00:00Good evening, everyone. I'm Laura Ingram. This is the Ingram Angle from Washington tonight.
00:04As always, thanks for spending time with us. Blood on their hands. That's the focus of tonight's Angle.
00:12The left has spawned its own murder cult. Only two weeks after Charlie Kirk was assassinated,
00:19we're seeing more politically motivated killing. Now, this morning, the ICE facilities in Dallas
00:25were targeted by a sniper who shot three detainees, killing one, and then he turned the gun on himself.
00:32Although no ICE agents were injured, this was reminiscent of another attack a few months ago.
00:38It appears deliberate and premeditated. The FBI is investigating this incident as an act of targeted
00:44violence. It is unfortunately just the most recent example we've seen of targeted violence
00:49to include here in North Texas. What I can also share with you is that early evidence
00:55that we've seen from rounds that were found near the suspected shooter contained messages
01:03that are anti-ICE in nature. Yeah, you can actually see the literal anti-ICE
01:09scrawl on the casings here. Now, this case is still under investigation,
01:14but one thing we do know, violence toward our agents is becoming the norm.
01:19From the day before the inauguration to today, it's felt like open season on our ICE and Border
01:25Patrol agents. The number of attacks is stunning. January 20th, a Border Patrol agent was shot and
01:33killed during a traffic stop in Vermont. June 21st, a Molotov cocktail was thrown at a hotel
01:39near LAX where multiple agents were staying. July 4th, the ambush in Alvarado that the lieutenant was
01:46talking about there in Texas. A group dressed in military-style black clothing set off fireworks,
01:52sprayed graffiti, and shot at correctional officers. A police officer who responded was shot in the neck.
01:59On August 5th, agents escaped an arson attack in Washington state. I could go on and on.
02:06Now, these attacks follow what has been a campaign of vicious left-wing agitation with a familiar playbook.
02:13Dehumanize anyone who works for ICE, dox agents in the field, and disrupt ICE operations by any means
02:23necessary. We saw that happen in New Jersey, remember. Now, Ted Cruz happened to be in Dallas
02:29this morning. When this latest attack happened, he's had enough.
02:34Politically motivated violence is wrong. This is the third shooting in Texas directed at ICE or CBP.
02:42This must stop. To every politician who is using rhetoric, demonizing ICE and demonizing CBP,
02:53stop. To every politician demanding that ICE agents be doxed and calling for people to go after
03:01their families, stop. The vice president, who just spoke so eloquently at Charlie's memorial,
03:09provided more details about this morning's attack. And no, it wasn't random.
03:15Person who wrote anti-ICE messaging on their bullets, and there's some evidence that we have
03:20that's not yet public, but we know this person was politically motivated. They were politically
03:25motivated to go after law enforcement. They were politically motivated to go after people
03:30who are enforcing our border. And I think that is the most disgusting thing.
03:34It is time to stop the rhetorical assault on law enforcement.
03:39And what rhetoric, exact rhetoric, are we talking about?
03:44It is the private, largest private domestic army of its type. Police force anywhere in the world.
03:50He'll have 30,000 people that increasingly appear to be swearing an oath of office to him,
03:56not the Constitution. Masked men jumping out of unmarked cars, people disappearing,
04:01no due process, no oversight, zero accountability. People ask, well,
04:05is authoritarianism, you're being hyperbolic? Bull s***, we're being hyperbolic.
04:09If you're a black and brown community, it's here.
04:13Disgusting, yet from him, totally irresponsible and predictable.
04:18Now, meet the modern-day pro-criminal, pro-open borders Democrat Party.
04:23The Nazi references are their go-to attack lines.
04:28Donald Trump's modern-day Gestapo is scooping folks up off the streets.
04:33We are not used to our government censoring, chilling speech, disappearing people.
04:41This is Gestapo-like behavior, where plainclothes officers wearing masks are terrorizing immigrants.
04:55Now, when's the last time you heard any of those radicals describe actual foreign criminals that way?
05:04Now, these elected officials simply don't care that they're putting lives in danger, never have.
05:09Just like they didn't care that Biden's open borders in the first place
05:13would lead to American suffering, American death.
05:17Tonight, they all have blood on their hands,
05:20including top Democrat leaders who were implicitly threatening ICE agents just a few months ago.
05:27Every single ICE agent who's engaged in this aggressive overreach
05:35and are trying to hide their identities from the American people
05:40will be unsuccessful in doing that.
05:45Despicable thing to say to the men and women who put their lives on the line to keep our country safe.
05:50To execute the immigration enforcement laws, by the way, that were duly passed by Congress.
05:59Now, this entire chapter of the Democrat Party's playbook will end badly for them.
06:04Americans overwhelmingly elected Donald Trump, in large part, for his support for mass deportations.
06:10Now, let's be clear.
06:12So far, out of the 30-plus million people who are here illegally,
06:16the number of actual deportations has been pretty modest.
06:20It's on pace for 600,000 this year.
06:24But remember, Jeffries, Jayapal, Walls, AOC, etc.,
06:28they're the real fanatics because they want no one deported.
06:33Not a gangbanger, not a child abuser, not a drug trafficker, no one.
06:38They hate this country and are interested in doing one thing, punishing us.
06:43So it's time that we put an end to these wicked, dangerous lies.
06:49In November's governor's races in Virginia and in New Jersey and in the midterms next year,
06:55voters have the chance, the chance to punish the Democrat death cult for the violent climate they've created.
07:02And that's the angle.
07:03Joining us now exclusively is Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem.
07:08Madam Secretary, it's great to have you on the show tonight.
07:10The suspect in this ICE facility shooting was identified as 29-year-old Joshua John.
07:19We know the investigation is ongoing, but what can you tell us tonight about him?
07:23Well, we can tell you that he was on an elevated rooftop, that he shot into a building,
07:31into a carport area, that he was targeting ICE based on what we've seen as far as evidence so
07:38far in this case, and that we have to do all that we can to make sure this never happens again.
07:42So unfortunately, we see this kind of violence out on our streets every day.
07:48We see people that have been targeting our law enforcement officers across the country,
07:52not just in their rhetoric, but also in their actions out on the streets, and some of them
07:56appear to be acting independently.
07:59We don't know that for certain with this individual yet.
08:02We have to let the FBI finish the case, and we'll still continue to work with them to make sure that
08:07we do due diligence.
08:08But we also know that every day our law enforcement officers out on the street are facing terrorist
08:13organizations, cartel members.
08:15They're facing very dangerous individuals and networks that are sophisticated, that use technology.
08:20And what we're going to do in response, Laura, is that we're going to hire more ICE officers.
08:25We're going to go out and hire more law enforcement officers.
08:27We're not going to stand for this in the United States.
08:29And I'm so incredibly proud of our president, who is furious over the fact that we, every day,
08:34are seeing victims of crime, victims of this kind of a terrorist attack on a facility
08:39where people were working, showing up for their jobs, and all they wanted to do was
08:43to be able to do that safely and go home to their families at night.
08:47So, Laura, we've got a lot of work to do in this country, but we're going to make sure
08:51that we are a country that obeys the law, we follow the law, and if these politicians
08:55don't like it, then go ahead and change it.
08:58Quit going out and giving speeches.
09:00Go actually do something with your lives and accomplish something and have a debate over policy,
09:05rather than just attacking innocent people and people who get up and go do their jobs
09:08with honor and dignity and respect.
09:11MSNBC's law enforcement analyst says that a motive shouldn't be assumed in this case. Watch.
09:19You can't just assume by that what was written on that shell casing that that's necessarily
09:26his motivation.
09:28You know, he could have been doing that to, you know, thinking it was funny trying to
09:32put law enforcement on the wrong track.
09:34Madam Secretary, tonight Americans are very concerned about this feeling that it's open
09:41season on law enforcement, in some cases conservatives.
09:45We saw what happened two weeks ago to Charlie Kirk, another elevated roof.
09:50Is there anything tonight you can tell us about that shell casing that could change that type
09:56of thinking that this might have been a joke or it might have been something written to,
10:00you know, get everyone off the trail?
10:04No, I can't, Laura.
10:05And then the fact that he said that or even suggested that is irresponsible.
10:10People don't go around etching things into shell casings and then firing them into buildings
10:15for fun.
10:17Nobody does that for fun.
10:18People do that, that are evil, that want to destroy other people's lives and that want
10:22to make a statement.
10:23And those people feel like they get cover when you have leaders in this country going out there
10:28and defending those types of actions, which is exactly what these congressmen, what these
10:32senators have done, what these governors have done, what Gavin Newsom and Tim Walls have done
10:36by saying and calling names that are law enforcement officers who are just doing their job
10:41and trying to protect their communities.
10:42Everybody needs to remember, these officers live in these communities, too.
10:45They live there.
10:46Their families are there.
10:47They want to make sure that their kids can go to school and that their families can go grocery
10:53shopping and go to their jobs and be safe.
10:55So overwhelmingly, the American people is with our law enforcement.
10:59What I would tell the American people is send a strong message.
11:01Sign up.
11:02Go to join.ice.gov and sign up.
11:05And we will put you to work helping keep the backs and have the backs of these individuals
11:11who are so wonderful to go out there and defend America.
11:15Madam Secretary, do you have any idea how this individual, Mr. John, got up on this nearby roof
11:22had he been up there for a while, had he cased the joint, any CCTV footage that you can tell
11:30us about tonight?
11:31And there'll be more details of the case coming forward.
11:34The FBI is leading this case, so we will let them do their work.
11:38We're partnering with them and the Dallas Police Department as well.
11:42Our Homeland Security Investigations team is a partner.
11:45So we'll do that when it is appropriate and make sure that the information we're releasing
11:50is correct, because people deserve the truth.
11:52And unfortunately, people hear a lot from our members of Congress and from the fake news.
11:57They don't get to hear the truth.
11:58Well, Secretary, I know moving on to another story.
12:00NBC released a report yesterday that initially had this headline,
12:05ICE held five-year-old autistic girl in Massachusetts to pressure father to surrender,
12:12family says.
12:13Later in the day, they changed the headline and added this correction, which read,
12:17an earlier version of this article mischaracterized these activities of ICE agents in the video.
12:22What happened here?
12:25Because, again, it seems to most, I think, common-sense people, not even political people,
12:31there is an effort to paint ICE as Gestapo, Nazis, jackbooted thugs, and now they're abusing
12:39children and trying to chalk up more arrests.
12:44Oh, absolutely, Laura.
12:45What they did was absolutely lie to the American public.
12:48What happened in that situation with that autistic little girl is that her father was a criminal.
12:53He was a criminal who had endangered children in the past, and then he abandoned her in the
12:58vehicle and ran off to protect his own freedom and abandoned his daughter behind.
13:03And so those officers protected that little girl.
13:06And then we have MSNBC lying about the story, going, using it to try to demonize these officers
13:12who were the ones who stood beside that little girl when her father ran away to protect himself.
13:17So those stories, I think, Laura, the Department of Homeland Security has to put out five or
13:22six press releases a day just saying, this report, this article that you read, is absolutely
13:29false.
13:30This did not happen.
13:31We did not deport U.S. citizens.
13:33We did not separate children from their families.
13:36No, this individual was arrested because they murdered somebody.
13:39And we, over and over and over again, we have to keep putting out press releases just to
13:44make sure that people know the truth.
13:45The problem is, is that these networks are so sold out for a lawless country and a borderless
13:53country, and they're so opposed to President Trump and what he's trying to do to help
13:56America be successful and free and safe again, that they will do anything.
14:01And so what we're going to do is continue to be strong.
14:04We're going to continue to enforce the law.
14:06We're going to hire more law enforcement officers, and we're going to bring peace to our streets.
14:10Madam Secretary, thank you very much.

14:15And coming up, crocodile tears, Jimmy Kimmel?
14:19Well, he forgot to do one big thing in his return to television.
14:25Kimmel, back on television, late night, comedian, right?
14:29Well, he had suggested that Charlie Kirk was killed by the MAGA gang, claimed that conservatives
14:34are trying to score political points off the assassination of our friend.
14:38So he gave a nearly 20-minute monologue.
14:41I guess, was it funny?
14:43No, not really.
14:43But it was missing something.
14:46Try to figure it out.
14:47It was never my intention to make light of the murder of a young man.
14:53I don't think there's anything funny about it.
14:55I posted a message on Instagram on the day he was killed, sending love to his family and
15:00asking for compassion.
15:01And I meant it.
15:02And I still do.
15:03Nor was it my intention to blame any specific group for the actions of what it was obviously
15:09a deeply disturbed individual.
15:11That was really the opposite of the point I was trying to make.
15:14But I understand that to some that felt either ill-timed or unclear, or maybe both.
15:19And for those who think I did point a finger, I get why you're upset.
15:24I mean, you've got to actually hand it to Kimmel, right?
15:28He wasn't sorry.
15:30So he didn't say, I'm sorry.
15:34I mean, he's actually kind of honest there.
15:36He's not sorry.
15:37Didn't say sorry.
15:38It was kind of weasel words.
15:40I don't know how many writers he has, but they probably could have written it a little
15:43better, but nevertheless, he's not sorry.
15:45And then he tried to conflate the issue of his company, ABC, making a business decision
15:52and the U.S. Constitution.
15:55Check this out.
15:56The president of the United States made it very clear he wants to see me and the hundreds
16:01of people who work here fired from our jobs.
16:04Our leader celebrates Americans losing their livelihoods because he can't take a joke.
16:10We have to speak out against the government threat to silence a comedian the president doesn't
16:17like is anti-American.
16:18Oh, now he thinks of such a thing called anti-Americanism.
16:22Well, that's progress, I guess.
16:24But Jimmy must have skipped that history class on the Constitution because the government
16:28did not get you suspended.
16:30You got yourself suspended.

16:49Your reaction to what you heard, the non-apology weasel words.
16:55Yeah, absolutely.
16:57So Jimmy Kimmel is clearly not sorry.
16:59If he was sorry, he would have come out the day after he made those remarks and lied about
17:03Charlie Kirk's assassin.
17:05He said that Charlie Kirk's assassin was MAGA.
17:07He blamed Charlie Kirk's death on the movement that Charlie Kirk was a figurehead of.
17:11And this is a real problem, Laura, because when you can't talk about the real problems
17:16that are going on on the left, the violence of the left, then you're never going to solve it.
17:20What Jimmy Kimmel engaged in last night was called both sidesism.
17:23This is a new up by the left, a new hoax that they are running to say that they absolved
17:28themselves entirely of all political violence because there's political violence on both
17:31sides.
17:32But that is factually untrue.
17:34Let's just look at the last month, Laura.
17:36There have been three mass shootings by left-wing radical activists, transgender activists,
17:43anti-immigration activists, and somebody living with his transgender very boyfriend who killed
17:47Charlie Kirk, shot up a church in Minneapolis, and then shot up an ICE station in Dallas.
17:53What is the left's response to all of those mass murders been?
17:56It's been more terrorism.
17:57Terrorism against ABC News local stations.
18:00Terrorism against Fox News vans for local affiliates in Utah.
18:03Thousands and thousands of leftists celebrating the mass murder.
18:0858 House Democrats refusing to denounce political violence on the House floor.
18:14Jimmy Kimmel getting suspended because he refused to apologize to the family of a young man who
18:20was just murdered.
18:21This is a huge problem, and Jimmy Kimmel won't address it because addressing it would mean actually
18:26talking about the spate of radical left-wing terrorism that is a scourge on our country.
18:33Now, you cannot unite with people who want you dead, Laura, and you cannot unite with people
18:38who refuse to accept that they have a problem.
18:41Ultimately, we cannot make peace with evil, and that is what's most important here.
18:45Yeah, well, Benny, Charlie believed in engaging with them, however, and he did,
18:52knowing how dangerous it was.
18:55And I remember he was asked once about, you know, family disputes and so forth on politics
19:01and people not talking to their friends for political reasons.
19:04And he said, don't do that.
19:06Engage.
19:06Always engage.
19:07That's the only way forward.
19:09So are you saying that, you know, that's out the window now?
19:13You can't really engage with these people because they've taken up, essentially taken
19:17up arms or rhetoric that is so vile, it fans the flames of this type of political violence.
19:25You said it perfectly, Laura, that what Jimmy Kimmel did was not apologize.
19:30He refused to call it what it is, which is left-wing violence, until the left admits that
19:34they have a problem fomenting violence and that left-wing terrorism has been met with more
19:39terrorism, and this month has been one of the bloodiest months of political violence
19:43and it's all been on the left.
19:45Charlie Kirk was a generational leader.
19:47He would have been a president, a Republican president.
19:50We are the aggrieved party.
19:52There were hundreds of thousands of people gathered in Phoenix.
19:55There wasn't a single broken window, not even a litter.
19:58Nobody even spit gum on the sidewalk.
19:59Nobody even jaywalked, Laura.
20:01Everybody was behaving peacefully, mourning and praying.
20:05Contrast the Charlie Kirk revival with the George Floyd riots.
20:09And you will see the massive difference between the sides.
20:12I spoke with security at the event, Laura, and they told me the biggest fear they had
20:15was not the 100,000 mourners for Charlie Kirk, but one left-wing radical that got in and
20:20committed violence or terrorism.
20:22Law enforcement knows this.
20:24Americans who have common sense knows this.
20:26And thankfully and hopefully the Trump administration knows this.
20:28I'm calling on the Trump administration, please declare a national emergency of left-wing
20:33violence in our country.
20:35People are unsafe because of these terroristic elements inside of the left that are hunting
20:40down my friends and hunting down people that just want to live peaceful, peaceable lives.
20:46Bill Clinton spoke out today, Benny.
20:48I don't know if you caught this gem, but watch.
20:51I'm worried that we're at risk of losing our freedom of speech.
21:00And that the weight of the government
21:03is being used to restrict expression from journalism to comedy.
21:12This is after they censored us during COVID.
21:17They used their algorithms to basically de-platform and suppress conservative voices.
21:22And they actually had a disinformation, misinformation plan at DHS that ultimately got unraveled.
21:29But now Bill Clinton's worried about a party he shouldn't even recognize today?
21:34Again, leftists are more upset that a comedian had to go take paid vacation to be with his
21:42children than that Charlie Kirk will never see his children again.
21:45They're more upset that Jimmy Kimmel got put in timeout where he had full freedom of speech.
21:48Jimmy Kimmel stood on a street corner and yelled whatever he wanted.
21:51He could have tweeted. He could have posted on social media.
21:53He could have done anything. He had full freedom of speech, Laura.
21:56They're more concerned about that. They're more outraged at that than that Charlie Kirk will never
21:59speak again. This is a true moral problem on the left.
22:04Sickness.
22:05It is really, it is truly a sickness. It is not really political anymore.
22:09It's a spiritual problem. It's lightness, it's light versus dark, good versus evil.
22:14And you cannot unite with people who want you dead.
22:16You cannot unite with people over a lie. And do not unite with evil.
