00:00why do you think they fail it's a very difficult job let's take an award show right and and in the
00:08middle of the award show you point to a random person and say like hey you come up here you have
00:15the microphone and now moderate the rest of the show they freeze yeah the anxiety they're afraid
00:24unless they're supernatural they have a special ability to overcome obstacles and and the fear
00:33and they manage their their composure and their nerves and all that kind of stuff they will stand
00:41on stage and they fail and on a point that is exactly the same thing they it's it's easy to go
00:47in a hotel room and and have sex with a girl where it's only you and the girl yes it's a camera
00:54running stuff like that you know because even if you fail nobody cares you know you you still had
01:00sex and you probably came in the end right you come on a set you feel the crew you feel the pressure
01:10because there is money involved there's one responsibility involved and i i always call it
01:19like the the silent voices you know it's like the thoughts of everybody you know it's like are there
01:25are the ones that that that break you on set what i mean with that is let's say if you're a male
01:34performer and your dick is not getting hard the first two to the minutes nobody cares you know
01:40but let's say we are like 10 15 20 minutes down the road you know and it's still not there
01:47uh i guarantee you everyone on set makeup artist lighting guy camera guy director even the girl
01:57you know they're all like trying not to look at you and they're thinking like oh man i i just hope
02:06he's gonna get it up you know it's like i want to get my paycheck today yeah it's like
02:10i don't wanna i'm gonna get home you know it's like at midnight yeah i mean it's like i want to
02:15get paid yeah i want to get home as early as possible so i spend time with the family or my
02:19friends or this and that you know and i just hope he's gonna get it up but that guy who's struggling
02:27he knows that people are thinking that because he's there you know and trying to get it up and he's
02:33like oh my god hey come on come on just don't let me hang you know it is like the longer it takes
02:40like oh shit everybody's thinking he's looking at me already and then they get paranoia you know
02:44then they get anxiety and all those kind of things what what they do yeah it works even less yeah i've
02:51been in those situations and i've actually like had to ask the guy because i wasn't sure do you want us
02:57to all be quiet and like wait for you to get hard right do you want silence or do you want us to all
03:04like pretend like it's not happening and like just chit chat and like go get a snack you know what i
03:09mean like which one do you want and then even asking him that question makes it worse the moment
03:13you ask him that it didn't work at all anymore it's like oh shit yeah you know it's like she is on
03:19my track right now you know it's like yeah it's like okay now i'm even more in trouble you know
03:24and it's not just our industry you know it's you can you can be an athlete you know uh or even an
03:33actor musician whatever but not you know it always comes down to the same thing if you fail in that what
03:41you do let's say in your job uh it manifests in your brain there's no secret about it this is a fact
03:48right when you come the next time in a situation like this there is only two options option number one
03:57is you managed it in your mind to overcome that experience that you had or that that failure and you leave
04:07it there and you go to work and you start on the clean slate and and you mentally strong enough
04:16to break through with that or you end up in a downward spiral where it's even worse you know
04:27and then after that let's say you try the third time and then you completely downward spiral
