00:00Jeffrey Epstein's convicted co-conspirator, Ghislaine Maxwell, is claiming that the late
00:04pedophile had 25 other accomplices, all of whom she says made secret settlements to avoid her fate,
00:13a hefty prison sentence. The fresh claims are part of Maxwell's latest push to have her conviction
00:19overturned, which will likely be just as fruitless as her last zillion tries. Her lawyers made the
00:2625 co-conspirator claim in a December court filing, which has now only come to light.
00:31The court papers also claim that there were four Epstein employees who were never indicted,
00:36but were mentioned in a controversial non-prosecution agreement. The new revelations
00:41bring fresh questions about just how much information is still being kept from the public.
00:46The Department of Justice says that it has roped in about 400 lawyers who are working,
00:51quote, around the clock to review over 5 million pages of documents and redact certain information
00:56like victim names. Earlier this week, the DOJ said in a court filing it will finish reviewing the
01:01files, quote, in the near term. But who knows what that means in practice? And the department
01:06failed to provide a date. The date we did have was December 19th of last year.
