00:00And I just want to switch gears a little bit to something else that's going on in the U.S.
00:04Trump released a new national security strategy, and it was really interesting to read.
00:10It was calling for a quick deal in Ukraine and a retreat from bolstering European security.
00:18And then the Republic-led House and Senate Armed Services Committees weighed in reaffirming U.S. support for Ukraine and for NATO.
00:27Does this reveal a deepening split in the Republican Party because they don't seem to be agreed on foreign policy?
00:39No, I would tend to I disagree with that. And I say it's no different than the good cop, bad cop.
00:45They're working together to achieve the goal, and that is to stop the war.
00:51How do you do that? How do you achieve that goal?
00:53Well, obviously, both leaders, Putin along with the Ukrainian leader, well, they're still fighting, are they not?
01:05And where is Europe in this effort?
01:07Why aren't they stepping up to do more and be involved in more of the war?
01:12So I would say President Trump is the bad cop.
01:15I mean, he's out there pushing the envelope and understanding, trying to get people's attention, and I think that's exactly what he is doing.
01:23Zelensky, he wants his attention, and I think he also wants Vladimir Putin's attention.
01:29He wants the war to stop, and I think he will do anything that is necessary to do that,
01:35to include making the claim that he will stop supporting Europe as much as perhaps we have,
01:42because why is it Europe doing more to stop this war?
01:45It's in their backyard. It is their neighbor.
01:48They have the most to gain and the most to lose by ending of this war.
01:52So I believe President Trump is doing all things to get all players involved in this.
01:57The ultimate goal is to stop the bloodshed and stop the war.
