00:00I think the frustrations are really starting to show here especially because after the loss in

00:08Boston I mean we talked to Trocek we talked to JT and they faced the music they talked through it

00:15they were accountable they sat there and you know said it was unacceptable embarrassing all the right

00:21words and then we didn't really get much of that out of JT after the Seattle loss which was a little

00:27disappointing because you know it's the middle of January he hasn't been captain for very long

00:33they don't get the response that they want after that game in Boston and he he he said I'm sorry I

00:40don't know I don't know and kind of walked away at the end there and he had he has done so well

00:47up to this point I think in terms of his office leadership and and the way that he's carried

00:52himself in front of the camera and the way the things that he said the ways that the ways that

00:56he said it I think he's really done a good job in that department so to kind of see that falter a

01:03little bit after the Seattle game is is not encouraging at all well maybe yeah and I don't

01:09I don't want to speak for him but at some point if he wants to take the heat for walking away because

01:15he doesn't know what to say it might be a sign that like I'm going to say something that I don't want to

01:19have live on forever so I'm going to walk away and unbelievable for him yeah and no one's going

01:26to question how much he cares I mean I was at the winter class winter classic practice he's in a red

01:31jersey and one of the drills he just like tries to blow up radish at one point like even upper body

01:37injury in a red jersey like he just has one way of doing things so um that part like and you know me

01:46I don't really get on him as any any real players when they're just kind of like I can't right now

01:51especially guys that do it every day I understand it's like now I'm on this side of it and we need

01:56we need those sound bites and we it's it's like you know you're in there you're doing your job and

02:02he is the captain so but I just that's kind of how I looked at that and you know but 100 percent

02:10I can't even imagine I can't even imagine the frustration that must be brewing inside of him

02:17from that fact he hasn't been 100 you know since I mean he probably got a little bit there and you

02:23know the early months of the season but to start he wasn't he was coming off an injury and then

02:29he basically told us that the two games that he missed in November and then this last stretch that

02:34he had it was the same injury the same upper body injury so he's fighting through it clearly right

02:40now he's not 100 but that also you know brings up the topic of well should he be playing if he's not

02:47100 so but you know he's totally that type of player that's like I don't care what you tell me I'm

02:52playing so it's hard to go back and forth with a guy like that yeah and I don't especially with

02:59Fox out if or just for the power play I don't know who else him even at whatever he's at 70 80

03:06whatever you want to call it yeah he's gonna play he's just doing it so and I give him credit like

03:13you got you can look forward to the Olympics you can see where you're at in standings he's not he's

03:19not gonna pull himself out even for those things he's playing he's playing through it with which is

03:26a positive and a good leadership uh you know it's it shows his leadership
