00:00For listeners who may be struggling with isolation, illness, or creative doubt,
00:04what message of hope would you want to share with them?
00:07You know, just because we struggle doesn't mean we can't learn from it.
00:11I'm a very much, and I'll admit by fault, maybe sometimes not a good thing,
00:15but I'm very solution-based.
00:17You know, it's okay to have your ups and your downs, but don't let it control you either.
00:22You know, there's that great saying, you know, our feelings lie to us sometimes.
00:26They're not facts always.
00:28So you got to learn to not always believe them.
00:31And sometimes, you know, you just got to not take yourself so serious either.
00:35Don't take your, there's always someone who's going to have it harder than you as well.
00:40I always try to remember, you know, there's someone in this world who
00:43would give up everything for the chance to have the life I'm living.
00:47So sometimes you got to have humility and gratitude and remind yourself, like, you know,
00:53I still can achieve what I'm able to, and I don't need to have excuses or I don't need
00:59to play the victim role for too long.
