01:02children next week we will be taking our 18 year old off to university this is an opportunity to put
01:09money into a forever home that we can retire in I will admit I'm a little bit more frugal than Alex
01:15I love shopping and he doesn't stop spending I'm not a very smart person
01:19I have no answer to that it's so true see on my wish list I would love to have a gourmet kitchen and

03:29about you go just behind you there to the mirror paneling and grab one of those handles I would have
03:34thought that this was actually a piece of furniture that apron industrial sink is amazing I think it
03:40really asked the French country style in this space but I would have preferred a dedicated dining
03:45room the owners really wanted just to take advantage of the beautiful views Greg although I love
03:49this kitchen I really don't see a bar around here if you just head right this way I'll show you oh wow
03:54this is fantastic so right now we're in this beautiful butler's pantry I think you could really
03:59convert this space into a bar area oh a coffee station I love that well as good as this space is I think
04:06you're really gonna enjoy the primary bedroom next wow I love the arches in the doorway we have a
04:12gas fireplace in the corner you'll also notice that the bed is situated in the middle of the room
04:16gives you unobstructed views of the lake through the other archway you'll see an oversized dress
04:21here behind us here is a self-contained laundry unit I think it'd be fantastic just to walk by it on a
04:26daily basis and just watch Cheryl in there well listen I'm glad you're loving the space but let's
04:32go check out the ensuite Wow Wow this is really nice behind this glass wall is the steam room you'll
04:41also notice the concrete tub after a hard day of work have a glass of wine look at those views the
04:46wet room for me is a 10 out of 10 that being said the flooring is different the walls are different I
04:53think with some easy cosmetic updates you can easily make this a space that you're going to enjoy well
04:57listen we also have 13 acres to explore outside Alex and Cheryl I'm really excited to show you the
05:03exterior of this property and there's no better way to do it than in a golf cart shotgun yeah this
05:09is awesome that's for you Alex can't believe there's a golf course here there's two golf greens
05:16the second green it overlooks the lake yeah I'd be using it all the time yeah I feel like it's a
05:21little bit excessive understandable but I think maybe I can make it up to you when you see the private

05:34might be able to find another amenity on this property that you're gonna like too wow what an
05:38incredible space this is fantastic right you'll see we have this nice outdoor kitchen you have a
05:43built-in barbecue and the best part is there's a double beach volleyball court who wants to serve I'll
05:48do it go Alex there it is all right all right Alex and Cheryl we just finished touring this

06:08beautiful lake frontage and the home is situated on just over 13 acres of land the price of this
06:12magnificent property is 8 million dollars that's a little more than what I was expecting based on
06:19the size of the property I think it really does make sense walking into the great room the oversized
06:25fireplace really made a statement in the room I love the kitchen the wraparound windows were
06:30impressive what was missing for me was that dedicated dining room and I thought the ensuite it was an
06:36amazing space but I felt like there was a disconnect between that wet room to the rest of the room
06:41when you took us to the golf course I thought this is amazing but I don't know that we would
06:46really use it I think I'd really like to see something a little bit smaller with a dedicated
06:51dining room let me see what I could do this first property is amazing but it almost is a little bit
06:57too big we'd like Greg to find us a property that's a little bit smaller and more cozy
07:01empty nesters Alex and Cheryl are looking for their dream forever home on the lake they want a private
07:10beach and space for their adult children to come and stay the first property was situated on 13 acres

07:55are 22 feet tall behind us we have a living wall and we also have a wood-burning fireplace I love how the
08:01stone goes right to the top you'll also notice that there's two great rooms here and this is a
08:05four season room you have another wood-burning fireplace as well I really love the wall of
08:10windows really does open up the space that being said this room here is almost redundant because
08:16that room is really giving the feel of what I would want that room is absolutely stunning but at least
08:22you have options to choose from now how about we go check out the kitchen wow this is fantastic look
08:28at this first thing I want to show you is this island it's nine by four with leather granite there's a
08:33little bit of texture to it in addition to the island we have the dining space behind me we
08:37have a corner bank of windows overlooking the beautiful lake I think that's key that beautiful
08:41lake I do love how as we are preparing dinner we can still see our guests and still be part of the
08:47conversation how about we go check out the primary bedroom next oh wow look at this amazing space over
08:54here you have a king-size bed that overlooks the beautiful views of the lake we have a nice gas
08:58fireplace behind me here we have a balcony you wake up in the morning you get that sunshine in
09:03your face I love the idea of waking up and seeing that view but TV it looks like it's actually on the
09:09floor near the bed you can mount it on the wall up here on a little bit of a swivel and then it's not in
09:13the middle of the room but wait to see the ensuite wow this is amazing look at this you'll notice the
09:20double floating vanities you have a very nice river rock that gives it a spa-like atmosphere next to
09:25that is a beautiful walk-in shower and it has two rainfall heads inside as well I really love the
09:30river rocks but it kind of brings the outdoor beachy feeling into the space I really like the
09:35shower with the double rain heads guys I have one last thing to show you it's quite the surprise follow
09:40me wow oh wow this is fantastic I can almost fit all my clothing almost almost yeah you have two
09:49walls of built-in storage you also have a center island definitely a beautiful space but you actually
09:54have to walk through the ensuite just to get to the space unfortunately there's really no other
09:59way to design the space I have one more place to show you in the house all right oh wow look at this
10:06Alex I know you really wanted a bar we're currently sitting in a 12 by 12 room that holds over 1200
10:11bottles of wine custom stonework all the way around love the chandelier as well it just grounds this space
10:16because it is temperature controlled I feel like we'd have to be bundled up a little bit nothing a nice
10:21warm sweater can't fix how about we continue this European tour outside wow that's what we were
10:27looking for the exterior of this home it's meant to feel like you're in Europe we're gonna start with
10:32Paris France these vines to replicate the wine you can get there you'll notice the outdoor dining area
10:37just like you're at a cafe yeah what a great place to dine we're heading now into Italy and you'll see
10:44here a custom pizza oven you'll notice this extra seating area overlooking the beautiful lake wow you
10:51guys ready to go down to the beach you'll see here a nice little tiki hut great space for some drinks
10:56overlooking the lake wow look at this stunning isn't it yeah it definitely is and this property right here
11:02you actually own 150 feet of the lakefront wow just being able to sit here and have a few drinks maybe
11:07even watch the sunset I see looking up and down the beach that there are no boat houses the waves come in
11:12a little bit too rough so they can really damage a boat or a boathouse you can still see this is a
11:16fantastic place well we go to the tiki hut and have a drink or we can go back up and recap I think it's
11:21best to go up and recap this might get a little too dangerous well Alex and Cheryl we just got done
11:25touring this incredible property it's 5,700 square feet four bedrooms four bathrooms it's got 150 feet of
11:32lake frontage and it's situated on just over an acre the price of this property is $5,750,000 it's
11:39significantly less property and so it makes sense that the price would be less than the first property
11:44that we toured I love the fact that it has two great rooms but I would really be using the all
11:50season great room far more I really love the kitchen I love that leather granite countertop walking into
11:56that dressing room I really do wish that it was a separate space I really love that wine room walking
12:03down towards the beach was amazing but I think one thing that we are missing is that one wall of windows
12:09that really brings in the wow factor no problem at all I'll see what I can do for you how could you
12:13not love this house look at this view this beach but it really was lacking that wall of windows that
12:19we saw with the first house Alex and Cheryl are looking for their lakefront oasis with staggering views
12:30a private beach and a gourmet kitchen the first property was on a 13 acre lot the second property had a
12:36wine cellar the entertainer's dream is a 3100 square foot four bedroom four bathroom home the great room
12:44houses a stone fireplace an expansive floor-to-ceiling windows the open concept kitchen has an integrated
12:50sunroom the primary suite houses a private patio and a luxurious ensuite additionally this house offers a
12:57private sandy beach on 75 feet of exquisite water frontage Alex and Cheryl wanted to see a property with that
13:04wow factor with the windows and I know this one won't disappoint morning Alex and Cheryl good morning
13:08Greg I think I have a great option for you here let's go take a look let's do this wow look at that view
13:16wow that's the reaction I was hoping for we have a dry stack feature wall the wood burning fireplace has
13:22a marble mantle and up top we have a tray ceiling with custom barn woodwork right next to the great room
13:27is the dining space currently set up for 10. I love how much light is coming into this room it's the exact
13:32look that I was hoping for I also like the tray ceilings with the wood around it it gives it that
13:36warmth look but also gives that modern touch as well let's go check out the kitchen wow what an
13:43amazing kitchen this is fantastic I love it we have a custom cut polished quartz countertop and the gas
13:49stove has a range hood with custom millwork and over here in the sink area we have a large bay window
13:54with some stained glass in it I love all the stainless steel appliances I really love the details of the
13:59cabinets the fact that it's white on white I would prefer the sink to be facing the lake yeah and I
14:05understand that we're a little bit spoiled with the lake views from the last one but I also know Alex
14:09that the bar was really high up on your list let's go check it out wow this is nice whatever you may
14:16have been lacking in the kitchen you're gonna make up for here in the bar area we have fridge ice maker
14:20keg on tap behind us you'll notice all of these windows here they open up let me show you how it's done
14:25they're on a track system wow look at that and here's the last one that's really really cool
14:33this is an indoor outdoor entertaining space we have a vented barbecue this patio area is heated as
14:39well and behind me the glass completely opens up I think what we lack in the kitchen in terms of the
14:44size this really makes up for it but it does concern me that the bar is such a prominent feature
14:49in this room but maybe I can make it up to you when you see the primary bedroom oh wow this is cute
14:55what an amazing space you have an inset ceiling with accent lighting and you have your own private
15:01balcony there's also a private hot tub oh wow I really do love this space it's so bright has great
15:07views I do like this room but I find it a little bit too small that private balcony that adds a lot of
15:13extra living space how about we go check out the ensuite wow oh this is a great space welcome to
15:19the ensuite we have a double vanity with quartz countertop we also have a standalone soaker tub
15:24behind me we have a tile shower with a rainfall water head I love the fact that we have lots of
15:30counter space I do love the aesthetics of this as well it's a really European feel well I'm really
15:34glad you guys are liking the space how about we head outside next now before I take you outside I
15:39want to show you this very unique powder room wow this is fantastic and one of the most unique
15:44features of this is the translucent onyx for the countertop on the vanity I've never actually seen
15:49this type of a countertop it really does illuminate the space I gotta tell you you haven't seen anything
15:53yet follow me there's an outdoor shower amazing get some sand on your feet you can come up here you
16:01really rinse everything off ah smart let's go take a look at the lakefront wow look at this so we're
16:09on a 200 square foot composite deck we're about 40 feet above lake level so you have great views the
16:14view is just breathtaking I agree but that staircase that goes down to the beach it's very steep and
16:20there are a lot of stairs you have some benches along the way so if you get tired you can take a
16:23break but how do we head back inside and recap this property Alex Cheryl we just finished touring this
16:29incredible property 3100 square feet with four bedrooms four bathrooms 75 feet of lake frontage
16:35the price of this property is four million dollars that's about what I was thinking based on the size
16:41of the house the moment I walked in I was really taken aback by the windows and Greg when I walked into
16:47the kitchen I liked how nice and bright it was I was a little disappointed that the sink wasn't facing
16:52the lake the bar I was really surprised when all those windows can open up it really helps with
16:57entertainment I just felt like it was a little bit too prominent I really liked the primary bedroom
17:01that's an amazing space that I can see us using but overall I think the primary is a little bit too
17:06small that being said the vantage point from this property is amazing but going up and down those
17:12stairs would be a little bit too much Greg you've shown us three amazing homes you've given us a lot
17:17to think about take as much time as you need and I'll be here for you when you're ready we've seen three
17:21amazing houses but we need some time to talk about it as a family to make sure we make the right

19:26going to that pizza oven was fantastic what are your thoughts about the last property we saw entertainer's

20:35have you two made a decision yes we have and which property did you choose we chose entertainer's dream
20:43although the stairs are a big concern for us I think all the positives in that property outweighs that
20:50negative can't believe we got the house I know I'm so excited oh we worked so hard for such a long time
20:56to get this wonderful property and move to the next stage of our lives I love you babe I love you too
