00:00What's up, everybody? Welcome back to day 13, I think, of making my bed every day to be more successful, to be more consistent, to be a better person, because consistency is important.
00:12And let's get ahead into the recap. So, as you see, I did chop off all my hair. It was just time to go. I don't know.
00:20I just, on a whim, was like, these last seven months of growing this out, let's go ahead and get this thing chopped off.
00:26But, so I was calling all of my medical bills that are all spaced around at different companies, because the anesthesiologist is a private contractor and doesn't actually work for the hospital.
00:39So, when I was paying the hospital, I was supposed to be paying this independent contractor.
00:43Yeah, but I forgot that I had some money in crypto.
00:48So, about to cash that out and make sure I can pay off all my medical bills.
00:52And I'm actually really excited, because without, you know, kind of that crypto savings account that I had, I was like, how am I going to pay all these medical bills?
01:02Like, where is all my money going?
01:04Oh, it was in crypto.
01:06And the market.
01:07But I'm going to leave what's in the market.
01:09Just going to take out what's in crypto.
01:11And then we're going to buy back.
01:13Because the lower it goes, the more on sale it is, baby.
01:16Not only that, but I'm also going to start a daily physique update.
01:23I have a coach now, and I think it'd be good content for me to kind of show you what my physique looks like on a daily basis and see how it changes going through this process of stepping back on stage after having an ACL injury.
01:37Hopefully you like the content, because, I don't know, I mean, I make content for y'all, so hopefully y'all enjoy it.
01:46And it's like a documentary for me, just to make sure that I'm tracking what I'm doing, staying consistent.
01:51Obviously, my bet is made.
