Bicam on proposed 2026 national budget livestreamed for first time

Several members of the Senate and the House of Representatives arrive at the Philippine International Convention Center on Dec. 13, 2025 for the Bicameral Conference Committee deliberations on the proposed 2026 national budget. This year's bicam is historic as it will be the first time that it will be livestreamed, under pressure from a public demanding transparency and accountability following a series of exposes on corruption in the government's flood control program.
