20:42favorite spots the beach the amenities at the pool and the green space for the kids and the dog no kids
20:49this weekend so what are we going to do I don't know well we got a new pool we can check out the pool we
20:55can do whatever we want to do Gary and Kirsten were interested in Harbor walk there were multiple offers I
21:02asked the agent what do I need to do to get this off the table put it under contract we don't want anyone
21:06else seeing this and we put together an offer at four hundred and forty thousand and we were able
21:11to close at that price we got our beach house we did have you heard the one about the two Norfolk
21:22lovebirds who found an affordable beach house for their blended family they finally found their sure
21:27thing and lived apparently ever after that's all Norfolk's
