00:25And listen, I've got a really wonderful executive here behind me.
00:31I've got Tracy Powell, who is the vice president of Disney Signature Experiences.
00:37And with Tracy, we've got Walt Disney World ambassador, Rayvon Redding.
00:42And welcome to both of you.
00:45Well, first of all, I'm going to go to Rayvon first, okay?
00:51Tell everybody here you're the Walt Disney World ambassador.
00:55What does that mean?
00:56That is correct.
00:57I have a very unique role and opportunity.
00:59I have the distinct honor and pleasure of representing all 70,000 cast members that work at Walt Disney
01:06World Resort in Orlando, Florida.
01:07I know, it's incredible.
01:09All of our parks and resorts have ambassadors to be the official representatives at media
01:14events, at events like this, and to really represent.
01:17But I didn't just fall into this role.
01:19I actually met the Walt Disney World ambassador my eighth grade year.
01:24And it was that day that I said, oh my gosh, I want to do that.
01:29I made a wish and said a prayer and said, someday I'm going to be an ambassador.
01:33And 14 years later, I am sitting here as a Walt Disney World ambassador.
01:38Isn't it wonderful?
01:40Sade, 14 years later, and I would say 20 years later, you've been with the Walt Disney
01:45Company, which is huge.
01:46You have worked in all these different departments.
01:48What do you love most about your job?
01:50I mean, creating experiences.
01:52You know, and I have to say that is exactly the case, Sade.
01:56I am so fortunate to have been with the company for 20 years.
02:00And in those 20 years, every cast member has a role in the show, to be able to make dreams
02:07come true.
02:08And that sounds a little cliche, but we do that every single day.
02:11People love coming to our parks, to our resorts, to our experiences.
02:14And I've had an opportunity to not only do that in the United States, but I've had an opportunity
02:19to do it internationally, in Asia, China, Hong Kong.
02:23So I can't say anything more, making dreams come true.
02:26Hey, I think there's nothing really better.
02:29You know, I'm sure because you've done so many things across the globe for young people,
02:34like what was your most favorite dream that you made come true?
02:37Wow, that's a good question.
02:39I just have to say, being the executive champion for Disney Dreamers Academy, which some of you
02:44may have heard of, we get an opportunity to change the lives of our young people every single
02:51year.
02:52We get to pour into them.
02:53And I'm so fortunate to be a part of that as the executive champion, along with many
02:57of the cast members that you see here.
02:59But I will tell you, Sade, one thing that is true.
03:02We all start from humble beginnings, and that's no different for me.
03:05Yes, you see an executive here, which I'm incredibly proud of, but I come from humble beginnings.
03:11I'm originally from Gary, Indiana, and I have to say that, whoa, give it up for Gary!
03:17And I have to say that one of my dreams was to be able to travel the world.
03:22And in this role, where I support Disney Cruise Line, I get an opportunity to do that every single day.
03:30I get a chance to travel through the company and then help others travel around the world.
03:36I love travel.
03:37I've been to about 53 countries to date.
03:40I've still got a long way to go.
03:42But, you know, travel, I think, is just that essential wealth that we all have.
03:47But, you know, you look at different wishes.
03:49You make wishes come true.
03:51What's your favorite wish?
03:53I have to say my favorite wish, let's see, Rayvon, is really to be able to make an opportunity for dreams to come true.
04:03There's something about just being able to cruise and sailing away with family and loved ones and having a great time.
04:11So this part of our program is called Disney When You Wish, right?
