00:35was on the sidelines last year this is the first time the Steelers have hired an older coach

00:45address some of the offensive issues they've had for a while is not that inspiring to me
00:50but frankly the last decade hasn't been that inspiring when it comes to
00:55results and I'm a big Mike Tomlin fan but 19 years is a long time to have that job
