00:30I mean, I'm so honored to be a woman in television, on television right now, but especially in
00:37this era of such powerful and talented women.
00:41I love this event every year where we can all get together and honor each other and the work
00:45that we're doing.
00:47It's really incredible, and I always leave feeling so inspired.
00:50So I'm so happy to be here yet again, and especially this year, which was such a monumental
00:55year for women.
00:55Well, yeah, speaking of that, you know, with Hollywood's harassment conversation, I'm curious
00:59what, what's been the most surprising thing that's come out of that in your opinion?
01:03Oh my goodness.
01:04I mean, I always think that women are so supportive of other women, but I think that now more than
01:10ever, we truly have all band together.
01:13I think that in our world, especially the media tries so hard to pit women against each other
01:18so often, and it's so terrible.
01:21And right now, we're really not letting any of that happen anymore.
01:24We're banding together and supporting one another.
01:26That always is there, but now so more than ever.
01:29And, you know, we've talked to people about renewal and heading into 2018 with like a new
01:34perspective.
01:35What do you hope is the biggest news story to come out of 2018?
01:37Like if you could finish this in 2018 will be the year of, how would you do that?
01:41Peace.
01:42It's all I want.
01:44I just, I evacuated my house this morning, and I had two minutes to think what I would
01:50take, and I grabbed my cat, and that's all, because it really doesn't matter.
01:54All you need is just surround yourself with the people that you love.
01:56Like these things, like nothing matters.
01:59So we just have to take care of ourselves and surround ourselves with people that we
02:02love.
