00:01Welcome everyone. We have some key injury news to cover, for the Phoenix Suns and Minnesota
00:05Timberwolves game, this Friday 1st. For the Suns, I need to tell you, that Grayson Allen
00:10will be missing his third game in a row, he's dealing with a right quadriceps contusion.
00:15He originally picked up this injury, during the second quarter of last Thursday's win
00:20over the Pacers, and importantly, did not return to that game. He then went on to miss,
00:25Sunday's loss to Atlanta, and Tuesday's win in Portland. Now, there is some positive news,
00:31Suns coach Jordan Ott said, at Thursday's practice, that Allen was able to participate,
00:36and is getting closer to a return. Coach Ott told reporters, he's able to do more and more each day,
00:42it's definitely trending in the right direction. He also mentioned, that with three games in four
00:47nights, they will assess how Allen feels on Friday, but the overall progression is good.
00:52Also out for the Suns, is Rashear Fleming, who will be sidelined with an ankle sprain.
00:58For context, Fleming actually played a season-high 10 minutes, in Tuesday's win at the Trailblazers.
01:04As a second-round pick, he has appeared in eight games this season, averaging 5.8 minutes per game.
01:11And unfortunately, Jalen Green remains out for the Suns, with a right hamstring strain.
01:16Here's the latest on him. Last week it was announced, that he will be re-evaluated in four
01:21to six weeks. This comes after he re-aggravated the hamstring, in a win over the Los Angeles Clippers,
01:28back on November 8th. This is the same hamstring, he initially strained during training camp,
01:33and he later re-aggravated it in China. Because of that, he ended up missing the Suns' first eight
01:39games of the season, before returning to play in those two games, against the Clippers.
01:44Now, switching over to the Timberwolves' side of things, here's their injury situation.
01:49Jaden McDaniels is listed as questionable, with a left wrist sprain. He just missed his first game
01:55in almost two years, this past Wednesday against the Washington Wizards. He suffered the injury,
02:01during the third quarter, of Minnesota's win over the Dallas Mavericks. On Monday, also questionable
02:06for the Timberwolves, is Joe Ingles, who is dealing with left groin soreness. Ingles has been managing
02:12this groin strain, since training camp, but has still appeared in five games this season.
02:16Finally, Terrence Shannon Jr. is out for the Timberwolves, with a left foot bruise. He has
02:22now missed the past eight games, with this bone bruise on his left foot. So, which of these
02:27injured players do you think will be the biggest miss for their team, in Friday's game?
