00:00And in two days, I think it is September 1st. And that will be pronounced one year anniversary of when I started. So I made it I made it my first year. And I feel like that is one year, 1% 10 years. And so you already made the first hurdle, right?
00:19Whatever you've done right, continue doing it. And also have that structure and discipline because the moment you get lazy, complacent, or you take things for granted. That's when water starts entering your ship and you start to sink.
00:33Absolutely. In the military, we have a saying complacency kills. The second you've been, you know, when you've been going on missions in the same area all the time during a combat deployment, you get used to the sights, the sounds, the people, and you get complacent.
