00:00All right, it's 9 p.m. on the East Coast, 6 p.m. out on the West Coast.
00:04This is a Fox News alert.
00:05Welcome to Hannity.
00:06In just a moment, we will bring in the very latest on the shutdown battle,
00:10the SAVE Act, and the awful incendiary rhetoric from Democrats.
00:14Believe it or not, it's even getting worse than ever.
00:16But we begin with shocking developments and breaking news from Tucson, Arizona,
00:21tonight, where the 84-year-old mother of NBC News anchor Savannah Guthrie,
00:26Nancy Guthrie, was likely abducted from her home approximately three days ago.
00:32Tonight, Fox News is reporting that local officials found blood
00:35and signs of forced entry at the 84-year-old Guthrie's home.
00:41And now the Pima County Sheriff's Office is now aware of possible ransom notes
00:47sent to at least one media outlet.
00:50That would be TMZ.
00:51Here with the details, our very own Jonathan Hunt.
00:53Jonathan, this is getting a little bit more scary by the day.
00:58Yeah, good evening, Sean.
01:00The abduction or apparent kidnapping of Nancy Guthrie becomes more mysterious,
01:07more baffling by the hour even.
01:10And that sense of bafflement exacerbated, if anything, today by a somewhat bizarre
01:15press conference given here at the Pima County Sheriff's Office by Sheriff Chris Nanos.
01:19He was asked a series of what appeared to be fairly straightforward questions,
01:25including, do you think that Nancy Guthrie was abducted by one or more people?
01:31The reply to that, no clue.
01:33And that's a quote.
01:34He was asked, do you think you are searching for someone who is still alive?
01:40The answer, we hope we are.
01:42That's a quote.
01:43And here's how he summed up where the current investigation stands.
01:47Listen here to the sheriff.
01:48And so job number one is we've got to find her and we've got to work hard to do that.
01:56I understand there's great attention on this, and rightfully so.
02:00And I appreciate it and I thank you for it because it has generated a lot of leads for us.
02:05And so we're tracking those leads and we're doing things with evidence that you would expect us to be doing.
02:12Now, we have seen video of blood drops and blood spatter across the entryway to Nancy Guthrie's home.
02:22The sheriff today would not confirm that they found blood.
02:25He did merely confirm that they found, as he put it, DNA.
02:29And he also said so far they only have one match for that DNA, and that is Nancy Guthrie herself.
02:36He also implied that this was a targeted abduction in that he said he does not believe there is a wider threat to anybody in the area.
02:47Here again is the sheriff.
02:49Is there somebody out there who's kidnapping elderly people in the middle of the night every night?
02:54We've not heard that.
02:56We don't believe that's the case.
02:57We do believe that Nancy was taken from her home against her will, and that's where we're at.
03:04Sure.
03:06And then we have the question of these purported ransom notes tonight.
03:11Sean, as you mentioned, one of them was sent to our colleagues at TMZ.
03:16Several local media outlets here are also reporting receiving these alleged ransom notes.
03:22They include, apparently, details that the writer says are about what Nancy Guthrie was wearing, for instance, on the night that she was abducted.
03:32That sort of detail has not been made public by investigators here.
03:37But all that FBI Director Kash Patel and the Pima County Sheriff's Office here will acknowledge at the moment
03:45is that they are aware of the reporting surrounding these ransom notes, and in their words, they are continuing to follow all tips and leads.
03:56So these ransom notes could be real, could be authentic demands from a real kidnapper of Nancy Guthrie, Sean,
04:05or they could prove ultimately to be nothing more than an evil prank.
04:10We shall see.
04:11Sean?
04:11All right, Jonathan, thank you for that report.
04:13Now, tonight, our prayers are with the entire Guthrie family.
04:16This is a true nightmare, and you don't want copycats.
04:20You don't want this to grow.
04:21It is gathering nationwide attention, rightly so.
04:24Even President Trump was asked about the abduction earlier today.
04:27Here's what he said.
04:29Have you been briefed on Savannah Guthrie's mom missing in Arizona?
04:34I think it's terrible.
04:35Would you commit to more federal agents, like, helping out on the search?
04:38Sure, I wouldn't.
04:39I'm going to call her later on and think it's a terrible thing.
04:41I always got along very good with Savannah.
04:44Very unusual situation, but we're going to find out.
04:48Now, as the federal investigation is heating up, what is going on behind the scenes of the FBI
04:53as they attempt to locate and rescue 84-year-old Nancy Guthrie.
04:58Here with more, the author of The Two FBI's, Fox News contributor, former FBI special agent Nicole Parker.
05:05All right, Nicole, when you see abduction, you see ransom, famous person.
05:12TMZ gets this note.
05:13I've known Harvey Levin a long time.
05:15He can't talk about it yet.
05:16But it sounds like a possible kidnap for ransom.
05:21Your thoughts?
05:23You know, there's a lot to dig into, and this ransom note potential is huge in the investigation.
05:28But let me again double back on what the FBI's involvement is at this point.
05:32I do believe that they're playing a very substantial role.
05:35The assistant special agent in charge out of the Tucson Resident Agency gave a very nice press conference this afternoon
05:41and spoke about their involvement.
05:43The FBI is specifically providing analytical and technical support.
05:47They are also doing interviews.
05:50They are providing our cellular analysis survey team.
05:55They look at cell phone towers.
05:56They look at where phones were pinging.
05:58They're also downloading and analyzing cell phones, the content of those cell phones themselves.
06:03And they're also helping to take in all of the tips.
06:06We heard that there were over 1,000 tips at this point, probably even more.
06:09So the FBI is going to help run down those tips, and they're going to help the sheriff's department prioritize those tips.
06:15And I think we cannot underestimate this ransom note issue that we're now dealing with.
06:21Allegedly, there were ransom notes sent to TMZ and potentially some other local news agencies.
06:28And it's very important when we're analyzing that from an FBI perspective.
06:31First of all, the transmission.
06:33Those were emailed.
06:34The FBI will be doing a full scrub, and law enforcement will be doing a full scrub on how that was delivered.
06:40They're going to be looking at the metadata information, the ISP address, excuse me, the IP address, the ISP provider,
06:47the geolocation of where that may have been coming from.
06:49And we do know that, obviously, a sender can mask their identity.
06:53That happens many, many times in law enforcement.
06:55They try to spook you, spoof you, and get you off track.
06:59But what they can do is dig through the layers to determine the subscriber information for the email sender, and they will dig into who actually sent this email.
07:08Is it legitimate?
07:10And then, Sean, on the other side, so you've got the technical aspect of these ransom notes or emails.
07:14But on the other side, they also will, I'm sure, be enlisting the FBI's BAU, Behavioral Analysis Unit.
07:21And what they do is they actually analyze the content of the email, what it stated.
07:26You know, I understand that they were providing a Bitcoin account information where they wanted the money to be sent.
07:32They'll be looking into who that Bitcoin account is belonging to.
07:36Is that legitimate?
07:37So they'll be running through very technical details on it, but they will also be looking at what it said and what they believe the motive is or why they are doing this.
07:48And is this something that is credible?
07:50You know, are they really talking about the clothing that was worn?
07:52Is that something that's unique that only they would know?
07:55And so this is something that they will be looking at.
07:57They will analyze very, very closely on many, many fronts.
08:00They will determine, are these legitimate or is this a hoax?
08:04And the key is, if it is legitimate, the FBI and law enforcement wants to open up the line of communication and keep that going,
08:12because that is how they're going to continue to get evidence and data points to continue their investigation.
08:17All right, Nicole Parker, I've met Savannah Guthrie.
08:21Very, very nice person.
08:22Genuinely nice.
08:24Creditors, again, with her and her family.
08:26Nicole Parker, thank you.
08:27We'll have much more on this.
08:28Nancy Grace is coming up tonight.
08:30But first, we turn to another breaking story.
08:33Tensions are once again rising just off the coast of Iran, where American, an American F-35 fighter jet shot down an Iranian drone that was approaching the USS Abraham Lincoln in the Arabian Sea.
08:46Meanwhile, in the all-important Straits of Hormuz, six Iranian gunboats tried, but they failed to intercept a U.S. flag oil tanker before a U.S. Navy vessel arrived on the scene.
09:00Mark my words, the Ayatollahs, the Mullahs, they're now playing a very dangerous game, one that they're not going to win.
09:08And President Trump, he does want peace, but he's also a man of his word.
09:12He did promise he would take out their nuclear program if they didn't negotiate, and he did.
09:17After vowing to do so, it happened.
09:20A hostile Iran will not be met with Obama and Biden-like appeasement.
09:25Anyway, here are the full reports on all of the activity that's going on now outside the coast of Iran.
09:31Our very own Kevin Cork is with us from Washington tonight.
09:33Kevin.
09:34Evening, Sean.
09:35Iran continues to basically say one thing and then do another.
09:39On the one hand, they say they're working to engage in a negotiation with Washington, especially as their economy continues to stagger, the protests continue, and the regime frets the U.S. naval buildup in the Arabian Sea.
09:50But on the other hand, they're also trying to affect their internal political standing by, as you point out, testing President Trump, flying a drone toward the USS Abraham Lincoln, which, of course, was shot down immediately by U.S. forces.
10:03That F-35 lightning really is something else.
10:06They also deployed six Iranian vessels armed with .50 caliber guns, which then unsuccessfully tried to stop a U.S. flagged oil tanker in the Strait of Hormuz.
10:14Again, thanks to the U.S. Navy, that tanker was ultimately escorted to safety.
10:18Meanwhile, the regime, Sean, is also tonight requesting that nuclear talks with the U.S. be held in Oman on Friday, as Tehran, of course, continues to try to push for, let's just call them structural changes in the negotiations.
10:32What they really want to do is limit the talks to a bilap between the U.S. and Iran.
10:37And in doing so, what they're really hoping to do, Sean, is exclude Arab and other regional stakeholders.
10:43Now, that's a move that could really complicate things moving forward.
10:47Whether or not they get that between now and Friday is anyone's guess.
10:50But one thing is certain.
10:51If you play with fire, you will get burned.
10:54And they seem to be playing with just a bit of that right now.
10:57Sean.
10:58All right.
10:58Kevin Cork, thank you.
10:59Now, let's head over to Capitol Hill tonight, where Republicans have ended a government shutdown yet again, despite Democrats' best efforts.
11:08Take a look.
11:08We just had an important and historic vote on the House floor, a series of votes today, in fact, and we delivered for the American people.
11:15For some reason, many of the House Democrats wanted to shut the government down again and inflict pain on the American people.
11:21But I'm glad to tell you, I'm happy to report Republicans got the job done.
11:25Our majority worked together and we got the bills over the line.
11:29All right.
11:31Remember, Democrats once claimed that government shutdowns were practically the end of the world.
11:36Now, they are seemingly trying to shut down the government every other month.
11:40Anyway, here with the full report, our very own Chad Pergram, the Hitchhiker's Guide to All Things Washington, D.C. and the Swamp.
11:47Chad, well, they got over this finish line.
11:49What's going on in two weeks?
11:51Sean, good evening.
11:52Most of the government is now funded through September, except for one department, DHS.
11:57Yes, it's a two-week Band-Aid as Democrats push to reform ICE.
12:02However, it's tough to get a deal that fast.
12:06There's still another 4% that's not funded and is operating on a two-week continuing resolution.
12:13But ultimately, that's going to be a conversation between the president of the United States and the Democrats here in the Senate.
12:20But ICE operations are funded through 2029, thanks to the big, beautiful bill.
12:25But no deal for DHS could hamstring other sectors of the department.
12:31That includes no pay for TSA and a disruption for FEMA.
12:35Democrats are skeptical that the GOP will agree to their demands about ICE.
12:41Are you optimistic a deal can be reached 10 days from now?
12:43Not supremely, because Mike Johnson is already saying he's not going to do masks.
12:52He wants these people to continue to be masked.
12:54So, no, I'm not supremely optimistic, but I think we've got to use every lever that we have.
13:00Republicans have their own demands.
13:03They'd like to end sanctuary cities.
13:05But some conservatives believe the two-week window is a ruse to undercut DHS.
13:12Don't forget, what they really want is to abolish ICE.
13:14I mean, they've said that really clearly.
13:15I mean, that's the ultimate goal.
13:17And if they can't do that, then they want to tie the hands of law enforcement everywhere.
13:21I mean, they want to abolish this agency.
13:23And I'm just not going to participate in that.
13:26Now, President Trump touted the agreement ending the shutdown after three days.
13:30Twenty-one Democrats voted to reopen the government.
13:34At least one Democrat, Madeline Dean of Pennsylvania, said it's okay if DHS runs out of money.
13:42Sean?
13:43Oh, so the fight's over, really defund ICE and docks ICE agents and insist they wear masks
13:50when they have been threatened, which we'll get to in a second.
13:54Anyway, Chad, we appreciate it.
13:56Now, this is the ultimate goal of the Democratic Party.
13:59I think Republicans should embrace this fight.
14:02And it comes straight from Chuck Schumer's lips in 2022.
14:05Take a listen.
14:07Immigrants make us stronger now more than ever.
14:10Now more than ever.
14:12We're short of workers.
14:14We have a population that is not reproducing it on its own with the same level that it used to.
14:21The only way we're going to have a great future in America is if we welcome and embrace immigrants,
14:26the DREAMers and all of them, because our ultimate goal is to help the DREAMers,
14:31but get a path to citizenship for all 11 million or however many undocumented there are here.
14:38Oh, ultimately reward lawbreaking.
14:41Thanks for saying it, Chuck.
14:42All the hysteria surrounding ICE, it's always been and remains a political ploy to shut down any and all deportations.
14:51And the best way to do that, defund ICE, neuter the DHS, and give all illegal citizenship.
14:57Take a look.
14:58We must have accountability, and we must bring justice to every fascist in the administration,
15:05and that includes Kristi Noem, that includes Stephen Miller, and that includes Tom Homan.
15:13ICE will be abolished, VHS will be dismantled, and together we will get it done.
15:21And Mr. Fang Fang himself, Eric Swalwell, who desperately wants to be the next governor of California,
15:28well, he's even taking it a step further.
15:31He now wants to punish ICE agents and take away their driver's licenses.
15:36Oh, what did they do wrong out there? Take a look.
15:39You've also spoken out in wanting to make it difficult, if not impossible, for ICE agents
15:43to get jobs at state agencies in California, also for masked officers to lose their driver's licenses.
15:49What do you say to those who argue that you're just taking out your frustration
15:53with the administration on individual agents, and that those steps don't necessarily ensure safer communities?
16:01Yeah. Well, if you still work for ICE, that's a decision.
16:05And I'm saying, as a governor, I'm going to make a decision that you can't work in the state.
16:10I also am calling on every governor, use your emergency powers and take away the driver's licenses
16:14of these folks who don't want to wear, or don't want to take off their masks.
16:19That means thousands and thousands of the worst criminals, murderers, rapists, child molesters,
16:26drug dealers, cartel members, even known terrorists, they would get to stay in the country.
16:31He wants to punish ICE? They're out there bravely arresting those people.
16:35And to cap it all off, on Capitol Hill, Jerry Nadler, his rhetoric was even worse. Take a look.
16:41But what is really the major problem in this country today is the fascism in our streets.
16:48The attacks on American citizens by masked hoodlums.
16:53If you were attacked by a masked person, you might think you were being kidnapped.
16:57You'd be justified in shooting the person to protect yourself.
17:01Same Democrats, they couldn't stand for the families of Lake and Riley or Jocelyn Nungary, elected Democrats.
17:08They know the risk of inciting their radical base against federal agents.
17:14And yet they continue to gin up that anger and all that hatred.
17:18And in the end, if they continue to do this, more people will end up dying and more people injured.
17:24To me, they will all have blood on their hands.
17:27There is also a real human toll to the ICE agents.
17:31More than 180 DHS vehicles have been attacked since Donald Trump was sworn in.
17:37That's a year ago.
17:401,800 percent increase in assaults.
17:433,200 percent increase in assaults by vehicles.
17:468,000 percent increase in death threats against federal ICE officers and others.
17:52But for Democrats, it's all just a means to an end.
17:56They really don't care about the human toll on either side.
17:59For them, it's all performative.
18:01When's the last time they mentioned the people shot, shot, and killed in Chicago?
18:05When did they ever mention all of the people that were murdered and raped and kids that
18:09were molested by illegals that Biden, Harris, Mayorkas led into this country?
18:14You know, this is a show for their base with an effort to block deportations and ultimately,
18:19they think, expand their voting base by offering something of great value, citizenship.
18:25As Senator Lindsey Graham points out, the so-called compassion on the left,
18:29it is totally fake and phony.
18:31Take a look.
18:32Y'all are playing like Biden didn't exist.
18:35Y'all won't tell the American people about Lake and Riley.
18:39It's a one-sided debate.
18:40For four years, our border was obliterated.
18:43They let them come in by the tens of millions, and they want to go back that way.
18:47We're not going.
18:49So, Mr. President, stick to your guns.
18:52All right, here with Reaction, DHS Assistant Secretary Tricia McLaughlin.
18:56You know, I'm listening to these people, and then I'll scroll all of the criminals that ICE
19:02agents have bravely arrested.
19:05Murderers, rapists, other violent criminals, child molesters.
19:09The worst of the worst, thousands and thousands and thousands of them.
19:14Do you have a total number?
19:16Over 700,000 just in the last year under President Trump and Secretary Noem,
19:21and that includes 1,500 known or suspected terrorists, 7,000 gang members.
19:27Sean, also think of the 145,000 children who have been reunited under President Trump,
19:33Secretary Noem, and HHS.
19:35That's been saving children's lives.
19:37What we're seeing, though, for members of Congress, people who have been sitting in the
19:41halls of Congress for decades, this is a law enforcement agency.
19:45DHS law enforcement officers risk their lives every single day to enforce the law that's
19:51on the books of Congress, and it's just getting out of control.
19:54I mean, Sean, just in the last few days, over the weekend, an individual from Mexico, we
20:00arrested him.
20:01He was convicted of sexual child abuse.
20:03One from Mexico, aggravated sexual assault of an elderly or disabled person.
20:09Another individual, lewd and malicious acts with a child under 14.
20:13These are the heinous criminals that we are going after every single day, and it is those
20:18politicians who put the lives of our law enforcement further at risk, and they put the public safety
20:23further at risk because they embolden crazy lunatics to liken these people to the Gestapo.
20:29They truly believe that.
20:31They will take actions into their own hands, and that is why we're seeing an 8,000 percent
20:34increase in assaults and death threats against our law enforcement.
20:37John?
20:38You know, I think the Republicans, I think Lindsey Graham's onto something.
20:42Put them on record.
20:43Are they for sanctuary cities and states, or are they not?
20:47Are they for, do they want to support the deportation and arrest of illegal criminals in
20:53our country that are violently murdering and raping and molesting our children or not?
21:00Put them on record.
21:01I think that's the best path forward.
21:03Your thoughts?
21:04Sean, you're exactly right, and we're seeing that.
21:06We're seeing that out of New York as well.
21:08Kathy Hochul has come out and said she's going to end all 287 deputization partnerships with
21:14ICE and our DHS law enforcement.
21:16We know last year alone, out of New York, 6,947 criminal legal aliens were in New York's
21:24custody.
21:25Because of sanctuary city policies, 290 murders were released, hundreds of sexual predators.
21:33That is taking from New York's custody and not participating or cooperating with ICE in
21:38any way.
21:39So they perpetuate more victims.
21:41And that's what we're seeing from these sanctuary cities across the board.
21:44And God bless our men and women of ICE, because these politicians are using them as political
21:49pawns and really endangering the public how they do it.
21:52All right, Tricia, thank you for joining us.
21:54And coming up tonight, the search continues for Savannah Guthrie's mother.
21:58Authorities have confirmed they are aware of possible ransom notes.
22:03The one and only Nancy Grace will break it all down as we continue.
22:12All right, this is a Fox News alert.
22:13The search for Savannah Guthrie's missing mother is still underway.
22:17As reported at the top of the hour, there were some shocking new developments today.
22:21Joining us now with our coverage, the host of Crime Stories, Nancy Grace is with us.
22:26The one and only Nancy, taken out of her home against her will, abduction.
22:34Now, I'm sure that Harvey Levin, you know, would not ever publish anything that's not true.
22:41I've known him a long time.
22:43Apparently, there is a ransom letter.
22:45You have studied crime your entire life.
22:48What do you see here?
22:49I see a lot, and it's developing very quickly.
22:54I agree with you about Levin.
22:55I do not believe what he said is fabricated.
22:58Also, the alleged ransom note went not only to TMZ.
23:02It also went to KOLD, a local outlet.
23:05Apparently, it's the same exact ransom note.
23:09Now, that's interesting.
23:11That's what we're being told.
23:13It's coming out in drops and dribbles.
23:15What I'm telling you is what we're learning from sources, okay?
23:19It's all got to be corroborated.
23:20But if it's the same exact letter, that means it's not a lot of people writing ransom notes here and there.
23:29It's a coordinated effort.
23:30Does that mean it's real?
23:31Don't know yet.
23:32But about the ransom note, Sean, it allegedly had information in it regarding what Mrs. Guthrie was wearing at the time she was kidnapped, abducted.
23:44That has not been released.
23:46I've been thinking about what was she wearing.
23:48She had gotten home from her church event on Saturday night.
23:52She was brought home.
23:53She got home 9.30, 9.45 p.m. by 11 a.m. the next day.
23:59She's such a faithful churchgoer.
24:00When they looked around and went, hey, Nancy's not here.
24:03They immediately called her family.
24:05The family was over there shortly after 11.
24:07Mom, gone.
24:09Was she wearing her PJs?
24:10Has she had time to change?
24:11I'm curious.
24:12Why do I care?
24:13I care because if she's still wearing the clothes that she came home in,
24:17that means the perp was watching her, waiting on her to get home.
24:22This is not random.
24:24Even a non-legal eagle could figure that out.
24:28It's not like he's coming by to get the VCR.
24:31And, oh, there's a lady.
24:32I think I will take her.
24:33So you've got the ransom note allegedly wanting millions of dollars in Bitcoin.
24:38And I believe that Bitcoin account has been authenticated.
24:42It's a real account.
24:43That doesn't mean that the ransom note is real.
24:45Nancy, let me ask you this.
24:45That's what we know about the ransom note.
24:47Two notes.
24:48Yes.
24:49Okay.
24:49I want to get to the blood.
24:51We'll get to the blood.
24:52And I can't imagine an 84-year-old woman had enemies.
24:58I just can't imagine that under any circumstances.
25:01Church-going woman, from what I've read and what I understand,
25:04which then leads to the obvious conclusion one would go to,
25:10which is they targeted somebody because, in this case,
25:14her daughter was in the public eye and famous
25:17and probably assume that she may have some money.
25:21That should be chilling to everybody in the country.
25:28Extremely.
25:29This is an 84-year-old grandma that cannot walk further than 50 yards.
25:36She has mobility issues.
25:37That's the best.
25:38That's on her best day.
25:40She can walk 50 yards.
25:42Now, this got me very upset.
25:44You know, my 94-year-old mother lives with me.
25:46And the thought of somebody taking her in the middle of the night.
25:50There is blood.
25:52At first, we couldn't confirm what type of DNA it was,
25:55just that it is Nancy Guthrie's DNA.
25:57And I've looked at the blood.
25:59It's from the door going out to the driveway.
26:02And it looks to be, to me, free-falling, low-velocity droplets.
26:11Free-falling, as in dropping from a nosebleed.
26:14Low-velocity, not from a weapon hitting her or a gunshot wound,
26:19which would be high-velocity or mist or spatter.
26:22Low-velocity, free-falling droplets, like from a bloody nose.
26:27Now, we know she has a pacemaker.
26:30Is she on blood thinner, which would make her bleed more if she was even slapped?
26:34So, I'm trying not to read anything worse into that than it already is,
26:40such as a gunshot wound or a stab.
26:42I'm hoping that my analysis of a free-falling, low-velocity droplet is correct.
26:49But that tells me the path in which she went, from the house to what?
26:55A car.
26:56Now, you can't tell me, in that community, everybody doesn't have Ring doorbell cams.
27:01There has to be some surveillance of the car that took her, period.
27:07Another thing I'm learning is, apparently, there is video somewhere in that home.
27:12However, it's server-based, not in the cloud.
27:16And we've heard reports that it tapes over every eight hours.
27:20Can't confirm that yet.
27:21If that's true, it's going to be H-E-L-L trying to recreate it.
27:24And that's being worked on right now.
27:27So, you've got a ransom note, an alleged ransom note, two of them.
27:30And you've got blood droplets and trying to get the video.
27:34Also, Sean, the foot search had been called off.
27:38But now, as you and I go to air right now, apparently, there are helicopters coming back
27:43in the area, and they are retracing their steps.
27:46And I think that's a good sign.
27:48Yeah.
27:49Well, the one thing I will say, I do have a lot of faith in professional hostage negotiators.
27:54The IT capability of our law enforcement is superb.
27:59Our forensic guys are superb.
28:02Not a lot to go on.
28:04One last thing, apparently, she had a ringtone camera, and they ripped that out, knowing
28:11that that would be the first thing they looked at.
28:13That tells me it's premeditated.
28:17Last thought.
28:19Pre-planning, and I would start looking, not in her inner circle, such as her family, but
28:25beyond.
28:26Who's cutting the grass?
28:27Who worked in the yard?
28:28Who worked on the road last week?
28:30Who trims the trees?
28:31Who's the grocery store clerk, and out, and out, and out, somebody that goes, hey, that's
28:37Savannah Guthrie's mom.
28:38Let's take her.
28:39I know Savannah.
28:40She's a wonderful, wonderful and loving person, and I am praying for her and her family and
28:47her mother tonight.
28:48And I hope you join me, Sean.
28:50I totally join you.
28:51Amen to that.
28:52And I pray for a speedy recovery.
28:55Nancy, we appreciate you being with us.
28:57You're great at what you do.
28:59All right, coming up next tonight, right here on Hannity.
29:02It is an abomination.
29:04It's Jim Crow 2.0 across the country.
29:07We are going to do everything we can to stop it.
29:11All right, no shock.
29:12Chuckie Schumer pulling the race card once again, comparing the SAVE Act to, quote, Jim Crow
29:172.0.
29:18We've seen this movie before.
29:20You see it every two years.
29:21You see it every four years.
29:22Also, Jill Biden, the former first lady, her ex-husband has now been arrested and charged
29:29with first-degree murder.
29:30We'll have a live report on that as we continue.
29:36Now, we do have breaking news out of Delaware today, where former first lady Jill Biden's
29:41ex-husband was arrested for murder in the death of his own wife, our very own Marianne Rafferty.
29:47She has the latest.
29:49Wow.
29:49Marianne, this is strange, to say the least.
29:53To say the least, yeah.
29:5477-year-old William Stevenson was taken into custody on Monday, charged with first-degree
29:59murder in the death of his wife, 64-year-old Linda Stevenson.
30:02She was found unresponsive on their living room floor a few days after Christmas when
30:07police responded to a domestic dispute at the Stevenson's Idlewood, Delaware, home.
30:13They had her whole street blocked off.
30:15There was a bunch of cops, a bunch of ambulance, and then the ambulance left, but the cops never
30:18did.
30:20A weeks-long investigation led to a grand jury indictment against Stevenson.
30:24On Monday, authorities have not released Linda Stevenson's cause of death, but an autopsy
30:29was performed.
30:30William Stevenson was previously married to Jill Biden back in 1970 when Jill was 18.
30:36They both worked on Joe Biden's first Senate campaign until divorcing in 1975.
30:41Two years later, Joe Biden married Jill.
30:44Now, Stevenson is in custody tonight after failing to post $500,000 cash bail.
30:50Fox News reached out to the office of Joe and Jill Biden, but they did not immediately respond.
30:54Sean?
30:56Hi, Marianne.
30:56Thank you for that report.
30:57Now, we turn to another big question tonight.
31:00Why are so many Democrats so strongly opposed to the SAVE Act, which would simply require
31:06proof of citizenship and voter ID to be eligible to vote?
31:10Now, of course, the left is diving back into their failed playbook.
31:13I tell you, this happens every election year, every two years, every four years.
31:18Chucky Schumer leading the way, decrying the legislation.
31:21Jim Crow 2.0.
31:23You hear it every two years.
31:24You hear it every four years.
31:26Here you go again.
31:28The SAVE Act is an abomination.
31:30It's Jim Crow 2.0 across the country.
31:33We are going to do everything we can to stop it.
31:37Complete lie.
31:38This legislation is anything but Jim Crow 2.0.
31:42And the concept of photo ID to vote is actually very popular.
31:48Don't take my word for it.
31:49Even fake news CNN admitted it has bipartisan support and it crosses all demographics.
31:56Take a listen.
31:56What are we talking about here?
31:59So take a look here.
31:59Favor voter ID to vote.
32:01Look, I got all this polling on the screen going back since 2018.
32:04You'll notice on all of it, it's all north of 75 percent.
32:0876 percent.
32:0976 percent.
32:1076 percent.
32:1181 percent.
32:12And then 83 percent in the last year of Americans agree with Nicki Minaj.
32:17They favor photo ID to be able to vote.
32:21But even 71 percent of Democrats favor photo ID to vote.
32:2685 percent of white people favor it.
32:2882 percent of Latino.
32:2976 percent of black Americans favor it.
32:32So the bottom line is this.
32:34Voter ID is not controversial in this country.
32:37A photo ID to vote is not controversial in this country.
32:40It is not controversial by party.
32:42And it is not controversial by race.
32:44The vast majority of Americans agree with Nicki Minaj.
32:47Here with Reaction, Fox News contributors Ari Fleischer and Reince Priebus.
32:52Okay, explain to me, Ari, I'll start with you.
32:57Voter ID, signature verification, chain of custody, any mail-in ballots can be available for the
33:04public to view online with a camera so nobody can mess with them.
33:10Updated voter rolls every election year.
33:12Not that hard.
33:13You have partisan observers, every precinct, watch the voting all day, the vote counting
33:19all night.
33:19Why is any of that controversial?
33:22Clearly, it's not based in those CNN numbers.
33:26God, I'd add to that list of common sense things to make sure the voting is what it's
33:30supposed to be.
33:31A constitutional amendment that says only Americans can vote in American elections.
33:35Look, this whole notion of 2.0, Jim Crow, suppression.
33:39Think about how ludicrous that is in our daily lives.
33:43You get in your car to drive to an airport.
33:45You've got to have an ID.
33:46Or is that driver suppression?
33:48You fly on the airplane.
33:49You have to show your ID to get on the plane.
33:51Is that Jim Crow 2.0 in the air?
33:55Then you land.
33:55You go to a hotel.
33:56You have to show your ID to check in at the front desk.
33:59Is that Jim Crow 2.0?
34:01You want to get a beer at the bar.
34:02They ask for your ID to make sure you're older than 18.
34:05Is that Jim Crow 2.0?
34:07Now, the ludicrousness of saying that the simple act of showing an ID is somehow an
34:13act of suppression, the only reason somebody could be for that is they want to leave the
34:18door open to letting people who are illegal in this country vote.
34:22That's what drives us for Democrats.
34:24They want to keep that door open.
34:26On every major issue, Republicans, the country wants tax cuts.
34:32Republicans gave them that.
34:34Republicans want lower gas prices.
34:36They got that from President Trump.
34:38Republicans want legal immigration, not illegal immigration.
34:42Reince Priebus.
34:43Even those that may not like the fact that ICE has been arresting murderers, rapists, child
34:48molesters, other violent criminals.
34:50I'm not sure why that's deemed controversial, but they always go that extra mile.
34:57Now, the question is, we're 10 months away.
34:59To me, it's too early to determine.
35:01However, I do think that Republicans have winning issues if they articulate their message well.
35:07Well, and look, I mean, Chuck Schumer is twisting himself and bending so far over that he's
35:15looking upside down to everybody else.
35:18And that's what the Democrats are doing.
35:20I mean, look at this issue.
35:21I mean, OK, he's talking about what he's trying to say is that people who don't have enough
35:26money won't have a photo ID.
35:29But let's look at SNAP and food stamps.
35:32I think you need an ID for that.
35:34Medicaid.
35:34How about Social Security disability?
35:36How about Section 8 public housing?
35:39How about utility assistance payments?
35:41How about unemployment payments?
35:43And by the way, where do you need to go to get this government assistance?
35:47The last time I checked, you had to go to a government building.
35:50And so where are these people going to go to get all of these things that they need for
35:54assistance?
35:55And why isn't Chuck Schumer trying to change those laws?
35:59And Jim Crow, I mean, I agree with Ari.
36:01I mean, what an embarrassment.
36:02I mean, when you're talking about literacy tests, poll taxes, a grandfather clause where
36:08people were told that you couldn't vote unless your grandfather voted.
36:11And of course, their grandfathers never voted.
36:13I mean, it's actually disgusting and they need to be called out.
36:17And I guess, you know, as a Democrat, he would know because that's one of the Democrat specialties
36:22where all of these Jim Crow laws, it's embedded in their party, in their history.
36:26All right.
36:27Is this just more evidence that Chuck Schumer wants power more than anything else and he's
36:32giving in to the radicals on his party?
36:34Exit question, Ari.
36:37Yeah, it's because he wants to be able to have people who shouldn't have vote vote.
36:40That's going to be the only reason you do this.
36:42They say it's rare that there are people who voted illegally.
36:45But you know what?
36:46I lock my door every night, Sean.
36:48It's probably rare that anybody's ever tried to break in in my entire life.
36:51It's probably never happened.
36:53You still lock your door every night.
36:54You want the voter rolls to be secure, too.
36:58No, it's called getting on the wrong side.
37:00It's getting on the wrong side of normal.
37:03And that's what these people do in order to appease a very small minority of nutjobs.
37:11It's a small minority, but they run the entire party.
37:14And, you know, minority leader Jeffries, minority leader Schumer, even Governor Hochul.
37:21I mean, they're all leaders in name only.
37:23It's Mom Donnie.
37:24It's the squad and the radical left that control all these so-called leaders.
37:29Good to see you both.
37:31And up next tonight, right here on Hannity.
37:33Good Lord.
37:35I'm not Joe Biden, for God's sake.
37:37I'm healthy.
37:38People see me at work every day.
37:40They know that I can deliver.
37:41And I have delivered.
37:44Oh, for goodness sake.
37:45Where was she for four years?
37:47Anyway, Democrats now taking shots at Joe Biden's age, his cognitive decline.
37:52The one and only Tommy Lahren weighs in.
37:55And Billie Eilish tried to shame Americans for living on stolen land during her Grammy speech
38:01while owning a mansion and on what one tribe believes is their stolen land.
38:08Is she going to give it back?
38:09We'll explain straight up.
38:10All right.
38:17In other news, following Billie Eilish's Grammy comments, calling out stolen land in America,
38:23a Native American tribe confirmed to Fox News that Eilish is actually living on their property.
38:27In a statement, the tribe said, in part, quote, as the first people of the greater Los Angeles
38:33basin, we do understand that her home is situated in our ancestral land.
38:40Eilish has not, well, contacted our tribe directly regarding her property.
38:46We did reach out to Billie Eilish for a comment.
38:48We've yet to hear back.
38:49What a shock.
38:50Liberal hypocrisy knows no bounds.
38:53Here with Reaction, the co-host of The Big Weekend Show and being fearless,
38:56Tommy Lahren, I don't know.
38:59It's a multi-million dollar property.
39:01She thinks it's stolen.
39:02Give it back.
39:05Not only her, Sean, but there were a lot of folks in that audience that were clapping like
39:09seals when she said it.
39:11So I would assume that all of those individuals are right now looking to forfeit, give up all
39:16of their property, all of their mansions, really all across the United States, because
39:20according to them, this is all stolen land.
39:22I've yet to hear if they're going to be doing that, if they're going to be putting their
39:25property up for, I guess, auction back to the ancestral owners.
39:30But I'm waiting to hear, and I hope by a next award show, maybe by the Oscars, we'll
39:34get an update.
39:36Well, I think she should give it back for free.
39:38All right.
39:39Are you going to be watching the Super Bowl this weekend?
39:44Sean, you know, as much as I would love to indulge in that halftime show and see Bad
39:49Bunny, possibly in a dress, trashing our federal law enforcement officers in this great country.
39:55I think I'm going to sit that one out.
39:56All right, but you can watch the game.
39:57You don't have to watch the halftime show.
39:59I'm cheering for Robert Kraft.
40:01He's a friend.
40:02And the New England Patriots coming back would be a big story.
40:05But anyway, the Patriots 23-year-old quarterback, he has a great story.
40:09Drake May.
40:10He has been married to his wife since June.
40:12He didn't date during college because he wanted to stay focused on his training.
40:17He said he would advise all of his teammates to get married at some point in their lives.
40:23Take a look.
40:24I definitely would advise them to eventually get married.
40:28It's one of the best things in life, one of the best things I've experienced in my life.
40:32And there's no better feeling than coming home to a wife that loves you and cares for you
40:37and just worried about your best interests.
40:39And I know my teammates, you know, some of them are experiencing, you know,
40:43different parts of their life and what stages.
40:45But, you know, I chose to get married young, and I don't regret it one bit.
40:50You know what?
40:52He's just like the most likable, you know, to me, he's a kid.
40:56He's not a kid.
40:56Young man that you could ever want.
40:59Seems like a really nice guy.
41:00I wish him and his wife all the best.
41:03Sound like a good kid.
41:04Yeah, I love it when these athletes and public figures put their values on display.
41:11Stability, tradition, values, family, all great things.
41:15What a wonderful example he's setting.
41:17And, you know, it doesn't matter at what point in your life you decide to get married,
41:20but the most consequential decision you will ever make is your partner, your husband, or your wife,
41:25especially if you're a professional athlete.
41:27I can tell you this, a lot of those men that are playing sports out there at the professional level
41:31could do to have a great wife at home that holds it down and has a great family.
41:36So I think that's a great message.
41:38I love to hear, Sean, that we have a revival of these traditional values.
41:42That's exactly what we need for our public figures, and we're hearing it more and more.
41:47Liberal Maine governor, by the way, Janet Mills, listen to what she said, kind of dissing Joe Biden.
41:52Speaking of electability, the one concern, one of the big concerns I hear about you is your age.
41:59No, really? Damn, I thought that wouldn't come up.
42:03Do you think that the memory in your party about Joe Biden, is that going to be too much for you to overcome?
42:09Good Lord. I'm not Joe Biden, for God's sake.
42:13I'm healthy. People see me at work every day.
42:16They know that I can deliver, and I have delivered.
42:18It's either her, grandma, or the guy with the Nazi tattoo.
42:24I think Maine will probably stick with Susan Collins.
42:28Yeah, and listen, I don't remember her or many other folks in the Democrat Party calling out Joe Biden
42:33while he was in office leading the free world, talking about his age.
42:36Very convenient. They all throw him under the bus now.
42:39Hmm. Sounds like great friends to have, Sean.
42:43Too little, too late. Tommy, thank you.
42:44A viral video next.
42:48monitoring.
42:50Come on, Talmud, Talmud.
42:51Come on.
42:52Talmud?
42:53Tom, come on at wlessness.
42:53Come on.
42:54Talmud?
42:55They all throw you off to you.
42:56It's too large.
42:57Lady Hilfe, take your hand.
42:58Taking my hand.
42:59Look at Kalmud.
43:00I'm at Kalem mí.
43:00Awesome!
43:01He is double his.
43:02Salmud, Talmud.
43:04Still on at View to Lake.
43:05savory, dream with her.
43:06All that well are your hand in pre-sindial.
43:08He's defeated still on your hand.
43:09are that he's defeated just no second half.
43:12He is defeated.
