04:26Nag-umpisa tayo, medyo intense, medyo kinakabahan, pero ako ay kampante na itong budget na ito ay
04:37tunay na tutugon sa mga pangangailangan po ng ating mga kababayan.
04:40At ang higit sa lahat, itong budget na ito ay corruption-free.
04:46At higit sa lahat, wala nung overpriced.
04:49At higit sa lahat, ito po ang budget na magiging, nasasabi ko, standard for transparency.
04:57Lalong-lalo na marami po tayong inilagay doon na magiging available sa ating mga kababayan.

05:18Ito na po ay isang, muli, ito po ay isang napakasaysayang araw para sa ating bansa.
05:24Sa unang pagkakataon po, ito ang pinakaunang livestream ng bicameral Conference Committee proceedings.
05:31Ito po ang ating paninindigan na totoo yung sinasabi ng Kongreso at ng Senado na gusto na po namin buksan yung tabbing sa usapin ng budget.
05:44And I hope now that our kababayans were able to see firsthand kung gaano po namin pinaghirapan yung pagbuo ng budget na ito.
05:54Officially, our bicam has run for six days.
05:58We started last December 13th, and now it is 2.20 in the morning on December 18th.
06:06So, ganito po talaga kangaba yung diskusyon kapag talagang gusto natin nasiguraduhin na tulad na sinabi ni Chairman Wind,
06:17na gusto natin na malinis, transparent yung ating budget na ito po ay talagang tumutugon sa pangangailangan na ating mga kababayan.
06:28At talagang isa po itong budget na mapagkakatiwalaan ng bawat Pilipino.
