00:47this sometimes if you don't want you know to download the whole CD or
00:53firmware is another word for it let's go into software and drivers or support on
01:07any page you know any any laptop desktop Acer
01:18Toshiba etc so you could go down let's pick a laptop and just enter your serial
01:32number here and this will be for the well let's just try something here let's just
01:43put in any numbers something will come up okay so the HP Pro book
01:56submit it now if you have a flash drive you could download this on the flash
02:12drive or right to the desktop
02:17now you have your operating system that's pretty important I mean it's rare but
02:34sometimes like one drive will will work for a few operating systems
02:46so here's 32 bit now right here you'll see firmware and driver click on that and
03:01and here's the download button or if you don't think you need the whole CD you
03:11just want the driver to identify it then that's fine just to click on that
03:19and right here you'll see
03:37let's X out on the feedback for now this is a chrome I usually put
03:49it say show and folder and then you can shrink when it's done the folder should
03:59pop up if not we'll go back and get it
04:03there we go um and it's this one right there and then you can drag it
04:21probably right from the folder onto your desktop and save that on maybe a flash
