00:16Steven and Francie. So, Ursula, tell us what we did on Francie today.
00:20Today, well, Francie's actually going natural. She came in with, you know, maybe two or three
00:26inches of relaxed hair and the same amount of new growth. So, what we did was cut off all
00:32the relaxed hair and went natural. And then we lightened her using torch crimson and also
00:38sunset red on the top to give it more of a zip to the color. And then we also added a few pieces
00:44in there just to, you know, funkify her a little bit. Change it up, right? Ursula, one of the things
00:49you did was a two strand twist on Francie. Why'd you do that? I did that to create texture to her
00:55hair because even though some people have natural hair, everybody's curl pattern is not the same.
00:59So, this actually gives it a curl pattern and it's kind of like a set. So, Francie, how do you feel
01:04about your new look? I feel amazing. I've been going through this transition and it's been really
01:09tough and I've been doing it on my own with not a lot of guidance. And Ursula did an amazing,
01:16amazing job. Thank you. You look great. I feel really beautiful. Thank you. Now, for you guys,
