00:00You will never, ever experience a heart attack.
00:02You just need to understand one very simple thing from me,
00:05that two distinct paths lead towards the heart,
00:07one originates from the brain and the other from the stomach.
00:10Your brain's health declines when you overthink too much,
00:12when you're constantly living with tension and worry.
00:15Stress hormones are then released,
00:16which constrict your blood vessels and eventually this puts a strain on your heart,
00:20placing a heavy burden upon it, ultimately turning you into a heart patient.
00:25The second path, it passes through your stomach when you eat at irregular hours,
00:29whatever you desire, whatever is placed before you, you consume,
00:32you don't consider whether your body truly needs it or not.
00:35These very habits make you a patient of high cholesterol and blood pressure.
