00:00so hi guys and welcome to drive spark and what we are driving today is the maruti suzuki evitara
00:06and obviously i cannot say a lot of my opinions in this because everything is under embargo
00:12but till then i just thought i will show you the car around so that you can have a look at how the
00:20evitara looks like now obviously this car is made in india for the world and obviously it will be
00:27manufactured here in india and it will be going around wherever to the entire globe so if we talk
00:35about the front end there you can see you get these y-shaped kind of drls you have a led projector
00:43right over here led fog lamp so basically the lighting setup is completely led that's how
00:48the front part of the car looks like you have a big suzuki logo right there that's your radar for the
00:54adas works in sync with that camera right over there and since we are here let me just quickly
01:01open the hood for you
01:03and under the hood we have you obviously don't have an engine because we have this now that is
01:14the drivetrain and obviously the battery is packed underneath
01:18so you have your fluids over here battery over here that's your drivetrain right over there so
01:26no engine obviously since this is an electric car now if you move to the side over here you will
01:32notice this gets these aero kind of wheels 18 inches looks good 225 55 r18 and the battery pack
01:40is obviously down there so it's placed underneath and very interesting thing this gets a sunroof but
01:49this glass is kind of fixed okay it does not open you have a shark fin antenna then the door handles on
01:57the second row are over here and not over here you have request sensor on either side
02:03and that's how actually the car looks from the side now let's go to the back
02:08and obviously you have this tail light that's connected that's your tail lamp unit looks really
02:16nice you have the evitara badging right over there and if you open the boot now to open the boot you
02:22have to go all the way down here and there you go you have two leds for your
02:31number plate and uh that's the boot space well it is kind of unknown you have a uh 40 40 and a 20
02:40split so i mean there's a lot of uh adjustments that you can do to the boot
02:44and inside over here you have an infinity subwoofer so you have a surround sound by infinity
02:51can't say much you have to wait till the 19th and now let's quickly go inside before i go inside now
03:01check out this charging unit so that is where you charge the car from that's your regular charger and
03:06and that is your fast charging port
03:13and now let us move inside so quickly opening both the doors so you can see
03:20now that is how much the door opens
03:25that's your rear seat obviously the seat belts are plugged in because um i'm assuming that the load sensor
03:30uh is kind of very sensitive so if you keep this open i think it will be for 90 seconds and then stop
03:37surprisingly you don't get a center armrest
03:41and you have a three adjustable headrest this seat
03:44can be reclined accordingly
03:48you have a rear ac vent that's right over here
03:52and if i just open the sunroof not the sunroof sorry
03:56this part so that's the fixed glass
03:59that's the rear section and you have uv cut glasses
04:02all around
04:03that's the door trim
04:05and now this is the front end of the car
04:08well obviously you can see dual tone interiors
04:10uh ventilated seats now this seat is 10 way adjustable
04:13you also have lumbar support in the seat
04:15driver side is
04:17manually adjustable
04:20it is not electronically adjustable
04:23i have no idea why
04:25that is your floating console
04:27you can see there is space over here
04:30and uh showing you a few buttons
04:32this is the gear lever
04:33to operate this it's very kind of uh you won't be able to move it here and there
04:38it's just like a joystick but you have to press it down
04:40and then shift to wherever you want like the park
04:43you have drive modes
04:44you have electronic park brake
04:46hold uh auto hold
04:48that's your regen
04:49that's your snow mode
04:50cup holders
04:51wireless charger
04:52some haptic touch buttons
04:53and
04:54okay
04:56so that's your screen
04:58so you have a

05:01and a 10.25 inch screen right over here

05:06you have soft touch materials on the dash

05:35now obviously you have a surround sound system

05:38again you have the same kind of soft touch material that you got on the dashboard

05:46it is hard but good quality plastic

05:48ORVM controls
05:50you can store a 1 litre bottle right over here
05:52some space given over here
05:54and
05:55if you talk about space obviously you have storage space under the
05:58armrest but this armrest does not move

06:17this has manual adjustments
06:19for the seats
06:20you have your 12 volt charging socket right over there

06:48we anyway don't have a lot of information about this car
