00:01Hey, look over there.
00:02Gilly's Club.
00:03No way!
00:04That's the famous sign, remember, from Urban Cowboy?
00:06Then we immediately recognize him.
00:08My name's Mike.
00:09Mickey Gilley, nice meeting you.
00:10I know who you are.
00:11He was a country music superstar.
00:13He had a string of number one hits.
00:15I can't do ten, I can do five.
00:17He's a tough little negotiator.
00:19Six.
00:20Five.
00:21Six.
00:22Back and forth, five bucks, six bucks.
00:23Five.
00:24Six.
00:25Frank, it's a kid, man.
00:26Give him the extra buck.
00:27Five.
00:28That's the original Gilly.
00:29Piano.
00:30Is it?
00:31It's cool.
00:32The lineup of stars that have sat down in front of this piano and pounded out these keys,
00:36I mean, this is insane.
00:38I'm Mike Wolfe.
00:40And I'm Frank Fretz.
00:42And we're Pickers.
00:44We travel the back roads of America looking for rusty gold.
00:48We're looking for amazing things buried in people's garages and barns.
00:53What most people see as junk, what we see as dollar signs.
00:58We'll buy anything we think we can make a buck on.
01:03Each item we pick has a history all its own.
01:07And the people we meet, well, they're a breed all their own.
01:11We make a living telling the history of America one piece at a time.
01:21We're down here in Texas.
01:24We're not doing too hot.
01:25We're out here freestyling, hoping we can make something happen.
01:28How about we get me in a rib eating contest?
01:30You can't pound as much as me, dude.
01:32Oh my God.
01:33I won a rib eating contest.
01:34You did?
01:35I beat the super heavy weight, dude.
01:36I ate nine slabs.
01:37You couldn't do that now, though.
01:38Oh, I could do that.
01:39If it's the kind of rib that falls off the bone.
01:42You know what I'm saying?
01:43Where you just throw the bone down.
01:45It's like one of our picks leaving meat on the bone.
01:47Actually, he's talking about picks.
01:49Yeah, I'm thirsty for a pick.
01:50If there's something on the side of the road and the place looks good,
01:54me and Frankie are going to roll up on it.
01:56Hey, look over there.
01:57Guy's got some signs.
01:58One, two, three, four, five, six.
02:00Marathon, golf.
02:02They're all up on the poles, dude.
02:04Let's check it out here.
02:05We pull up to the property and there's a fence around the perimeter,
02:08and I'm dying to take a peek.
02:10Yeah.
02:11Guy's got tons of signs.
02:12Got a ton of stuff over there.
02:13Coca-Cola sign, knee-high sign.
02:15Look at the sign right in front of you.
02:17Can't you see that?
02:18It's a Gillies sign.
02:19Gillies Club.
02:20No way!
02:21That's the famous sign.
02:22Remember from Urban Cowboy?
02:23That's in this town?
02:24Yeah!
02:25When I was a teenager, the movie Urban Cowboy came out
02:28with John Travolta and Deborah Winger, Sissy and Bud.
02:31It was set in a honky-tonk named Gillies,
02:33and it was a real place somewhere apparently around here.
02:36We've got to get in here.
02:37Hey, guys.
02:38Hey, what's up?
02:39Hey, man, what's up?
02:40Hey, is this your place?
02:41No, sir.
02:42Do you guys know what you're looking at?
02:43We just noticed that Gillies sign.
02:44What I was talking about is that Gillies sign right there.
02:46This club was called Gillies because Mickey Gillies owned it.
02:49He was a country music superstar.
02:51He's famous.
02:52Famous guy.
02:53Hell yeah, man.
02:54Stand by me.
02:55All right.
02:56Come on, baby.
02:57He's got a place not too far from here.
02:58Does he really?
02:59Well, he does.
03:00He's still around.
03:01How far away is he?
03:02About two, three lights down on the left.
03:03Big place.
03:04You just can't miss it.
03:05Thanks for telling us that.
03:06All right, buddy.
03:07Thanks for the info.
03:08All right, dude.
03:09Let's hit it.
03:10Dude, Mickey Gillies.
03:11He's like an icon down here.
03:13Sissy and Bud.
03:14Don't you remember when Sissy was riding the mechanical bull?
03:17You beat him?
03:18I was 15 years old, dude.
03:20That's the first time I can ever remember the hair standing up on the back of my neck.
03:24Gillies Club was famous for its merchandising.
03:27Bumper stickers, t-shirts, coffee mugs, anything.
03:30This place was crazy, dude.
03:31Oh, I'm sure it was back in the day.
03:32This says America's Honky Tonk.
03:36The guy said three lights, right?
03:38He said it's up on the right.
03:39This thing is actually there.
03:41Oh, no.
03:42This is probably it right here.
03:43This has got to be it.
03:44I tell you what.
03:45He's slow on this guy now.
03:46I know.
03:47Don't go up on him going, what up?
03:49We love you.
03:50All that kind of stuff.
03:51Let me breathe a minute, all right?
03:53All right.
03:54Hey, I need you to stand by me.
03:57Looks like it.
03:58Hello.
03:59Hey.
04:00How you doing?
04:01How are you?
04:02Can I help you jump with anything?
04:03My name's Mike.
04:04Mickey Gilley.
04:05Nice to meet you.
04:06I know who you are.
04:07My name's Frank.
04:08Hi, Frank.
04:09Nice to meet you.
04:10Well, we're pickers.
04:11We're from Iowa.
04:12We buy and sell a lot of stuff.
04:13And we like a lot of gas and oil related things, transportation stuff.
04:15And we were down there looking at that sign down the road.
04:17Oh, yeah.
04:18This guy came up and said, hey, Mickey's right down the road.
04:20A few stoplights down, so we had to come see you.
04:21That's right.
04:22When they walked in, I didn't know who they were.
04:24And when they said they were interested in some of the things from the old nightclub
04:26Gilley's, I said, hey, you come to the right place.
04:28When did you guys open the bar?
04:301971.
04:31My business partner came to me and he said, let's open this club up and call it Gilley's.
04:36And I said, that's a great idea.
04:38I said, I'd like to have my name on the club, you know?
04:40And so the club sort of evolved in what it became.
04:43Rustic looking, good dance floor, good country band.
04:47Cowboys that love to dance and have a good time and quite a few fights.
04:51Somebody will throw a beer bottle at somebody.
04:53That's what you call real honky-tonk.
04:55The urban cowboy came out in what, 80?
04:5879 and 80 is when we were doing the film with John Travolta.
05:00Prior to the movie coming out, was anybody ever throwing around that term, urban cowboy?
05:04No, but when the film opened up, we had lines out the door trying to get in.
05:07So that hadn't made the cash register ring a little louder, huh?
05:10It changed that club totally.
05:12So you've got a nightclub that's already owned by a country music superstar
05:15and then they make a movie out of it?
05:17I can't even imagine the cash flowing through that place.
05:19You know, money was coming in so fast it was like opening a spigot and it was just falling out.
05:23You're going to the bank with a wheelbarrow?
05:25We were selling everything that you could think of. T-shirts, cups.
05:28In 1990, there was a fire that destroyed the famous club and it never got rebuilt.
05:33So this is supposed to be Mickey's warehouse full of his leftover merchandise.
05:37Look at that, premium Texas beer.
05:39That's right.
05:40Yeah, now I got a bunch of beer cans and things.
05:42Oh, you guys had your own beer?
05:43Oh, yeah.
05:44Oh, just like Billy beer?
05:45The only difference between Billy beer and Gilly beer is the peanut I don't want.
05:58This one here, what's that?
06:00I don't know which I'm going to find in here.
06:02All right.
06:03Gilly beer, see there?
06:04Neon signs are always great sellers.
06:06The more obscure the beer, the better.
06:08Yeah, yeah.
06:09That's looking good.
06:10Check it out, Frankie.
06:11What are you thinking on something like this?
06:14Oh.
06:15I always want the seller to throw out the first number because they might be thinking a lower number than me.
06:23Make me an offer.
06:24Mickey seems to be familiar with this tactic.
06:28Uh, I'm going to give you the Iowa price, not the Texas price.
06:38How about, uh, 400 bucks?
06:41You're getting close.
06:42I'm getting close.
06:43This thing is nearly 30 years old and it's never even been taken out of the box.
06:47I want it.
06:48What are you thinking, Frankie?
06:49I was thinking about 600.
06:50You're on the right track now.
06:51Would be my top.
06:52Tops?
06:53That's where I'd top out at.
06:54I'll take six.
06:55You take 600 bucks?
06:56Six.
06:57All right.
06:58All right.
06:59That's what we call breaking the ice.
07:00Good deal.
07:01All right.
07:02That's awesome, man.
07:04I'm really excited to get this Neon Gilly beer sign.
07:06For one, I bought it from Mickey Gilly.
07:07Two, it's from the most famous honky tonk in the world.
07:09That probably won't last around the shop too long.
07:11Well, let me ask you this.
07:12What do you think is the rarest thing that you have in here from the club?
07:15In here right now, it would be that poster right there.
07:17That's the most famous honky tonk in the world.
07:18That probably won't last around the shop too long.
07:20Well, let me ask you this.
07:21That's the most famous guy in the club.
07:22In here right now, it would be that poster right there because of-
07:24This one right here?
07:25And this was actually in the club?
07:26Oh, yeah.
07:27The world's largest nightclub.
07:29It was the granddaddy of all nightclubs.
07:30Wow.
07:31This poster was amazing.
07:33It showed all these little painted vignettes of everything going on at Mickey's back in
07:37the day.
07:38I've never seen one of these before.
07:39I really like to have it when I leave.
07:41Bunch of dudes drinking Gilly beer, the famous Gilly's balloon.
07:44Even the huge roadside Gilly's sign is on there.
07:47And right in the center is a dude riding their famous mechanical board.
07:50Woo-haw!
07:51Wow.
07:52Is this something you'd sell?
07:53I've got to get this.
07:54I've got to have this.
07:55You got any idea what you might pay for it?
07:57I mean, I'm thinking about two and a quarter, something like that.
08:03This could sell to a vast array of people.
08:05People that collect Mickey Gilly stuff, cowboy stuff, urban cowboy stuff, movie posters.
08:10Could you add another 25 to that?
08:12Of course I could.
08:13All right.
08:14250?
08:15Done.
08:16You got a deal.
08:17You got one of a kind there.
08:18Not only is this a great deal, but this shows me that Mickey is ready to play ball.
08:22Pull the blanket off.
08:23Pull it off.
08:24That's the original rodeo sign.
08:25That way.
08:26See there?
08:27That's the real deal?
08:29That's it.
08:30That's right out of the club.
08:31This sign is original and one of a kind.
08:33Now, did you guys have a rodeo arena the whole time you had the club or was it an afterthought?
08:37The rodeo arena was built after John Svolta came down and did the film.
08:40He was making so much money, he decided to build a rodeo arena.
08:43This sign is so cool, it's a hand-painted piece of American history from the world's biggest honky-tonk.
08:48How do you feel about 1,500?
08:52How do I feel about it?
08:53I was going to ask 5,000, but I felt like that would have been a little bit high.
08:57I'm glad you're on your knees on the 5,000.
08:59I know, I was going to say, whoa, at 1,500, I'm not smelling what you're stepping in.
09:061,500 bucks is way too much for me on this thing, and that's down from five grand.
09:10I stand zero chance of getting this thing at a price that makes sense for me.
09:14This must be the high roller section.
09:15Yeah, we need to look at some smalls, maybe we can bundle something together.
09:18Okay, go bundle things up and do one prize for it.
09:21All right.
09:22I like bundling.
09:23Do you?
09:24You're talking to the right guy then.
09:25You're talking to the same language here, Mickey.
09:27Mickey just said the magic word, bundling.
09:31Coca-Cola.
09:32I want to break up with this thing and kick it to the curb price.
09:35Six, seven hundred dollars.
09:36That's about retail on it.
09:38I can't pay retail.
09:39I think I got one of the cans here.
09:41Here's a can.
09:42We sell those cans in the shops for like five bucks.
09:45Do ya?
09:46Frankie handed me this empty can of Gilly's beer.
09:48It's got the state of Texas on the side, it's got Mickey Gilly's face on it.
09:51Now what happened to the beer?
09:52They had empty cans and I bought them.
09:55Before they got filled up.
09:56These cans are in mint condition and he's got cases and cases of them.
09:59How much for a case of these cans?
10:01Just bring a couple of cases, Dad, and we'll bundle them too.
10:05You might get one underneath, it might be cleaner.
10:07Not dust, much dust.
10:09We love dust.
10:10Put mustard on it and eat it.
10:11This is what picking's all about.
10:13I mean, one minute we're free styling, the next minute we're picking with Mickey Gilly
10:17looking at some of his leftover merchandise.
10:19We got some mud flaps up there that's ready to go.
10:21Oh yeah, I saw those, man.
10:23Don't follow, I got no insurance.
10:25I got him.
10:26I love this pair of Mickey Gilly's mud flaps hanging on the wall.
10:28They're covered in dust, but they're in excellent condition.
10:31And these mugs we're interested in.
10:33Those are nice.
10:34That is a great cup to drink coffee out of, I don't mind telling you.
10:36You don't burn your hand or anything.
10:37Having you be the first thing I see when I wake up in the morning.
10:40That's better than Folgers.
10:42So Mickey had a whole table of these branded Gilly Cups.
10:45They looked like they were made in the 1980s.
10:47Well, Mike, how many would you think we'd need?
10:49Six is a good number.
10:50Six is a good number?
10:51I like six.
10:52That's about five bucks a cup and about $10 of your spine.
10:55There's six.
10:56Ten bucks on these.
10:57Three red, three blue.
10:5870, 80, 90.
10:59Yeah, okay.
11:00All right.
11:01Now you gonna whittle me down or what?
11:02You know, the first thing I seen when I walked in here beside you was the 670 boxes.
11:07Now you had it.
11:09Frank is the bundle master.
11:11What kind of deal were we on on those beer cans?
11:14They sell for about five bucks a can.
11:16Yeah, that'd be $120 a case.
11:17So let's just cut that in half.
11:18That'd be like, buy one, get one.
11:20I love to just sit back and watch the bundle master at work.
11:2390 here.
11:24Yeah.
11:25So, $120.
11:27Nineties to ten.
11:28Yeah.
11:29Probably like $125 or something.
11:31Wouldn't that probably be good, wouldn't it?
11:32I think we could round it off at two and it'd be just right, wouldn't it?
11:35Two?
11:36Frankie, I think you met your match.
11:37I think you met your match here.
11:39I'm gonna give you a break.
11:40I know you gotta make money on the product.
11:41You're gonna sell it at the product.
11:42Oh, yeah.
11:43So, how about $175?
11:45$175, I think, was a good price for this stuff.
11:48But in my business, I have to find a great price.
11:51Let's just do $150.
11:53You're at $175, I'm $125.
11:56Let's just cut it right off $150.
11:58I can handle it.
11:59You gotta deal.
12:00All righty.
12:01$150's time.
12:02Good deal.
12:03This is a huge bundle in here.
12:04I mean, we got the Steins, we got the beer cans, we got the coffee cups.
12:08I mean, I think this worked out.
12:09This was a great buy for us.
12:11It's like a magic box.
12:13It's supposed to make you disappear.
12:14This kid's got imagination, don't you, Frankie?
12:17I've been trying to make Mike disappear for years.
12:20Hey!
12:28Snake skin, baby.
12:29They're gonna be a new trend.
12:30They're like shoes now.
12:31Look at those, Frankie.
12:32These were your boots?
12:33Those were my boots.
12:34How old are these?
12:3525 years old.
12:3625 years old.
12:37They're snake skin, the tops are cut off, they're in pretty bad shape, but that just means they've had a lot of history.
12:42Hey, I could wear these and let the dog out in the morning.
12:46For any country music fan, getting part of Mickey's wardrobe is like getting something from Elvis.
12:59Make me an offer.
13:0050 bucks.
13:01You got it.
13:02All right.
13:03All right.
13:04Thanks.
13:05Mickey's still living the dream.
13:07He doesn't have his club anymore, but he still owns a theater where he plays for his fans.
13:10Frankie, you forgot the mud flaps.
13:12Oh, man, you better deal on that.
13:13He's tough.
13:14All you were supposed to be bundling.
13:15I forgot the bundle.
13:16I was bundling the cans.
13:17We got so caught up bundling all the beer stuff that we actually left the mud flaps hanging in the wind.
13:21Hey, Mickey, we forgot one thing.
13:24Wow.
13:25My mud flaps.
13:26We forgot those.
13:27My mud flaps.
13:28Now, you know that's the only two in existence right now, unless you can find some on an 18-wheeler somewhere.
13:32Make me an offer.
13:33They've been gathering dust.
13:34Make me an offer.
13:35I really want these mud flaps.
13:36I know I can sell these things.
13:38I'm just hoping that we didn't miss our chance to get a bargain on these suckers.
13:41100 bucks.
13:45That's 50 a piece.
13:46Think it was 75 a piece?
13:47How about 125?
13:48You sign them.
13:49You got it.
13:50All right.
13:51Who knows what we could have got these for if we included them in the bundle.
13:53But signed by the man himself, we're still going to make some money.
13:56Too bad those beer cans are empty.
13:58I like them.
13:59I like them empty.
14:00You do?
14:01That's the first time I ever heard you say you want beer cans empty.
14:02I bought 48 beer cans for $2 a piece.
14:03I think I can get $10 each.
14:04I love it.
14:05I absolutely love it.
14:06I bought this vintage poster for $250.
14:07I don't see any reason I couldn't get at least $400 for it.
14:09I mean, you know you made it in life as a guy when you got your own beer.
14:22If I had a great neon beer sign for $600, I think I could at least get $800 for it.
14:27Now, if you're interested in some of the more paraphernalia from Gillies now, my friend Jim Atkins has got quite a few things that he collected.
14:34Because he was a collector.
14:35Okay.
14:36I tell you what, why don't I give you a call and y'all go by and take a look at some of the things that he's got.
14:39Yeah, give me a call and feel them out.
14:40Today is a perfect example why you have to stay flexible and follow every lead.
14:44Hope y'all had a good time.
14:45We had a great time.
14:46It's an honor.
14:48Appreciate it.
14:49It was great to meet you guys.
14:50I thought they were just tremendous guys that like to have a good time.
14:53All right.
14:54Woo!
14:55We're going honky-tonking.
14:56See you later.
14:57All right.
14:58Woo!
14:59Woo!
15:00Woo!
15:01Woo!
15:02Woo!
15:03You know who we got to call?
15:04Danielle, tell about Mickey.
15:05She's never going to believe it.
15:06Let's give her a call.
15:07She's never going to believe it.
15:08Freaking.
15:12Hello.
15:13What up?
15:14Danielle, guess who we just met?
15:15Santa Claus.
15:16Santa Claus?
15:17No.
15:18Bigger than that.
15:19We just met Mickey and Gilly.
15:21Yeah.
15:22Right.
15:23No, we did.
15:24We did.
15:25I'm serious.
15:26We met Mickey and Gilly.
15:27You did not.
15:28Like the Mickey Gilly.
15:29Yeah, he's just messing around and here we are.
15:31Mickey Gilly.
15:32You ready for this?
15:33I bought a pair of his snakeskin boots.
15:36So I get the boots, right?
15:38No, you don't get the boots, but I got you a coffee cup.
15:42Speaking of getting some, you got us any leads?
15:44I actually do have a lead for you too since you are on the phone.
15:47This dude named Tom Merritt.
15:49And he's been collecting for over 40 years.
15:51Can you tell a little bit of everything?
15:53I think it sounds pretty cool.
15:55All right.
15:56Give us the coordinates on that place and we'll let you know how Paul works out.
15:59Okay, cool.
16:01All right.
16:02Thanks, honey.
16:03Our trip is getting better and better.
16:04I mean, Mickey Gilly gave us a lead to a guy that has some of his bigger ticket items.
16:07But on the way, we're going to go to a pick that Danielle found for us.
16:13Here it is, right here.
16:14All right.
16:15This has got to be it.
16:16I'd say, look at all that junk.
16:18According to Danielle, Paul's been stacking and piling stuff inside and out for the last 40 years.
16:23Got to load.
16:25As we walk up to the door, we're seeing a lot of stuff.
16:28Check out the coffee cup section.
16:30This guy buys anything and everything.
16:32I want to get to work right away.
16:35Hello.
16:36Hello.
16:37Hey, how are you doing?
16:38Hey.
16:39Paul.
16:40Yeah.
16:41How are you doing?
16:42Who's your partner here?
16:43Who's that?
16:44That's my grandson.
16:45Your grandson, what's your name, buddy?
16:46Pride.
16:47Here, Pride.
16:48How are you doing?
16:49My name's Frank.
16:50Good. How are you?
16:51Hey, Pride.
16:52Nice to meet you, buddy.
16:53This didn't happen overnight, did it?
16:54No, not overnight.
16:55How long have you been here?
16:56I like junk.
16:57I like it because it makes good money, and I try to get something nobody else has got,
17:03and I pretty well got it.
17:05Are you a picker, too?
17:06Yeah.
17:07Yes, sir.
17:08Are you?
17:09Yes, sir.
17:10You help Grandpa?
17:11Yes, sir.
17:12Oh, that's cool, man.
17:13I love that this kid is so young.
17:14He's into junking and wants to be a picker.
17:15Well, let's look around a little bit, Frankie.
17:17He has some stuff back here, a little can, skillets.
17:25He's got a lot of stuff, but it's going to be a real job to find a diamond in the rough.
17:30Hey, can I get in this case?
17:32Yeah.
17:33Can I look in there?
17:34Yeah.
17:35All right, let me see here.
17:38Check it out.
17:39Find something, Mike.
17:40Look at this, Frankie.
17:41It's some galvanized metal boat.
17:44Someone took things that were laying around the house and crafted it into a child's toy.
17:48I'm guessing by the materials used, it was probably made during the Depression.
17:52Hey, how about this?
17:53How much for this boat?
17:54Oh, a boat?
17:55Yeah.
17:56Oh, about 15.
17:5715?
17:58How about 10?
17:59Maybe 12.
18:00All right, 12.
18:0112 it is, my friend.
18:02All right.
18:03Book the ice.
18:04All right, I love it.
18:05Anybody that collects children's toys or folk art is going to love this.
18:10Frank, what about this?
18:11You interested in a bag of clown heads?
18:12Really?
18:13He's got blonde and brunette.
18:14Look at that, Mikey.
18:15Well, this looks heavy as hell.
18:16It looks real heavy.
18:17Quite an old meter.
18:18All right, here it is.
18:19We're digging further back into these aisles and I see this really cool piece of cast iron.
18:23It's industrial looking.
18:24It's made 1924.
18:25It looks like it came out of Frankenstein's laboratory.
18:28Their ammonia gauges are for ammonia.
18:29Ah, yeah.
18:30Ice house.
18:31Ice house.
18:32What do you got to have for it?
18:33A hundred.
18:34Anybody interested in an industrial or steampunk look would love to have this for their home
18:35home.
18:36Oh, yeah.
18:37We're digging further back into these aisles and I see this really cool piece of cast iron.
18:39It's industrial looking.
18:40It's made 1924.
18:41It looks like it came out of Frankenstein's laboratory.
18:42Their ammonia gauges are for ammonia.
18:43Ah, yeah.
18:44Ice house.
18:45Ice house.
18:46What do you got to have for it?
18:48A hundred.
18:49Anybody interested in an industrial or steampunk look would love to have this for their home
18:57or loft.
18:58How about, uh, how about 75?
19:03Ah, we'd go about 85 on it.
19:06How about 80?
19:07Ah, let's stick to 85.
19:1085?
19:11You're sticking at it?
19:12To someone with an untrained eye, this looks like a rusty, dirty, broken thing.
19:16But to me, one wipe down and your house can look like a New York City loft straight out
19:20of Architectural Digest.
19:22All right.
19:2385.
19:24I've never, I don't, I don't have anything like it.
19:29It's a big one.
19:30Yeah, it's cool.
19:31This gauge piece from the ice house is really cool with a capital C. Well, can we look outside?
19:36Another acre and a half back this way.
19:38Another acre and a half?
19:39Wow.
19:40There you go, Frank.
19:41You gotta get to the top of the pick, dude.
19:42All right, dude.
19:43Get up there.
19:44What do you see?
19:45Oh, my gosh.
19:46Woo!
19:47This place is incredible.
19:48It's overwhelming.
19:49I mean, he's been to an auction every single week for the last 25 years.
19:54Paul is a mega collector.
19:55All right, Frankie.
19:56Come on in back here.
19:57It's good.
19:58Look at this pile of bicycles right here.
19:59Oh, is this the bicycle Mecca?
20:00Mike and Mike.
20:01Oh, my gosh.
20:02It's a challenge.
20:03You have to look through this stuff, and you have to think about repurposing.
20:19If you can pick something up and reuse it, it's not junk, and Paul has made a living on
20:23that philosophy.
20:24You come back here all the time?
20:28We used to play I Can Go Seek all the time.
20:30Looks like you can hide pretty good.
20:31Pride kind of reminds me of myself.
20:33You know, I used to like to dig when I was a kid.
20:34I used to be around all this stuff.
20:36Me and my dad always come up here.
20:37You help grandpa though once in a while?
20:39Yes, sir.
20:40That's good.
20:41That's good.
20:42I mean, we can learn some stuff.
20:43I've been learning how to make a deal from Paul.
20:45As a job in the future, I might have something like this.
20:48Have my own place with a whole lot of stuff.
20:51To be a good picker, you have to have that sense of curiosity, that sense of adventure,
20:55that sense of everyday thinking you can discover something.
20:58So all of a sudden we meet a kid that loves the same exact stuff as we do, but he's had
21:03that fire fueled his whole life.
21:05Now, do you trust pride in pricing anything around here?
21:08What's this?
21:09A crowbar.
21:10A crowbar.
21:11What would you value this at, Pride?
21:13I'd probably say about $5.
21:15About $5?
21:16What do you think?
21:17Maybe about that, huh?
21:18Maybe about right up?
21:19You nailed it, dude.
21:21Well, you didn't sell it though.
21:23Let's just take pride with you.
21:25You want pride to show us around?
21:26Yeah.
21:27We should test him out here later.
21:28We'll ask him how much he would price it at, and we'll talk to the boss and see how
21:31much he'd put it at.
21:32All right, you up for it?
21:33Yeah, sure.
21:34All right, dude.
21:35Let's do it.
21:36It's like a magic box.
21:41It's supposed to make you disappear.
21:43It's a magic box.
21:44It'll make you disappear.
21:45This kid's got an imagination down here, Frankie.
21:48I don't want to get in there.
21:50All right, I'll do it.
21:51What are you going to shut the door on me?
21:53All right.
21:57Let's hope he disappears.
21:59Hey!
22:06Ha!
22:07You know what?
22:08I've been trying to make Mike disappear for years.
22:09Let's go.
22:10All right.
22:11Frank!
22:12I can hear what's going on, but I can't see anything.
22:17I'm serious!
22:18Let me out of here!
22:20Frankie, look at this place.
22:21What do you got over here?
22:23A lot of Gilly stuff.
22:24We walk in, there's signs, there's collectibles, there's Mickey Gilly stuff everywhere.
22:32Pride, is there anything here you like?
22:34There's a building I want to show you all up here.
22:37All right, Frankie.
22:38This must have been a building that he thought some stuff was really good.
22:41Yeah, a little bit of everything in here.
22:42Oh, yeah.
22:43Got a puppet.
22:44Look at that hat.
22:45That's cool.
22:46That's awesome, dude.
22:47There's Dick Tracy's head.
22:48This is just a rubber head that's off of a doll, but it's kind of cool because Dick Tracy was a really cool comic book character.
22:53Let me see, what's that say?
22:54A lot of people love Dick Tracy's stuff.
22:56It's very collectible.
23:04Pride, how much is this hat?
23:07Um, ten dollars.
23:09You know, this old hat looks like it might have been an old parade hat or maybe even a marching band hat.
23:14You know, but I really like it and the best part about it, it looks good on me.
23:17I can't do ten, I can do five.
23:19Six.
23:20Five.
23:21Six.
23:22Frank gets into a barter negotiation with Pride and they're going back and forth, five bucks, six bucks.
23:27Five.
23:28Six.
23:29I'm like, Frank, it's a kid, man.
23:31Give him the extra buck.
23:32Five.
23:33Six.
23:34He's a tough little negotiator.
23:35He's only 13 years old.
23:37He's going to be somebody to reckon with.
23:39You know what?
23:40If Grandpa says six, I'll do six.
23:42Wow.
23:43You got some stuff out there now.
23:47Hey, he gave us the tour.
23:49He was good.
23:50Here, let's look at some of these items we got here.
23:52All right, Dick Tracy had.
23:53How much do you think?
23:54Yeah, I said, I don't know, about five, ten dollars.
23:57About ten.
23:58Ten.
23:59Ten?
24:00Yeah.
24:01I couldn't do ten.
24:02I'd do five.
24:03I would do about eight.
24:05How about six?
24:07That sounds pretty good.
24:08All right.
24:09How about the hat?
24:11Yeah.
24:12How much would you sell it for?
24:13About 25.
24:1425?
24:15I'm starting to lose the love for the hat.
24:18I'd go ten dollars.
24:19That's my max.
24:20About 12.
24:21It looked good on you.
24:22You know, actually, I'll tell you the truth.
24:24I mean, I know it looks good.
24:25I know the ladies would probably like it, but...
24:27You're rolling, dude.
24:28It does look good.
24:29I wanted him to buy the hat, because I want him to wear it.
24:32I want him to look goofy.
24:33It covers up the big bald spot on your head.
24:35It does?
24:36Yeah.
24:37That's a good sign.
24:38I think you see it's time to buy it.
24:39Twelve dollars, not that bad.
24:40All of a sudden, Pride starts digging into him, man.
24:43I mean, I think he was really wanting to flex his negotiation muscles in front of his grandfather.
24:48How about I tell you what?
24:49You got coin?
24:50That's flip.
24:51Heads or tails?
24:52You win, it's 12.
24:53I win, it's 10.
24:54Okay.
24:55You call it.
24:56Call heads.
25:01It's tails.
25:02Ten bucks.
25:03All right.
25:04All right.
25:05You know, Pride was a heck of a negotiator, but, you know, I'm happy with the price.
25:08If I can't find a hat collector or somebody that's interested in this, I might just keep
25:12it for myself.
25:13Since Frank has a hat, I notice this hat right here.
25:16I'm looking on the shelf right behind his grandfather's head, and I see this really cool
25:21beaver pelt top hat.
25:23Let me see if this fits.
25:24Here.
25:25Let me see.
25:26Ooh.
25:27How's that looking, Pride?
25:28Pretty blinking.
25:29Is that looking good?
25:30It's made in London by a company named Welton.
25:33I mean, this is a really high-quality piece.
25:36All right.
25:37How much for the hat?
25:3850 bucks.
25:3950 bucks?
25:40That's exactly what I was talking about.
25:55It was a really cool moment to see those guys bonding.
25:58All right.
25:59Since you guys are on the same page, I'll do 50 bucks.
26:03Pride grew up around his grandfather.
26:05Showing him what's cool.
26:07He's going to be an awesome picker.
26:08He's already an awesome kid picker.
26:10Come on, band leader.
26:15Hit it.
26:16I think Mike and Frank are awesome.
26:17They're really funny.
26:18You should be helping me with this.
26:20I bought the industrial gauge piece for $85.
26:23I'm going to ask $200.
26:25I bought the parade hat for $10.
26:30If I don't keep it, I can probably sell for at least $35.
26:35A little stovepipe.
26:36I bought the top hat for $50.
26:38I'm going to ask $125.
26:43It was an honor looking through your stuff.
26:45I appreciate it.
26:46All right.
26:47I'll see you later.
26:48See you guys.
26:49Thanks for the tour.
26:58We're going north through Texas and I'm very excited because we're going to a lead that Mickey Gilly gave us.
27:04You know what?
27:05Mickey Gilly gave us a lead.
27:07Oh, I know.
27:08I've been thinking about it.
27:09This is huge.
27:10And it's a peanut factory.
27:11Peanut factory, man.
27:12Frank and I have picked octagon houses, underground tunnels, cement factories.
27:15Now we're picking a peanut factory.
27:17You never know where you're going to end up as a picker.
27:19And we got the shoe in.
27:20All we got to say is, hey, Mickey sent us.
27:22How many guys get to say that?
27:24Not many.
27:25This guy's name is Jim Atkins, and he's the guy that collected and preserved all the big ticket items from Gilly's.
27:31Who knows what he's got?
27:32Our hopes are high.
27:33All right.
27:34Here he is, my friend.
27:35All right.
27:36This looks good.
27:37All those look good.
27:38We pull up to the property, and this is a huge building out in the middle of nowhere, man.
27:43That's got to be it.
27:45Hey, you the peanut man?
27:46Yes, sir.
27:47We got a high recommendation.
27:49Mickey Gilly sent us.
27:50Good deal.
27:51How you doing?
27:52I'm Mike.
27:53I'm Jim.
27:54How you doing, Jim?
27:55Frank.
27:56Nice to meet you.
27:57Hey, Frank.
27:58Mickey said you were friends with his business partner?
27:59Yeah.
28:00Sherwood Cryer.
28:01Oh, yeah.
28:02Okay, cool.
28:03Sherwood Cryer was Mickey Gilly's business partner.
28:04He built Gilly's.
28:05Sherwood died, oh, a year or so ago.
28:07And, you know, me and him as buddies, he's always selling me stuff.
28:11Yeah, yeah.
28:12I got the peanut factory about five years ago, and I wanted to build auctions here and collect
28:17cars.
28:18We're selling our stuff now because we want to enjoy life, do a lot of traveling.
28:23Gilly's, I used to do some of the stuff down there, you know.
28:26Oh, you used to hang out there?
28:27We heard from quite a few people, man.
28:29That place was tearing it up.
28:30Oh, man.
28:31It was fun.
28:32It's heyday.
28:33And I did the chili cook-offs and the wet t-shirt contest.
28:35Oh, you ran that?
28:36Yeah.
28:37You could go in there and get your whipped, or you could go in there and dance all night.
28:41So, from wet t-shirt contest to peanut factory, how's a man get there?
28:45He is lucky again.
28:47Yeah.
28:48I cannot wait to get inside and see what he's got.
28:51Oh, my God.
28:52Frankie, look at this place.
28:53Wow.
28:54We walk in, there's signs, there's collectibles, there's Mickey Gilly stuff everywhere.
29:01All right, what you got over here?
29:02Oh, a lot of Gilly stuff.
29:04I'm looking around, and out of everything, one particular item catches my eye.
29:07All right, what's this?
29:08A cash box out of Gilly's?
29:09Yes.
29:10Is this out of the cash register?
29:11No telling how much money was in that cash box.
29:13This is the original cash register drawer out of Gilly's.
29:17With any antique item, I don't care what it is, it's always about the story.
29:21This cash register drawer has seen it all.
29:24Well, how much are you thinking on this?
29:2625 bucks.
29:27You'll never get another one.
29:29You got a letter of authenticity?
29:30I can get one.
29:31All right, I'll take it.
29:34No.
29:35I'll take it.
29:36I'll take a chance on it for 25.
29:37All right.
29:38I broke the ice on this Gilly's cash drawer.
29:40For 25 bucks, I couldn't pass it up.
29:42Oh, man.
29:43You knew how to get on that thing.
29:45I'd have him off here in a minute.
29:46All right.
29:47This thing would be amazing to have back at the shop.
29:49Yeah.
29:50Yeah.
29:51All right.
29:52What do we got here now?
29:55Oh, look at that deal right there.
29:57I see.
29:58One was a Brian's birthday bash.
30:00Yeah.
30:01Now read the front of that thing.
30:02Brian's bash, 1984.
30:03Gilly's in Pasadena, Texas.
30:05There's a really big market for collectors for personalized Coke bottles.
30:09The fact that it's Gilly's makes it that much better.
30:20Yeah, you see them on eBay.
30:21They go anywhere from $15 to $40, man.
30:25That's what these go for?
30:26Oh, yeah.
30:27I've sold those bottles as high as $35, $40 bucks.
30:30You like to make money, so how would you bid that thing right there?
30:34Well, I would say...
30:37Hit him, Frankie.
30:38Hit me?
30:39I was thinking $50 bucks a case.
30:41$50 bucks a case?
30:42You know how many bottles is in a case?
30:44$24.
30:45That's $2 a bottle.
30:48I had to start somewhere.
30:49You tell me.
30:50How about $5 a bottle?
30:51$5 a bottle.
30:52That's $120 a case.
30:54That's exactly what Gilly said.
30:56How about $125 bucks for bocases?
31:05Okay.
31:06You got it.
31:07Deal?
31:08You got a deal.
31:09Jim's given me a really great deal on these Coke bottles.
31:11I mean, with the beer mugs and the beer cans and all the other stuff that I got back at Gilly's,
31:15I've got the market cornered with the beverage containers.
31:27What's under the tarp over here?
31:29Well, that's the original piano.
31:32This is it.
31:34That's cool.
31:35Just imagine.
31:36Jerry Lee Lewis.
31:38Johnny Lee.
31:39Fats Domino played that thing.
31:41Hit Belly and push it around the bar.
31:44Anybody that went to Gilly's played this piano.
31:46The lineup of stars that have sat down in front of this piano and pounded out these keys.
31:51I mean, this is insane.
31:52That's a lot of history.
31:53That's a lot of amazing.
31:54Believe me, I can totally appreciate it.
31:56I'm a huge Mickey Gilly fan.
31:58It's got the Playboy sticker on the side.
32:00Who knows?
32:01Maybe Hugh Hefner put it on there.
32:03What are you thinking on this thing?
32:05Oh, probably $3,500.
32:08Too much.
32:10Uh, yeah, that'd be too much.
32:12Come on down.
32:13I think the sentimental value exceeds retail value on that one.
32:15Yeah.
32:16Look at all those strings.
32:17They're just roached.
32:18To ship this thing home and get it back into working condition, you're talking some serious bucks.
32:23I think it's fine that you leave it the way it is because people can see the history of it just looking at it.
32:27But to actually get it up and running, that's another probably $3,500 bucks.
32:31I'll tell you what.
32:32We'll do it right now.
32:33We'll drop the price way down.
32:34Alright.
32:35$1,500 bucks.
32:36The fact that Jim dropped his price 60% tells me he really wants to move it.
32:40But in the long run, I don't think it's even worth that much.
32:43Now, if you can't find somebody to make money on that, you guys are just...
32:46Mike doesn't really seem like he's into this thing, but I think it's really worth the risk.
32:50I think I need to mow it over a little bit.
32:52Well, we should look around, though, because this is our first little trip here.
32:55Yeah.
32:56We just walked in.
32:57What do you got going here?
32:58That is one of the original bulls out of Gilly, the El Toro.
33:01This is the one sissy rode?
33:02Well, I don't know the sissy rode it, but it's more than likely.
33:05More than likely.
33:06This is one...
33:14It's an original mechanical bull from Gilly's.
33:17This thing is amazing.
33:18Whenever the mechanical bull came in to Gilly's, everybody wanted to be a real cowboy.
33:23And if you could ride the bull good, and you could dance good, you could have any woman in the club you wanted.
33:29Yee-haw!
33:30Well, Gilly was telling us it was like a novelty that caught on something huge.
33:34That's exactly right.
33:35Everybody wanted to ride it.
33:36Sherwood bought up the rights to it.
33:38Sherwood had the vision to see this thing's gonna take off.
33:40They started making these things 24 hours a day and couldn't keep up.
33:44There is no way in hell I'm leaving this pick without at least sitting on this thing.
33:48Here.
33:49Oh, man.
33:50You knew how to get on that.
33:51I wish this worked.
33:52I'd have him off here in a minute.
33:55Woo!
33:56This thing would be amazing to have back at the shop.
33:59Well, how much is something like this?
34:01Those bulls normally go $8,500 to $12,000 bucks.
34:05Even in used condition, that's new.
34:07Used.
34:08Used.
34:09I don't know, dude.
34:10I'll make you a hell of a deal today.
34:13I'll let you have this and that piano for $5,000.
34:17That's $15,000 and $35,000.
34:19$35,000 for this?
34:20Mm-hmm.
34:21Again, Jim is dropping his prices way down.
34:23He really wants to work with us.
34:25But at $3,500 and the fact that he couldn't claim that it was from the movie Urban Cowboy, we had to pass.
34:30Got some signs up here.
34:32Yeah, this is kind of a Coca-Cola.
34:34I've known Frankie for a long time.
34:35We're cruising around this warehouse and we're going by some really cool signs.
34:39And he's not even paying attention, man.
34:41The guy's like in a trance.
34:42I can tell he's thinking about the piano.
34:44Who's this dude?
34:46That is a motorcycle, dude.
34:48He kind of looked like you, Frank.
34:51I don't know what this thing is, but it's not the first time we've found a Frank look-alike.
34:55Ah, there's you!
34:56Oh, my God.
34:57This is like me.
34:58Now we're talking.
35:00That's Dom DeLuise.
35:02He was my idol.
35:03I mean, I can't help it.
35:05People are trying to recreate this.
35:06It can't be done.
35:08This place is huge.
35:11No, it's big.
35:12That's a cool sign, Frankie.
35:13All right.
35:14What about this one?
35:15Feel the raised letters.
35:16Oh, yeah.
35:17I know, man.
35:18We're talking.
35:19That's thick, man.
35:20Walking around gyms, I find this Texas-specific gas sign.
35:22I mean, it's a little rusty, you know, but I want to take something home that says Texas
35:26on it.
35:27It's pretty toasty, man.
35:28I was thinking $100.
35:29$100?
35:30That doesn't sound like a .
35:33Oh, my God.
35:34You know what was really cool about this Texas sign is it had raised letters.
35:37Most signs are flat.
35:38Any time you can get something to emboss, it just makes it worth that much more.
35:41I was thinking $300, but I'll tell you what.
35:44Come up a little bit.
35:45How about $125?
35:47How about $150?
35:48How about $130?
35:50All right.
35:51$130?
35:52I'll do $130.
35:53Done.
35:54You guys are battling it out there for a second.
35:56Woo!
35:57Frank's on a real tear here.
35:58So far, all I've bought is his cash box.
36:00I need to get with it.
36:01Look at the Gillies sign right here.
36:03This is the original entrance to Gillies.
36:05That's the original right there.
36:15I loaned this to the Bob Bullock Museum, and it was right between George Bush and Gene
36:21Archery's display.
36:22Like a lot of Gillies merchandise, this sign is a crossover piece.
36:25Gillies fans are going to love it.
36:27Country music fans are going to love it.
36:28Hell, this is the entrance to the most famous honky-tonk in all of the world.
36:33How much is this thing?
36:35I could see Mike really wanted that entrance sign, and it was cool because he really was
36:40getting hot.
36:41It's one of a kind.
36:44It's going to be $1,800 bucks.
36:49There's no profit for me at $1,800 bucks, but he's come down on everything else.
36:53I've got to try to find a way to make this work.
36:55I really wasn't interested in it for $1,800.
36:59I'm more of a $1,400 guy.
37:02I don't want to hit you too low.
37:04Mike obviously wants this sign, and I think this stage piano is a great piece.
37:08I think this is a good time to step in and do a bundle situation.
37:12I'm interested in the piano, and I know you're ready to sell it.
37:15I know you want it to go to a good home.
37:17One, I'm going to probably have to have somebody pick it up because it's not going to fit in
37:21the van.
37:22Two, if I even think about restringing it.
37:25They know how to play the game, and they know how to negotiate.
37:29But I've been doing it for about 60 years.
37:37I've had my poker face on all day, and now I'm thinking to myself,
37:40this would be a good time to get a good price on the piano.
37:44I couldn't do $15, but to be honest with you, I could do $13.
37:49It's over $2,700 for both pieces.
37:51That's not that far from what you were thinking.
37:53You were at $15, and he was at $18.
37:56People are more likely to jump at one large number
37:58than two smaller numbers.
38:00$2,700 is a lot of cash.
38:02I'll tell you what I'll do, though.
38:05Because I know you're going to have to do some shipping there.
38:08Instead of going this big, we'll go this big.
38:11What's that mean?
38:12$28.
38:14For both pieces.
38:15Bundle.
38:17Museum quality, museum peace.
38:20Jim throws out $2,800.
38:21I look at Frankie, and we're reading each other's minds.
38:24This is a great deal.
38:26Double shake.
38:27$14 on that.
38:28$14 on that.
38:29All right.
38:30Give me that one.
38:31We got it.
38:32It's cool, man.
38:33All right.
38:34All right, man.
38:35Thanks.
38:36Good deal.
38:37All right, man.
38:38We lighten the load.
38:39Mike got his sign, and I got the great stage piano.
38:40I think these two items together would make a great piece back at the shop.
38:44And it's cool, man.
38:45I mean, that was the signature.
38:46When you first walked up to that club, that was it.
38:48That's it.
38:49This sign needs to come apart just to fit in the van.
38:54There you go.
38:57Yeah, yeah.
39:00I bought the entrance sign for $1,400 to the right buyer, $2,500 all day long.
39:07You ever send them for sale?
39:08No.
39:09There they are.
39:10I bought two cases of Gillies Coke bottles for $125.
39:13I know I can easily get $400 for them.
39:16Jerry Lee tore it up on here, man.
39:18He was the killer.
39:19I bought this amazing stage piano for $1,400.
39:23We're going to ship it back to Iowa and get it appraised.
39:26Thanks for sharing those stories about Gillies, too.
39:30Oh, yeah, man.
39:31It's just cool.
39:32You know, when you listen to you talk, it's like us being there.
39:35It's like you're there almost, yeah.
39:36We got to hear some wild stories from back in the day, but best of all, we got some great stuff.
39:41All right, my Texan friend.
39:43They got some good deals, and I made some good money today.
39:47I hope they come back again and again and again.
39:53Yeah, baby!
39:54I think these are going to be some good items.
39:56I think that piano's good.
39:58It's also historical.
39:59Dude, seriously.
40:00Okay.
40:01You know how much I like signs.
40:02Yeah.
40:03You know how much I like honky-tonking.
40:04Right?
40:05You know what a big crush I had on sissy.
40:07I got the front end!
40:08I know.
40:09I'll tell you what, dude.
40:10We had a good trip in Texas.
40:12Let's head home with that head.
40:13Woo!
40:14Woo-hoo!
40:15I'm talking about.
40:16Later, Texas!
40:24We are excited.
40:25My Mickey Gilley piano finally arrived here, and it's in one piece.
40:38I mean, I'm really nervous because I paid $1,400 for the piano.
40:42I got $900 in shipping.
40:44So I'm at $2,300 on this thing, and it's not in very good condition and barely plays.
40:49Danielle found us an appraiser.
40:51I'm hoping I did good.
40:52Got a piano to look at?
40:53Yeah, yeah.
40:54We got a piano.
40:55Hey, Frankie!
40:56The guy's here for the piano!
40:58Alright!
40:59Let's see what this guy's got to say.
41:01Alright, cool.
41:02Jim, nice to meet you.
41:03Did you have a hard time finding it?
41:04No.
41:05Pretty easy.
41:06Jim is the perfect person to appraise this piano.
41:08He's not just into musical instruments, but he's also into the history of music itself.
41:13Jim.
41:14Jim Frank.
41:15Nice to meet you.
41:16Nice to meet you.
41:17The legendary Gillies honky-tonk piano.
41:22You know, when Jim's looking this over, I mean, I'm really nervous because I don't know
41:26nothing about pianos.
41:27You'll be able to relate.
41:28Don't hit some of those because some of them don't play.
41:30Yeah, it plays.
41:31Well, it makes noise.
41:32It doesn't play.
41:33It makes noise.
41:34It makes noise.
41:35There's a difference.
41:36First thing that I thought about was the condition of this thing.
41:38Because I was in Gillies, and it was a pretty wild place.
41:40You know a little bit about Gillies?
41:42Yeah, I've been there.
41:43Oh, really?
41:44So was it as wild as everybody says it was?
41:46You know, I was there in the afternoon, and it was wild.
41:49If this thing could tell stories.
41:51Oh, I know.
41:52Right.
41:53That would be amazing.
41:54I mean, just think all the people have sat on that, you know?
41:56Well, I imagine Jerry Lee kicked it across the room.
41:58There's probably some Jack Daniels.
41:59Can't you smell the cigarette smoke?
42:00Probably some Jack Daniels floating around there.
42:01Yeah, don't put your hand in.
42:02Did you notice how sticky this is?
42:04How in the heck did you come across this darn thing?
42:06I met Mickey Yelling.
42:07Really?
42:08And then Mickey led us to this guy.
42:10I mean, it was a sign.
42:11It was an actual picture.
42:12So this is an original piano.
42:13Actual picture of it.
42:14Okay.
42:15And I like the decals and stuff.
42:16The decals are all ripped.
42:17That's pretty cool.
42:18See that one that's ripped off?
42:19Yep.
42:20There it is.
42:21Ripped off.
42:22Yeah, that's pretty cool.
42:23For us, since we're pickers, the big question is, how much is it worth?
42:28Um, what I would put a price on this, just the piano.
42:34It's a baby grand, in the early 70s.
42:37I would say $3,500.
42:40Now, if you start putting the musical value in on it, the people that played it,
42:46I would about double that.
42:48$7,000 to $8,000?
42:49$7,000 to $8,000.
42:50I'm liking that.
42:52If you could lock in that it was used where Urban Cowboy is.
42:55Oh, it was.
42:56I would say somewhere between $8,000 to $10,000 as a set.
42:58Dang.
42:59All right.
43:00When he said the final number on the piano, I mean, I was like, no way.
43:05I mean, it's really hard to put a price on history.
43:07Yeah.
43:08Yeah.
43:09But I'm glad you just did.
43:10Yeah.
43:11For what Frank paid for that, he got a real great price on this.
43:14It's an incredible piece.
43:15Frank, you did good, man.
43:17Right.
43:18That's a great one.
43:19Very good.
43:20Very good.
43:21All right.
43:22I bought the Gillies piano for $1,400.
43:23I got $900 in shipping.
43:24Jim said I could get $8,000 for him.
43:28You know what?
43:29With an appraisal like that, I'm feeling like I should start learning how to play.
43:34You're like Bibiracci meets Sanford's son.
43:35Yeah.
43:36I like that.
43:37Do that.
43:38Do that.
43:39Do like that.
43:40You getting it, dude?
43:41Now add Frank Fritz to the list of the people who's played the Gillies piano.
43:55Knock it off quit.
43:56Knock it off.
43:59Knuck it off!
44:01A tes cunt.
44:02Knuck it off!
44:03Love it.
44:04Give us away.
44:05Knock it off.
44:06Knock it off!
44:07олог, knock it off!
44:09Don't think so, we're leaving here, but grow off to the knob hammer.
44:13Like Mackinacci keeps doing before him today.
44:14We're being dead.
44:16Yellow Aussie knocked off one or two người not mor idi.
