05:41that offer smaller resort style condos with bigger amenities at a lower price point.

20:08Sand dunes had seven different pools and a tiki bar, but the living quarters would prove a tight squeeze for the whole family.
20:15The landmark could fit everyone, but was a maze of bathrooms that led to a tiny balcony.
20:21And the cheap beach house this pirate and his crew will set sail for is the landmark.
20:28We ended up choosing the landmark.
20:30It's move-in ready, direct ocean front.
20:32It had everything we were really looking for.

20:40Even though the landmark didn't really have everything we were looking for, it checked the most boxes.

20:49It has multiple bathrooms and enough amenities that we really wouldn't have to leave the resort if we didn't want to.
20:55Madison was able to work her magic and ended up getting an even better deal than what it was listed for.
21:02So the landmark was originally priced at $155,000.
21:06And we ended up closing on it at $149,900.
21:10After a couple months, I'll be a pro.
