00:08Are you going to do a spin-off from Love & Hip-Hop?
00:11Can we expect to see your own show?
00:13Well, that's what we wanted to do and that's what we've been trying to do.
00:17But it's really, really time-consuming.
00:20Even when we film Love & Hip-Hop, we film for like 10 months
00:24for however many episodes that we're on, for however many minutes out of that episode.
00:28So in order for us to totally dedicate what we want to do just to, you know, meet the
00:35Maggies, which is the title that we already decided is going to be the name for our show,
00:40we definitely need the time.
00:41And I have so much things on my schedule, like the Essence Live.
00:44Yes.
00:44I mean, you know what?
00:45Yes, the Essence Festival, yes.
00:47A thousand other things that I'm doing.
00:50But we are, what we have been putting our full time into is a book that we're doing.
00:54Oh, tell us more about the book.
00:55It's pretty much like, not really, I wouldn't say self-help, but everyone always asks us
01:01questions like, how do you guys do it?
01:03Or, I love how he loves you so much.
01:05Or, how do you manage this?
01:06So we figure out, like, if we could try to pull that all into a little ball and smash
01:13it into some pages and make it so that people can understand it.
01:16And just, you know, just continue to represent for the young black families out there.
01:21Some that have families that were started before they met.
01:24Because we both, we have children before we even met each other.
01:27We both had children.
01:27We were really young in our teens.
01:29And it's weird because we're, like, growing with our children.
01:32And I see a lot of people have that situation.
01:34We grew up in, you know, poverty and neighborhoods where, you know, you don't really know the
01:40effects of having children when you were teenagers.
01:43And now that we're married and our kids are there and we're pretty much growing with them,
01:48it's kind of cool to be able to install certain values that we necessarily didn't get, such
01:53as, you know, marriage and monogamy and family first before anything.
01:57So we definitely are putting that into a book.
