00:16shallow is standing by the decision to have darren sammy as coach of the west indies team
00:21he does not believe that the coach should be left in isolation for the string of poor performances

06:07mostly excitement and i know my parents are very proud and they're very happy for me going into this

06:17to avoid putting pressure on herself but at the same time she does have some goals but my main goals
06:23are to keep consistent get some wickets and do my best why leg spin well my dad started me off with
06:30leg spin and i just fell in love with it while young sriya's main focus is bowling she's also working
06:37on her batting like many youngsters she too idolizes some of the international players
06:42and watches their videos i really enjoy watching shane warren rashi khan and alana king bowl
06:48those are my top three favorites red force divas coach marissa aguilera is delighted to have the

07:00they first met they introduced me to trio i think was last year preparation before we left for the
07:05tournament and i saw this with a young girl coming up and they told me here what i need to have a look

07:15i saw talent i said that this player she's going to be great you know and she's here with us and i'm
07:20really excited and i'm expecting her to do really good things in the tournament coming up aguilera is
07:25pleased that the naprima girls high school student has fit in quite well with the team and
07:29technical staff added to that the coach has good things to say regarding jerome's personality
07:35she's blooming with confidence right and that's one of the things that we have been trying to ensure
07:40that we instill within the players and i'm doing the importance of confidence and she's one person
07:44i can see every time she steps out she's confident you know she's the tough cookie she's someone that
07:50anytime a ball hits her she's getting up she's going again and you know it shows that you know she
07:55have a long way and i'm looking forward to seeing her into bigger things
07:58the journey has now started for young shriya whose dream is to one day play for the west indies
