00:07Oh, my gosh. Please know that you're not alone in feeling doubt.
00:11Creative doubt is so common and it is hard to get through.
00:15But I would say tell yourself that it's really about the process and it's not at all about like the end perfect product.
00:23Like it's going to be very difficult to achieve perfection if that's what you have your eyes set on.
00:28Like go for the enjoy the process.
00:31Enjoy the part that makes you that sparks that passion and one that like makes you so happy to be doing what you're doing and just keep just keep going.
00:40Like it's really about it's just getting to the end of it and knowing you've done it.
00:44And it's OK if it's not the perfect thing.
00:47You can absolutely keep improving it and just know that every drop gets better and better and better.
