00:00What's up Suns fans, let's break down the injury situation heading into tonight's matchup against
00:05the Memphis Grizzlies. For our Phoenix Suns, two-way guard Jamari Bouyea has been ruled out
00:10for his second straight game as he remains in the NBA's concussion protocol. His last action was a
00:16nine-minute stint in last Sunday's win over the Oklahoma City Thunder. Since signing his two-way
00:21deal on November 17th, he's averaged 7.6 points on 56.2% shooting, 2.1 rebounds, and 1.7%.
00:30assists over 19 games. On a positive note, Grayson Allen who returned Monday from missing
00:35nine games with a right knee injury, is not on the latest report. In his return against Houston,
00:41he went 0 for 6 from the field but led the team with 6 assists, adding 4 steals, and 3 rebounds
00:47in 22 minutes off the bench. Jordan Goodwin is available and will continue playing with a
00:53protective face mask for his previously sprained jaw. The update on Jalen Green is that he remains
00:58out with that right hamstring strain. After his return timetable was pushed back two to three
01:03weeks on December 22nd, he has now entered that new window for re-evaluation. Our Suns sit at 21-15,
01:11currently the seventh seed in the West, and Devin Booker, frankly, isn't getting much love in the
01:16latest NBA All-Star voting results. Now, turning to our opponents, the Memphis Grizzlies are 16-20 and have
01:22a lengthy injury list with seven players out. That didn't stop them from a huge 106-105 win over the
01:29number two-seeded San Antonio Spurs last night. Jaron Jackson Jr. led the way with 21 points,
01:36and Cam Spencer had eight assists with zero turnovers in 30 minutes. Their star, Jay Morant,
01:41missed his second straight game with a right calf contusion. He's had previous calf and ankle issues
01:46this season. In 18 games, he's averaging 19 points, 3.2 rebounds, and 7.6 assists. Rookie big man Zach
01:54Eady, averaging a double-double of 13.6 points and 11.1 rebounds, has been limited to 11 games,
02:01with the Grizzlies going 7-4 in those, due to a left ankle stress fracture. He was ruled out for
02:07about a month back on December 11th. Also ruled out for this first game of their back-to-back are
02:12Ty Jerome, right, calf strain. Brandon Clark, right, calf strain. Cedric Coward, left ankle sprain,
02:22suffered Sunday against the Lakers. John Conchar, recovering from left thumb UCL surgery,
02:27out since Dexter 7, and Scotty Pippen Jr., recovering from left great toe surgery. Coward was putting up
02:3413.7 points and 6.6 assists before his injury. So, with our squad getting healthier and facing a
02:41Grizzlies team, battling through a ton of absences, do you think this is a game the Suns absolutely must
02:47win to build momentum?
