00:15filed by Sepute MP Theresa Koch. During the operation, a court assistant
00:20registrar and a bailiff, in the presence of lawyer G Manigandan,
00:25representing Koch and police officers, arrived at Jamal's house to execute a writ
00:30of seizure and sale at about 11.42 a.m.
00:35to contact the occupants by calling out and ringing the doorbell but received no response.
00:40They eventually entered the hospital.
00:45The Act of the Premises by Force in Pursuant to the Court Order, dated January 23,
00:50and completed the operation at 12.36 p.m.
00:54The enforcement
00:55arose from a final High Court judgment obtained by Koch against Jamal.
01:00This was to recover an outstanding judgment sum of 66,061 ringgit
01:05and 85 sen of unpaid costs awarded to Koch.
01:10He filed the suit on in 2017, accusing Jamal of making defamatory statements
01:15about her concerning the Yayasan Warisan Anak Selangor funds.
01:20In July 2022, Koch won the suit and was awarded $300
