00:00I was going to ask you about that because dating generally outside of the industry is really
00:04is hard and you don't seem to be having issues with it. No I mean I've I'm like I have my own
00:13issues with just like so far I haven't dated anyone who's been like I don't want you to
00:19shoot with guys or like they're uncomfortable about it. I was with this one dude for a second
00:27and he was super nice. He literally told me he's like I don't want you to change anything like
00:32about your life now that we're like hanging out and stuff and that just that ended just from
00:40honestly I didn't feel like we were a good match but but so far anybody I've dated I try not to at
00:48least jump into anything like anybody I start seeing it's kind of like pretty casual for a while
00:55and then yeah I just haven't got had to really get to the point where we're gonna have that
01:00conversation thankfully but so far um I've dated like a couple people and they've all been very
01:08they're just like let's just talk about it or or they're kind of into it. I've had like I've had
01:16like two guys be like I watch your I'll watch your stuff sometimes I'm like oh like today this guy I'm
01:24seeing was like sent me something I was like oh god you found my Twitter it's like oh no and he was
01:31like yeah he's like I was just wondering if you ever tweet about the time you tried to kill me with
01:3716 habaneros so I was like no. That's what happens when you date a cook. She'll sneak 16 habaneros into
01:48your food and piss her off. I wasn't I wasn't pissed off I was trying to impress him because he's part
01:54Peruvian and I was like oh I'm gonna make this Peruvian dish and I like spice and I was like
02:00you're Peruvian you must like spice and we started eating it and I was like huh he's like it's really
02:09good and I'm like yeah and then we're both like sweating after like two minutes we're like he's
02:13like how many habaneros did you put in there I was like I like six he's like probably put like one
02:25and we would have been fine I was like okay well so I almost killed him that night on accident.
02:32Habaneros are intense I love them but yeah now I know.
02:37So how do you meet guys because you're kind of known for sliding into like famous people's DMs right?
02:43Yes.
02:44So you're not necessarily on Tinder?
02:46No not Tinder. I have a Raya. That's usually that's like the safest one I feel like.
02:54So far that's usually where I meet people or Instagram. I've yeah I usually just I've slid
03:03in and just usually say would bang just that's it and usually.
03:08Will you bang?
03:09I guess that's all I say is would bang.
03:12Like I would bang you is like what I'm saying.
03:16Oh I would bang. Oh sorry.
03:17Yeah that's all I say.
03:18I mean it's short and to the point.
03:20Yeah so I'm like especially if it's like yeah someone I'm kind of just like it's a famous
03:26person I don't really see that being a relationship but.
03:30And they respond?
03:33Yeah.
03:35Well also too like people get a lot I mean I know for me I get so many fucking DMs
03:40that like a lot of times like I won't see people's DMs.
03:45Yeah I think yeah well I have the blue check mark so I feel like that helps but also.
03:51That puts you in the primary section.
03:53Yeah but also always like I always set that like I feel like just saying like oh I'd smash
04:02right bang kind of gets their attention more especially if it's like a celebrity you kind
04:07of have a crush on because they're not like I'm sure they get messages all the time about
04:13girls like I'm yeah I'm in your city.
04:17Like kind of trying to step around.
04:19Yeah.
04:20Yeah.
04:20The ultimate.
04:21Which I'm like if it's a dude that's like pretty up there like an A-list like there's
04:27not much he's probably wanting to do.
04:30Yeah.
04:30I mean sometimes they're like so where'd you grow up?
04:34Yeah.
04:34And then you're like I mean like I just I just messaged you that but okay.
04:42Yeah.
04:43Yeah.
04:43Uh so you're not shy about your love for hooking up with comedians.
04:49No.
04:49What attracts you to comics specifically?
04:52Um I mean I've if there's one job I think more vulnerable than being naked on camera it's
04:59telling jokes to a crowd.
05:01Oh girl like stand-up comedy gives me fucking so much anxiety.
05:06Yeah.
05:06Like I that is the one thing that I don't think I would ever have the guts to do.
05:10Like I will do all things before stand-up comedy.
05:14I will jump out of an airplane.
05:15I will jump into a pool full of roaches.
05:18I will have sex on camera which I won't do now.
05:22Right.
05:22Um I will do anything before I do stand-up comedy because that is so scary and I almost
05:27hate going to to like open mic nights because when that person gets up there that's not
05:33that funny and nobody's laughing at their jokes like the pain that I feel inside for that
05:38person is like it's very overwhelming and uncomfortable.
05:43Yeah.
05:44Yeah.
05:45I get that.
05:46And you have I feel like you also have to be kind of vulnerable to be good right?
05:50For sure.
05:51And that's why like any of my favorite comics um I'm like now friends with which is interesting
05:58but they're all very authentic people and they're also like the kind of comics that don't
06:07like because there's comics that like kind of do the douche-ier thing where they're making
06:12fun of everyone else but I like like even me like I've read some stand-up and it's always
06:18like stuff based off me and my own shit.
06:21Yeah.
06:22Because I feel like if you can't laugh at yourself then you're not a good comic.
06:26Yeah.
06:27And I think that people find humor in the things that are always personally relatable.
06:34Yeah.
06:34Exactly.
06:34Because we all have vulnerabilities.
06:36Exactly.
06:36So when someone can stand up there and not only talk about their vulnerabilities but you
06:41know make you laugh about them.
06:42Yeah.
06:43Then that I think that triggers something in all of us.
06:46Yeah.
06:46Because you're also like oh I feel included.
06:49Yes.
06:50Oh I feel seen.
06:51Yes.
06:52I'm not the only person who feels that way.
06:54Yeah.
06:54Because I feel like a lot of people I mean you go to a comedy show for entertainment
06:59but you're also weirdly going for this like therapeutic kind of thing because you're like
07:05oh let's all and so I like those kind of comics that kind of go up and they're like
07:10all right like let's talk about trauma or like let's but in like a very light-hearted
07:16fun way or just like the world's issues and what's going on but somehow like having a very
07:23clever punch line to make it feel a little less heavy.
07:28Yeah.
07:29For what's going on.
07:30Yeah.
07:30Yeah.
07:31Because there's a lot going on.
07:33Yeah.
07:34There's a lot for people to cope with right now.
07:36Exactly.
07:36So I'm like I feel like that's mostly why people go at least right now probably more than anything.
07:43Who are some of your favorite comedians and they don't have to be people you slept with
07:46and just because you say their name doesn't necessarily mean that you slept with them.
07:49I just want to put that out there unless you want to say you slept with them then that's
07:52fine.
07:52Yeah.
07:53Yeah.
07:53Okay.
07:56My favorites are Brent Morin, Andrew Santino, Bobby Lee.
08:03I only slept with Brent.
08:06I don't know who that is.
08:07He's lovely.
08:08He's like one of my best friends too so it's like.
08:13What's his name?
08:14Brent what?
08:14Brent Morin.
08:15He's like his he's like probably one of the only comics where I've re-watched
08:22his Netflix special like over and over again.
08:24He's very he's very good writer.
08:26Very smart.
08:30Yeah.
08:30His comedy is almost like theater though.
08:33It's I don't know.
08:34It's very interesting.
08:36Trying to think who else.
08:38Love Larry David.
08:39I don't know if he does stand up but just as a comedian and a writer he yeah he's like
08:45he he's like he's I mean he's he's Seinfeld.
08:50Yeah.
08:51But yeah.
08:52You know better.
08:53But George.
08:54Yeah.
08:55Yeah.
08:56That's great.
08:57Yeah.
08:57The list goes on.
08:58I'm like I can name so many but we'll be here for another like.
09:04Now you said that over the summer you were considering doing stand up comedy yourself.
09:10Are you still considering that?
09:12Yeah.
09:12Have you done it yet?
09:14Not yet.
09:15I've written some stuff out and was talking to my friend Bobby about coming on stage and
09:23one of his things I think at Brea Improv.
09:26So we'll see.
09:27Are you nervous?
09:28Are you nervous?
09:29At this point I'm just kind of like I don't know I'm kind of going to the new year with
09:35like you just gotta do it.
09:37So for I'm trying to do stand up I'm gonna get my diving certification I'm gonna do like
09:42things that scare me just because my I mean my how I even decided to start doing porn was
09:51I had the thought of like well try anything once like you just gotta do it like why so
09:57and now it's led me to a great career and great life so yeah let's see what comedy leads to let's
10:04see what maybe swimming with sharks leads to hopefully I'll and I'm sure I'm sure anal is on
10:10that list too right yeah well I've I've shot actually I don't know maybe I've shot I've shot
10:17anal I haven't I haven't done a DP yet and I want to but everyone's like hold out for a showcase
10:22and I'm like oh yeah yeah which I'm like I get it but you know what there's I wouldn't say that
10:29there is um that's bad advice yeah for sure yes once you've done it it's also money like yeah do it
10:36again yeah why not like make it the whole thing yeah you might not you know make the whole thing at
10:42theater yeah exactly oh that'd be so fun yeah I do oh you want to do a live DP on a theater stage
10:50do a special where you do stand-up comedy and then you get and then I do that'd be amazing
10:55I'm sure no one's done that yet nobody has done that yet I will love to do that yeah I'm so down
11:03I don't know who would what company would be I guess I could do it you could do it yeah
11:08like we got avians for your featurette so I'm like it definitely gave me inspiration of like
11:14also that I want to try to direct something next year yeah so
