is very similar to the first ransom email that was sent both in style and in
23:25language and in the format that it was sent and i do believe that it had been stated that this second
23:32ransom email also had a masked ip address and i will reassure you that the fbi is behind the scenes
23:39right now working vigorously to identify that masked ip address fbi agents do have the capability to
23:47identify a masked ip address i am not going to go into the details because it we do use sensitive
23:53investigative techniques that i'm not at the liberty to discuss but i will tell you that they go through
23:58layers and layers and layers and it is absolutely possible to do i have seen it happen and i have
24:03seen it upheld in federal court so let's rest assured that that is happening they're not going to be
24:08talking about that but that is absolutely possible and also this bitcoin account i think it also
24:14demonstrates a certain level of sophistication there are many users that would not know how to set up
24:19a certain bitcoin account and wallet that's not traceable and the fbi is all overlooking that
24:25bitcoin account as well the fact that the van was seen that's important that's an anomaly neighbors
24:32commented on it they told law enforcement about it they will run that lead down as well nancy grace
24:37spoke in detail about cast that's very very important to be able to identify the users that were in a
24:43certain area at a certain time they triangulate and they look at which cell phone tower certain
24:48cell phones were pinging off of that's beneficial if a cell phone was turned on and if it wasn't it
24:53may not be as useful but let me tell you the offenders always make mistakes sean they might be sophisticated
25:01but when you've got the best investigators in the world looking at this case they will be tracked down
25:06and there will be a mistake made and there is someone within the sound of my voice
25:11and they are set someone knows this offender they need to call 1-800 call fbi i've said it before
25:18somebody knows that this offender did this and they need to report it
25:23uh all right james let's get your take james gagliano
25:29yes sean i i agree with what nicole said the a big piece of this and solving this is going to be
25:35going through all of the digital exhaust so the geo fencing that she touched on you know trying to
25:41find out whether there there are masked ip addresses and that's all stuff that the cast team will be
25:47working on whether or not a server proxy is being used and with modern technology law enforcement is
25:53constantly having to play catch up because the thieves are usually one step ahead of us this case
25:59is baffling everybody just because of the pace of it just because of the op tempo and the way that it
26:06defies gravity and how is that well the fact that these folks these abductors or abductor they're not
26:13seeking to do this through back channel they're doing it publicly today the release letter to kold
26:20and this is not the normal way that kidnappers typically work when they don't want the police
26:25to have such a massive presence like now and i'll close with this the second piece of this investigation
26:31is where the critical incident response group surg out of quantico is also dispatched and you see
26:37the investigators on top of the roof people are pulling their hair out going what could they
26:42possibly have missed this must have been an oversight no search warrants have to be amended that
26:47takes time sometimes and maybe in the second note they found another clue or maybe the abductor
26:53or abductors decided to send them there as some type of hey we were there go look for this so this is
27:00a natural progression in this and i think it is working it's moving at a at a pace where like i said
27:06people want this solved we have an 84 year old woman and sean less than one percent of all kidnappings
27:13happen with people 80 years or older this is a completely bizarre case is it for profit or is it for
27:20revenge and that's going to be the big question i think those are two but you know and two likely
27:26motives at the end of the day greg jarrett let's get your take and also with new surveillance abilities
27:34uh crime fighting abilities that have been developed by the fbi and all the law enforcement
27:39you know i i've got to believe that technology at the end of the day is going to step up and save this
27:44oh i agree as i said last night the digital footprint um is something everybody leaves behind
27:53it's just a matter of penetrating it so you know assuming this new message is indeed from the
27:59suspected kidnapper and appears to be a response to the family's plea then their statement publicly
28:06succeeded in triggering some kind of a response which is what was intended because it's important to
28:13establish some kind of connection or communication however one-sided or tenuous to whomever abducted
28:20nancy guthrie and whoever did this may feel some pressure to provide proof of life though they're not
28:26doing that in the conventional sense but they may have done so by offering additional details that only
28:32the family would recognize but the fact that it did not contain a new deadline or a different deadline
28:39or an overt threat that's the kind of encouraging news that may buy law enforcement additional time
28:47to find her or negotiate her safe return hopefully she is being cared for over the past six days and i
28:55think it's notable that this third message came from a different ip address but on the same secure server
29:02yes you can disguise your identity not difficult to do particularly if it's a stolen computer or
29:09burner device the fbi is likely working with internet service providers to conduct a trace and using
29:17their own technology so i think they are going at this with all resources and at every avenue and we
29:25hope for the best we hope for the best greg jarrett james gagliano nicole parker thank you all for
29:31being with us all right we have a lot more coming up tonight straight ahead the justice department announced
29:36the arrest of an alleged leader of the 2012 benghazi terror attack that left four americans dead the fbi
29:43director cash patel will weigh in on that we'll get his thoughts on nancy guthrie as well also more
29:49breaking details for this from the search of nancy guthrie and judge janine perro straight ahead
29:59now today did mark another major win for president trump's doj and fbi this morning the attorney general
30:05pam bondi fbi director cash patel and u.s attorney for dc janine perro announced the capture of one
30:12of the alleged leaders of the 2012 benghazi attack now of course justice that should have been served
30:18during the obama administration but inexplicably they lied to the american people labeling this
30:24attack as a simple protest that got out of hand a few months later on capitol hill then secretary of
30:30state hillary clinton didn't seem to understand why this was such a big deal that you might recall
30:37we were misled that there were supposedly protests and then something sprang out of that an assault
30:42sprang out of that and that was easily ascertained that that was not the fact but but the american
30:48people could have known that within days and they they didn't know that with all due respect the fact
30:52is we had four dead americans was it because of a protest or was it because of guys out for a walk
30:57one night who decided they'd go kill some americans what difference at this point does it make
31:04the difference the truth matters now you notice a change in tone addressing the media during the
31:09press conference director patel made one thing very clear if you kill an american this bureau will hunt
31:15you down listen i'm extremely thankful to the cia and director ratcliffe and our other law enforcement
31:21partners for making sure that the world knows that if you kill an american citizen in an act of
31:27terrorism we will hunt you down we will bring you to justice and you will face justice here in
31:33america not in another court and not in any other proceeding around the world but here you killed our
31:38own so we are going to take it to the streets to make sure you are held accountable it's now fbi
31:44director cash patel is with us uh fbi director patel good to see you the president has made
31:51accountability as it relates to benghazi a top priority um and you said this today if you kill it
31:57an american in an act of terrorism we will hunt you down um this was not an easy case to crack this
32:05was not easy to do walk us through everything that elevated this case what resources direction you were
32:11given and how you were able to pull this off yeah thanks so much for having us sean this is truly
32:17a historic day look president trump has never forgotten about benghazi president trump has promised
32:21to deliver justice to the four brave americans who are serving in benghazi who lost their lives
32:26justice act of terrorism and for me this goes all the way back to my days as a terrorism prosecutor
32:30in national security division when i worked the benghazi prosecutions at main justice and what we
32:35have to do was recalibrate how we looked at this case remember this happened over 12 years ago we had
32:42to go back and piece together the evidence work with our interagency partners um including the cia
32:48director rackliff and have a brilliant partnership with their attorney general and the department of
32:52justice to secure the evidence necessary and to produce that evidence in a court of law but beyond
32:58that we needed to get the guy we actually had to go over there and get the guy and apprehend him and
33:04work with uh our interagency to secure his transfer so late last night actually early this morning i was
33:09on an airfield in virginia at about two or three a.m where i witnessed um bakush the individual who's
33:15alleged to be one of the masterminds of the benghazi attacks uh be transported by fbi foreign uh
33:20transfer of custody as we call it hrt operators and special agents in our flight aviations unit
33:26along with our swat personnel um came in secured this individual and brought him back here to face
33:31justice and the only way it's done is because president trump gave us the resources the directive
33:37in the mission and said there are four dead americans and though the prior administrations has
33:42forgotten about them president trump never forgets about these victims and we hope today brings them a
33:46a modicum of peace sean you know the success in one year the fbi it's so stark compared to the
33:52four years of biden i'll use one example but i think it matters uh in the top 10 most wanted during
33:58the biden years they got four people in one year you've already gotten six of of the top 10 most wanted
34:04people what is being done differently here and and what does it say about the bureau for the four years
34:12prior to you coming into this office the simple juxtaposition sean and you know this may be better
34:18than anyone is that there was a weaponized bureau a politicized bureau to go after political targets
34:24including president trump and myself versus the bureau of today that goes based on law and facts
34:29and works with our prosecutors and that's the main difference sean we went out there and we put a
34:34thousand more agents into the field outside of dc permanently across america these agents are working
34:40around the clock and around the world to bring justice that's why you see these record numbers
34:44six top 10 captors in one year that has never been done before and we're just getting started and you
34:49know as well as anyone the accomplishments we've had under president trump and the d.o.j to safeguard
34:54our children and to drop the murder rate 20 points that only happens when you let good cops be cops
34:59you take the handcuffs off the federal agents and you put them on the bad guys and you make sure they pay
35:04for breaking the law and killing american lives it's it's amazing the stark contrast and difference
35:10if you if you want a choice election uh this november you've got one uh because you have one party that
35:17wants to defund ice defund dismantle no bail reimagine the police you got one that voted for the largest
35:24tax increase in history one that voted for the largest tax cut in history one that wants to give into
35:29the climate alarmism cult and and one that wants lowest the lowest energy prices imaginable um i
35:36don't think you can have a more clear-cut election than what we're going to have here and i know you're
35:40not about politics but a lot has obviously changed as it relates to the bureau but here's the thing that
35:47scares me the most and would keep me up at night if i was in your job we under biden have known terrorists
35:54murderers rapists child molesters gang members cartel members drug dealers that you know over
36:0012 million plus we don't know the exact number because of all the gotaways that have entered
36:05this country now you've got to keep this country safe it's on your shoulders to make sure that we
36:12find the worst of the worst to me it's like finding a needle in a haystack so can you explain the process
36:18how you're juggling all of those balls in the air at the same time and of course then you've got the
36:23you know the armchair quarterbacks that are like well why didn't they get this person or that
36:27person it's frustrating to me it's got to be very very frustrating to you you know for me that's
36:34part of the job to take the arrows but first and foremost we have president trump's decisive victory
36:38to usher in an era of safety and security for the american public that's where it starts and end
36:43the law enforcement community across the country and of course this fbi has been inspired by president
36:48trump's leadership to say hey i want to go after those that prey on our children a 500 increase in
36:54arrest of child predators online i want to go after and dismantle gangs a 25 increase 2200 gangs
37:01dismantled by president trump's leadership in the department of justice how do we do all that
37:06we eliminated the prior weaponization leadership structure entirely in the fbi we also went out into
37:12the field and replaced all our sacs to make sure they are on our board with the mission first priorities
37:17of president trump and securing america these guys know how to do the job they exist we've recruited
37:22even better talent to the fbi at record levels and what we're doing is giving them the resources by
37:27working with president trump and congress to fully fund them and say hey you have to go clean up the
37:32last four years the 12 million plus people that are here and those that are committing crimes and
37:36that's what we're able to do that's why how we're able to do it it's no secret recipe sean it's
37:41letting good cops be cops letting agents go out there and do the job they were trained to do
37:45and thankfully to president trump we have that ability and thanks to the attorney general and doj
37:50for prosecuting all of them well let me let me ask you about the savannah guthrie case and her mom nancy
37:55that has gone missing and it looks like a kidnapping ransom they're looking for proof of life i mean it's
38:02heartbreaking for everybody it shows to me that every life matters i've always believed that that we're all
38:06children of god um and it's frustrating we have this deadline that is pending i know the fbi has
38:13not been running lead on it but the the president put up a truth post in it he said that he has directed
38:19all federal law enforcement to be all hands on deck and assist the guthrie family in the search for
38:26savannah's mother nancy uh can you give us any insight where that investigation is
38:31well as you said yeah the the state and locals are the lead for the kidnapping right now but as
38:37president trump appropriately directed we've given them all of our evidence response technicians on
38:42the ground surge 1811 personnel on the ground providing them with victim assistance and family
38:47assistance as needed we're there for whatever the sheriff wants us to do we're there to analyze
38:52evidence if that's what they want us to do we're there to take material back to our laboratories for
38:56further analysis we're there to use our technologies like our systems that we have at the fbi to triage
39:03data cell phone analysis we are all hands-on for this and any other kidnapping where we are assisting
39:09law enforcement that's we're going to continue to do and we're never going to say no if they need
39:13something we're there you know after talking to him on gino and i ran into him last weekend um i don't
39:20think i'd want to be in your position i don't think i'd be able to sleep at night knowing the things
39:26that you likely know that most americans don't know uh but keeping americans safe and secure
39:32having law and order is critical it's a prerequisite for the pursuit of happiness not an easy job thank
39:39you for the good job you're doing appreciate your time cash patel thank you thanks so much sean
39:45coming up next on hannity u.s attorney janine pierre will join us with more on the arrest of one of the
39:51alleged leaders behind the 2012 benghazi terror attacks we'll get her opinion also on nancy guthrie
39:57straight ahead all right this is a fox news alert breaking moments ago president trump weighed in
40:06on the guthrie investigation from aboard air force one take a listen doing very well
40:12on that regard you're probably surprised to hear that i think we're doing very well very well meaning
40:20we have some clues i think that are very strong and i think we could have some answers coming up
40:26fairly soon i think we're doing very well let's hope that let's hope that's all true uh we will
40:32continue to update you with any developments in the case first a huge win for the administration
40:37and our justice system after today's benghazi arrest but this disaster should never have happened
40:42right here on this program in 2016 i spoke with chris tonto faranto who was stationed at the cia annex
40:50that was less than a mile away and he revealed that instead of going to help which he and if his fellow cia
40:57guys wanted to do they were told to stand down repeatedly take a listen how many times were you told to
41:04stand down that night you were at the cia annex what about a mile or two away right we not even
41:09that about three quarters of a mile the crow flies if it would have taken us even on foot if we would
41:14have been uninhindered on foot 10 minutes to get there a drive it took us maybe a minute um 30 minutes
41:19we were told to wait and then the words stand down were used uh you know what it's it's been
41:24at least three times you told me right well at least three three times twice the words wait were used
41:30once the word stand down was used our u.s attorney for washington dc she was at the press conference
41:36today our friend janine pirro is here with more um boy this is um serendipitous you are here two
41:43passions of yours you've always cared about benghazi you've never stopped talking about it and you have
41:50spent a big part of your life you know helping people that are victims of crime so we've got a lot
41:57to talk about tonight let's get your take we do sean and i'm thrilled to be with you tonight because
42:02as you know in 2012 this was a passion for me as it was for you because we knew that we were being
42:09lied to we knew that when they said it was a peaceful protest that when were i or there were just a few
42:15troublemakers or that when president obama said quote we did everything we could the truth is i spoke to
42:23patricia uh smith the mother of sean smith and i befriended her when i had my show and she texted
42:30me today and she said you know my son sean said to me mom i'm going to die they're not going to send
42:37help and this was for most americans sean and for me in particular the first time in my life that i
42:44realized that the american cavalry wasn't coming for you and right now we know the difference between the
42:52presidents because it is president trump who has made the decision to bring the american cavalry in
43:00to protect americans and that's why last night i was able to talk to the family of ambassador stevens
43:06and and and sean smith and tyrone woods as well as glenn doherty spoke to all of them and they were
43:13thrilled they didn't expect this i was on the tarmac at three in the morning i wanted to see that
43:18dirtbag bakoosh get off that jet and make sure that he got into the hands of american law enforcement
43:25my office indicted him two months ago the indictment was unsealed today i knew that this was a case where
43:33american justice had to stand up and the american citizens would be able to see a president who
43:39believes in justice it's an eight count indictment this guy bakoosh was one of the main people he's
43:46charged with supporting uh terrorism and providing material support to terrorism that resulted in
43:52the murder of several in addition to the murder of sean smith ambassador stevens and the attempted
43:58murder of scott wickland arson these people when they couldn't breach villa c where ambassador stevens was
44:06with sean smith they went out and got gas cans i'm talking about bakoosh and they set fire to make
44:13sure that those americans died this languished for far too long and so with cash patel dan bongino and
44:21with the help of marco rubio we got bakoosh back we got him back last night and we are not done yet
44:28john there are more of those people of those peaceful protesters that was nonsense they went on the sunday
44:35morning shows and they lied to us and then they said what difference does it make it makes a lot of
44:40difference you should have heard the family members last night and they're texting me please tell
44:46president trump how grateful we are we knew that he stood for us we knew he would never forget and
44:52this indictment will be prosecuted by my office just like the other two benghazi defendants were
44:59as well as the future benghazi defendants will be we will never forget this case
45:04you know what uh your passion is infectious your enthusiasm uh encouraging to so many others
45:13uh we'll come and get you judge piero good to see you up and i love i work for this president pam
45:20bondy they let us do it they did thank god uh coming up my super bowl uh predictions with clay
45:28travis i've won every bet to date straight ahead
45:34bg để ăn quả đầu đi còn quả phụ đi sao xuống ăn đốt quả phụ đi
