00:00:22town of Dalsi where for years in this small rural community there have been strange stories relating
00:00:29to an underground base that would be located under the Rocky Mountain chain of Archuleta Mesa.
00:00:38Cattle mutilations, strange lights in the sky, alien abductions. The echo of these facts,
00:00:45narrated by multiple witnesses, has often polarized the interest of paranormal enthusiasts in this
00:00:51location and New Mexico has undoubtedly become a land of intricate enigmas especially regarding
00:00:58phenomena such as extraterrestrial activity. Complicit in this reality are not only the
00:01:05vast number of sightings of unidentified flying objects but above all the massive presence of
00:01:11military bases that are mainly dedicated to the development of aeronautical technology.
00:01:17In these bases the American army would in fact have given birth, over time, to new futuristic
00:01:23weapons developed through the use of secret technologies, immensely more modern and powerful than
00:01:30conventional civilian technologies. Just think of the Lockhead SR-71, better known as the Blackbird,
00:01:39a hyper-modern reconnaissance aircraft secretly designed and tested between the end of the 50s and the
00:01:45beginning of the 60s, precisely in this area. There is no doubt that an aircraft of this kind,
00:01:52in times so distant from today, could have been mistaken for an unidentified flying object,
00:01:57by any witnesses who in those years could have possessed a minimal and limited knowledge
00:02:02of aviation engineering. But the controversial and sometimes grim stories of the town of Dulce
00:02:09also make one suspect that a cooperation is taking place, a cooperation that goes beyond what can be
00:02:16considered rationally understandable. In just 20 years, the American aviation industry has been able to evolve,
00:02:31thanks to the full development of propulsion engine technology. Starting from the components of the
00:02:38German Messerschmitt Me 262 fighter-bomber, an aircraft capable of instilling terror in the Allied air
00:02:45flotillas during the last phase of the Second World War. In the development of such weapons, the
00:02:51ufological community has always asked a specific question, namely, how is it possible to make this
00:02:58technical leap in such a short time? Among the possible answers to the question, reverse engineering
00:03:05has been repeatedly brought into question, as is suspected in the case of Roswell. However, to continue
00:03:12this discussion, we need to make several leaps into the past. These stories, which in the eyes of many may
00:03:20seem pure science fiction, have their roots in a much more remote period than the events relating to the
00:03:26Roswell incident. Already in the 1930s, stories were circulating about the imaginary crashes of
00:03:33strange flying machines, which, following rapid inspections by military personnel, were transported
00:03:40to secret bases by governments to be studied and in some way reproduced. A case in point is the story
00:03:50concerning the UFO crash of Vergiate, which took place in Italy in 1933, during the dictatorship of Benito Mussolini.
00:04:05On the morning of June 13, 1933, an unidentified flying object appeared in the skies over Lombardy,
00:04:13a region of northern Italy, and the nation's productive and economic hub. The aircraft crashed in
00:04:19an isolated field near the small town of Vergiate, in the province of Varese.
00:04:27It was immediately identified by the local security authorities, who took action by sending a special
00:04:32team to the location. The object in question could have been a new prototype of a foreign aircraft,
00:04:39that was circulating without authorization in the skies of the Kingdom of Italy. However,
00:04:45when the men arrived at the crash site, amazed and perplexed, they found themselves faced with
00:04:51something never seen before. The aircraft did not seem to have been produced with the technical
00:04:57knowledge of the period. It had no wings, and was made of a seemingly contiguous metallic material
00:05:05forged from a single plate, completely devoid of screws, bolts, or welds. A shocking detail,
00:05:13given that the object was the size of an automobile.
00:05:18About 10 meters away, the bodies of two humanoids were found, almost two meters tall, with milky white
00:05:25skin and thick blonde hair. Creatures that looked more like the gods of Norse mythology, rather than
00:05:31the modern figures of aliens with large heads and grey complexions.
00:05:38According to rumors, the remains of the mysterious aircraft were transported via trucks
00:05:44to the Savoia Marchetti plant, one of the main aeronautical companies of the time.
00:05:49However, there is no report relating to where the two extraterrestrials were transported, even if some
00:05:56ufologists hypothesized that the corpses were immersed in tanks of formaldehyde, in order to
00:06:02preserve them. Then they were transported to Rome, to be shown to Mussolini. As soon as Benito Mussolini
00:06:09was informed of the facts, he ordered utmost secrecy to be maintained about the incident. Though the
00:06:16dictator did not believe at all in the extraterrestrial nature of the incident. However,
00:06:22in the days following the event, no one actually managed to explain the existence of such technology,
00:06:28and Mussolini then authorized investigations on the aircraft to be conducted by the RS-33 cabinet
00:06:35of Ovra, the secret police of fascist Italy. Coordination of the RS-33 cabinet was given to
00:06:43Guglielmo Marconi, Nobel Prize winner for physics, thanks to the invention of the wireless telegraph
00:06:50and for his studies on radio waves, which in the years to come would lead to the invention and
00:06:55production of radios and televisions. Marconi was later joined by two other physicists, Enrico Fermi,
00:07:05the inventor of the first nuclear reactor, and Ettore Majorana, a young physics genius who mysteriously
00:07:12disappeared in 1938 at the young age of 32. During the Second World War, the files relating to the
00:07:20research conducted by the RS-33 cabinet would also have been accessible to the German authorities.
00:07:27On the basis of these documents, the development of the Wunderwaffen began, secret experimental weapons,
00:07:33including the V-7 aircraft, very similar to flying saucers, as well as the legendary Die Glocke,
00:07:40a bell-shaped armoured device that moved through the air without the use of thrusters,
00:07:44but thanks to the use of magnetic fields.
00:07:50Finally, at the end of the war, the United States and the Soviet Union would have come into possession
00:07:55of all of the documentation on these unconventional thrusters, based on reverse engineering,
00:08:01that is, the analysis carried out starting from the decomposition or disassembly of an artefact or
00:08:08object that is found. The cabinet, whose meetings were attended by senators and scientists,
00:08:14was the Italian version of Majestic 12, the secret US organisation that would have been set up in 1947
00:08:22to investigate the Roswell incident. At the end of the Second World War, Verjati's UFO was made to disappear,
00:08:32and according to some supporters of theories in this regard, it may also have been transported
00:08:37to a secret base of the American government, perhaps right in the very famous Area 51.
00:08:43But just as it is suspected that a real existing base may possess extraterrestrial artefacts,
00:08:52it is also believed that apparently peaceful places, without military bases, possess them underground.
00:09:03The existence of the Dulce base, in fact, is only a supposition, but it still remains an object
00:09:09of interest today. There are no documents, photographs or citations about the site from the United States Army.
00:09:19But according to some ufologists, the base would be a secret military centre for the study of alien species,
00:09:26new stealth aircraft and innovative weapons.
00:09:32Connected via a main tunnel to the military base of Los Alamos,
00:09:36a point from which many other underground routes would wind their way out with the aim of connecting
00:09:41the numerous secret installations on North American territory, this immense structure would have
00:09:46the purpose of hiding a cooperation between the government of the United States and some
00:09:51extraterrestrial species on our planet. There would, therefore, be a military alien cooperation,
00:10:01from which the United States would derive a profitable advantage in the technological and medical fields.
00:10:10In the light of these hypotheses, it was then theorised that in Dulce, in 1966, a pact was stipulated
00:10:18between the generals of the United States Air Force and the alien contingents.
00:10:23This alleged pact, called the Plato Act, would be in some way linked to the increasing cases of animal
00:10:30mutilation in New Mexico and alleged alien abductions in the United States.
00:10:39Dulce is a small town, born at the end of the 19th century, when the United States government
00:10:44ordered an Apache tribe to settle in those natural places, that would later become part of the Hicarica
00:10:51reservation.
00:10:55Its few inhabitants lived in peace for many years, although the region had always been subject to
00:11:01unexplained and characteristic phenomena, such as the continuous sightings of lights in the night sky
00:11:07and the legends of the natives about strange beings that roamed around Emeza. For a hundred years and more,
00:11:15these stories survived, nothing more than simple camping tales, perfect for spending a night
00:11:20around the fire and jumping in fright at the slightest rustle of wind.
00:11:26However, starting from the end of the 70s, sinister and inexplicable phenomena would begin to occur
00:11:33with exponential frequency in Dulce, quickly making this remote town the epicentre of one
00:11:39of the greatest conspiracy theories of the last century.
00:11:43It all started one morning, when a farmer went to check on his herd of cows, in the enclosure where
00:11:50they were grazing. Among the many cattle, there was one lying lifeless on the ground. The farmer
00:11:56approached it to understand what had happened, but nothing could have prepared him for that bone-chilling
00:12:02vision. One of the animals was lying on its side, it had clean cuts in the flesh on its muzzle and along its
00:12:09body, as if made with a scalpel. Its sensory and sexual organs appeared to have been surgically removed,
00:12:16while the internal organs had disappeared, as if sucked away by something, leaving an empty carcass.
00:12:23The farmer was immediately convinced that it couldn't have been an attack by another animal,
00:12:28since no predator would have been able to reduce the beast to that state, above all without leaving the
00:12:35slightest trace. The farm owner decided to contact the Rio Arriba County Police, who at first were not
00:12:44interested in the case, but following this first report, other farmers in the following weeks also
00:12:50reported several and multiple mutilations of animals. All had the same characteristics, they all had
00:12:57clean cuts, the exportation of internal organs and no trace of predators on the ground.
00:13:04The terrified citizens of Dalsi began to wonder who, or what, was behind these brutal acts.
00:13:14After some time, the local police finally decided to investigate the phenomenon.
00:13:20The task was assigned to the officer Gabriel Valdez, convinced that behind those events,
00:13:26there was no monster, but simply a maniac or a person determined to create panic among the local population.
00:13:34But when the officer went to some of the affected farms, seeing the state of the bodies of the
00:13:38mutilated animals, he immediately understood that something inexplicable was happening.
00:13:45The bodies didn't just seem to have been surgically operated on. The corpses were completely bled out,
00:13:52but there were no traces of blood on the ground.
00:13:54The earth around the animal was slightly burned, but the strangest discovery concerned the only bruises
00:14:03that the carcasses had.
00:14:07After careful analysis, they did not appear to have been caused by an ambush predator,
00:14:12such as a coyote or a puma, but by a fall from a height of around 50 feet.
00:14:19Agent Valdez even went so far as to claim that he had found inside one of the carcasses the body
00:14:25of a small hybrid being, who, according to his testimony, had human, bovine and reptilian physical characteristics.
00:14:35Dismayed and faced with these incredible statements, his police station colleagues
00:14:40just thought that Valdez was letting himself be influenced more and more by the old legends of the natives,
00:14:46and the terrifying details he described appeared in the eyes of the most skeptic as pure invention,
00:14:53caused by a mind that was gradually losing touch with reality.
00:15:02Soon, however, the case escalated, and for the first time there was talk of alien involvement.
00:15:09Everything changed when, in the middle of the night, a young, engaged couple showed up at the
00:15:14police station saying they had narrowly escaped an alien abduction.
00:15:20It was midnight, and young Jerry Julian and her boyfriend had stopped to look at the stars along
00:15:26a highway near the Meza. They noticed a celestial body moving rapidly across the sky, which then
00:15:33began approaching them. As the object got closer, however, they realized that it was not a sphere of light,
00:15:40but an aircraft very similar to one of the flying saucers that could be seen in science fiction films.
00:15:45The object landed not far from their car, and two small grey aliens with large heads came out of it.
00:15:54The couple watched them with fear, but when the grey beings noticed them, they began to move quickly
00:16:00towards them. The couple jumped into their car and drove away before they could be reached.
00:16:06Back home, they couldn't believe what they had just seen, and for the first time, Jerry Julian understood
00:16:15that the legends her native American grandmother used to tell her as a child were, in fact, reality.
00:16:23Those beings who came down from the sky and who had taken refuge in the Meza for millennia,
00:16:29hiding most of the time from human eyes, really existed. Jerry and her boyfriend were not the only
00:16:36ones who in those years reported strange events in the direct vicinity of Archuleta Meza. Thus, among the
00:16:44approximately 3,000 inhabitants of the community, the belief that something even more mysterious was
00:16:50hidden under their feet began to spread like wildfire. Many of them even went so far as to declare that they
00:16:57had heard metallic noises coming from underground in the area, as if gigantic machines were working,
00:17:04causing strong earthquake-like tremors to the ground when they were activated.
00:17:11Following these initial developments of the story, a key character who tried to fully understand what
00:17:17was happening in the area undoubtedly became Paul Benowitz, an Arizona businessman who in the early 80s was
00:17:24the spokesman for the theory regarding a secret base in Dulcy. During the 1970s, Benowitz became a
00:17:32member of Arizona's Aerial Phenomena Research Organisation, or APRO, a civilian UFO investigative group,
00:17:40and was particularly interested in livestock mutilation. On April 20, 1979, the man attended a public
00:17:48meeting on the subject, organised by United States Attorney Robert Thompson and United States Senator
00:17:55Harrison Schmidt. At the meeting, Benowitz met Officer Gabriel Valdez, and he spoke for the first time about
00:18:03the mysterious events that were taking place around the town of Dulcy. After this brief chat, Benowitz was so
00:18:13struck by Valdez's statements that he decided to start a self-financed study on the various phenomena that
00:18:20repeatedly occurred, after days or weeks, terrorising the population. At first, he decided to focus his
00:18:29research on the nearby Kirtland Air Force Base, and Benowitz reportedly began filming strange lights near the
00:18:37buildings and recording unusual radio signals. He also tried to get in contact with the press office
00:18:43of the base, but was totally ignored. Later, the researcher began to publish his first articles, in which
00:18:50he claimed that under the Archuleta Mesa, some kind of secret structure was hidden and that the military was
00:18:57directly responsible for it. But when, on May 6, 1980, the State Police in Cimarron, New Mexico, received a report from a
00:19:06woman calling herself by the fictitious name of Myrna Hansen, things took an unexpected turn.
00:19:13Myrna told a story that contained all the elements Benowitz was looking for – interplanetary visitors,
00:19:20lights in the sky, and above all, bovine mutilations.
00:19:28So, not having a clue how to help her, the Cimarron police handed the case directly to Valdez,
00:19:34who at the time was nicknamed the cattle mutilation guy.
00:19:39Valdez, in turn, contacted Paul Benowitz, who immediately took measures to speak personally
00:19:45with Mrs. Hansen. On May 7, the woman, together with her son, went to Albuquerque to meet Benowitz,
00:19:52and there they told him in detail what they remembered about the evening of May 5, 1980.
00:19:59Myrna Hansen was driving near Eagle Nest, New Mexico,
00:20:05when she and her son, who witnessed that event, saw two huge silent objects the size of airships
00:20:12hovering in the sky. White light blinded them, and from that moment the two underwent an episode of
00:20:20missing time, and lost part of their memories of what happened.
00:20:26At this point, Leo Sprinkle was called, a psychologist and tenured professor at the University of Wyoming,
00:20:36who, in the past, had investigated reports of UFO contact, also using the technique of regressive
00:20:42hypnosis, a pseudoscience which, according to its supporters, is able to bring back the submerged
00:20:48memories of the abductees. Benowitz arranged for Sprinkle to fly to Albuquerque to hypnotize Hansen,
00:20:57and when the psychologist arrived, Hansen and Benowitz insisted that the regressive hypnosis sessions
00:21:03be conducted inside Benowitz's car, which, for the occasion, had its windows covered with a thick
00:21:10aluminium sheet to avoid interference from extraterrestrial entities. During the session,
00:21:17the woman reported remembering the moment when one of the cattle from the surrounding farms
00:21:22was sucked into a tractor beam by a spaceship, which later also happened to her and her son.
00:21:28In subsequent hypnosis sessions, Myrna reported increasingly shocking details about her abduction.
00:21:38The skepticism of Benowitz's colleagues began to waver. Perhaps the theory regarding the base
00:21:44could be correct. Myrna remembered being taken to a dungeon where there were large tanks where human
00:21:51and animal body parts floated in a viscous liquid.
00:21:54From this, the tale developed further. The woman spoke of hybrid beings, half men and half alien,
00:22:07who resided inside these large tanks, as if someone were trying to carry out
00:22:12biogenetic experiments with an extremely advanced technique.
00:22:17The alleged accounts accumulated in these sessions of regression later formed the very foundations
00:22:23for the legend of the secret base of Dulci.
00:22:28The curiosity that arose from the woman's stories led Benowitz to travel several times to the town
00:22:34and to the Archuleta Meza mountains, even flying over the plateau with his private plane,
00:22:40taking countless photographs.
00:22:44In these flights, the Phoenix businessman said he had found irrefutable evidence of the existence of large
00:22:50caves, meticulously dug into the rock, even if they were not connected, in any way,
00:22:56to roads that could be travelled by wheeled vehicles.
00:23:00However, these photos were never made public, and this fact, added to the man's extraordinary claims,
00:23:06only served to further discredit the truthfulness of the existence of the bases, rather than confirm it.
00:23:12Benowitz was so sure that the government was hiding something down there, that in 1981,
00:23:18he wrote a letter to Senator Pete Domenici, speaking for the first time about an alleged war
00:23:23between aliens and the military, now known as the Dulci War.
00:23:28Here is the transcript of the letter.
00:23:30To date, as noted, I have not heard from you, and therefore will assume with all your new duties,
00:23:38that you are very busy, and just have not had the time. The facts I gave Captain Harris are simple
00:23:44and straightforward, as follows. 1. I knew the location of the alien bases in northern New Mexico,
00:23:52in the center of the Hicarija Apache Reservation, 4.5 miles northwest of Dulci, New Mexico.
00:23:592. I know that someone in the military made a deal with the alien several years ago,
00:24:05giving the Indian land, cattle, etc., and apparent assurance of safety to the alien,
00:24:10in trade for technology in the form of an atomic-powered ship,
00:24:13at the same time establishing an extensive US base alongside, to test the ship.
00:24:193. That sometime late 79 or 1st of 80, an argument ensued over weapons, and the military abandoned.
00:24:27The final circumstance of the men? Unknown.
00:24:304. That I had very high-resolution, official NASA U-2 color infrared photos,
00:24:37in addition to low-level and ground photos, showing the base in total detail,
00:24:42photos obtained legitimately through UNM, the University of New Mexico.
00:24:475. The ship design traded for is over 30 years behind the alien technology.
00:24:546. I advised Captain Harris I knew of the two women and child near Austin, Texas,
00:25:01who were severely exposed to radiation at close distance from the ship in trouble,
00:25:06and that it was seen to come west with unmarked helicopters,
00:25:09and that the government was quietly paying their hospital expenses.

00:25:19and have forwarded a copy to him, cover letter enclosed for your record.

00:25:3510. His family reports that the businessman suffered a severe nervous breakdown,
00:25:40and in 1988, following the worsening of his conditions, he was hospitalised in a psychiatry ward.
00:25:51Over time, many scholars and journalists took this story as mere sensationalist nonsense,
00:25:57and in any case, regarding the alleged kidnapping of Myrna Hansen and her enormous oddities,
00:26:02only the words of Valdez's son were taken into consideration, who was interviewed a few years
00:26:07later about what happened, stating the following.
00:26:1010. It is a possibility that the Myrna Hansen story was also part of the disinformation campaign.
00:26:18I will go out on a limb here and say that the story of Myrna Hansen was probably a well-orchestrated hoax,
00:26:24because of a very important fact.
00:26:2611. The listening devices found in my dad's house.
00:26:31The government heard all the conversations on the phone between my dad and Bennewitz,
00:26:35so such a hoax would be relatively easy to accomplish.
00:26:39Myrna Hansen came into the picture in May of 1980,
00:26:43and the Air Force did not even acknowledge contact with Paul until November of 1980.
00:26:50Although this evidence can barely be viewed as even circumstantial,
00:26:54it would explain a lot of things and how and why they transpired during the 1980s,
00:26:59based on what we currently know.
00:27:0111. Also thanks to this information, interest in the secret base of Dulce slowly faded away,
00:27:08at least until the mid-90s, when two characters came forward,
00:27:11talking in first person about what they had seen inside the secret complex.
00:27:1711. The first to go public was Thomas Costello, a former employee of the US Air Force.
00:27:26Costello said he was a photographer at Nellis Air Force Base in Nevada,
00:27:30before being transferred to the Dulce Air Force Base in early 1970,
00:27:35where he was assigned to manage the enormous surveillance system of the underground structure.
00:27:4011. In the interviews Thomas released,
00:27:44he claimed that the base had been built by the army, but that both humans and extraterrestrial
00:27:49life forms operated inside of it. The structure, made up of seven levels,
00:27:55would have off-limit areas in the lower floors, where the military is strictly prohibited from descending.
00:28:03Down there, the extraterrestrial creatures would conduct genetic experiments on human and animal
00:28:09guinea pigs, with the aim of giving life to hybrid creatures.

00:28:25and the high number of disappearances that occurred over the years in New Mexico.

00:36:00free speech in the labs. There are several things you should know about Dulcy. I
00:36:06took an oath under the penalty of death that no matter what I saw or heard I
00:36:12would never divulge the information. Also I signed a waiver that states I would
00:36:18willingly give up my life if I was found guilty of treason. At the Dulcy base
00:36:24treason is anything that mentions the details of daily operations at this
00:36:29facility. When I first arrived an absolute need-to-know policy was in effect. The
00:36:36story the honchos told us was that this is a tri-biotransfer facility with
00:36:42advanced technology. Which is a fancy way of saying they do really risky things
00:36:47with human life just to see what would happen. If a medical cure happens it will
00:36:52be heralded on the surface of the earth as a marvelous new cure saying it was
00:36:57found after years of research at some well-known medical lab. The real story of
00:37:02the cure is never explained. After all the Dulcy base is a secret facility. These
00:37:10people are very good at what they do. They do not tell the truth about the
00:37:15unfortunate people that end up in Nightmare Hall. I worked with aliens. With that in
00:37:24mind you should get the idea of the secrecy and the security at that place. Yes I know
00:37:31this was not the usual hospital type job site but in the beginning I bought the
00:37:36whole package. I was reminded daily by Intercom in the elevators that this site
00:37:42does high-risk advanced medical and drug testing to cure insanity. Please never speak
00:37:48to the inmates. It can destroy years of work. I'm sensible. When doctors say don't speak
00:37:55to them who was I to destroy the delicate situation. But one man somehow caught my
00:38:01eye. He repeatedly stated that he was George S and that he had been kidnapped and
00:38:07he was sure someone was searching for him. I don't know why he sticks in my mind. I found
00:38:15I was remembering his face thinking he sure didn't look or sound insane. I convinced a
00:38:22friend of mine a cop to run a check on the guy saying I had a running with him and was
00:38:27curious. I didn't mention the base at all. It was a sickening feeling when the computer
00:38:34confirmed that George S was missing. What's worse the cops thought he was just another
00:38:41guy that got tired of the daily grind and split. That was the beginning. Am I the one
00:38:48that blew the whistle? No. The next Monday I searched for George but he was gone. There
00:38:57were no records that explained what happened to him. It was another security officer that
00:39:02came to me saying he and some lab workers wanted an off duty meeting with me. Curiosity took
00:39:09over and I said ok. That night about nine men showed up. They said they knew they were risking
00:39:17me turning them in but they wanted to show me some things they thought I should see. One
00:39:22by one they showed me records that proved many inmates were missing people. There were newspaper
00:39:31clippings and even photos that they had somehow smuggled into the base. I could see the fear
00:39:38in their faces as they spoke. One man stated he would rather lose his life by trying than
00:39:45to lose his soul by not doing anything at all. I told them about George and the things I found
00:39:51out about him. After a few hours we pledged to attempt to expose the Dulce base.
00:40:02This is an excerpt from the only interview present with Thomas Costello. The following year the
00:40:09man disappeared into thin air and his name did not appear in any other article or document.
00:40:16In addition to these words, no other tangible evidence was reported to ascertain the veracity
00:40:21of the claims. So much so that many today believe that the figure of Thomas Costello was part
00:40:28of a hoax, artfully created to fuel speculation about the theories.
00:40:36In any case, beings like the Draco, capable of relating to humans, would seem to share a certain
00:40:42resemblance to the reptilian aliens featured in the TV series Visitors, which in those years
00:40:48was very popular throughout the country and which may have served as the basis for shaping
00:40:53Costello's tales. Soon, however, another man would enter the scene, bringing with him
00:41:00equally intricate and sinister theories. We are obviously talking about Phil Schneider.
00:41:10In 1995, Philip Schneider, a geologist who claimed, just like Thomas Costello, to have worked
00:41:17for the American defense inside the secret installation located in the subsoil of Archuleta Mesa and
00:41:23to know the existence of another 129 secret underground bases present in underground locations of North
00:41:31America, decided to go public.
00:41:37During 1995, Schneider held countless conferences in various cities across the USA, recounting
00:41:43his direct experience in detail and warning those present of a great conspiracy that the
00:41:49federal government had been pursuing since 1954.
00:41:56The year in which, according to his words, then-President Eisenhower allegedly entered into a collaboration
00:42:03pact with extraterrestrial entities, giving life to a hidden program to which Washington allocated
00:42:09approximately 25% of the nation's gross domestic product each year, what he called the Black Budget.
00:42:17This program served towards the development of high-tech weapons, research in medical technology, and the
00:42:23development of an intricate network of surveillance and control over citizens.
00:42:31Phil didn't have an easy life. He suffered from multiple problems, such as chronic back pain, osteoporosis, and multiple sclerosis.
00:42:40From time to time, he had to use crutches, body braces, leg braces, a urine bag, a catheter, diapers, and a wheelchair.
00:42:52He was missing two fingers on his left hand, and he had a scar running down from the top of his throat to just below his navel, and another scar ran from side to side under his ribs.
00:43:03Yet, these enormous impediments did not stop him from carrying out his mission.
00:43:13Schneider used to begin his lectures by specifying how well he himself knew the danger looming over him and his family by exposing and disclosing this difficult information,
00:43:24and that many of his colleagues who intended to speak had been killed, their deaths being passed off as suicides.
00:43:35Nonetheless, he insisted that he loved his country too much to remain silent, and was willing to accept his fate, because in his heart he felt he had to tell the people what the military was doing.
00:43:47After this clarification, the man began to tell of his life and the different experiences gained over the years of service, even going as far as to speak of an alleged firefight between humans and aliens,
00:44:00which took place during the excavations in the subsoil of the Archuleta Mesa,
00:44:05excavations which Schneider supervised, and in which he obtained all the scars on his body, and not only.
00:44:13Regarding the Dulce War, Schneider maintained that in August 1979, during the expansion of the base,
00:44:20the works had begun to suffer delays due to problems relating to the drilling of a layer of rock.
00:44:30The structure was excavated under the southwest corner of Archuleta Mesa, where the ground, from the studies carried out, was very easy to drill.
00:44:39But inexplicably, every time the drilling team attempted to go beyond a certain depth, they witnessed that the machinery shut down for no apparent reason.
00:44:51In an effort to find out what was standing in the way of the operation, Schneider and a Green Beret bodyguard decided to lower themselves into the drilling shaft by crane.
00:45:01They descended for a few dozens of meters until they reached a cave.
00:45:08They immediately noticed that this cave was not like the others, that is, of natural origin.
00:45:15The walls were strangely smooth.
00:45:18Schneider knew immediately that someone had excavated it earlier, but who that was was entirely a mystery to him and his colleague.
00:45:26There was a bitter, unnatural stench in the air, as the drilling operation had allowed ancient gases to escape from the void below, along with a mysterious, sooty residue.
00:45:38It was at this point that a tall, slender, grey figure stepped out of the darkness, holding what appeared to be a weapon in its hands.
00:45:46Absolutely terrified by the supernatural and intimidating aspect of this creature, Schneider instinctively grabbed his rifle to shoot, the shots impacted against the creature, mortally wounding it.
00:45:59But the worst was not over, as without the slightest warning, two more aliens emerged from the darkness, behind the two men.
00:46:07Backing up to the crane and firing wildly, Schneider again managed to hit one of the two greys, only for the other to use his weapon on him in retaliation.
00:46:18Schneider was instantly consumed by a mysterious blue light and felt a huge jolt of electricity explode through his body, knocking him unconscious to the ground.
00:46:29When he came to, he found himself in the arms of a couple of his companions.
00:46:36Dozens of green berets were arriving, who would soon launch a real firefight with the extraterrestrial entities inside the cave.
00:46:44Upon his return to the surface, Schneider was urgently examined by doctors, who found serious damage to both his left hand and foot.
00:46:52It was as if a very powerful bolt of lightning had pierced the man, burning him from the inside and forcing him to opt for an immediate amputation of the limbs.
00:47:04After this incident, Schneider claimed that he was removed from the secret project, but that he knew from reliable sources that despite the Dulcy War, the expansion of the secret base continued unabated.
00:47:17As you will have understood, it is important to specify how Philip Schneider is a very controversial witness.
00:47:27Many of his theories regarding the extraterrestrial conspiracy tend to exaggerate and were often contaminated by his personal, political and religious views.
00:47:37Finally, some of the information he shared with the public was later debunked.
00:47:47Such as the story of his father, Otto Oskar Schneider, who according to Field Stories would have been a German scientist and engineer who worked on the submarine technologies of the Reich during the Second World War, even becoming a captain of a U-boat submarine.
00:48:03However, according to the records of the California birth office, Otto Oskar was born in 1906 in the city of San Francisco and therefore could not have had any connection with Germany and consequently the U-boat program.
00:48:20Yet, to get back to understanding how Phil Schneider's testimonies are important for this case, but at the same time extremely difficult to take into consideration as irrefutable evidence, one needs to listen to one of his many lectures before rejecting most of his statements.
00:48:38Take for example the speech he gave in 1995 in Idaho where, in front of a packed audience, the man explained perfectly who he was, what he had seen and what his values as a true patriot were.

00:48:59It is because of the horrendous structure of the federal government that I feel directly imperiled not to tell anybody about this material.
00:49:08How long I will be able to do this is anybody's guess.
00:49:12However, I would like to mention that this talk is going to be broken up into four main topics.
00:49:19Each of these topics will have some bearing on what you people are involved in, whether you are patriots or not.
00:49:26I want you to know that these United States are a beautiful place.
00:49:32I have gone to more than 70 countries and I cannot remember any country that has the beauty as well as the magnificence of its people like these United States.
00:49:43To give you an overview of basically what I am, I started off and went through engineering school.
00:49:49Half of my school was in that field and I built up a reputation for being a geological engineer as well as a structural engineer with both military and aerospace applications.
00:50:04I have helped build two main bases in the United States that have some significance as far as what is called the New World Order.
00:50:14The first base is the one in Dulce, New Mexico.
00:50:17I was involved in 1979 in a firefight with alien humanoids and I was one of the survivors.
00:50:25I am probably the only talking survivor you will ever hear.
00:50:30Two other survivors are under close guard.
00:50:34I am the only one left that knows the detailed files of the entire operation.
00:50:3966 Secret Service agents, FBI and the like, died in that firefight.
00:50:45I was there.
00:50:48Number 1. Part of what I am going to tell you is going to be very shocking.
00:50:53Part of what I am going to tell you is probably going to be very unbelievable.
00:50:58Though, instead of putting your glasses on, I am going to ask you to put your scepticals on.
00:51:03But please, feel free to do your own homework.
00:51:08I know the Freedom of Information Act isn't much to go on, but it's the best we've got.
00:51:14The local law library is a good place to look for congressional records.
00:51:18So if one continues to do their homework, then one can be standing vigilant in regard to their country.
00:51:26I love the country I am living in more than I love my life, but I would not be standing before you now, risking my life, if I did not believe it was so.
00:51:35The first part of this talk is going to concern deep underground military bases and the black budget.
00:51:44The black budget currently consumes 1.25 trillion dollars per year.
00:51:49At least this amount is used in black programs like those concerned with deep underground military bases.
00:51:57Presently there are 129 deep underground military bases in the United States.
00:52:04They have been building these 129 bases day and night unceasingly since the early 1940s.
00:52:12Some of them were even built earlier than that.
00:52:15These bases are basically large cities underground connected by high speed magneto-leviton trains that have speeds up to Mach 2.
00:52:28Richard Suda, a PhD architect, has risked his life by talking about this.
00:52:35The average depth of these bases is over a mile and they again are basically whole cities underground.
00:52:41They are all between 2.66 and 4.25 cubic miles in size.
00:52:49They have laser drilling machines that can drill a tunnel 7 miles long in one day.
00:52:55The black projects sidestep the authority of Congress, which, as we know, is illegal.
00:53:01Right now, the new world order is depending on these bases.
00:53:05If I had known at the time, I would not have done it.
00:53:10I was lied to, rather extensively.
00:53:14For every calendar year that transpires, military technology increases about 44 and a half years.
00:53:20This is why it is easy to understand that back in 1943 they were able to create, through the use of vacuum tube technology, a ship that could literally disappear from one place and appear in another place.
00:53:34My father, Otto Oscar Schneider, fought on both sides of the war.
00:53:41He was originally a U-boat captain and was captured and repatriated in the United States.
00:53:47He was involved with different kinds of concerns, such as the A-bomb, the H-bomb and the Philadelphia Experiment.
00:53:54He invented a high-speed camera that took pictures of the first atomic tests at Bikini Island on July 12, 1946.
00:54:06I have original photographs of that test, and the photos also show UFOs fleeing the bombsite at a high rate of speed.
00:54:15Bikini Island at the time was infested with them, especially under the water, and the natives had problems with their animals being mutilated, just like Dulcy did in the 70s and 80s.
00:54:28At that time, General MacArthur felt that the next war would be with aliens from other worlds.
00:54:35Anyway, my father laid the groundwork with theoreticians about the Philadelphia Experiment, as well as other experiments.
00:54:43What does that have to do with me?
00:54:48Nothing, other than the fact he was my father.
00:54:51I don't agree with what he did on the other side, but I think he had a lot of guts in coming here.
00:54:58He was hated in Germany.
00:55:00There was a $1 million reward, payable in gold, to anyone who killed him.
00:55:05Obviously, they didn't succeed.
00:55:08Anyway, back to our topic.
00:55:11Deep underground bases.
00:55:13Back in 1954, under the Eisenhower administration, the federal government decided to circumvent the Constitution of the United States and form a treaty with alien entities.
00:55:26It was called the 1954 Greada Treaty, which basically made the agreement that the aliens involved could take a few cows and test their implanting techniques on a few human beings,
00:55:37but that they had to give details about the people involved.
00:55:42Slowly, the aliens altered the bargain until they decided they wouldn't abide by it at all.
00:55:49Back in 1979, this was the reality, and the firefight at Dulcy occurred quite by accident.
00:55:58I was involved in building an addition to the deep underground military base at Dulcy, which is probably the deepest base.
00:56:05It goes down seven levels and over two and a half miles deep.
00:56:10At that particular time, we had drilled four distinct holes in the desert, and we were going to link them together and blow out large sections at a time.
00:56:19My job was to go down the holes and check the rock samples, and recommend the explosive to deal with the particular rock.
00:56:28As I was headed down there, we found ourselves amidst a large cavern that was full of outer space aliens, otherwise known as Large Greys.
00:56:39I shot two of them.
00:56:41At that time, there were 30 people down there.
00:56:44About 40 more came down after this started, and all of them got killed.
00:56:49We had surprised a whole underground base of existing aliens.
00:56:54Later, we found out that they had been living on our planet for a long time, perhaps a million years.
00:57:01This could explain a lot of what is behind the theory of ancient astronauts.
00:57:06Anyway, I got shot in the chest with one of their weapons, which was a box on their body that blew a hole in me and gave me a nasty dose of cobalt radiation.
00:57:17I have had cancer because of that.
00:57:19I didn't get really interested in UFO technology until I started work at Area 51, north of Las Vegas.
00:57:29After about two years recuperating after the 1979 incident, I went back to work for Morrison and Knudson and other companies.
00:57:38At Area 51, they were testing all kinds of peculiar spacecraft.
00:57:42How many people here are familiar with Bob Lazar's story?
00:57:47He was a physicist working at Area 51, trying to decipher the propulsion factor in some of these craft.
00:57:55Now, I am very worried about the activity of the federal government.
00:57:59They have lied to the public, stonewalled senators, and have refused to tell the truth in regard to alien matters.

00:58:11I can tell you that I am rather disgruntled.
00:58:15Recently, I knew someone who lived near where I live in Portland, Oregon.
00:58:19He worked at Gundersen Steel Fabrication, where they make railroad cars.
00:58:27Now, I knew this fellow for the better part of 30 years, and he was kind of a quiet type.
00:58:33He came in to see me one day, excited, and he told me,
00:58:37they're building prisoner cars.
00:58:41He was nervous.
00:58:43Gundersen, he said, had a contract with the federal government to build 107,200 full-length railroad cars,
00:58:51each with 143 pairs of shackles.
00:58:55There are 11 subcontractors in this giant project.
00:58:59Supposedly, Gundersen got over $2 billion for the contract.
00:59:03Other steel outfits are involved.
00:59:07He showed me one of the cars in the rail yards in North Portland.
00:59:12He was right.
00:59:14If you multiply 107,200 times 143 times 11, you come up with about 15 million.
00:59:22This is probably the number of people who disagree with the federal government.
00:59:27No more can you vote any of these people out of office.
00:59:30Our present structure of government is technocracy, not democracy, and it is a form of feudalism.
00:59:39It has nothing to do with the Republic of the United States.
00:59:43These people are godless and have legislated out prayer in public schools.
00:59:49You can get fined up to $100,000 and two years in prison for praying in school.
00:59:54I believe we can do better.
00:59:58I also believe that the federal government is running the gambit of enslaving the people of the United States.

01:04:43Before I went to talk in Las Vegas, I drove a friend down to Joshua Tree, near 29 Palms.
01:04:50I drove into the mountains in order to get to Needles, California,
01:04:54and I was followed by two government vans, each with a couple of occupants, one of which had an Uzi.
01:05:02I knew exactly who they were.
01:05:04I have spoken 19 times and have probably reached 45,000 people.
01:05:09Well, I got ahead of them and came to a stop in the middle of the road.
01:05:13They both went on either side of me and down a ravine.
01:05:17I cut up my security card and sent it back to the government
01:05:21and told them if I was threatened, and I have been,
01:05:24that I was going to upload 140,000 pages of documentation to the internet
01:05:29about government structure and the whole plan.
01:05:32I have already begun that task.
01:05:37In Phil Schneider's speech, there is truly an impressive amount of information.
01:05:41It goes from conspiracy theories to the New World Order,
01:05:47from the Black Budget to the Philadelphia Experiment,

01:05:54which make it very difficult to understand what the government's motivations were,
01:05:59but above all, why extraterrestrial entities are carrying out such an operation on our planet.
01:06:05So, once again, the massive theories brought forward,
01:06:12without, however, having any confirmation of concrete and tangible evidence,
01:06:16make the stories that gravitate around the village of Dulcy and Archuleta Mesa difficult to accept.
01:06:23Nonetheless, Phil was destined to become a real symbol
01:06:27for theorists, ufologists and conspiracy theorists.
01:06:30He was in life, and remained so after his death,
01:06:34which occurred less than a year after giving his speech in Idaho.
01:06:42On January 17th, 1996, Phil Schneider was found dead at his home in Wilsonville, Oregon.
01:06:50The official cause of death was ruled a suicide, although, according to some reports, there were signs of torture on his body.
01:07:00Many of his supporters believed that US intelligence representatives simply removed Schneider because he knew too much,
01:07:08a theory that even Schneider had predicted several times in his speeches.
01:07:12Furthermore, rumours referred to an alleged police report, according to which Schneider was shot dead by some agents,
01:07:21who showed up at his address to deal with a large number of unpaid taxes and fines.
01:07:27During the interview with the agents, Phil allegedly began to act in a threatening way,
01:07:32eventually grabbing a weapon and pointing it at them.
01:07:35The policeman, feeling in danger, had no choice but to fire first, mortally wounding Schneider.
01:07:42Whatever happened, at the time of his death, the man was in very poor health.
01:07:48Mystery surrounds Phil Schneider's death, and no one can know for sure if those incredible stories were truthful to reality
01:07:57or just simple inventions of his mind.
01:07:59Although the man never contradicted himself in his speeches and remained faithful to a single version of history,
01:08:07many scholars have shown that his reports were marred by exaggerations and inaccuracies.
01:08:15Such as when he claimed that the first attack on the World Trade Center involved the use of tactical nuclear weapons,
01:08:22which was denied.
01:08:23At the same time, however, his supporters believe that he has provided enough evidence to prove his honesty,
01:08:31one of which would be the scars on his body.
01:08:34While the objective inconsistencies in Phil's stories are simply explained
01:08:39by stating that the US government rewrote the history of the Schneider family
01:08:43to undermine Phil's credibility and make him a liar in the eyes of the media.
01:08:47This is the last piece of the story. As often happens, the mystery has never been revealed.
01:08:57And today, the Dulce underground base has turned into a scary camping tale,
01:09:02exactly like the legends that a hundred years earlier the population of Archuleta handed down from father to son.
01:09:09However, there are the last three reports that need to be taken into account,
01:09:16and which can, in part, explain how this mythical secret base became a cult,
01:09:22inflaming the debate on the extraterrestrial danger.
01:09:24The story rapidly spread within the UFO community, and in 1987,
01:09:32ufologist John Lear claimed to have independent confirmation of the base's existence.
01:09:38In 1988, the tabloid Weekly World News ran an article entitled
01:09:44UFO Base Found in New Mexico.
01:09:48It claimed that
01:09:49Evil invaders from another solar system have established a secret underground base
01:09:55in the rugged mountains of northern New Mexico,
01:09:58so to be able to trade human guinea pigs for bizarre genetic experiments.
01:10:03The Weekly World News article used alleged quotes from Leonard H. Stringfield,
01:10:09a ufologist, as a source for its claims.
01:10:12Upon learning of the story, Stringfield protested,
01:10:17I have never read such a distortion of fact in my life.
01:10:21Political scientist Michael Barkan,
01:10:25Professor Emeritus of Political Science at Syracuse University's
01:10:29Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs,
01:10:32wrote that Cold War underground missile installations in the region
01:10:36gave the rumors superficial plausibility,
01:10:38making the Dulce base story an attractive legend within the UFO world.
01:10:46According to Barkan, the claims of abductee experiments and firefights between extraterrestrials and the Delta Force
01:10:53place the Dulce legend a far cry from the wilder reports of secret underground bases.
01:10:59Finally, the residents of Dulce claim to have seen UFOs, moving lights and other inexplicable activities in the area,
01:11:08which, however, over the years has transformed from an area with few economic possibilities to a tourist destination for mystery enthusiasts.
01:11:16Also proof of this are the words of Tai Vicente,
01:11:21President of the Legislative Council of the Icarijas, a group of Apaches living in the southwestern United States.
01:11:28He said he adopted the notion of the Dulce base to stimulate tourism to the area,
01:11:35and in fact in 2016 the city hosted the Dulce base UFO conference at the local casino hotel.
01:11:44Therefore, no one can say with certainty whether the Archuleta Mesa holds the greatest secret in the history of humanity in its subsoil.
01:11:53Everyone is free to believe what they want.
01:11:57What is certain, however, is that this case, with all its oddities, would remain for a long time a point of reference for lovers of conspiracy theories,
01:12:06and an excellent source to base a science fiction film on.
