00:01:15harbaugh gets dart he's great at that harbaugh seems to be good at coaching it i'm a pocket passer

00:02:43since tom coughlin era ended um looking at their i mean i know they've hired many coaches since and

00:02:50and we'll get into it but i still can just never get over the fact that they hired ben mcadoo yeah

00:02:55and both of just name and look it that that to me remains the ultimate sign of how lost they have been

00:03:01and here comes john harbaugh finalizing a deal they're not letting him out of the building

00:03:07this is a massive win for the new york giants i agree but it shows the power of what a hot young

00:03:12quarterback can do in terms of attracting a new coach true and jamis winston's that guy and i think

00:03:18harbaugh saw that opportunity he's like i'm not i'm not leaving without a contract i'm working with

00:03:22jamis i mean vibes guy nobody is more fun to work with to be around to inspire you than is jamis

00:03:29winston i think he's a great stable coach which is what the giants are they've been craving that for a

00:03:34long time if you look back at the recent history of giants head head coaches i think we all forget

00:03:39about pat shirmer i completely forgot about pat shirmer i don't remember that until prepping for

00:03:44this segment i had no idea yeah it's like we kind of fast forwarded through that time frame

00:03:48they got they had pat shirmer mcadoo joe judge all kind of the same guy wow that melded that many

00:03:56coaches since tom coughlin since tom coughlin the rundown mcadoo went 13 and 15 actually not bad for

00:04:02as much crap to say the hair uh pat shirmer went 9 and 23 joe judge went 10 and 23 brian dayball

00:04:10went 20 and 40 so it's been bad it's been really bad for a while now and now you get john harbaugh

00:04:15who is 180 and 113 and 13 and 11 in the playoffs yeah like giants fans should be excited no doubt

00:04:21about that but uh what what is the realistic expectation now like i i do we expect the giants

00:04:27as john harbaugh like obviously not next year but in this john harbaugh era are they going to

00:04:31compete for a super bowl does that matter to giants fans right now they just want as you said

00:04:36pft some stability some sort of they want to go into football games knowing our coach is not going

00:04:41to blow this necessarily the recent history of the new york giants tells you that they are they've been

00:04:46the exact opposite of the steelers in terms of stability where it's like they they will be terrible

00:04:52for most of the years but then when they make the playoffs they will win you the super bowl and they

00:04:57will win a super bowl in dramatic fashion against an incredible team they're kind of like lsu t bob

00:05:03yeah true yeah yeah yeah it's like really really bad and then suddenly every so often you're like

00:05:08we're just gonna win a national championship i've always compared lsu to like uh like barbarian tribes

00:05:14of old where there's a lot of infighting and everybody's kind of climbing over one another but

00:05:18every now and then a warlord arises and he kind of unites the clans and they roll over everybody and

00:05:24they just dissolve again that's auburn to me yeah auburn's very similar as well wins the title

00:05:29or is six and six now now expectations for the giants under harbaugh though i mean i'm thinking

00:05:36playoffs year one yeah is that too much i mean the nfc east is a relatively weak division the wait

00:05:42yeah i mean yeah i'm just yeah i mean you're not wrong but i'm just saying this the nfc south has

00:05:48caught a lot of strays and i'm looking at an afc north that was garbage just fired both their big time

00:05:53coaches and nfc east that with what happened to the eagles doesn't look like they were any good

00:05:57either this year right i the eagles they did win the super bowl last year yeah and they did have

00:06:02uh i believe two teams made the playoffs last year from the nfc east but you're right it's uh it's not

00:06:07a bad division to be in in terms of like if you look at all the all the coaching vacancies i think

00:06:11they've got obviously a good quarterback in jackson dart i'm curious to see what happens with joe shane

00:06:16because that's the guy that the giants fans wanted gone you know two years ago they wanted this guy

00:06:22gone and so i don't know if right now harbaugh says he's going to work with him but i imagine

00:06:26that he would be the first guy to go if you get a new coach in and you trust this new coach with you

00:06:33know holding the franchise in their hands if he works for a year with joe shane and is like hey

00:06:37this guy's terrible he's got to go i think they'd listen to harbaugh on that matter harbaugh seems like

00:06:43he would have the skins on the wall right yeah would you agree with that jared i would agree i would

00:06:46agree i'm excited for the giants i really am they have a good defense jackson dart cam scattable

00:06:53coming back neighbors they got pieces they can compete i and and okay let's let's explore the

00:06:58jackson dart element then um and and it's funny because i'll just i'll just get into a little

00:07:04sausage making here just now our producer jeremy very good producer whispered in my ear like you

00:07:09know do you think jackson dart's excited because they didn't exactly go with with lamar go well with

00:07:12lamar but i want to explore that did it not go well with lamar i think it went fantastically yeah

00:07:18he won he won mvps well and and i think they fell apart maybe a bit at the end it seems like there

00:07:23was some relationship trauma there but anytime you get you work with somebody for long enough i think

00:07:29you kind of always run the risk of that but think back do you remember harbaugh when lamar was younger

00:07:33and he'd be like talking to lamar on the sideline and it was like you're changing the world like

00:07:37you're inspiring the next generations like there was a very real connection there

00:07:42for a very long time that produced a lot of success so yeah i think this is a home run for

00:07:47jackson dart himself as well another quarterback that wants to use his legs to try to create

00:07:52yeah i think jackson dart is a is a great talent i'm i can see why a a good head coach like harbaugh

00:07:58would be drawn to to work with maybe things in baltimore went off the rails after the contract

00:08:03with lamar i think that having lamar's mom be his agent and things kind of went dark for a while

00:08:08it feels like that's where the relationship kind of took a i don't want to say they they

00:08:13turned sour but it sounds like they went their separate ways and sent them on these two different

00:08:17paths and uh as long as jackson dart his mom isn't isn't doing the contract for him i think

00:08:23john harbaugh will be very very happy to work with him i think i think he's definitely a reason why you

00:08:29would take that job well that's why i brought up the expectations earlier because uh as a guy who's not

00:08:33really well versed on the inner workings of the baltimore ravens and you're sitting on the outside

00:08:38you're to me the ravens feel like they're in a better situation than the giants roster wise yeah

00:08:42and if if john harbaugh could not get these baltimore ravens to the playoffs and the ravens uh who despite

00:08:50his success through the year said we've had enough of this guy get him out of here then i mean obviously

00:08:55the giants should be excited because as you listed the the the run of head coaches they've had and this

00:09:00is absolutely an upgrade but is this is this a situation where john harbaugh is how old 60 yeah

00:09:0763 like is this do we expect say he's he's the coach for the giants for like seven 63 we expect in

00:09:14those seven years the giants it's week 12 and we're sitting down here talking about the giants

00:09:19looking like a super bowl contender probably not right but does that matter to the giants

00:09:24i don't know i i i think there's actually a pretty good chance that we are i i i think what

00:09:30i guess yeah if if that is true what is the case how how because that doesn't compute in my brain

00:09:35yeah no if i if i just because you're right right like your points are well made about i think

00:09:39baltimore being a better position right now than new york is so why should we expect them to do better

00:09:43new york i would say that maybe part of the failure baltimore this year obviously injuries played a part

00:09:49and that's always gonna i mean when you don't have lamar for extended stretches of time but also i think

00:09:54there is a bit of familiarity breeding contempt where like that message had maybe started to

00:10:01fall on deaf ears and players weren't responding in the same way and when you look at the giants

00:10:07everything that harbaugh does to them is going to seem so much more competent yeah and so new and i

00:10:13think i think that maybe some of his ceo ability can be more impactful than it was in baltimore like

00:10:20jerry said i mean they got a good young team yeah they got a got a lot of good that's like that's

00:10:24that's the kind of funny part about somebody like joe shane the record's terrible but if you have like

00:10:28a couple draft classes it's like andrew barry getting kept in cleveland like he made the deshaun

00:10:33watson deal you would think that would be enough to chop anybody's head off but cleveland's draft class

00:10:38last year was pretty damn good so yeah i i i think i think it was a mutual problem between

00:10:46baltimore and harbaugh i still think harbaugh is a league coach i mean jerry you've seen him in the

00:10:50afc north all these years how do you feel about him i think he's a great coach i do i think he's

00:10:54like a i think he's like a tomlin in a way great motivator leader of men i don't know i just feel

00:10:59like there was a decision between the organization are we getting rid of lamar are we getting rid of

00:11:04harbaugh and i think they chose harbaugh yeah yeah and it's because i think you know i think that the

00:11:09um the more rare commodity there is the the mvp quarterback yeah yeah right like that's

00:11:14of course there have been a bunch of new coaches recently that have kind of blown up the myth of

00:11:18it takes time to turn around a franchise true right like that i i feel bad for coaches now

00:11:23especially like the retread ones that get hired maybe the the league's passing by a little bit

00:11:27they used to love to come into new jobs and be like it's going to take like three four years

00:11:32there's been a lot of damage that's been done and recently you've got like you know your ben johnson's

00:11:39dan quinn did it last year uh but you've got like harbaugh the other harbaugh when he came back

00:11:44into the league kind of like blew up that excuse of like hey give me some time so i can

00:11:48kind of ease my way into this job now it's like you better see results soon i think i think the

00:11:53giants do crave stability though if you're that ownership group and you've had a bunch of coaches

00:11:57that you've had to constantly like make decisions on every single year it feels like you just crave

00:12:03somebody that's going to come in and be like all right just let me handle this for a while like

00:12:08takes yeah it takes that decision making off your off your desk i think he's going to have a long

00:12:11leash even if he doesn't win in year one but i don't think he has the excuse that coaches used

00:12:16to have where if he comes and goes you know if he wins four games next year i think people are going

00:12:21to start to question him already right off the bat well he also has the resume that i think you always

00:12:27want to seek out when you're hiring or at least it probably feels good to where the fans can't really

00:12:32be mad at you if it goes wrong because on paper it looked perfect yeah like this is a home run hire

00:12:37look what this guy's done and then also his ownership you don't like let's say harbaugh does

00:12:42something you kind of side-eye and you don't agree with but you can fall back on well but he does know

00:12:47it's not like one of these other guys that we just mentioned like a judge or sure when they make

00:12:51some decision like well this guy i mean did i just screw this all up did i hire an idiot uh like you

00:12:56know john harbaugh is not that so i think this is a massive win for the giants i like that they didn't

00:13:01want to let him out of the building they brought jackson dart into the building to just charm

00:13:05him just like look him in his eye like to be like hey man i'd like i'd like to spend more time with

00:21:36right like it's not he leads the league in turnovers if he because you're looking at the

00:21:40purdy versus darnel honestly if if on the right if darnel does that i think that's fine i think

00:28:05two of us there's also i mean it's not just the two of y'all i know of a few other people that had

00:42:36has it ravaged the entire household isn't it always isn't it always they all had it last week and i uh

00:42:42i was like oh i'm fine and then of course uh during a very relentless aggressive coaching hiring cycle

00:42:48um you know not not a good time i don't know what you guys are like when you are under the weather

00:42:53but like light and phone like that it bothers me a lot uh so it's not a great trait when when

00:43:02you know you have to be on your phone all the time so either way who cares about that uh the new york

00:43:06giants i can tell you are uh screaming from the rooftops i talked to a bunch of people uh with

00:43:11the organization this morning and if you think like i'm slightly energized right now they're like

00:43:17seven times more uh hyper than i am at this moment because they're so pumped to get john harbaugh

00:43:22yeah i mean he seems like he was he was the one guy that they wanted i assume that when you were

00:43:26sick it had something to do with you saw you saw kittle get the bottle of tequila delivered to him

00:43:32in the locker room last weekend i thought maybe you partook you helped him take it down and that put

00:43:37you out of commission for a couple days but you're saying yeah you're not the only person to bring

00:43:40that out people are like you're just hung over you definitely did shots so yeah that that was just

00:43:45such a funny thing and um i kind of took a gamble full disclosure so soon as kittle went down i i went

00:43:52into the tunnel right so most of us reporters are up in the press box uh but we have access to anything

00:43:58during the game and so i just figured kittle would probably be unique in this situation knowing that it

00:44:04was going to be a season-ending injury so i was like hey let me just go see uh and so it was the

00:44:09typical scene you know you see jed york go in there you see claire kittle his wife go in there

00:44:13and i was just about to leave because i'm like okay not much going on i'm going to go back up to

00:44:17the box and hang out uh and i see this guy that i had seen on the field earlier that i knew worked

00:44:23for the 49ers and under his arm was a box of patrone and i'm like i don't want to jump to

00:44:30conclusions here but why late in the second quarter would a 49ers employee be bringing a bottle of

00:44:36tequila uh it must be for george and of course it turned out to be uh jed york had asked george like

00:44:43can i do anything for you and he's like yeah get me tequila oh wow yeah i like that that's

00:44:47incredible did big dom visit him because i know that big doms from time to time has visited injured

00:44:52opposing players like scadaboo did he visit kittle yeah i didn't notice dom in that in that situation

00:44:58post game i saw him floating around um dom doesn't really float but yeah he moves yeah i did see dom in

00:45:06the locker room and you know that it he's usually pretty electric because that's just his vibe but

00:45:13he was sitting in one player's locker and he was just like this like and i just looked at him and

00:45:21i just like did like oh like there was nothing to say you know like the philadelphia eagles knew that

00:45:26they absolutely blew this this year and they have no one to blame but themselves i want to ask you about

00:45:32the commanders but nobody cares about the commanders right now i think everyone agrees they all knocked

00:45:35out of the park with david blau he was the number one guy on the list for offensive coordinator so

00:45:40we won't get into that uh but back to the giants i feel like the coordinator roles are going to be

00:45:44very important for harbaugh right is he just going to go back to the well of uh of harbaugh offensive

00:45:50coordinators or is he going to look outside the realm of your greg romans yeah so when i uh had a

00:45:57conversation with the giants about this this morning um they their perspective on it was the advantage

00:46:03we have is we are the first team to hire the head coach so we'd be dumb if we just went with whoever

00:46:10john wants when there's a gigantic field of candidates out there right um i did have one person in football

00:46:18text me you know who the giants should bring in as oc brian dable i know that sounds ridiculous but

00:46:28i don't think it's that bad of an idea right like let john run the ship let him you know instill a

00:46:35an accountable culture and do all the things a head coach has to do in new york specifically

00:46:40and big brian in there uh to coach jackson that seemed to work pretty well but uh i don't think

00:46:46that's a reality so i do think todd munkin is definitely the lead candidate at this point uh but

00:46:51i'm interested to see some of these candidates they're gonna bring in uh diana what about so like

00:46:55whenever there's like a big free agent visit coach you visit like this uh everybody loves to talk

00:47:00about like don't let him out the building right don't let him out the building it's almost like

00:47:03you're preparing a recruiting pitch uh do you have any insight because when harbaugh was supposed to

00:47:07visit tennessee like he had some other things lined up do you have any insight as to what exactly the

00:47:12giants did to charm him and uh manage to make him not leave the building yeah here's the good thing

00:47:20that the giants had working for them john wanted them right so they didn't have to work that hard

00:47:25money talks right so he's expected to sign a five-year deal somewhere in the range of 20 million um api

00:47:32um right so that that puts you up there with some of the highest paid football coaches in the nfl

00:47:38um so i don't necessarily think it was a hard pitch i know that there was a lot of chatter that they're

00:47:45going all in like they were enthusiastic of course and they were trying to do everything to land this

00:47:51because in their mind they felt that he was without a doubt uh the number one candidate in the open

00:47:57market um and i think they would have been pretty darn disappointed if they didn't bring this thing

00:48:01home but you know with jackson darts showing up to the meeting and you get to meet jackson and you

00:48:06know you have those conversations that always helps if you've ever been around him if you've seen

00:48:10interviews with jackson uh he's also a pretty magnetic human um so i don't think it was that

00:48:16tough of a push like they're hanging on his ankles at teeterboro like i don't think that's how it went

00:48:21down um in fact i got some text messages even before the story broke from people uh close to the giants

00:48:28um already celebrating so they they were enjoying themselves last night knowing that they got john

00:49:20steelers head coaching uh situation yeah obviously this is very new to them so let's just start with

00:49:26i think there's there's just so much stuff out there so i'll try to clean up what i know um the

00:49:32steelers weren't shocked this happened they were back channeling for the last few weeks um on on

00:49:37potential candidates knowing that this was seriously on the table um you know marcus freeman was a name

00:49:43that the steelers had reached out to before i think marcus has really doubled down now i feel like

00:49:48you know once you go up to your podium and you're like i'm the head coach of notre dame

00:49:51it's gonna be a tough look if he walks that back i i get the sense that that's pretty much a closed

00:49:55deal now he's gonna stay at notre dame um but i from what i can gather so far and some of this is

00:50:01just also talking to agents that represent a lot of this a lot of these candidates i don't think

00:50:06they're gonna veer off the type of coach that they want um this isn't gonna be a team that i expect

00:50:12to go for the hot oc candidate or uh some young um guy with you know that's known around the league

00:50:19for some great defense i i think they're gonna go for for more of the leader of men type thing which

00:50:25i know is such a corny phrase um but i i think that's where you're gonna be able to find your

00:50:30next head coach look look for those guys that are known uh for being kind of those player coaches that

00:50:36can hold guys accountable um and that's where it's gonna start but they they just began yesterday

00:50:40um they're behind yeah you know um brian flores is interviewing with them are you asking do i think

00:50:49he's got a good shot yeah um i i don't know i don't know i don't know i i don't think so i lean

00:50:57towards no but but i could also see brian flores going in there and just pointing to what he's been

00:51:03able to do with that vikings defense which you know i saw up close and personal on christmas day when

00:51:08they played the lines and i mean they just it was kind of gross to watch after a while he just felt

00:51:56the rooney rule they still got interviews set up this weekend with mike mccarthy they've got robert

00:52:00sala lined up arthur smith uh met with them last night um remember there was a time when we just

00:52:07thought this was like a slam dunk for matt nagy and now they've interviewed like 20 people but

00:52:12they're like yeah i guess matt nagy's not the right guy talk to a second guy i don't i i do think teams

00:52:19like to just pick the brains of a lot of these coaches to just see how they do it they don't

00:52:24necessarily want them but they're just trying to learn um i also think a lot of these interviews

00:52:28um are also interviews for the ocdc candidate openings that they have uh and so they just kind

00:52:34of package these things in one and then you know you have this long list that looks ridiculous but i

00:52:40think they feel really good about i think they know what they're doing actually in terms of who

00:52:43they're hiring but they're just going through the process what about the falcons the falcons are

00:52:47interesting to me because uh we've got matt ryan who's the president of football which is

00:52:52that's the great title kick-ass job title of all time uh and and he's kind of like spearheading

00:52:57this thing to a certain extent do we think that they're going to go with somebody out of the college

00:53:01ranks because i i said this a while ago on the show but i feel like they might have some interest

00:53:08in a kirby smart and matt ryan said kirby smart in his press conference the other day are they going

00:53:14to are they going to be looking at nfl guys are they going to dip their toes into college yeah well

00:53:19first off for atlanta the matt ryan hire was the absolute best thing they could do because just

00:53:24talking to coaches that are interested in that job he's the highlight it's it starts oh wow um because

00:53:31matt is so respected uh around football and a lot of coaches just know him and they have relationships

00:53:37with him um so that's that's obviously helpful they know him from his playing days um some of them

00:53:42have coached him um so so i think that's been such an advantage for for atlanta in this and and look

00:53:49they obviously have a really good roster the question mark in in atlanta is always going to

00:53:53be the quarterback right if michael pennix jr can stay healthy i think it it helps the sell job we'll

00:54:00call it um but but i still think there's a question mark with what they're going to do with the

00:54:04quarterback position moving forward anyways uh like michael pennix is going to be there but

00:54:08i just i don't know how much confidence people have in him really being the guy for the next few

00:54:14years um so in terms of of the college ranks i don't get the sense that they're that they're

00:54:19looking for an inexperienced uh nfl head coach i think they want to go they don't want to do this

00:54:26whole like first time thing uh as an organization because they've done it before we've seen it uh and

00:54:32they've done it recently so i i would expect them to go after somebody who's done it before which is why

00:54:38i think kevin stepanski is probably one of their lead candidates right now uh dana a few weeks ago

00:54:42you uh you came on here and we were talking about maybe something like unexpected that could be

00:54:48coming down and you mentioned matt lafleur and this is actually backed up with like others other

00:54:53reporting over the ensuing time um and then it ended all pretty disastrously with lafleur and green

00:55:00bay this season uh what is his current job status uh do you think he'll be back as the green bay

00:55:06packers head coach next year yeah i think i'd word it as it ended the absolute worst way it could

00:55:12have gone for matt lafleur right like that was literally what was like don't do this boom and

00:55:18they did it unfortunately uh no i i get i get the sense that green bay and matt lafleur are going to

00:55:24be working towards a deal and he's going to stay there um i haven't had any um conversations with

00:55:29anyone that has said like look this thing is coming to a head they're not willing to give him a new

00:55:34contract if anything those conversations are in deep com are in deep talks right now um where

00:55:40they're trying to keep matt signed up there you know to to stay in green bay and those are one of

00:55:45those things where um i'd say probably more than any other head coach um either who's currently a head

00:55:51coach or just recently was fired that's the one where everyone around football is like what what are we

00:55:57missing why would anyone think matt lafleur is not good enough for the green bay packers uh he he's

00:56:03obviously very good at what he does but i just think sometimes when you see games like unfortunately

00:56:07what what they did against the bears you lose doubt and everyone's memories are so short um so i think

00:56:14i think for green bay if the fans like him they'll be happy that he's back but you know we will see how

00:56:20this how this shakes out but i don't expect any other like there better not be another firing at this

00:56:25point i i don't know if i could handle it but i mean if you look around the league there's really

00:56:29no one in my opinion that would be in trouble because most most are set and moving on towards

00:56:34the next chapter here what about mcdermott has mcdermott reached the point now with the bills

00:56:38where even if he loses even if he he gets his teeth kicked in and the battle of the sean's coming

00:56:42up this weekend is is he going to be safe in buffalo yes i was curious about that one before the last game

01:00:47agent about that idea of hiring somebody that we don't know that much about that we're just

01:00:51hearing now and they're popping and his point was look somebody hired sean mcveigh when we all knew

01:00:58what sean mcveigh was 10 12 years whatever i think it's 10 years ago now right um i covered sean for

01:01:04years in washington and i mean he was exceptional there i will be the first to say i had no idea

01:01:11he was ready none uh in fact i think i was pretty critical uh of it on twitter at the time like

01:01:16what a bad hire you know oh look at me now uh eating that because he's one of the best coaches

01:01:21to do it um so yeah i think i think it just takes one team willing to take that chance of look he's

01:01:27got the right characteristics we can help mold it but most of the times the teams that are hiring

01:01:33these young guys they've got to have the structure around him with older guys that have done it to help

01:01:39teach the ways because coaches will always tell you especially after they get fired

01:01:43you are never ready you have no idea how much they do and i know we kind of mock the job

01:01:48but they'll always say like you never you're never truly ready like the wade phillips when good

01:01:52perspective yeah that's what he went he went got weight right yeah it was wade phillips yeah you're

01:01:57plugged and you could make an argument though in cleveland they've got jim schwartz there as the dc

01:02:00that'd be a good landing spot for a nice young head coach right true you're plugged in in philly uh

01:02:05it looks like they're well they are moving on from patulo uh much to max's pleasure who are they

01:02:11going to bring in who's philly looking at right now either you know what i realized there's a lot

01:03:43and that they were really there the only reason why they didn't do it was because of them um i just

01:03:49think it's going to take a lot of work this offseason to figure out what's the problem what is

01:03:52it right is it is it the offensive play calling is it the quarterback is it the wide receiver is it

01:03:57their relationships um so we'll see if they can fix it because it'd be a waste if if they don't

01:11:06the uh the advisor to the general manager and so we hired his son to be the quarterback coach and i

01:11:11think that's a name that everybody else was going to look at so i feel like our work here is done

01:11:15uh probably attractive enough of a landing spot right now for brian flores to say no thank you to the

01:11:19head coaching jobs and take our defensive coordinator position so i think we're reloading

01:11:23next year so y'all uh y'all hired the best guys the best are two number one guys that i have hired

01:11:28on my personal list yeah i mean we're just this offseason we're just like hey can can we just do

01:11:34the exact opposite of everything that we did this year and i'm still optimistic on the future by the

01:11:38way i am you should be because you hire the best guys and you may have the best new stadium

01:11:44i mean look at these renderings that just drop god oh the columns on the outside it's beautiful

01:11:51it is a beautiful stadium what water what body water is that on right there tomac river oh no not

01:11:57really you know i mean i don't know geography though yeah look look at that thing it's that's

01:12:01gorgeous it's got the sunroof on it does your stadium have a sunroof i don't uh i don't i don't

01:12:05i don't so renderings oftentimes don't always pan out the way that the original rendering is

01:12:12that is true um but that's that's more of like the surrounding area right like the stadium will

01:12:16look like this i think the stadium is going to look stadium is going to look like this it's just

01:12:20more of the surrounding area might not be yeah where are those grass rooftops are those parking

01:12:24garages with grass on top because i love that if that's the case it's green space it's yeah it's

01:12:28urban green it's a little green space create a little more oxygen it looks nicer i um a couple

01:12:32years ago this was in the snyder era in dc uh everybody was mad at dan snyder because he was doing

01:12:37he was existing and just being a world-class a-hole and in order to get people off his back he put

01:12:43out renderings of what he wanted to do to renovate fedex field in landover maryland and it remains the

01:12:49most insane thing that i've ever seen and they had no intention of ever following through with

01:12:54there was a wave pool like a moment that went around the stadium and so in the renderings that

01:13:01they put out you see dudes like surfing i don't know if you've ever been to to dc or maryland in

01:13:08november it's not exactly we're not talking about baja california my favorite part of the renderings

01:13:13usually though is when they have like a little easter egg on the scoreboard and it shows them

01:13:17like for us it would probably be beating the cowboys yeah like 50 to 16 or something like that

01:13:22are you are you cool with the roof i like the roof i listen it's fully loaded it's got a sunroof in it

01:13:27i like the columns on the outside we're just saying that on the inside i think what they should

01:13:33do they should make every column a statue of a president we so all the presidents are watching

01:13:38the game if you look at like i feel like if you look at like traditional dc monument architecture

01:13:43right which does feel like the columns are trying to evoke here uh it all does harken back to like

01:13:48like ancient greek or roman sort of architectural feel we just don't have enough statues yeah and that

01:13:55would be badass if they had statues of every single president lining the walls they tear them down

01:18:39need it for half the snaps in the game i like that he remembered he's like wait we don't don't do it

01:18:44we're in the huddle yeah just send me snaps jerry when is the proper time for the fans to cheer

01:18:49the loudest offense or defense it doesn't matter i'll give you multiple proper times like yeah

01:18:55offensively when's the proper time um i would say probably in the huddle wait wait no i think
