00:48Paul Beer. Cameroon's top court on October 27 declared Beer the winner of the election with
00:5353% of the vote ahead of his former ally-turned challenger Issa Chiroma Bakari, who scored
00:5935.19%. Chiroma insists Beer was awarded a fraudulent victory in the election.
