00:54definitely attracted to him it wasn't just as frisbee playing but he reached out and asked to
01:00get a haircut for me so he would travel the hour to get to my place he has very easy hair anyone could
01:07have done it so that's when I knew he was into me I did not care how my hair looked we were always
01:13dating somebody else and I would keep coming back and get to know her more and more then one day I
01:17asked him how he and his girlfriend were and he told me that they broke up I think the first thing I
01:22did when I broke up with my girlfriend was book a haircut with Antoinette growing up I spent a lot
01:28of time at my parents lake house and we knew that one day we would like to have a lakefront property
01:32to pass down to our children at the lakefront property the first thing that we always did
01:37was light a fire so on my wishes is a wood burning fireplace I would love a spacious kitchen with an open
01:43concept first floor I want to have a big outdoor area where we can entertain and host people with a
01:48beautiful view of the lake for us this is going to be a legacy home so we really don't want to make
01:52sure that it feels special to us real estate agent Adriana Suarez will be assisting Antoinette and Levin

03:21to have a wood burning fireplace I love the leather granite I find it very sexy my only concern is how

03:41really like how big this island is what I love about the space is I have direct view into the living
03:46room so I can see my kids when they're running around wait until you see what I have in store for you at the
03:52primary retreat now why take the stairs when the owners have so thoughtfully put in this fabulous
03:59elevator no way oh my god that is so cool let's go upstairs shall we oh my gosh oh my gosh this space
04:08is so beautiful gorgeous holy smokes this is your primary retreat you've got this really stunning covered
04:16deck wet bar with an island it's really everything that you need and then a little more I really love
04:23the space and to be honest I wish that this was the main floor I do feel kind of guilty the fact
04:28that all of this real estate is only for us when we have a family of five you could easily make this
04:33into one heck of a family room and you could really utilize this deck because it actually connects to
04:39your primary bedroom let's go in follow me welcome to the primary bedroom oh this is pretty yeah it's
04:47quaint between the walkout to the patio and the ceiling height in this room it does a lot to
04:53really open up the space it's a bit smaller than we were looking for but the fact that it fits a king
04:57bed is a plus let's go check out the ensuite so here we have the primary ensuite okay we have these great
05:07porcelain tile floors the shower has a oversized rain shower head and a jet system to be honest I'm not
05:16really feeling this ensuite it's really cramped all the features are very dark I'm hoping I can still
05:22win you guys over so let's go outside and check out the backyard so welcome to your outdoor oasis we've
05:30got this beautiful 400 square foot covered deck with a grilling station a smoker you know Adriana I
05:37really like the space but there's a sign that says lake and there's no lake back here you totally get
05:41it unfortunately it's in the front let's go inside and let's just recap what we've seen
05:46so far today Antoinette and Levin we've seen this amazing beach style inspired home it's 3,900 square
05:55feet with five beds three baths with 50 feet of water frontage this home is listed at 2.6 million
06:05I'm actually pleasantly surprised yeah I know me too I expected to be a lot more I'd love to know what
06:10your thoughts are about the property when we first walked up to the property I love that there was a
06:14covered porch yeah the only issue I had with that was the lake is public and not private walking
06:20into the living room I loved how bright it was and the leather granite on the bar was absolutely
06:25beautiful I also really love the stacked stone fireplace but I would prefer it was wood burning and the
06:30dining room was a little bit cramped whatever was lacking in the living room the kitchen totally made
06:36up for it I really love where the sink is located on the island so I can face my guests and see my kids
06:41while I'm cooking when the elevator open and I saw the primary retreat I was really blown away as
06:46beautiful as that room was I think it was just too much real estate for two people and the bedroom
06:50is very small I appreciate the double vanity and long suite but overall that bathroom was a bit of a
06:55miss when I walked out to that covered deck I thought wow what a great space to entertain the
07:00biggest sore spot though was that we're hosting in the back with no view of the lake Adriana thank you
07:05for showing us this beautiful home but we would like to see another one with a bigger primary bedroom and
07:10en suite and a proper lakefront leave it with me and let's see what we could do I really like the beach vibe of
07:15this house but I think we're looking for something with a larger primary bedroom and a larger en suite as
07:20well Antoinette and Levin are searching for a lakefront vacation home to enjoy with their three children the
07:33first property had a nautical aesthetic and a gourmet kitchen River Rock Manor is a 6295 square foot 1920s
07:41estate with four bedrooms and six bathrooms the open concept main floor has a wood-burning fireplace and a
07:47sunroom with stunning lake views the modernized gourmet kitchen includes a large island with double sinks

09:28pretty welcome to your primary suite we have your very own patio and this beautiful gas fireplace I
09:36can picture us looking at this view every single day it's so beautiful well I'm glad that this room
09:41is a win let's head into the ensuite and check it out okay we've got a double vanity separate water
09:48closet soaker tub with jets and then you have a spacious shower as well I think that the space needs
09:55some updating you could open this up and essentially create a wet room yeah but it's a bit of a gut job now
10:02one thing I know you cannot renovate is the lake view of this property wow this space is beautiful they've
10:10carried out that lovely river rock to another outdoor gas fireplace the pool is closed for the season but
10:17just imagine this gorgeous infinity pool overlooking the water I love swimming with my kids so it's it's a
10:24huge plus to have that there the views are spectacular I love it but there is still so much more to see
10:29so here is your waterfront you have that beautiful river rock that carries all the way down into your
10:37barrier wall you have 189 feet of private waterfront my only concern is that I see that there's no railings
10:45out here for our kids I totally hear your concerns let's go inside let's do an entire run through of the
10:50property so Levin Antoinette we've just viewed this stunning 6295 square foot home featuring four
11:00bedrooms six baths with 189 feet of water frontage the price of this property is 4.2 million it's
11:11definitely more expensive than the last house but we do see where that money goes it's a bigger house
11:15beautiful grounds walking into the living room I loved all of the classic finishes and I was really
11:21happy to see a wood-burning fireplace when I first walked into that sunroom lounging area I was blown
11:27away by the large windows and beautiful views of the lake I love the kitchen that I would be able to
11:34see the kids whether they're playing in the den or sitting in the kitchen table Adriana we asked for a
11:38bigger primary and you delivered that primer is a great size and has a really nice walkout the
11:43ensuite is bigger than the last house but I'm still not wowed by it I'm not sure if you want to put the
11:48effort time and money into renovating it I absolutely love the patio and pool area but we have to invest
11:55in putting up a fence for the kids Adriana this is a stunning property but we're really hoping that for
12:00the next one you can show us something at a lower price point with all the same amenities let me see what
12:05I can find I thought the house was really beautiful it was very charming and had a lot of what we were
12:09looking for but with the price point and the renovations it's really stretching it

13:03wow this view is stunning yeah this is amazing there's 18 foot peaked ceiling with four skylights that
13:13allow for so much natural light what I really love about this space is the views the house you showed us
13:19yesterday was really big so this size actually really suits our needs better let's go in and check out the
13:24kitchen okay I can tell we're not wowed but all you would really have to do is to replace some of these
13:32door fronts countertops maybe a backsplash you could give it the aesthetic that you're looking for this
13:39face is stated but I do see your vision I'd probably extend the island because it has a perfect view of the lake
13:47having that view out to the water that really means a lot but I am wondering about that staircase
13:51over there hold that thought come with me wow very cool you are in the primary bedroom it's so bright
14:00in here the views are spectacular and I love that it's able to fit a king-size bed comfortably I know
14:06we've also been looking for a larger ensuite and I think we might have that for you finally an
14:13ensuite that gives us some space it might be a little dated but this is a six-piece bathroom
14:18with a toilet and a bidet soaker tub shower makeup vanity and this double vanity as well to be honest
14:25I wouldn't really change much it's spacious it has the double vanity I'm really happy with the space we
14:31haven't even seen the outside yet wow this is breathtaking these views are incredible you have this
14:38oversized deck here this fire pit area there's just so much potential I love having the spacious deck
14:45and the green space and having this side right here is just another great touch and I can't believe how
14:51much land this place has it is pretty spectacular Antoinette Levin we've just toured this spectacular
14:583700 square foot home with four bedrooms three baths with 75 feet of private water frontage the price of
15:07this home is 2.2 million it's awesome that's really great price point is really surprising just based on
15:16how beautiful that waterfront is walking into the living room it wasn't huge but the ceilings had a great
15:21height to them the skylights and make it a lot brighter the kitchen was dated but the size and
15:26the layout was great the only really issue is if it's really worth the time and the effort to renovate
15:30when we walked up that spiral staircase I was really surprised that it led us to the primary bedroom
15:36another room with amazing views of the water Adriana I'm finally happy that you found us an ensuite that
15:42had that large space I love that it had two vanities and that makeup station similar to the kitchen
15:48there's some work that needs to be done in there heading outside when we saw the patio space it's a
15:53really great size the views on the deck were absolutely phenomenal and that little green area
15:58by the water was incredible there was a lot of green space for the kids to run around Adriana thank you
16:04so much for showing us these three amazing homes this is something that Levin and I will have to talk
16:08about when you guys make a decision just let me know you know we're just starting our married lives and
16:14we view this property as a legacy that we can pass on to our children and we've got a lot to talk about

17:40it was really incredible but I do kind of feel like it was a bit of a waste of the actual real estate
17:45walking to the primary bedroom I thought the space was a bit too small I also felt that the
17:49on-seat was too dark and cramped walking outside I loved that outdoor deck and the covered kitchen area
17:55my biggest issue with that property is the lake is not private and it's not in the back of the house

18:44took us to that sunroom area the views were breathtaking and it really felt like a great place to relax
18:50the living room was really formal so walking into the kitchen I really liked that relaxed vibe
18:55I love how large that island is the primary bedroom was a great space and it was light and bright
19:01I really appreciated the bedroom had a gas fireplace and a walk-up however when I walked into the ensuite
19:06it wasn't a while for me and I don't know if we want to spend all that money renovating it
19:10I love that patio and pool area it had this resort feel to it there was so much green space I can see
19:17the kids hanging out out there and we had to install a fence to make it safe for the kids
19:22and lastly what did you think of boardwalk views this 3700 square foot home has four bedrooms and
19:29three bathrooms the great room features vaulted ceilings four skylights and lake views the kitchen
19:34has even more lake views and dining and entertaining spaces a spiral staircase leads to the primary suite

19:54but I was really impressed with the height of the ceilings and how bright it was in there
19:58I have to say of all the houses that we've seen that was the best views of the lake the kitchen was

20:11again that primary bedroom had incredible views of the lake and finally this is the size of the
20:17ensuite we were looking to see but that's another room that we have to renovate when we walked outside

20:28eliminate we're going to eliminate river rock manor I think overall that property is just a little too
20:34grand for us so what property have we decided on we decided on boardwalk views that's amazing I'm
20:42curious to know why you chose that one it's a beautiful home and at that price point we can
20:47renovate the kitchen and we can renovate the bathroom and really make it be something beautiful for us
