01:37On my wish list, I would love a gourmet kitchen because I enjoy cooking, and I have to have a lake view.
01:46From my bedroom, I also want a walk-in closet.
01:50For all my years working in fashion, I have a lot of shoes and clothes.
01:53I would also like a gourmet kitchen because luxury says something.
02:00I want a house with floor-to-ceiling windows so that I can always be reminded that the lake is out there.

03:47Super unique to this space is the amount of light with transom windows, as well as your beautiful view of the lake.

04:06I love the modern cabinets, but because I'm in the kitchen industry, I would like to see real wood.

06:41I was so surprised walking into the ensuite.
06:44Very spacious, perfect to do your makeup and your hair.
06:47But I would prefer to still have an enclosed shower where I could keep myself warm.
06:51I love the outdoor and live-in dining room area.
06:54But without the lower level, I don't know if it's going to be accommodating for the size of our family.

13:44And this feature wall, the idea of how thick the window frames are is to mimic the industrial beams that we see behind us.

13:55I love how they incorporate the TV so it doesn't stand out.

14:04However, because it's a sunken living room space, I find it very small.

14:37I completely hear you on the size of the primary, but I'm really excited for you to see the en suite, and hopefully that can win you over.

16:52However, Jay, it's just too small for us.
16:55But that ensuite, that's the ensuite we've been waiting to see.

20:31Those stairs going down to the lake, really not going to work for our parents.

20:41The river, it reminds us of Jamaica, and it works great for our children and our grandchildren and our parents.

20:52We thought it was going to be too big, but I think it's the perfect size for us.
