00:58So I'm really excited to announce that Essence has started a program called Girls United.
01:03It's a mentorship and leadership program for young black women,
01:06and our first partnership is with Ulta Beauty.
01:09It's really exciting because six young girls are going to be selected,
01:13given $10,000 scholarships, be able to create a beauty line with Ulta Beauty,
01:19travel to Chicago, travel to New York, and get mentored by all of these amazing beauty executives.
01:24We're really excited. You need to go and enter so that you can become one of those six women,
01:29and we're excited to meet you. It's gonna be dope.
