01:10where they're taught how to be men and in addition to them being taught how to be men on the valleys of
01:15manhood they are also circumcised and according to him he is mad about this situation he says

01:53choice you have to decide whether you want this foreskin done away with or not for me as your father
01:59i don't see the need for it and the question then becomes with regard to circumcision in our country
02:07why do we do it like what is the reason for circumcision in our country do you happen to have any
02:15reason because you have a young boy you know uh he's he's going to get to the age do you feel like
02:20that's something that you would be open to or do you feel that there's an actual reason for it or is
02:26it just a cultural thing that you will get to that bridge and cross it when you get to it um i think for
02:33the most part it used to be a cultural thing it was tradition but when backed by science it was more about
02:41hygiene yes because those fools do do be doing a lot and it's not like men are at the forefront of
02:48you know um hygiene and everything even um as simple and i hate for this to get crass a simple act
02:55as urination y'all don't go the extra step of you know dubbing the tip and you know wiping even even
03:02when we're taking these lessons about hygiene and personal hygiene we're always telling the girls
03:08you wipe front to back but there's never that sensitization for hygiene when it comes to men
03:14we've also heard the horror stories of smegma okay where there's a lot of build up you know there's
03:22dead tissue there's all of these things and i remember the campaign for circumcision a while back
03:29was uh powered by uh i think it was it was something about hiv and how you you you risk
03:38um infection more because of you know accumulation of bacteria and everything so if not for anything
03:46else hygiene okay yeah and it is true as you said for health if you look at the health reasons why
03:53most people do choose to go the way of uh circumcision is one it is reduces the risk of
04:01hiv transmission in heterosexuals it does also lower stis not just for you but for others okay
04:09and the one that i hate the most uti is let me tell you minor the risk of you getting a uti as a woman
04:16generally from a guy who's unsnipped versus snipped is usually higher because again hygiene is not the
04:23most embraced thing in manosphere right but i think religiously a lot of religions do want to
04:30practice like judaism some people do it really really early like for judaism they do it really
04:34really early we just had a friend who had a baby the other day and they did it like i think the same
04:42immediately after birth i think and i think it's just a thing of just hygiene and also apparently in
04:49infants themselves it does cause a lot of um where is it it went somewhere it reduces the risk of um
05:01utis especially in children there's something about children where it does help with like reducing penile
05:06cancer and all those stories that are attached to that but for the most part it is just a cultural thing
05:13and hygienically you need to do it but the i think there are more benefits than not yes and the
05:19indoctrination of the kids being taught manhood being taught all of these things about how to
05:25transition from boyhood to manhood what that means to you i think that's also very very valid so uh yes
05:31it is a choice at the end of the day you can choose not to do it but we are advocating for it not that we
05:36have these penises to begin with but yeah we advocate for it as a hygiene thing as opposed to anything else
