In this documentary-style discussion, two performers at different stages of their journeys compare what it’s like to enter the industry from scratch versus transition from one lane of entertainment into another. The conversation highlights how expectations, opportunities, and challenges can vary widely depending on where you start—and how you choose to evolve.

The episode focuses on real experiences, including how newcomers build credibility, learn professional standards, and navigate early career decisions, while more established performers discuss reinvention, audience expectations, and expanding into new formats or platforms. Both perspectives reveal the importance of communication, personal boundaries, and long-term thinking in a fast-moving digital space.

This episode explores:

The difference between starting fresh and transitioning careers

Building a personal brand from the ground up

Reinvention, crossover opportunities, and audience perception

Navigating contracts, independence, and creative control

Mental resilience, growth, and long-term sustainability

With balanced insight from two unique viewpoints, this interview offers a clear look at how careers develop over time—and how performers adapt, evolve, and define success on their own terms.

01:27my guest
01:28today went from serving in the military to serving in the adult industry he's been in for about six
01:35years now and i'm very excited to get to know him i know you are too let's welcome bobby gray
01:40thank you
01:41thank you for having me i i'm honored thank you well thank you no it's it's a pleasure i i
01:46like
01:46doing these interviews at avn because you know a lot of people are in town that don't normally you
01:53know live in la which is normally where i record my podcast and i get the opportunity to meet a
01:57lot
01:58of different people and do these kind of like quick little get to know you sessions and um yeah it's
02:02just a great way to like add variety and new faces to the show so awesome yeah because you live
02:07in
02:08texas right now in austin right yeah austin is i spent a couple of um months in austin when i
02:15was
02:15shooting my playboy tv show it's a very cool city oh yes yeah it's like a mix between new york
02:20and la
02:20right now yeah it's it's beautiful it's one of the fastest growing cities too right ever since after
02:25covid yeah everybody just flooded in yeah yeah speaking of covid that's like when you got into the
02:31industry like around that time right yes yes yeah i came in in uh january 2020 and then a couple
02:36months
02:36later covid oh so like right before covid you didn't even wait for like the shutdown to get in
02:42like a lot of people you were like right before wow so now before that you were in the army
02:48right
02:48yes and you even did a combat tour in iraq that's correct yeah so how did that shift from you
02:55know
02:55being an army vet to working in the adult industry how did that happen i always wanted to be in
02:59the
02:59industry um i was actually deciding back when i was in college i was actually this close to signing
03:04the contract and going to the adult industry first but because i made a promise to my mom
03:08finished college then went to the army um but i always had in the back of my head i always
03:12had
03:12that voice calling out to me so it was it was natural for me i was pretty much ready so
03:17when i
03:17finished up in the army in 2014 i just progressed naturally right over into acting and modeling so i
03:22was doing that in korea south korea where i was stationed oh really and then went to la back to
03:26new
03:26york texas and so when i got to texas i said you know what i said let me put the
03:30acting part to the
03:31side let me give this adult entertainment an opportunity a chance so yeah i came across
03:37tadpole x studio he gave me opportunity i flew into vegas went to the hard rock hotel and when i
03:43walked
03:43in i saw everybody i was just amazed and he had promised um if i remember correctly he had promised
03:50his fans seven new guys and when i showed up he uh we get to elevator we go up and
03:55he said hey bobby
03:56he said you know thank you for showing up he's like you know i appreciate it so much and um
04:00he's like
04:00welcome to welcome to the porn industry he's like by the way you're the only guy that showed up
04:04no pressure this is all on you wow so he's really thankful that you showed up wow and i walked
04:10through
04:10the door and kendra hart my first shoot yeah oh wow yeah yeah and i was nervous i was
04:16and uh yeah she's like she took command of the room like her energy she was so bubbly and chill
04:21yeah and so how did the scene go the scene went good yeah he actually threw in to make it
04:25a group
04:25scene he threw in uh one of his friends that was supposed to shoot the next day but he was
04:29tested and
04:29everything so he just had him put a mask on yeah so he did an mfm so it was good
04:32it was really good
04:32yeah oh wow yeah yeah um why did he mention like why the other guys didn't show up do you
04:39think that
04:40it's because i will say like i get a lot of dms every woman in the adult industry gets a
04:46lot of dms
04:46from guys who want to get into the industry right yeah like in their head it sounds like a great
04:51idea
04:51but the reality of it is not the same exactly exactly do you think that that's why they chickened
04:58out i think that's a big part of it because like you said like they have this version in their
05:02mind
05:02and now when it's time to put up or shut up and whether it's you know having it out there
05:07on
05:07internet forever or i think the big part is them actually showing up and having you know the lights
05:12the camera and and all these other people possibly around you know the the manager the the agent
05:16you ever know or just extra people who are there like waiting for their shoot um i think that plays
05:22into the mind of men because again it's it's easy when you're when you're watching it and you can
05:26envision yourself in that fantasy but it's another thing now when it becomes reality so yeah um when
05:32he told me that you know we both started laughing because we both already kind of figured that's what
05:36it was now you did your first scene what was like unexpected about it what was expected about it
05:44like did you finish that thinking that's exactly how i thought it would be or where you're like
05:49that's not at all what i thought it would be well you know funny thing is i i cleared my
05:53mind
05:53beforehand i just said you know i don't want to have any expectations so when i went in and like
05:58i said
05:58i was i was uh nervous um even though i had been in the swinger lifestyle before i was kind
06:04of nervous
06:04just because again i'm going into a different realm in a sense so um i guess you could say like
06:11once i
06:12finished up like i was i was thrilled you know it was like i was proud of myself in a
06:16sense you know
06:17i actually did exactly what i said i was going to do i followed through and and i made a
06:22good
06:22impression on on tadpole and on the other folks so they kept calling me back um but yeah it was
06:28i would
06:29say it was it was eerie because i manifested that because i had prayed about it a long time ago
06:35because
06:35like i said when i was in college i like this close to sign the contract and i guess you
06:40could say
06:40divine timing so it just it happened exactly when it was supposed to happen and uh yeah yeah are you
06:46glad that you waited because a lot of people get into the adult industry early and not always but
06:53sometimes they wish they had waited for me i i am thankful that i waited uh because i just know
06:58that
06:59had i gone in at 19 um i probably would have gotten like gotten hooked up to like the wrong
07:06crowd
07:06per se um and i probably would have messed a lot of stuff up for myself and we hear those
07:11stories
07:11all the time in entertainment business you know folks that kind of go in whether at a like a very
07:16early age in their teens young adults um and they end up kind of like going like blowing through their
07:20money and getting caught up in drugs the bad crowd and i think for me not because i was a
07:24party guy too
07:25much it was just more of like i have a really good heart and that's like easy prey for a
07:29certain you
07:30know type of people out there it's easy to be influenced too at that age exactly so i'm very
07:34thankful that i did wait and and also you know i got to experience like i said going into the
07:37military uh serving my country going overseas meeting just the different uh different people
07:42going around different cultures so yeah i'm glad i waited do you think that the army gave you like a
07:47kind of discipline that helped you yes oh yeah yeah it definitely gave me structure um it definitely
07:53gave me the ability to have like that thick skin to where like when things kind of like you know
07:58uh don't go your way especially in this industry it's like a roller coaster ride you're managing so much
08:03so it's like so you got to have that thick skin where you're just like all right okay on to
08:06the
08:06next thing you know and just not allow other things to affect you too much so yeah yeah have
08:10you had to navigate changes and like how friends or family perceive you since entering porn uh
08:16somewhat um i don't have too many uh family and friends that know about it uh the ones that do
08:21super excited a best friend of mine he lives in the philippines now and every now and again he'll
08:27hit me up he'll send me messages like hey man i just showed these girls your your page and stuff
08:30when you're coming out to the philippines and then my younger brother uh we're 12 years apart
08:36um and he's he's back in new york uh and every now and again we'll talk and recently the last
08:41time we
08:42talked a few months ago he said that he's also interested in you know getting into the industry
08:46so i gave him some tips sent him some emails and all that stuff and i said you know i
08:48said pick my
08:49brain as much as you want but uh yeah the um uh the family and friends who know you know
08:53they're
08:54they were kind of shocked at first because um i didn't give off the energy of that type of person
09:00that would go you know into into the industry because uh people see me as more like the clean
09:04cut you know um guy next door type stuff so when i do tell people they're they're shocked yeah
09:11but there's obviously like a side of you that they they don't see right right how do you think adult
09:16performers are still misunderstood by people outside the industry oh great question um i mean now that
09:22you're in it and maybe the way that you saw them before you got in it right now that you're
09:26now that you're one of us exactly exactly exactly i think the big part is and it's so funny because
09:32it's like us in the industry now we we laugh at it they don't seem to realize like how often
09:37we get
09:37tested you know on the outside people have this mindset like okay i got tested in like it like
09:44they're good for a year and i have to remind them i'm like that's a test it's not a shot
09:47yeah and i was
09:49like you know we we have to get tested very often especially depending upon how many shoots it could
09:53be every two weeks um every three weeks whatever the case may be um and i think that's the
09:58misconception is that we're like a bunch of dirty people just having sex and you know we've got all
10:03types of diseases and we're running and that's far from it i mean we are and and that's that's
10:08something that definitely um opened my my mind's eye was just how um strict the industry is i mean
10:15of course because of things that have happened in the past with you know things on set with people
10:19not being tested and spreading stuff yeah unfortunately we've had to learn we've had to
10:24learn some hard lessons over the years yeah but it's made us a safer industry and it's created like
10:31also like a i think a strong sense of responsibility amongst people in the industry like i think that
10:37people who are professionals and you know who work consistently like understand the importance of
10:44testing and like nobody blows it off you know exactly and i think also the fact that they don't
10:49i guess they they sometimes forget like that we're human and sometimes i'll other places i've worked at
10:55i've worked in fitness facilities and people have known there and they were all excited and stuff
11:00and the funny thing is they don't realize just how chill and how relaxed and just how normal we are
11:05yeah um they yeah they truly believe like we are from like another planet you know it was so funny
11:12i had girth master on a few months ago and you know he's like fairly new to the industry doing
11:20mainstream porn and i asked him like what one of the things about the porn surprised him and he said
11:26there's a lot less orgies that i expected like i thought that every party i would go to there'd be
11:31orgies no one's having orgies people are just it's like a normal party people are going and like
11:36having drinks and like talking yeah yeah which i thought was so funny yeah i mean it's it's it's it's
11:41a
11:41beautiful thing to see like when you can actually just chill out relax enjoy a drink have a
11:45conversation with people um and that's something i think for me it didn't surprise me too much when
11:50i was on the outside because as i said like i wanted to be in industry for so long so
11:54when i had
11:55the opportunity to meet like sean michaels joanna angel at xbiz awards years back um i i got to kind
12:02of peek into that that world a little bit you know i got to hang out with people at the
12:05after the award
12:06shows and stuff and it was just so calming it was so relaxing it was like it was like i
12:11felt like i
12:12belonged you know i and i loved it yeah i say this so frequently that people are probably sick of
12:16me
12:17saying it but it is very much like a a big kind of misfit family yes and um mick blue
12:23actually brought
12:24a friend of his to one of the awards ceremonies and he told mick that and he was someone who
12:30works
12:31in mainstream hollywood and this like really stuck with me and he said that he couldn't believe how
12:36incredibly close everybody was and how like genuinely happy everybody was to see everybody
12:42and like the like the love and the connection between people was felt really genuine and it was
12:49like i've never seen that at a hollywood party at all and i thought about i actually went to like
12:53paris hilton's birthday party last year or something um with a friend of mine and it was
13:01very like la you know like nobody was talking to each other plastic people were just like no one was
13:09talking to each other it was like no one knew each other everyone was just standing in these little
13:12groups yeah and everyone looked so bored it was like the most boring party i've ever been to
13:17and i was like this is not the world i want to be in like it made me so grateful
13:22for
13:23working important you know yeah so you've been married twice and you now prefer a polyamorous
13:28lifestyle um what did traditional relationships teach you about yourself that i'm not monogamous
13:35that it is uh yeah it's um it's the traditional relationship lifestyle nothing wrong with it but
13:42it's just not for me i felt like i i don't know i felt like i was confined um and
13:47uh i think for me
13:49like society gives you like a guidebook and it's to learn from and create your own um the mistake
13:55i made was i was actually like following it to a t you know go to college get a career
13:59get married
14:02and it also taught me that i'm very sensual very sexual like i i love women you know i i
14:08love
14:09being sexual and i think being in a monogamous relationship at least from what i saw growing up
14:13it was it was confining in the sense that it's almost like you you you couldn't have certain
14:18thoughts you couldn't be a certain way even in your own relationship like something was wrong with
14:22you and that's what i went through in both those uh relationships um and it got to the point where
14:27i was just like you know what i the best thing to do is just to walk away we're not
14:31compatible you
14:32know and it was nothing against them wonderful wonderful women but i i knew what they needed and i just
14:36was not that um and i knew what i needed so it's uh it like i said divine timing like
14:42everything just
14:42kind of fell into place the way it was supposed to and then the point the opportunity for the
14:46industry came up and yeah can you tell us the story of how you earned the nickname mr honeyman
14:52yes uh so i was on a set for tadpole uh tadpole x studios and i don't know if it
14:57was either yes it
14:59was uh uh exotica chicago and exotica miami so uh on the set doing the gangbang scene and because i
15:08take my time i worship the woman's body i listen to her energy and that's just how i how i
15:13kind of
15:13navigate um so there was this guy uh i'm not gonna give his name good guy good guy he didn't
15:19mean
15:19anything by it so after the one in chicago he walks up to me and he's just like hey man
15:24you know just
15:24so you know um i i get your style and everything i respect it but you know this is gangbang
15:29you know
15:29we got to be like pop pop pop to the next one pop pop pop to the next one right
15:32i said no i said i
15:33completely understand and we talked for a little bit and then when i got back home he had messaged me
15:37again i
15:37guess he felt really bad so he messaged me this long you know nice message and he said uh he
15:41said
15:42yeah you know he's giving me like some more advice and so then i said to him i said hey
15:46i said you know
15:46duly noted but i said also realize is that this is the reason why tadpole keeps you know asking me
15:51to
15:51come back because uh he likes my style his fans like my style i guess it adds like a different
15:56dynamic
15:57and then also a lot of times in the past when tadpole reached out to the women and they were
16:02kind of
16:03like i don't know if i can make it then he would show them my profile and they're like oh
16:06yeah he's
16:06gonna be there i'll be there i was like okay so so it again i in my own way contributed
16:11that energy
16:12um and i that's what i also loved about it was just being on the set and seeing like the
16:16different
16:16people who have you know brought something different so then now the miami exotica shoot
16:21same thing again and the same guy is there and so everybody finishes up tadpole's standing there
16:27butt naked with the camera and he's looking at me and i'm i'm on top of uh sarah arabic
16:31wonderful wonderful performer we love sarah arabic i met her for the first time on the expo's red
16:37carpet because she did an unboxing of the strip chat merch that we gave away at the party that we
16:43did at dave and buster's so thank you sarah i will always love you for that special like social media
16:49like shout out yes she is awesome like her energy the way we connected so i'm on top of her
16:55and i think
16:56we both kind of forgot where we were so that's why i tapped over i was like hey bobby you
17:00about to
17:00finish up i was like so i said yeah one second um so just as i get ready uh the
17:05guy um he's standing
17:07there and he's has his hands on his hips short guy he has his hands on his hips like there
17:12he goes
17:13mr honeymoon and everybody starts busting out laughing and i stopped like right before i come in i look
17:18over and i was like bro thank you i'm gonna use that and i just took it and ran with
17:22it and so ever
17:25it's it's stuck because it was funny too it's like i i was looking for um a nickname for myself
17:31and boom you just gave it to me right through him so considering everything that you've been
17:36through in the last six years what advice would you give someone considering entering the industry
17:40today and we're talking about like men specifically be yourself take your time um don't feel as i was
17:49saying earlier don't feel like you have to try to do everything and be everything for everybody like
17:53really figure out and hone in on what your what your gift is um when i was in the acting
17:59side of
17:59entertainment one of my acting coaches said to me uh find what is appealing about you and sell the
18:05shit out of it so whatever that is that that draws people to you and then also i've because i've
18:10had
18:11guys reach out to me and say man how do i get into all this stuff and all the advice
18:14i've given them
18:14and i said one of the things is because i asked about like how do they they meet the women
18:18and i say you
18:19either reach out to them you know on their links or you contact whatever agency they're with but i
18:25said just make sure that when you reach out to them because some of them have had uh i guess
18:29bad
18:29experiences when they were talking to the women and i just say just be a gentleman just say hey you
18:34know i'm bobby gray i've been in the industry or i've just gotten to the industry i'm talent tested
18:39through tts or cleared um i would love to to film with you sometime um i have no problem traveling
18:44to
18:45you or flying you to me if the vibe is right um you know by all means check out my
18:49profile
18:50and guys if you have references put that in there as well say hey you know i can have i
18:54can give you
18:54references upon request um and i have no problem giving you my qr code my uh my lab results and
19:00everything like that and please check out my profile any questions i'm an open book and it's laid
19:06out right there all right well thank you so much for coming to join us it was a pleasure to
19:10get to
19:10know you can you tell everyone where they can find you online please yes you can go to x uh
19:15you can
19:15find me at bobby gray xxx my only fans the bobby gray xxx um that's where you can find me
19:22and uh you
19:23have all my links there and if for whatever reason you can also type in handsomehead.com all right guys
19:29stay tuned um i have some more interviews lined up so stick around we'll be right back
19:43want to get it down
19:46hit my face
20:15okay so my guest today went from
20:18college cam model to one of the fastest rising names in the adult industry racking up tens of
20:24millions of views landing major award nominations and building a massive fan base in record time
20:30but behind the success are some truly unhinged early stories hard lessons and a crash course in
20:37navigating an industry that doesn't always come with a manual let's welcome addison vodka hello
20:44hi i'm so happy to be here yeah i'm so glad that we could finally make the floor
20:48yes
20:50so addison um i guess let's start like i do with most of my guests we start from the beginning
20:55we
20:55always want to wonder how you ended up on the dark side yes so how does your story begin
21:01so i actually started out um back when i was a preschool teacher i was still living with my parents
21:09and i had had a boyfriend at the time who i found out was using this camming website behind my
21:18back
21:18and i had asked him repeatedly to stop because i found out that he was using it he didn't stop
21:26so when you say using it he was not a performer on it he was no he was live streaming
21:32himself on it
21:33okay for fun i guess okay so he was like as a performer okay he wasn't like a like a
21:40fan on
21:40there like tipping other girls both okay gotcha on a very small scale you know he had maybe three
21:46viewers yeah so he didn't stop when i asked him to so at that point i kind of just thought
21:53to
21:53myself well if you can do it then i'm gonna do it and i went on the website and made
21:58an account
21:59and the first night i had over 12 000 viewers and i made a bunch of money wow and then
22:07within the next
22:08few days i moved out of my parents house and i quit my job oh my god so camming like
22:16really launched you
22:18like into a whole new stratosphere just a whole different world i didn't really know what i was
22:24doing at that point in my life i was in this stupid relationship i had moved back in with my
22:29family i was just struggling all around and then it kind of gave me this new door to unlock where
22:37i felt
22:38i had some freedom you know and once it started i just couldn't really get away from it wow what
22:46surprised you the most about camming i think it was the response that i got i had assumed maybe if
22:54i
22:54logged on to one of these websites i would have five people watching me having 10 000 plus people
23:02watching you live was insane it was so hard for me to even grasp that and everyone was just so
23:10nice
23:10to me and it was so crazy to start building a fan base and i just never fathom something like
23:16that
23:16could happen were there some things that you did early in your camming career that now you are like oh
23:23i should have done that differently i think no honestly i think i really loved the way that i was
23:31just this crazy college party girl that was the vibe and it was really fun it was really natural it
23:39was
23:39just me on a laptop webcam having fun with my friends and with guys and just doing crazy stuff so
23:47i wouldn't change it i don't think so how long did you cam before you transitioned into doing studio
23:55work which is what you're doing now right yes i think i was camming for almost two or three years
24:04okay and then i started doing only fans i had started meeting more people i went to expos and stuff
24:11and
24:11then once i started doing only fans i just opened more of the world you know and then i started
24:18doing
24:18studio work which was crazy tell me about that transition from like you know you're camming
24:26then you're doing only fans these are still two things that are very much like in your control
24:30right yes and probably a lot of it was shot at your home maybe by yourself yeah um and then
24:36transitioning
24:37into doing studio works like a whole different thing so what was that move like for you
24:41so it was a little scary i had met a few mainstream porn stars um at an event in miami
24:51and i just thought it was so cool and it seemed so fun i had no idea i didn't know
24:56how to get an
24:56agent i didn't know how to do anything i just started emailing the the websites on there like
25:02scroll to the bottom email the help email yeah and one of them actually emailed me back so that's
25:09how i started shooting and the transition felt oddly very natural to me i was nervous of course because
25:16it is very different than being in the comfort of your home and just being alone but once i started
25:23doing it i was like this is really what i enjoy it's so much fun tell me about your first
25:30experience
25:30like your first studio shoot what was that like i was in florida and i think it was for
25:37new biles and they had sent me a crazy long script and i'd never done anything like that before
25:44at all i've never even read a script in my life yeah and i was so nervous i just remember
25:50i kept
25:51messing up and messing up and i felt so bad for the poor director and camera people i was i
25:57almost cried i
25:58was just so anxious and nervous and that scene haunts me to this day because my acting is atrocious
26:02but that's rough like i i i've been the director on the other side of that yeah i've also been
26:09the talent on the other side of that like when i had a show for playboy tv and i would
26:14have to
26:14i never understood what it was like being talent until i did that show and i was just a host
26:19i wasn't
26:19a performer at all right but um having to struggling with something and then still having to like
26:26project this image of like i'm happy or i'm this or you know what i mean a place that you're
26:31not
26:31feeling at the moment is tough yeah and you know what's funny is that um i am very bad at
26:38memorizing
26:39lines like very bad even if i wrote the script yeah i'll write myself lines like all of a sudden
26:45when i used to shoot for like digital playground and stuff i put myself in as a like a non
26:49-sex role
26:50just because i didn't want to pay somebody else to do it yeah so i would just do it myself
26:53but i
26:54wouldn't remember my own lines yeah my own lines yeah and like everyone's waiting for me
26:59the director hello who can't fucking do her lines and it's just like and and you get caught in that
27:05yeah in that headspace and then it gets worse and it's like yeah so hard yeah the spiral with it
27:12was
27:12definitely the worst thing yeah over time i've gotten much better at memorizing lines i think it
27:18took a little while but no that haunts me every day that's so bad okay so i mean overall do
27:26you
27:27feel like this scene was fairly successful like once you got to the sex part did that at least go
27:30better i think so i think i was also it was it was funny because that being my first scene
27:37it was a
27:38more technical type of one um they really liked to cut between each you know position and this and
27:45that so it felt very stop and start stop and start and i was just which is so different than
27:50like camming live yeah being in the moment yes and then of course later down the line i had
27:54experiences where they were like okay just go we're just gonna roll through 30 minutes go have fun
27:59so it was crazy it was it was nerve-wracking and but i think funny enough the scene people like
28:06it a
28:06lot and i think i'm just overly critical of it because you know i just know that was my first
28:12thing ever what was the hardest part of transitioning from solo camming to the larger
28:17porn industry like agents or sets or expos or lines yeah i think one of the hardest parts was just
28:29navigating the whole new world itself i mean all of those things like together you know finding an
28:36agent was scary finding just making sure that i was doing the right things um you know of course
28:44you're never always going to do the right thing but trying my best to do that just meeting so many
28:50new people putting myself in all these new crazy positions and experiences so i think all of it was
28:58pretty hard but at a point it started to flow naturally and i think that the transition just
29:05was the right one yeah the mainstream adult world can also be competitive and confusing without
29:11reasons what do you wish someone had told you early on i think someone should have told me that
29:21you know everyone has their own journey everyone goes at different paces i think it's really easy to
29:28get caught up in the comparison especially you know if you see someone that started at the same time as
29:34you and you see someone on a different path than you and you feel like you're not leveling up to
29:42that
29:42etc etc you know there's everyone has their own timeline i think that success comes at all different
29:48rates and times and to just not put so much pressure on yourself to get somewhere at a certain time
29:56right yeah right yeah that constant comparison social media doesn't help with that no either no
30:02so how do you protect your mental health while navigating like this world because the adult
30:08industry can be you know quite draining for several reasons yeah i think it's important to be able to take
30:16time away i think for me i like to go home i like to take a week if i have
30:24to just taking time to reset
30:26yourself mentally and physically and just keep time to do the things that you like to do no matter how
30:33small the time is because there's been times where i've overworked myself for weeks on end and then i
30:39go crazy so i think i've learned to kind of balance it a little more which is hard to do
30:45because i feel a lot
30:47of us are workaholics but it's important yeah and i mean really being you know being a a creator in
30:56the
30:56adult industry you're really like you are an entrepreneur yeah i mean i i interviewed melrose
31:01michaels a couple weeks ago and and she said something you know that like very much just said it
31:08in a very straightforward manner you know and i said what what advice would you give to someone who's
31:13looking to get into the industry and she said do you want to be an entrepreneur yeah that's the first
31:16question i'd ask because that's exactly what you're going to be yes and it's a lot of work you're always
31:21on even if you know it's just always in your head all the time and it's great because you know
31:28it's
31:29everything and it's what you want to be doing but it is always there yes you've experienced stigma
31:35both inside and outside of the industry how do you navigate friendships dating like public perception
31:40i mean i've had my fair share of losses and gains um throughout my time in the industry i've lost
31:47friends that i was friends with before and who didn't really want to continue being my friend
31:52throughout um it's tough i think it just comes with time i mean people are always going to judge what
32:01you're going to do and if they do that's just not the right place for them to be in your
32:07life
32:07right i think the stigma is difficult to handle sometimes but surrounding yourself with people
32:15who accept and appreciate you just for being who you are is important and makes it all better
32:23what is the one like most common misconception that you hear from people about the adult industry
32:29that we're all like suffering all the time that you all want to be rescued yes yeah someone needs to
32:39save us all that's the one i think that drives me the most crazy uh i get those kind of
32:44comments all
32:45the time they're like someone needs to save all these girls you know we're all here on our free will
32:50we want to be here yeah so there's probably not anyone that needs saving yeah i mean the that whole
32:59thing is just this automatic assumption of placing women as like victims yes and and that that whole
33:05thing always drives me insane yeah you've also talked about porn as a safe way to explore your
33:11fantasies yes can you explain that to people who may feel like that sounds contradictory to what
33:16they imagine the adult industry is like right so for me i guess when i say that it's you know
33:23i get to
33:24have the ability to be in a safe consensual i guess in a way guarded atmosphere to do these crazy
33:33things
33:34that i've always wanted to do because you know before porn i would have been on some tinder or something
33:42and meeting up with a guy and who knows that could maybe not go so great yeah and it's scary
33:49because
33:49outside of porn funny enough i feel i'm quite shy where i used to be and i always wanted to
33:56explore so
33:56many more of my sexual interests and stuff but i was just shy yeah so being able to just have
34:04it laid
34:05out for me ready to go is a lot better than just thinking about it you know what specific like
34:12sexual fantasies have you been able to play out in a scene i have been able to do a lot
34:18more bdsm
34:20stuff i was suspended for the first time not too long ago which was really fun i've always wanted to
34:25do that and i mean yeah that's a perfect example of having to make sure that you're working with a
34:30professional yeah because they have to know how to suspend you in the right way because that can be
34:34dangerous if it's not done correctly exactly and that was always something that i wanted to do but
34:39i was like i don't even know where to find someone right what do i do yeah yeah so you
34:46did a soft white
34:46belly interview yeah which gets an enormous amount of traffic yeah and it brought you a lot of mainstream
34:52attention how was that experience for you it was really just insane an insane experience uh i was a huge
35:00fan of the channel itself beforehand uh so doing that interview i was very nervous i was really nervous
35:09and people were not very kind in the comments that was the first time that i've ever been exposed to
35:16such harsh uh kickback on the internet for the first time in my life people most of the time were
35:23pretty nice to me before yeah but because you're being exposed to a whole different audience a whole
35:27different audience and i think these people couldn't handle that i was happy with what i'm doing
35:35and they they want to see someone who's suffering in a sense they want that confirmation bias yes and
35:41they were just most of the comments were just saying that i was so broken and so sad and they
35:49could
35:49feel the pain behind my eyes there's all this crazy stuff and was it about you being a cam model
35:57because
35:57i know he always is very like specific a lot of them just said you know because i talked about
36:03how i'm
36:04very happy with my porn career i'm very happy with the life that i've set up i'm happy with my
36:09job
36:09etc and i just think people can really handle that i'm happy and okay having that exposure and then
36:17obviously like just being in the industry now how do you decide what parts of yourself that you want
36:21to like protect when the internet just kind of wants everything from you i think i struggle with that
36:28a little bit i'm pretty an open book on the internet especially being a cam model you're constantly just
36:37talking to them and it feels very personal so that's sort of what i carry through the way that i
36:45use
36:45social media when i interact with my fans and everything i mean obviously i keep my very
36:51personal personal life separate but otherwise i think i share mostly everything yeah so i don't
37:01have too much that i hide from the internet which probably should hide some more but well i think it's
37:08like all has to do with everybody's comfort zone yeah i'm the same way i'm i'll like tell you pretty
37:13much anything yeah and i'm very open but like like you there's a lot of the things that i don't
37:18talk
37:18about are because i'm protecting the privacy of somebody else exactly right yeah someone close to
37:22me yes yeah um otherwise i would right but it's like it's not my like secret to share exactly story
37:30to share yeah like it directly affects me in a very strong way but it's also not like just my
37:36decisions
37:36yeah there's things that i hold back yeah but otherwise like if it's about me right you know
37:42i'm also like one of those people who like i love to talk about like my pain and my trauma
37:46if you want to like ask me like really hard questions about like things that are very like
37:51you know very emotionally triggering for me yeah i'm all about oh yeah anytime i will trauma dump on
37:57you anytime exactly i'm like i will talk for three hours if you need me to help what a terrible
38:03segue for this question um you've had some sugar daddy shenanigans yes yes i've had some really
38:11funny situations some that just i feel find their way to me i don't know how i've i've dabbled in
38:18that
38:18world but most of the time it just finds me i think one of the craziest ones was when i
38:25was living in
38:25new york city i someone had found me on twitter and i was just i was a very small person
38:32at this
38:32time you know i wasn't a name or anything just a small cam girl and uh turns out this man
38:39was a
38:39hasidic jewish man living in new york and just i don't know i was always terrified because i i never
38:48i was like you're putting so much on the line here to give me money and help me with my
38:54life
38:55he just would bring me money all the time give me a credit card like i don't even know and
39:02it was
39:02crazy because did you ever meet him in person yes we met in person many times and what was
39:09interesting about this was he it wasn't a sexual relationship at all wow not once not even
39:17text exchange just friendly it was one of the strangest things i've ever he's a great great man
39:25what was his reasoning for i don't know i think that he just saw me on the internet and i
39:33maybe
39:34wanted to help me but you know it was so what did you guys like talk about because i actually
39:40had a
39:41similar experience really a long time ago yeah yeah um and i made it clear to him from the start
39:46that
39:47i would never have sex with him yeah that was never going to happen but he called himself actually
39:51i kind of appreciated this but he called himself like a patron of mine yeah where like he appreciated
39:56my work right like my photography and stuff and he just wanted to support me yeah in that like he
40:01helped put a down payment on my equipment van yeah it was like it was kind of like unsexy shit
40:05yeah
40:06like he would want to like buy me like sexy stuff for like obvious reasons and i'm like i don't
40:11need
40:11laundry i need a down payment on my equipment right no i need rent for the next three months
40:15not a new set i don't need panties yeah i'm good yeah i mean we just were friends i guess
40:21in a sense
40:22but i always assumed you know there was the underlying yeah you have feelings for me
40:30etc because why are you doing this for some random girl putting your entire life and reputation on the
40:38line yeah but i mean eternally grateful of course but yeah that was just things like that just somehow
40:46find their way to me i'm not sure do you still talk to him we do here and there but
40:51no after i moved
40:53away it kind of dwindled out i think he maybe was like i should probably stop doing this at some
41:00point
41:01but yeah um and then you also said something else about seizures yes i actually was this wasn't too
41:10long ago i was a man had taken me shopping and we you know he's kind of similar in that
41:18sense just
41:19someone who was very generous to me and he while we were checking out um he was handing me his
41:28card
41:29and his hand was shaking and i thought like he was messing around with me trying to be like oh
41:37no
41:37don't take it yeah but no he was fully like seizing oh my god and i were in the middle
41:44of the store and
41:44i just freaked out i didn't know what to do i had to take him outside i like called the
41:48ambulance
41:49it was one of the craziest and i the worst part was while he was handing it to me i
41:53hit him like
41:54elbowed him back because i thought he was messing around with me and like come to find out
41:59he's like about to pass away on me wow so i think was he epileptic like this happened before no
42:09no i don't even know it was the craziest thing ever and i was like okay i'm never going shopping
42:14with a man ever again wow that's not happening i'm traumatized did he ever find out what was wrong
42:19with him no no he he was also very strange about it just completely played it off like
42:25acted like nothing happened wouldn't talk about it it was the craziest the craziest things ever i
42:32thought i was i thought i made it all up in my head was he like a big drinker no
42:37no i don't know
42:40interesting i know more about seizures than i should i know nothing about them and i don't want to know
42:45anymore i didn't until last year but and then what sex advice do you think that most men need to
42:52hear
42:52oh gosh i fear there is not a general piece of advice i could give because i think every man
43:01is so
43:01different is what i've come to notice i think some advice would be for everyone would maybe just to be
43:11more sensual like sometimes you know really don't just ram into it more foreplay yeah that's pretty
43:18much what i hear from almost every yeah i think that is a good general piece of advice yeah i
43:22think
43:22a lot of guys like watch porn and like you know and they kind of get straight into it but
43:27it's also
43:28just because like a scene can only be so long right and like if there's a ton of foreplay it's
43:32like
43:32yeah it takes forever right yeah and it's but yeah i think i think that is one thing that um
43:38i find that
43:40most women ask for more foreplay yeah because we're not we're so different than guys right yeah
43:45take us longer to warm us up so to speak yes and foreplay i have found also like doesn't even
43:53necessarily have to be touching yeah right it can be like auditory it can be you know like i don't
44:00know sending like sexy texts throughout the day or something like that yeah like you know it can get
44:05i think just intimacy in general you know any form of it yeah i think is a good way to
44:10foreplay yeah
44:11yeah so addison you've built a massive digital success in a fairly short amount of time what do
44:17you think fans actually connect with the most about you oh man well thank you for that also um
44:24i think i'm very personable i think that's something that from the start even way back to
44:32just in my bedroom days is that was what drew people to me just kind of my personality i guess
44:39yeah that i seem like a really normal girl per se i think that is something that people really like
44:47um i noticed that a lot especially on my websites as well when i'm talking to people they just really
44:54enjoy that it's me it's real it's not just some bot i guess yeah robot girl yeah i mean it
45:04kind of
45:04like points to how you were saying that um you know sometimes you're very much an open book right
45:10you have a hard time holding things back i think that probably resonates with people yeah i think they
45:14like the authenticity that i can give them you know they really like getting to know me on a personal
45:20level do you do custom videos and stuff like that yes yeah i do a lot of live streams too
45:24still okay so
45:26i think people really like that because i never shut up and i just talk and talk
45:30what do you find that people ask for you from you the most oh i think people really like my
45:40role play videos okay that's one of the things i get the most even custom requests people just
45:46always want me to play some type of role um what's the most common role you get asked to do
45:52oh a girlfriend okay people want me to be their girlfriend with their names and i think that was
45:59a lot of videos of mine that went kind of viral in a sense not viral but you know got
46:04good viewings
46:05on the internet so i think that's what people really like to see from me i guess yeah they want
46:12the
46:13girlfriend experience yeah i mean it sounds like they feel very connected to you yeah which is fun
46:18i really like doing that like i love doing pov stuff it's really fun to be able to make each
46:22video
46:23unique for someone you know yeah any like crazy custom requests you've gotten that you've just been
46:29like oh man either you accepted or didn't yeah i've gotten really crazy ones um just with stuff that i
46:38would never do like taking it to a whole new level like with bodily fluids of all sorts you know
46:47i can imagine yeah anything like that um really insane ones like that so i feel like that's probably
46:56the craziest stuff that i get i have had a few like kind of campy ones you know people wanting
47:01me to do
47:02like really long scripts that are pretty out there but those are fun i like those yeah but yeah just
47:10creepy ones sometimes looking ahead what does the next step look like for you like career wise or
47:17personally i think personally there's i guess they go hand in hand in a sense personally i want to
47:24further my career more so this year there's a lot of goals i have mainstream wise i would really like
47:33to be able to accomplish there's a lot of companies and things that i want to do that i hope
47:40bring my
47:41career to another level where i want to be uh i just see a lot of longevity in this realm
47:48for me it's
47:48where i want to be it's where i'm happy to be and i care so much about my place and
47:54my position
47:55in the industry that all i want is to be more successful at it so we're at the beginning of
48:03a
48:03new year it's january um any big plans for 2026 i mean i just hope to be able to do
48:10a lot more
48:13big projects i have a lot that i'm hoping to do are there any specific brands that you're like
48:19dying to shoot for uh i would love to work for browsers i think that's probably one of the last
48:26ones left on my list to knock out um i just would love to do some more movie-esque projects
48:32i had so
48:33much fun doing that this year i like features yes yeah i because you're gonna remember your lines
48:39yes i'm actually very good at it now i had so much fun doing the horror stuff i really want
48:45to
48:45lean into more acting stuff this year i i didn't think i was gonna enjoy it and do it so
48:51well so that
48:52was really exciting for me i hope to be able to do some anal this year the first time and
48:58then we'll
48:59see what happens all right sounds like 2026 is gonna be addison's year yes amazing well thank you
